I am a returning customer to reliance broadband. I had booked a new broad band connection (second time actually) and the line was charged on Jan 26 2016. The technician said the phone and internet would work from the next day only and unfortunately I believed him. Now is a week past the installation date and neither the phone nor the broadband internet is working. I have been calling customer care and appellate for past 3 days. Every a new ticket number is shared with no result. They say that technician will call me or visit the site but nothing happens. I paid 1 month bill in advance + installation charges when booking the connection. They were so prompt in getting the payment but not to give the connection. This is such a fraudulent action from Reliance Communication.
I am disconnecting the subscription. NEVER TRUST RELIANCE COMMUNICATION ON THERE SERVICES IS WHAT I LEARNED FROM THIS SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!!!

      I have recharged my reliance netconnect+ dongle with ADN No. [protected] on 02.02.2016, amount Rs.797 Via freecharge.com ( transaction id/order id: FCCM[protected]) still unable to use internet. I spoke to customer care once and they told it will be resolved in some hours, after that i m unable to contact customer care as it is busy from 4 5 hrs now. I really have important work to do and because of this problem all my work is in halt. Being a customer of reliance from 5 6 years its disappointing.

          Dear Sir
          I have used a postpaid connection of reliance i.e [protected] for last 2 years. But from last 2 months I have faced lots of problem from reliance regarding the bill. My plan has change without my information and I have registered lots of complain regarding this. After several complain but their is no resolution can be done by anybody. Every time told me that your complain will be resolved within the next 6 hours but their will be no reply or resolution can be done by any executive. When I asked about my complain status every time say that sir you can wait for the resolution but till now their will be no resolution have been done. My connection will be disconnect by the company their will be no incoming call facility available. I am very frustrated due to the connection.

          I am requested to everyone to not purchase any connection on reliance their are fraud their will be no complain can be accepted their are no such good customer support system.

          I have also resisted a complaint to reliance ‎Appellate authority Mr.Rahul Tandon but their are no resolution can be done.

          I have face lots of problem due to disconnected my connection their will be no one can listen my complain.

            Dear Reliance Wimax,

            I have received numerous emails from one Mr S. M. SHAIKH (rele.reliable.[protected]@gmail.com). This has been coming up on my spam folder as it is a ‘very’ unofficial email address. First of all I am unsure of the authenticity of the email itself but I am writing this complaint in as I was a resident of the address (mentioned in the email from Mr Shaikh) and a wimax user but that about 7 years ago. I had relocated to Delhi from Pune in Sep 2009 and, hence, requested to terminate the connection.

            Attached below is exact email requiring me to attend the Lok adalat - whereas I am not even in India since the last 1.5 years! Please can you look into the matter.


            Ref: - Pre-Litigation Case No. LK/FEB-16/SME-8135


            Sub: - Proposal of Reliance Communications Ltd., for presenting your dispute with regard to outstanding billing amount of Rs. 1734 /- for BAN No. [protected] before the Lok-Adalat.


            Sir/Madam,

            Apropos to the subject mentioned above, you are hereby informed that, the ApplicantReliance Communication Ltd, Pune with regard to the outstanding billing amount of Rs.1734 /- has arranged a Pre-Litigation Lok-adalat on Saturday 13/02/2016 at 11.00 a.m. Till 4.00 pm. It is contended that you have availed Services of Reliance Communications ltd, but failed to pay the above mentioned billing amount. The particulars of which are as under:-

                  Today i.e.[protected] at 3:08 am a subscription was being subscribed namely ASKShtfrmtDMS of Rs 45 to my prepaid mobile Reliance Number:+91-[protected] for which i have not subscribed for.I spoke to reliance Customer care No 198 but no feedback is being received .Some days ago the same problem with other subscription happened for which the company has refunded the said amount. Now its has become a daily routine to mentally harsh the customer.

                    I've had my reliance net connect connection since about 6 plus years or so. However last year there were some issues with the connection and reliance took almost one month to get the issue resolved with a very bad show of customer support. I then put the connection on hold for 3 months while deciding to try out other options. However after about 4 months, without a call or anything from Reliance I just got a bill for around 900 Rs from reliance team.
                    I then decided to terminate the connection and asked Reliance to do so. However the customer care representative was very unhelpful and did not take down any details of the same.

                    Now I am getting repeated emails from some advocate and recently received an email from some legal authority for Lok Adalat settlement. They are asking for an amount of 1700 which is not what was outstanding. I have asked them repeatedly to tell me what is the amount for but all I got was a reply stating that they cannot give me any details and that I just have to pay up.

                    Can someone from Reliance get in touch with me to get this resolved? I am willing to pay the amount as long as I know what I am paying. I am not ready to pay just any amount that they ask for.

                    All the contact numbers they provide do not work so I have no details.

                      Hello,
                      I am getting emails from a Adv. A. U. SAKKARGE & S. M. SHAIKH) (rele.reliable.[protected]@gmail.com) mentioning to pay Rs.2300 for internet bill overdue. Recently I also received an E-Notice from the email mentioned above. Doesn't Reliance have a proper email id?? Why should I trust this sender of this email. This can be fraud.
                      I had the internet connection long back in Aug 2009 and had terminated the connection after one month when I realised that I was duped by one of the Reliance executive. He told me that the internet plan can be changed after one month but it did not happened. I have all the emails from customercare that they told me the plan can be changed and then later they refused to change it. I also emailed them that I am terminating the connection and will not be responsible for any further internet bills. The customer care didn't replied to my email, that means they had agreed to my statement. And now why are they harassing me after so long time????

                        Hello,

                        I was using Reliance broadnet from 2009 to May 2012.

                        In May 2012, I planned to move to Bengaluru. I had informed Reliance customer care about this requesting them to terminate the service,
                        collect the instrument and finish the financial settlement.

                        BAN: [protected]

                        I had told them about a month ago before I left for Bengaluru, In spit of informing more than three times, nobody contacted me back regarding this.

                        After more than 3 years, I have received this threatening letter from a lawyer of his client Altaf to meet in Pune.

                        I have moved out of Pune in 2012. To pay only this bill I will have to commute to Pune. It costs minimum Rs. 4000/- to make a trip to Pune in addition to 2-3 days time.

                        On informing this, I was given NEFT details by Mr. Altaf. There is no way I can confirm that these details belong to Reliance. When searched on Google for this, it does not given even one valid page which can be taken as reference.

                        Mr. Altaf also informed that it can be confirmed by calling Standard Chartered Bank's customer care, It is well understood that no bank will provide such details. I experienced the same when I called bank's customer care.

                        I requested my friend to visit mentioned address, check authenticity of the place and pay the bill. When he visited the place today, he did not find the person or relaince communication office at above address. The landline number provided was also switched-off.

                        With all above details, I have a feeling that after failing to communicate with the customer for more than 3 years Reliance Communication is following an unprofessional method.

                        As told in every customer care call, I am sure, my calls in May 2012 were recorded. Those calls can be taken as reference and these details can be checked for correctness.
                        Further, with no way of verifying the NEFT details, I am suspecting the correctness of the account details. In case, the details are incorrect, I will be at loss of Rs. 4408/- and will not be able to approach anyone.

                        I would appreciate if Reliance Communications can send me the NEFT details from their official email account or if they can tell me an address in Bengaluru where I can personally go and pay the amount.

                            Sir/Madam,

                            I have requested for the termination of the[protected] Dongle many times since May 2015. These are some of the request number (Your termination request number is[protected]reliance on 23/5/2015),[protected],[protected], but instead of terminating they are charging bill for that. I was having two dongle and have asked for the termination of the both now because of get frustrated from the service. My one more dongle number is[protected]. The CSC told to call the relationship manager in the month of November and we did so. The relationship manager told us to pay the bill for that month for not using the dongle[protected] and he would wave that bill in the next month with[protected] this dongle numbers bill, and we paid the bill as he told us, but the next month again we got the bill for the dongle which we not used[protected] an amount of 800 extra with the original bill. We again called the relationship manager and told him and he told us not to pay the bill until it is waved off and he would also disconnect the dongle[protected]. But repeatedly calling him he was telling the same thing till January. Till January, they have charged us almost 2400/- extra for not using the Dongle at all[protected] and the CSC would call us and harass us to pay the bill even though we told them to speak to the Relationship Manager. I have all the details, sms, phone call lists, and mails regarding this. But till now no response from the relationship manager or the CSC. Today, the CSC lady called us and spoke very rudely to which even I had to speak the same way. Please teach them how to behave with the customers and patience and to listen what the customer tell them. I told that lady that I am ready to the pay the bill for the dongle number[protected], which I used only if they wave off the amount of the dongle number[protected], which I told them to terminate in the month of May 2015 only, but that lady told she would wave off 1300/- as the told bill including 2400/- extra was 3700/- and asked me to pay 2400/- for which I told okay send me a mail, I will check that and pay the bill within 2 days, but she was so arrogant that she told I will not send the mail either you pay the bill right now or else I know how the collect the money. what the hell does she mean. is she blackmailing us. I will give you the number of the CSC lady who called me. I need immediate action to be taken against her or else I need to take the action stating that she was calling me and threatening me.                                       I had sent port massage from this number [protected] and then next day i received call from reliance MNP department and they give me 397 jalsa pack with 50% discount price and i told yes, then i asked her that you are sure that u will give me 50% less on bill then she give me replied yes and given her mobile number which also i m sharing here her mobile number is [protected], then after 5 days i got massage and it is plan changed into 397 rupees, but there is no discount and then i have complain with 198 but they told me this is not possible. please help me.

                                      i have received a call from this number from MNP department [protected] on 17 january 2016.

                                        [protected] GSM prepaid reliance has No Network since 12 Dec 2015. This No. is registered with so many company also on email for the purpose of one time password. My email ids are not getting opened due to this problem since the password are sent on this no. only by the websites. I am facing problem since then. and Reliance has not taken any action. They have sent a message to upgrade from 2g to 3g. I am at Kolkata since 29 Jul 2015. I have visited the Reliance Head Office Ranchi on 23 jan 2016, but the customer care staff have just ride away saying it cannot be started. How? The company is upgrading the network then no. cannot be closed. Even Airtel has upgraded its network and not a single no. is closed except network disturbance.
