Customers name- risa Gogoi data card no-[protected] I am suffering from disconnected of my reliance WiFi . no one came for inquiry form address proof and simply some person is saying that we are not interested and want to disconnected the connection and that is not true in my knowledge. I have been a reliance user for years now and it is pathetic to receive calls from uneducated gundas asking for payments though I have clearly informed to close my connections in October and I have paid my bills until then without any issue.

1) I had availed reliance wimax broadband connection on around Nov 2008.
2) There was no proper network coverage from 2012 and had launched several complaint with reliance support but no satisfactory resolution.

My mobile no. [protected] was recharged with Rs 149 on 18 Jan 2016 for activation of data pack. Recharge was successful but til date internet pack was not activated. Also i lost 23 GB data due to non activation of internet pack. I had ported from Airtel To Reliance GSM on 19th Dec, 2015. It was working for 5-6 days after that outgoing was barred and i was told to submit the document again. I had immediately submitted document to The Reliance Agent M/s. Bakshi Enterprises (from whom had had taken the connection). After submitting the document the phone was active. Again after 7 days the outgoing calls were barred and my number [protected] was suspended after that....

This complaint is regarding my postpaid CDMA connection with Freedom 350 plan with 2048Mb data free.[attached the data plan details provided by reliance in itemized bill].
But, they have charged for 1519 Mb wrongly and blocked my services saying I don't have any plan activated on my number.
