This is after following up with your worthless and totally useless customer care who does not know what they are doing, i wonder why they are even hired! My landline number[protected] has been discontinued for no reason! Firstly i never receive the bills on time... Bill for month of December i have received after 15 January..!! Who is responsible for this? Payment for same was done on 5 January after calling customer care and finding out the amount and was paid through drop box at one of your Prathana Samaj center by cheque for amount Rs.512. Now on calling and following up with your stupid customer care people, they inform me that my bill is Rs.974 (including January month) ... and tell me that my earlier payment was rejected and to check with my bank. On checking with my bank, bank says they have not received any rejected or returned cheque, no entry has been made with regards to my cheque either, so question here is where the hell is my payment? If i make the payment on time too, you cut my lines?? Is this how your company operates? No one has a clue of what they are doing, all they say is system is showing reject, so its rejected... May i know why its rejected? No one has a reasoning to this!! No one gives any higher authority number, no follow ups to email, no answers to help sort this issue...! I am losing important business calls due to your poor and useless service, but you will never understand this!! I need a feedback on my complaint ASAP with immediate action. If you can not solve this and have my line started with immediate effect, please take your connection back, i dont need it! This has started to become a regular thing and im sure i am not the only one being treated like this, you fleece other customers the same way!
