Dear Sir,
I have purchased Postpaid sim from Reliance. It was working fine. I submitted all necessary documents and they provided a number and it was working fine.
Suddently without any informaltiion they deactivated all services and i am on roaming now and not able to contact anyone.

      I disconnected the RCOM land-line phone no.[protected] In july 2015 RCOM is not refunding the security deposit approx. Rs 2783/-. According to RCOM it is refunded within 60 days but now more than 7 Months i haven't received any payments. there is no way to contact them and r com outlets do not register complaints regarding this.

        My no is [protected] .I had tried many time to reliance customer care but it not connected. I had recharge net pack of rs 219 for 45 day. On 10 jan 2016. But within last 2 -3 day it not working. When i active my net connection it shows for 3 or 4 sec and then disconnect for 3 or 4 sec. Again it connect for few sec and again disconnect.           I had used Netconnect with the number [protected]. Few months back i have disconnected this number, instead of disconnecting they continued charging for this number on my account. Even though i have not used for many moths finally i have cleared all the amount but still i am getting harassment calls from your guys saying complain is filed in court etc...


          This story is more then 6 months old, Today morning, I got a call from some lady, posing to call from some courier company - Place Delhi'. She firstly asked me to confirm my address, my name and my phone number saying that she needs to deliver a courier from RCIL to my address.


          When I told her that I do not expect any courier from any company named RCIL, she started abusing me and threatening me that my bill is due and she is calling from the lawyer at Reliance Communications and is sending me summons to visit the court. When I told her this is un-reasonable, she said ''well, we'll see that in court'' and slammed the phone. Received call from [protected]


          Attaching FULL and FINAL payment made after termination.


          This is really shocking that a company of this calibre, uses such cheap and fake tactics to harass customers, even after 6-9 months of disconnecting my account with them.


          Your employees goo[censored]p and do not cancel my account, send me bills which I am unaccountable for, and harass me for no reason.

            I asked to be ported out of Reliance and into Airtel. My mobile no is [protected]. Reliance keeps rejecting my request saying that the porting code did not match. They have rejected the request thrice. My calls wont connect to the Reliance customer care and there is absolutely no response from their side. I am sick and tired of this business.

                From Dec 1 till date I am unable to use the internet and after 26th December have given a lot of times for disconnection yet they are not disconnecting. It has been over 30 days for disconnection request and I don't think it takes much time.
                Please do not go for reliance, customer care is worst than expected.
                Never go for reliance ever.

                  I recharged my mobile no the Rs.9 data pack through online on[protected]. I received the message stating 1024 MB data pack has been activated on your mobile. I have been trying for the whole day, unfortunately I am not able to connect to connect to the internet for the whole day. I called 198 several times but unable to register the complaint. Finally I got message to call the 30333333 from emergency hotline. I called them and inquired that I am not able to connect to the internet, they replied me that the Rs. 9 pack activated for you is RTR outgoing free for 24hrs pack and not the data pack. I was totally upset by their reply and told them that I have received the message that data pack has been activated and you are telling that other pack is activated, if this is the case, I am not happy with your service, kindly refund the recharge amount to my account. They replied that this is not possible. I am totally frustrated from their reply and writing this mail for the inconveniences caused.

                  Claim:
                  Refund the recharge amount = Rs. 9/-
                  Internet charges = Rs. 30/-
                  Call cost = Rs. 10/-
                  For Mental agony = Rs. 9216/- (1024 MB * Rs. 9).

                  Total = Rs. 9265/-

                    We had a Account Manager and he has quit now. We do not have any details about who is the account manager. We need to shift the E1 DID line to another address and we are unable to reach the Account manager. Help line, Customer care are taking us in circles without any results.                           My grienvence are explained to customer care of Reliance
                          Supervisor Prabu refused to take compliant.
                          Then it is referred to appellant authority.tn registering comp doc vide SR[protected] on 25/12/15 by Kiren and subsequently SR[protected] dt.5/1/16.by Ms Anjel.
                          It is advised by SMS that customer charged correctly.without justifying valid reasons for deductions
                          It is unknown how un necessary continuous deduction of amount from my prepaid mobile no.[protected] from Rs 117 to nil is justified correctly
                          Screen shots of various deductions from 3600 Reliance advices are shown.
                          No calls SMS or caller tune and no other value added services are used.
                          When the matter is referred to rcom appellate authority, no compliance from Mr Harish Janarthanan
                          Then it is referred to rcom appellant authority.chennai Mr Bohan c Mathew to issue unique compliant doc. No. for remedial action or next higher authority to appeal.
                          He too neither replied nor responded.
                          Appeal letter sent to Reliance communications DAKC, Navi, Mumbai on 08/01/2016.No compliance from them
                          On account of my grienvence still persists, mobile [protected] is kept under flight mode to avoid in necessary deductions. My alternate mobile no is [protected].

                          Where as the existing balance of Rs 84 along with the credited amount of Rs 197 had been deducted back leaving balance of Re 1/- in my account.

                            These people dont know how to speak to a consumer. they have insulted me many times on call. i have been on calls for hours with voice agents but stilll they are not able to give me proper resolution. every time i get my phone recharged, my balance gets deducted. and then i have to call to 198 for refund. every single time. they gave e wrong information today about instacare app. the names of the executives are Sandesh Korade & Thakur utkarsh Pratap Singh.
                            also, they deduct my balance and sometimes they give invalid reasons for deduction and that amount is not refunded. So that basic 10-15 rupees goes to company and this is the way Ambani is in the millionaire list this year also.
                            i am tired of this calling into customer support number for ****ty reasons and talk to highly unprofessional people, who dont even know english. if i selected my ivr language as english, exeutive starts speaking in marathi only all the time. this ****ty service needs to stop or else improved.

                                      Today Unauthorised deduction of Rs. 20 from my reliance GSM Mobile No. [protected] on 03.02.2016 at 12.12 PM as ASKshtfrmtDMSSuns45. Whether no request was sent to reliance. Its very shame full for reliance communication that they are doing it and repeating same mistake again and again. I did not use any service during surfing while there is no such any service is activated on my number. Customer care also did not reply accordingly and said that consumer don't have right to complaint. TRAI should consider my complaint because lot of consumer are facing same problem in my others world its a type of scam. i have all evidence regarding it.
