First of all I would like to thank the team of this forum I have earlier also posted complaint & which was successfully being resolved within a very short period of time so I think my this complain will also be successfully resolved.I have recharged of RS.14 (SMS Pack) on my no. [protected] (CDMA No.) on 20/01/2016 & also on 23/01/2016 at both the times I have not given benefit of the plan & my main bal was completely wipped out including...

This is after following up with your worthless and totally useless customer care who does not know what they are doing, i wonder why they are even hired! My landline number[protected] has been discontinued for no reason! Firstly i never receive the bills on time... Bill for month of December i have received after 15 January..!! Who is responsible for this? Payment for same was done on 5 January after calling customer care and finding out...

I'm a user of Reliance Broadband internet and my User no is[protected].
I'm really frustrated with the customer care experience. Frequent Internet downtime is happening and they will always say need 24 hours to resolve and mostly it will get resolved in lesss than 72 hours only (their rule is more than 72 hours of internet downtime is mandatory for Raising a Bill waiver).
I complained so many times and most of the times didnt...

Its really pathetic how our Indian government providing licencing to such kind of operators taking our money not providing the services not even 50% how is our present govt here we can know really our Prime minister giving speech about digitization but cant recognize the issues faced with this 3rd class network better close the company instead of wasting our time and money...

NO RESPONSE FROM RELIANCE...

My Name is ShyamaKaran Dubey. I'm a reliance India GSM customer. I want to inform you that I received a Massage from Reliance daily Offer on my mobile phone and recharged my mobile number in same way as they instruct but I couldn't find the promised Offer. I've E-mail to the Reliance customer care but after waited for more than 1 week no reply or data received. Then I decided to inform you about their cheating people...

I bought a Reliance Wi Pod dongle on 20th Jan, 2016 at Rs 2500/-.

It was written on the box that the speed would be 14 Mbps. But I am getting only 0.5 Mbps. I have repeatedly called reliance customer care but they are not able to help. One customer executive said that average speed is 1 Mbps. They are really cheating us. I want the issue resolved as soon as possible.

17th January 2016 My Mobile no([protected]) migrated from Airtel to Reliance. on 23rd Jan got a call from one of the executive towards address guidance...By that time he is 20 KM far from Home. He haven't turned to my Home for address verification.

Got SMS from Reliance that Address verification is negative.
They barred my out going simply....

On this no, Rs 49 have been charged for no fault of my own
I talked to customer care cell but they said the amount have been deducted and can't be refunded..

Why should I suffer if I haven't committed any fault..

I just want you to refund the deducted 49 rupees...

I had given INR 1600 during ISP installation at my home. I was told it includes first month bill too.
Now i have received INR 842 as bill. Please waive this bill amount as i have already made the payment.
I got the ISP connection on Dec 31

Hi Team,

I'm facing slow connectivity problem, where i paid 1200 for the Rel Wifi pod and promised as speed upto 14.1 mbps, but after connecting its struggling to reach 100 Kbps speed. Now the speed limit has also decreased to "Up to 3.1Mbps".
What is happening, why there is a product released that cannot fulfill the customers need, we don't expect the 14 mbps speed and in reality that is not possible for a dongle at-least...

Reliance mobile network is very bad in all network.The customar care service is% and They do'nwant receive any customar call.I trying last three days to talk the customer care service but not possible .please not take reliance mobile SIM.it very very bad .my no. is [protected]...

I committed the mistake of getting a reliance dongle. The dongle had the number [protected]. However, after sometime, that is around August 2015, I decided to surrendered the connection. Therefore, I approached the reliance outlet, from where I was directed to call the customer care helpline.

I called the customer care helpline and was told that you please pay an amount of Rs. 2320 and wait for three months. If you do not opt...

I had recharged my reliance number through www.rcom.co.in site. Through online process there are some more benefits as compare to easy recharge. But reliance did not gave me that online recharge benefits. I complained all this to the reliance technical team but no positive response from there side....

Dear sir i will purchase Reliance wifi Doungle Shreenath communication At 120 feet Bamroli Road Nr.bank of baroda surat-394210 in new wifi doungle with 3 month advance rental rs.2200 pay in date:28/11/2015 and active in doungle but network not available in doungle so he next day return in diungle Service Center in rcom and same problem in doungle not network available in doungle so plzcomplain in service center and Shreenathji communication...

I recharged my netconnect plus device twice of rs-999 once from freecharge and another from official reliance website.both the time my money got deducted but the recharge were unsuccessful.now i am waiting for refund and they are not doing anything.some are even saying that refund is not possible others tell me that there is no update in their system and we cant solve your issue....
