I Swapan Basu, Reliance No. [protected]. Kolkata, West Bengal.
On 01/02/2016 at evening my outgoing facility was blocked and I cant call CC,
than on 04/02/2016 I lodge a complain for this ( Complain No- ID:[protected] and said that the problem was resolved with in 4-15 pm same day.
I also know that your Reliance Store named Sanghai Infotech, situated at Shyambazar lodge a complain for Sim lost. But the handset and sim are intact.
Than I am complain to 198 but they also said nothing to do, and I also said what is the procedure to leave the connection they also said the same.
If it was happen than I complain through my alternative no or through my registered e-mail, but in this nothing was happen.
Please told me who will responsible for my harassment ? and what step will be taken against the Store? Please resolve the problem asap.

Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have made multiple requests to stop my service request no are[protected],[protected] and[protected] even after clearning all my bills my service is still active.
I have been trying to stop and terminate my service for almost two months the first request was complete and to my surprise the connection was still active when i called in they said it was to change the plain which is a lie i have a recording of that call anyways i did make another request and now after paying extra for reliance mistake and after 16 days of my second request my connection is still active.
What in the world i have to do to terminate my connection tell me why should i be paying anymore when you should have stopped my service on my first request.
I am fed up please dont ask for any more money stop my service immediately.. Now
