Mobile phone & sim was lost 1,00,00,000

We have been continuously trying to contact customer care of reliance in shakarpur 110092 delhi east delhi to get the sim reissued but they are not ready to issue the same. They are saying that you have to provide the same id which you gave at the time of taking the sim. I have lost that id so my physical presence is not enough for them. They are not even telling which id i provided earlier....

I recharged my number for amount 49, 49, 98 consecutively but din't receive any mail balance.For all 3 recharges I have received promo balance. Since I am out of Orissa(my sim belongs to orissa), I am not able to use that balance. This is a major problem with many Relaince customers as I noted. Please assist...

Refund of security deposit

I disconnected the RCOM land-line phone no.[protected] In july 2015 RCOM is not refunding the security deposit approx. Rs 2783/-. According to RCOM it is refunded within 60 days but now more than 7 Months i haven't received any payments. there is no way to contact them and r com outlets do not register complaints regarding this.

Porting problems

I asked to be ported out of Reliance and into Airtel. My mobile no is [protected]. Reliance keeps rejecting my request saying that the porting code did not match. They have rejected the request thrice. My calls wont connect to the Reliance customer care and there is absolutely no response from their side. I am sick and tired of this business....
