My mobile no. [protected] was recharged with Rs 149 on 18 Jan 2016 for activation of data pack. Recharge was successful but til date internet pack was not activated. Also i lost 23 GB data due to non activation of internet pack. I also tried with reliance communication, they have given service request no.[protected] on 23 Jan 2016. .But till date issue not resolve.

    I had ported from Airtel To Reliance GSM on 19th Dec, 2015. It was working for 5-6 days after that outgoing was barred and i was told to submit the document again. I had immediately submitted document to The Reliance Agent M/s. Bakshi Enterprises (from whom had had taken the connection). After submitting the document the phone was active. Again after 7 days the outgoing calls were barred and my number [protected] was suspended after that. I am complaining Reliance vide Complain No.[protected] dtd. 29th Dec, 2015, No.[protected] and giving Reminders through mail/phone and not getting proper reply. As per reliance i had to submit the document again. I had submitted the my Address Proof, ID Proof, Photograph to Reliance Agent M/s M Square, Shop No. 2, M-3, Sham Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi again on 11th Jan, 2016 but till date my number is not active.
    Till date no action has been done by Reliance people after repeated Reminders.

          I am not using that device since 3 Aug 2015. Because now currently I am in Paras Dist. Akola. PIN 444105. There is no coverage of reliance cdma network that's why I have all ready requested customer care to deactivate the same device. My device was not active after 3 Aug 2015, and there is no data usage even in bytes. Please do the needful. I have one more device with no [protected], My brother is using it and I am paying bills regularly. Hoping for your cooperation.

            This complaint is regarding my postpaid CDMA connection with Freedom 350 plan with 2048Mb data free.[attached the data plan details provided by reliance in itemized bill].
            But, they have charged for 1519 Mb wrongly and blocked my services saying I don't have any plan activated on my number.
            I requested twice today [27th Jan, 2016 at 07:43 pm] for closing my connection but the customer care says that his system is not available and they don't provide any tickets to helpless reliance customers.

            So, they would not close the connection, or correct the wrong unbilled amount or start the services.
            Please note that this communication should be treated as my official request to stop all services for my mobile number [protected] with immediate effect and should be used in case of any dispute arising out further.
            Please close all services of my postpaid reliance number- [protected]
            The customer shall in no way be responsible for any rental generated after 27th Jan, 2016 as he has requested multiple times for closure but same has not been done by reliance communications.

              I have purchased an new postpaid number on 5th jan, 2016 and reliance took 300 + SIM card charges from me and after that they have not activated my number and even i ask them for pac code, they relpy sir ye pac code kya hota hai, apni mummy se puchu unhai diya ho ga humne, saalla, phle to madarchood ambani gandu ne ek company kholi apni maa chuda ne ke liye jo apne dallo ko pac code bhi nhi bta skta hai, i want an call from ambani mardchod salle ye mumbai wale bhenke lode sare ase hi hote hai, seriously hate indian company and such cutiye indian are shame so as to be an indian, i want an call from ambani

                  When i am going to send SMS PORT to 1900 then reply comes back as 'Your request could not be processed. Please try after some time.' instead of porting code.

                  Many time i have called to reliance care regarding this issue then they are giving me excuses like
                  change your handset,
                  restart your phone etc...

                  Please help me resolve this issue.

                      I have complain regarding wrong charging for data usage when data plan is active and charging from main balance.

                      This is happening from last 10 days. and i already lost around 700 rupees. and also lodge multiple complain but there is no solution.

                      Till date they are charging from main balance. Due to that i have to stop my internet service.

                          I'm sorry to say that your Wi-Pod is the worst device I've ever used to access internet. Unfortunately, I took that device by retailer's advice. And I had tried 4-5 devices to get connected with internet but all of them are faulty. Finally retailer advised me to submit the connection with full refund and I did submit my fourth device on 24th Nov 2015. I just stunned to see your bill on 27th Nov 2015 that you 've sent me for usage, which is ridiculous. I know that you are calculating the bill amount on prorated basis, but don't expect customer to pay your bill when he's not only used your services but also messed up with your hardware/device.

                          I've clearly mentioned this issue whenever I receive a call from your customer care number. Yet you are not listening to what customer says and you are just pushing customer to pay the bill 'YOU' generated using your system and not on what customer received out of your service. Now on, Please do not make any service calls to my number related to this stupid device/connection

                          Attached is the bills

                          1. Purchase bill with brand new device number that retailer handed over on the date of purchase on 16th Nov 2015

                          2. Submission bill with 4th device number after changing again and again on the date of submission on 24th Nov. 2015.

                          I've lost 7 days work from home provision, I'd to mark my leave for 7 days and total mess up for changing devices four times by travelling between outlet and home which is around 18 kms away.

                            I have taken 3 connections, 2 are fresh([protected] and [protected] ) and 1 is porting [protected] .While taking the sim cards that guy told me unlimited plan 499/ only but i got the bill 1500 and 843 .I called to customer care there they are telling cock and bull stories.why you peoples are promising that unlimited 499 plan.this is cheating .on application forms also he has mentioned 499 unlimited plan .then what is this nonsense.

                            resolve the issue otherwise we can meet in consumer court

                                I applied for portability from reliance Odisha prepaid to airtel Chennai as I moved to Chennai. but each time I get a message that" your request rejected by donor as the porting code does not match the donor allocated porting code for this number."

He promised me to provide connection today (30/12/2015). I cross verified this person with his manager. His manager name is Madhusudan (ph. no. +91 [protected]). He also told me to provide an amount to him and he will provide you connection. Now Iam calling him, He did not pick up my call and his phone is switched off. His manager's phone is also switched off.

                                      My data card number is [protected] they said speed upto 3.1mbps but now they r mentioning 100 to 200 kbps is average speed and they are informing its not possible to provide high speed when purchasing of product mislead happen i think i[censored] cant provide speed then why the hell you are offering such services

                                        Hi, I want to make an official complaint against reliance net connect+ call centre employees. First of all it's very difficult to wait in queue and once you get in the call the repentative would disconnect the call without answering my queries or say they can't hear call us back when my network and phone is working perfectly.

                                        I have a reliance net connect dongle which is broken and I would like to replace it. I am getting no help from customer representatives and I cannot access my internet either.

                                        Please suggest me a solution ASAP.

                                        Hi I was able to get in touch with reliance. But the problem is still not resolved. I have transferred my netkonnect USB to wipod device. But for some reason the internet is not working. I have Been chasing the reliance outlets across Bangalore. Called the customer care but no one is able to assist me. They always say someone will call to help but nothing happens. I have not used my internet for over a month. My number is [protected]. Please get in touch and resolve this ASAP
