I Deepak Kumar, I had got the message from Reliance GSM on dated 22/12/2015 on my mobile no [protected] for the 3G Date offer of 1GB 3G Data at Rs.89/-. I recharged instantly by Rs.89/-.
But after that there is no data received by me yet. Many times I contacted to Reliance Customer Care by mail & contacted directly through voice conversation. But they refused all time.
Really I am very frustrated & harass by them I am mentally very harass.
Therefore I am requesting to you that kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    My Reliance Data card connection number is : [protected], I did submit a request to terminate my service entire request number[protected] even after confirming on a follow up call which i have recording of and now I have to pay 725 rupee and they made register another request[protected] and I had to make multiple calls and wait for 50 minutes .

    I have made multiple requests to stop my service request no are[protected],[protected] and[protected] even after clearning all my bills my service is still active.

    I have been trying to stop and terminate my service for almost two months the first request was complete and to my surprise the connection was still active when i called in they said it was to change the plain which is a lie i have a recording of that call anyways i did make another request and now after paying extra for reliance mistake and after 16 days of my second request my connection is still active.


    What in the world i have to do to terminate my connection tell me why should i be paying anymore when you should have stopped my service on my first request.

    I am fed up please dont ask for any more money stop my service immediately.. Now

      I made complaint on three days b4. I got call this morning they asked me to get the dongle reset at rim office. When i visited the office they refused to reset it. From 4 days no internet for me. Should i lodge complaint with consumer court?? Dongle [protected] contact no. [protected].

        For the past 5 days I haven't been getting any broadband net connection. I called customer care on (2/Feb/2016) and they said that they would rectify the problem within 24 hours.
        The problem is still not rectified. Net connection is not at all working.
        When I called customer care again on (3/Feb/2016), they said that they will again need another 24 hours.
        Now five days has elapsed and the problem is still not solved.
        Everyday I am calling customer care and they are saying the same thing.
        This is not at all acceptable.
        Please do something about this and I want immediate action to be taken against this.

        I am still waiting for a response from your officials.
        So far I haven't got any calls yet
        For the past 10 days I haven't been getting any net connection. I called customer care so many times and they said that they would rectify the problem / some times they are telling that they are doing maintenance for the towers.The problem is still not rectified. Net connection is not at all working.

        Everyday I am calling customer care and they are saying the same thing and getting irritating response / telling so many excuses and not at all customer support.

        Please do something to rectify the problem, I have spend money for buying data, but not useful.

            On 01/02/2016 at evening my outgoing facility was blocked and I cant call CC,
            than on 04/02/2016 I lodge a complain for this ( Complain No- ID:[protected] and said that the problem was resolved with in 4-15 pm same day.

            I also know that your Reliance Store named Sanghai Infotech, situated at Shyambazar lodge a complain for Sim lost. But the handset and sim are intact.

            Than I am complain to 198 but they also said nothing to do, and I also said what is the procedure to leave the connection they also said the same.

            If it was happen than I complain through my alternative no or through my registered e-mail, but in this nothing was happen.

            Please told me who will responsible for my harassment ? and what step will be taken against the Store? Please resolve the problem asap.

              I have changed my Idea network [protected] number to Reliance network as CDMA Post paid. After some month I decided to change it as a prepaid number.
              For that I gone to their show room located in Simmakkal, Madurai, Tamil Nadu before ten days of october '2015 month bill raising.They said come after bill raised for the month of October '2015. I asked them why your saying like that, my bill will become more and I want to pay unnecessary for ten days . For that they told that we can't view the bill upto date after bill generated only we can tell.After october'2015bill generated once again I have gone to same room on 20.10.2015 they asked photo and kyc for changing postpaid into prepaid. They asked me to pay October'2015 outstanding bill Rs 325 and Rs 66 excess amount also needed because change of processing will take five to ten days. I asked them why your taking too much of time in todays technology it will take one day only they said if you pay we will do process other wise we won't do. I also payed the amount what they say by through online with the help of my friend.After that they asked me to call customer care for changing I did the same and they gave me a reference id [protected] . After some days gone my number have not changed to prepaid. I go to show room asked them why my number changed to prepaid. They are not answering properly their way of talking getting irritated.If anybody there instead of me they will get angry and they will fight them at last they can may give knock on their face.After this incident I throw that phone in my home even though I am using the number since 2009 .At present they are asking me to pay more than Rs 1000 . So please kindly take necessary against them to waive of bill amount and also change my number into prepaid .

                  I am here to lodge complain for wrongly charged in bill by Reliance Communication.I activated Plan - RG_FREEPAID395 in[protected] for delhi circle.As per plan call charge will be same either in home location or roaming location.But now they are charging roaming charges.They charged wrongly in bill december and january month bill.I also lodged complain in reliance customer through verbal communication.My SR no. is[protected].But they still didnt resolve this problem.I have attached december month bill.I highlighted all that portion.Kindly resolve the case.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                    I was using reliance 3G INTERNET ([protected]) for the past 1.5 years and paying bill regularly. But from the last 3-4 months i was getting frustrated because of very poor network.

                    I was regularly follow up with reliance customers service regarding for the same, they are always said that your problem will be resolve within 24 hours or our technical engg will be visit your home withing 24 hours, but the result will be the same & the technical engg newer call me for visit.

                    The procedure of register a complaint is very difficult with reliance. Just trying trying and trying for the customer service but said that all line are busy try after some time...and if by mistake call will be received by your staff said hello hellooooooo your voice is not clear and just put my call on hold.

                    This kind of mental harassment i will faced for the 5 months. Then i was register a complaint to stop my service then they asked why are you closing your account your problem will be solved quickly... but result will be the same.

                    Then finally i will decide that not to pay upcoming bill & it works, after skipping my 1st bill to pay starts to receive so many calls a day for the bill paying bill from reliance.

                    And as usual i was describing my frustrating story to the customer care then getting quick response from them first you pay your bills then the service will stop else bill will be generated as well.

                    You tell me sir without using INTERNET how will be the bills get generated.

                    But i am sticked to stop this service then they are providing me a complaint no[protected] and assured me that this will be getting stopped within 24 hours.

                    But i was getting shocked when the next day i received a call from reliance for the same resion & after my explanation of the above complaint no[protected] they said that this complaint number is not done & ready to provide me another number if i will pay my previous bills. :(:(

                    It is too horrible to deal with reliance. From your side very easy to call us for demanding bill But from our side very difficult to covey our message to reliance.

                    After 3 months bill will be getting stopped automatically don't know how & Now, starts receiving a mental harassment call from Ms.Nisha Aggrawal - [protected]. She is telling to me she don't know what is the resion behind it just call me to inform me that a i am under a case of foul play and Mr.Abhinav is the advocate stands against me for the case of foul play.

                    I am asking for provide me the details of Mr.Abhinav (Advocate) she is just ignore to provide me the details of him. :(:(

                    Without any court notice without any information said i will be under a case of foul play and go to the court for the same.

                    If it is the right way to deal & harass your customers then i will be register a complaint to customer court for the harassment.

                    Kindly do something sir i really getting very much frustrated to suffering from this kind of problem.

                        We have been continuously trying to contact customer care of reliance in shakarpur 110092 delhi east delhi to get the sim reissued but they are not ready to issue the same. They are saying that you have to provide the same id which you gave at the time of taking the sim. I have lost that id so my physical presence is not enough for them. They are not even telling which id i provided earlier.

                            It is very much disappointing that you have arrived at such a conclusion of my complaint/request without taking any favourable action. I was just asked to SMS "'PORT" to 1900 to stop reliance service to my postpaid connection No [protected]. I have done son twice and no improvement has been noticed yet. I have recordings and evidences for all efforts made by me to stop the reliance postpaid connection.
                            I shall not be liable to pay any further bills, if you are not stopping service to my postpaid numbe [protected].
                            please make a note of it and do the needful to stop service to my postpaid number [protected] at your earliest. I will remove sim on 29th FEb 2016 and will not pay any further bills.

                              I recharged my contact number +91-[protected] on freecharge from the list of mentioned plans which stated full talktime. I recharged my number for amount 49, 49, 98 consecutively but din't receive any mail balance.For all 3 recharges I have received promo balance. Since I am out of Orissa(my sim belongs to orissa), I am not able to use that balance. This is a major problem with many Relaince customers as I noted. Please assist and if possible transfer that promo balance to main balance.

                                your all service providers are third class. after 12 days they gave me a diffected 2nd hand lava wi pod who is not working. i dont know what to do now. i thaught why i purchased ur third class product. i dont have time to go to ur service center again and again and again. your service team is poor who cant satisfy a single custumer. i know my 1500rs device amount and 999 rechare amount is losted because o[censored]r useless service providers. now i m going to spread the message to the social media to not buy any product from reliance com.

                                  I called reliance customer care from [protected] on 5th February, 2016 at 10.40 a.m. I wanted to issue a complain about network problem on my other phone but rather noting down the complain, the person over the phone hanged up the phone forcefully. Please take some action against that guy because they should know how to work.

                                      I have recharged online on my no [protected], 2g net pack but in 1st time i got error while paymet process and I didn't received msg for recharge and not for amount diduction but when I recharge 2nd time I got msg for recharge successful also after some time I got another recharge msg which got failed
                                      I visited reliance outlet for cancellation of one recharge but they refused to take complaint ask to call on 198 no to register complaint
                                      But on customer care they clearly deny to cancel recharge and refund amount of one recharge
                                      Please take immediate action and cancel one of the recharge and refund amount for thw same
