    Hello,

    I Ashok Kumar M was a customer of Reliance Communication. I was using postpaid Reliance netconnect (data card) and Reliance Big TV for the past five years. I used till September 2015 and has made all the payments. In October, after paying my postpaid bill I went to Reliance Webworld Vijaynagar and asked for procedure to get disconnected my datacard and Big TV. They asked for my Reliance datacard and Big TV numbers and checked. As there were no dues, they told it will be disconnected in 24 hours, and I will be receiving the message.

    In November, customer care people started calling for due payment of my datacard. I told the same what happened in Webworld. Then I went to Reliance Webworld in Vijaynagar, but they had vacated. I then went to Kathriguppe branch there also they had vacated. I told the same to customer care people, but they are telling it is not disconnected asking me to pay the dues till date.


    The problem is, customer care people are daily calling two to three times and asking for payment of datacard. I don't know what to do? Can the concerned people provide me a solution for this?

      REVIEW: first for customer who wants to purchase reliance product specially related to network, Sim, INTERNET SERVICES, just go for it only when you want to loose your time and wants to waste money and want to change you peaceful life into frustrating life because the service they will provide and the talk customer care executive and their senior does is PATHETIC.


      my data card number is [protected] and i have called your customer care so many times that i might have crossed century but not a single time i received any useful information.i have filed complain on this site also but nobody took any action, they just call me and does provide me complain number, what the hell i m going to do with complain number digits, u tell me.and when i call customer care or any other person calls me from reliance they ask me complain number otherwise they cant do anything they say.tell me why do you have systems then if you can't track the record of your customer, u keep on asking everything from customer, then why are you having those system??

      i have complained so many times, but nobody gave me even 1% solution.
      so after so much disappointment i wanted my connection to be terminated but its been 20 days but you (relaicne) not even able to disconnect it.

      One of your executive told me on 20 or 23 jan 2016 that if i would disconnect it now then i had to pay the amount based on my data uses i asked her to check my data usage and she told me that you have not used single 1 kb yet.then i asked how it is possible that my due balance is 363 rupees.then she told me you just wait till 27 jan as bill is generated on that day and then terminate your data card and will do ADJUSTMENT (means will minus the data usage from bill).i did as she told.Now reliance customer care is saying i have to pay 500 rupees first then we can terminate only


      THIS IS TOTALLY FRAUD AND FOOLING CUSTOMER.

      First they told me to wait till 27 and will do adjustment and now they are saying pay your bill first(which i have not used.i have not used even 1 kb as my device is not able to connect to internet or might be some network problem, i complained about this issue so many times but nobody solved my problem.it all started on 10 jan 2016)

      So why are you fooling customer and why are you not able to solve a single problem that deactivate my account

      It is totally fraud you reliance is doing, i have already paid more money and your sales person has already fraud with me as he did not give bill to me, Now even company si doing so.

      Customer care person is saying pay bill first and then we can terminate and how i can pay for something which i have not used.other than that they can't do anything.

      you are totally doing fraud in open environment, reliance.
      YOU ARE TOTALLY FOOLING CUSTOMER AND DOING FRAUD IN OPEN ENVIRONMENT RELIANCE

      Is THERE ANY SINGLE HONEST PERSON IN RELIANCE WHO CAN SOLVE MY PROBLEM ?

      i don't think there is one but let's see.
      and one more thing i m not going to pay single extra penny and is not gong to give up in this case.

          I got a message from reliance shop dt i[censored] convert your sim in reliance there is one BASHA postpaid plan 499 in this you will get unlimited calls std and local. I called on that number and reliance executive comes and collect my documents and gave me reliance sim also and he has taken 300 rupees from me for deposit and i aslo send message from my airtel number to change it into reliance and he told me in 7 workings days it will convert in reliance i sent this message on 18 jan2016 bt till now it's not converted my airtel number is [protected] . And now dt person is not receiving my calls and he blocked my number also and he is not giving any response his number is +[protected],[protected] and i got this message from reliance dt number is[protected] pls help me to short out ds prbolem

            I have done Lots of complain about my reliance broadband as i have paid for 2 Mbps but they are providing me 1 Mbps Speed Plan.

            I have done Complain regarding this issue too many time once i have close my connection because of this problem then after again get new connection but getting same issue again and done also same too many complain to installation team and also who provide me this connection Prakash Chauhan talk same with him but not resolved

              I asked customer care about data plan on my number [protected]. he assured me to recharge with Rs 94/- and get 1GB 3G data.I recharged the same yesterday but i get only 500MB 3G data...

                    I have used Relience postpaid RGSmart_399 (Plan Details: 1000 Local/national Min.+ 1GB 3G Data than 2G Unlimited) service from last 5 month, in starting 3 month they didn't add any other charges and service. But from last two month (Dec-15 bill and Jan-16 Bill) they add VAS Without my knowledge or willingness and charge extra amount. In last Month Dec. Bill I have complained in their portal and didn't pay the extra amount and they resolve the request but they simply deduct amount from my bill 289/- Rs. and this month bill they charge 915 Rs. for VAS Service extra from my bill plan. These People stop my all outgoing and DATA Usage services.

                      My name is Smit Sachdev.

                      My subscriber id is[protected].
                      It's not working for more than 25 days and i have made lots of calls to customer care and even went to local ahmedabad branch in prahladnagar but they are not responding properly.
                      Whenver i made call they talk it will take time around 24 hours but there is no any solution even after 24 days.
                      I have made complain but they close before solution and they even dont get confirmation from me and intimate me.

                      Following are complain id for that nothing solution is provided by Reliance communication till today.

                      Only they promising that your complain will be solved in 24 hours but they do nothing for that.
                      In flat there are two other connection from same box but for that solution given within 1 weak. But in my case technician refuse to solve my problem due to less time availibility with him, what the rubbish answer provided by that guy.

                      If reliance cannot repair my connection then i want my refund back which is amounted to around 1250 as soon as possible.
                      Because i have paid Rs.1991 at 30th Nov 2015 by online payment.
                      Even in mail they responded that we will solve your problem as soon as possible.
                      They even dont tell what time it will take.


                      Reliance is not ready to refund my amount so solve this issue as soon as possible.

                            My reliance dongle was not working for couple of months during Jul - Aug 2015, and when I took it to reliance outlets they told the dongle is no more supported by Reliance, and they suggested I buy a new upgraded dongle for an additional cost. I was not interested, and hence requested my account (connection) be closed in my name. They told I have to pay one month's additional rental amount for the same though the dongle was not working. I made a final bill payment of Rs.1570/- at a chennai reliance outlet (in Sep 15) though my monthly bill amount was only Rs.855/-. Now I have received a legal notice intimation by SMS saying I have a balance outstanding.

                            Worst part is if I visit the reliance outlet directly, they told me to contact customer care by phone. and when I called up customer care they told me to visit the reliance outlets again???? since my account was in cancelled mode and could not view any information (they told it is cancelled state).

                                I would like draw your attention towards unacceptable services from Reliance Telecommunications over wrong plan activation and then asking for money, while at time of activation it was clearly informed about the plan for Rs.99/- and it's usage but when plan was activated was for Rs.1198 Discount of 50% Rs.600/-. As soon as it got activated I called them to start services and asked them to ensure the plan too, whereupon customer executive informed me that plan is for Rs.600/- Month, I let him know that the plan rate for Rs. 99/- was supposed to be activated not for Rs. 600/- so instead of listening to me he kept on saying that "plan is so good you will never get a plan like this" I informed him my usage is limited so need no extra things but he kept on insisting and at last I told him change it right now but then he disconnected.
                                Next day an email sent to Nodal Officer and Athar Khan from Reliance and many messages and calls were made to resolve it to {Krishan - [protected] one who provided connection & Customer Care} Krishan told me that due to default error in system wrong plan got activated but soon i would get it updated but few days later when again I contacted Customer Care and they informed me to go to Reliance Store so I visited Reliance Store in Nehru Place but they informed we don't have any plan for Rs.99/- so contact where you got the connection from now again to Krishan but he informed we are updating so don't need to worry but then i told him clearly i[censored]nsolicited charges will be billed to me then will not be paid he said not to worry I am in process to get it updated but after few more days I received a Reliance bill stating that Rs.350 is due to pay then against it I made a call to Krishan and escalated the problem he said let me look into it but he did not turn up for a week then again I emailed to Customer Care and Appellate Authority for a solution but efforts were in vain, no response for their hands too. Now my incoming and outgoing both are barred and when I now again called to Krishan related the issue which could have been resolved at the starting when it occurred but he rudely said pay the outstanding bill because this is the one and only way to keep your number in active status.
                                Kindly inform me this the way to make business or maybe they are not afraid of doing so or they think that who can go against us
                                If now this the scenario then no one is going to have faith in any one even though he is an honest one.
                                Kindly look into it at earliest as I can't use my banking services and others too.

                                  I have been a reliance user for years now and it is pathetic to receive calls from uneducated gundas asking for payments though I have clearly informed to close my connections in October and I have paid my bills until then without any issue.

                                  Since I took a new wifi connection ([protected]), I called up reliance customer care and clearly informed them to disconnect my connection ([protected]), they agreed, said 2 months you can use for free and decide, I again confirmed them that since I have another connection, I do not want this connection and requested them to disconnect.

                                  You did not do it and now you have already informed your gundas to call me and talk nonsense and threaten me. The number he called me is from [protected] and used pathetic language on me. This is unacceptable.

                                  First of all, you do not have services in my area and you sold it cheating me that it will be activated within a month, but this was not done at all and I disconnected both the connections.

                                  Please inform your Gundas to stop calling me or my wife with immediate effect.

                                    1) I had availed reliance wimax broadband connection on around Nov 2008.
                                    2) There was no proper network coverage from 2012 and had launched several complaint with reliance support but no satisfactory resolution.
                                    3) I had stopped using this connection from Apr 2014 and written to reliance support for service disconnection and asked to stop generating bills.
                                    4) I had written to reliance support for service cancellation on Apr-2014. They had acknowledged the request.
                                    5) The reliance support team asked me to clear the outstanding due amt 1643.57/- and write back to support team for service cancellation and they will consider the request.
                                    6) I cleared the outstanding amt 1643.57/- and had written to support team immediately for service cancellation but they never considered the service cancellation request.
                                    7) Infact they generated the bill for month 19-may-2014 and 19-june-2014 for which a single usage was not done.
                                    8) I kept writing to reliance to stop bill generation but no response and they finally suspended the account.
                                    9) Now they are saying that my current outstanding amt is 2307.45. And I am getting threating mails from rele.reliable.[protected]@gmail.com that they will take legal proceedings against me if I don’t pay this amt.

                                      I was Reliance Communications data card till Oct-2013. By Oct-2013 I requested to close my account through reliance customer service they accepted it. And I have received ZERO dues e-billing by Nov-2103 and then no e-billing afterwards. By Mar-2014 they sent e-billing stating payment due for Dec-2013 and Jan-2014 with total amount of Rs.663/-. I was surprised by this and sent an email stating there is actually no dues. But every 4 months they were sending emails stating the same dues and sent legal notification. I was very unhappy with this kind of behaviour from giant like Reliance. Till today they are threatening by legal notification and action against me for this wrong payment due.
