      I will totally harassed this service because of balance deduction. .my no is [protected] and name is Niranjan kumar I called to customer care help desk 198 regarding balance deduction but there executive told us that call on *333 for deduction and when I repeat same thing that the executive will disconnect my phone and barred my outgoing call. This is so rascals that this is ur work and how they do like this. So please give the resolution as soon as.

        I visited Reliance mobile store at Vishrantwadi-411015:Friends communications for Postpaid to Prepaid request. Store told it was not possible, so I called RCare they told you can migrate to prepaid no issue but still R store was not responding my request & called to leave.
        Please see this problem & take action against store for misguiding customers.

              I am Anjali Shakya user Reliance GSM prepaid connection. My amount of ₹80 has deducted on 24 january at 11:15 pm in night.
              Reliance has charged a wrong amount against internet data usage even when i was having enough data balance of net.
              This is not the first time when this happened to me. I have got threatened many times by this improper service of Reliance.Kindly refund my balance or else i will charge a case against Reliance on consumer forum of wrong amount deduction.

                First of all I would like to thank the team of this forum I have earlier also posted complaint & which was successfully being resolved within a very short period of time so I think my this complain will also be successfully resolved.I have recharged of RS.14 (SMS Pack) on my no. [protected] (CDMA No.) on 20/01/2016 & also on 23/01/2016 at both the times I have not given benefit of the plan & my main bal was completely wipped out including Rs. 14+14=28.
                Recently on 23/01/2016 at night I hv received msg regarding porting of my CDMA no. to Reliance GSM but again It took lot of time to resume my services again.And after conversion from CDMA to GSM I have made again recharge of Rs. 70 ( talktime) & Rs. 53 (for Data PAck) but while using Internet my main balance of Rs. 70 was used even when I have done recharge of Data Pack & again I suffered financial loss.It request to the service provider to kindly refund my loss of Rs. 14+14+10(regarding bal was deducted for sms)+55(which was lost even when data pack was recharged for) & for 53 RS. of Data pack either give me benefit of Data pack of refund my recharge amount of Rs. 53. I has become very burden some for users to call again & again to call centre & even they are not able to solve our problems so I hope that my complain will be given priority & make my losses good & should not repeat it again.My contact no. is [protected]

                  This is after following up with your worthless and totally useless customer care who does not know what they are doing, i wonder why they are even hired! My landline number[protected] has been discontinued for no reason! Firstly i never receive the bills on time... Bill for month of December i have received after 15 January..!! Who is responsible for this? Payment for same was done on 5 January after calling customer care and finding out the amount and was paid through drop box at one of your Prathana Samaj center by cheque for amount Rs.512. Now on calling and following up with your stupid customer care people, they inform me that my bill is Rs.974 (including January month) ... and tell me that my earlier payment was rejected and to check with my bank. On checking with my bank, bank says they have not received any rejected or returned cheque, no entry has been made with regards to my cheque either, so question here is where the hell is my payment? If i make the payment on time too, you cut my lines?? Is this how your company operates? No one has a clue of what they are doing, all they say is system is showing reject, so its rejected... May i know why its rejected? No one has a reasoning to this!! No one gives any higher authority number, no follow ups to email, no answers to help sort this issue...! I am losing important business calls due to your poor and useless service, but you will never understand this!! I need a feedback on my complaint ASAP with immediate action. If you can not solve this and have my line started with immediate effect, please take your connection back, i dont need it! This has started to become a regular thing and im sure i am not the only one being treated like this, you fleece other customers the same way!

                    I'm a user of Reliance Broadband internet and my User no is[protected].
                    I'm really frustrated with the customer care experience. Frequent Internet downtime is happening and they will always say need 24 hours to resolve and mostly it will get resolved in lesss than 72 hours only (their rule is more than 72 hours of internet downtime is mandatory for Raising a Bill waiver).
                    I complained so many times and most of the times didnt get a proper response from so called customer care execs. I asked to transfer the call to superiors or call back both didnt happened and so I yelled and they blocked my user id frm calling CC. Moreover no one monitors and responds to their mail id as well.
                    Never i get bills in my email and their online web's instant Bill vies doesnt work at all.
                    Tell me what am I supposed to do to get my bills on email in time.

                    Well Thanks for the attempts. But sorry to inform you that it all went in vain.
                    My connection is not working for last one hour. I tried to contact customer care but despite being in queue for more than half an hour it didnt get connected.
                    Tell me how to lodge a no connection complaint and most importantly how to get this connection work asap?

                    Note: Even for the bill in email i have to call every month (including this month).
                    Its five months since I posted the complaint. Only thing that happened is my issue got worse.
                    Fortunately, i got a call from essar team who supports reliance's server in my area and told me that issue is because of the power back up which reliance is not ready to change. Hence the issue will continue in future as well.
                    Every month ill get minimum five calls and 10 smses for bill payment, but not even a single call for resolving my issue.
                    ISN'T IT PUBLIC LOOTING!!!

                      Its really pathetic how our Indian government providing licencing to such kind of operators taking our money not providing the services not even 50% how is our present govt here we can know really our Prime minister giving speech about digitization but cant recognize the issues faced with this 3rd class network better close the company instead of wasting our time and money

                              I bought a Reliance Wi Pod dongle on 20th Jan, 2016 at Rs 2500/-.

                              It was written on the box that the speed would be 14 Mbps. But I am getting only 0.5 Mbps. I have repeatedly called reliance customer care but they are not able to help. One customer executive said that average speed is 1 Mbps. They are really cheating us. I want the issue resolved as soon as possible.

                                Got SMS from Reliance that Address verification is negative.
                                They barred my out going simply.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I'm facing slow connectivity problem, where i paid 1200 for the Rel Wifi pod and promised as speed upto 14.1 mbps, but after connecting its struggling to reach 100 Kbps speed. Now the speed limit has also decreased to "Up to 3.1Mbps".
                                        What is happening, why there is a product released that cannot fulfill the customers need, we don't expect the 14 mbps speed and in reality that is not possible for a dongle at-least we expect a 2 to 3 mbps. Being a reputed brand we don't expect a false commitment and promises. So kindly support to solve the issue. I hope many customers are affected with the same issue.
