Jab main service use hi nahi kar pa raha to bill kyon ....

I was using reliance 3G INTERNET ([protected]) for the past 1.5 years and paying bill regularly. But from the last 3-4 months i was getting frustrated because of very poor network.

I was regularly follow up with reliance customers service regarding for the same, they are always said that your problem will be resolve within 24 hours or our technical engg will be visit your home withing 24 hours,...

Recently i port my number vodafone to reliance network..many issue reliance network..sometime network drop.i connect aircel data on my mobile 1st sim then show no 2 sim reliance network drop.so i cannt use net for aircel number..my reliance number officially so i cannot conect net on my mobile.connect net then reliance network drop.after 3mnth i port reliance to vodafone.u help my problem otherwise i port my number vodafone network..

We have been continuously trying to contact customer care of reliance in shakarpur 110092 delhi east delhi to get the sim reissued but they are not ready to issue the same. They are saying that you have to provide the same id which you gave at the time of taking the sim. I have lost that id so my physical presence is not enough for them. They are not even telling which id i provided earlier....

There was been wrong charge on my reliance gsm while using internet and when I asked customer care for refunds they blocked me till now I didnt received my funds.I port it out....

I had lodged complaint about this poor service many times and all the time I was given bseless assurances for betterment within stipulated period. I recharged my contact number +91-[protected] on freecharge from the list of mentioned plans which stated full talktime. I recharged my number for amount 49, 49, 98 consecutively but din't receive any mail balance.For all 3 recharges I have received promo balance. Since I am out of Orissa(my sim belongs to orissa), I am not able to use that balance. This is a major problem with many Relaince customers as I noted. Please assist...

My lava wi pod device is not working from 3 days. I called to customer care they said a network issue and they were trying to repair. But they dont know how much time taken to repair it. I called reliance customer care from [protected] on 5th February, 2016 at 10.40 a.m. I wanted to issue a complain about network problem on my other phone but rather noting down the complain, the person over the phone hanged up the phone forcefully. I have recharged online on my no [protected], 2g net pack but in 1st time i got error while paymet process and I didn't received msg for recharge and not for amount diduction but when I recharge 2nd time I got msg for recharge successful also after some time I got another recharge msg which got failed

I have purchased Postpaid sim from Reliance. It was working fine. I submitted all necessary documents and they provided a number and it was working fine.
Suddently without any informaltiion they deactivated all services and i am on roaming now and not able to contact anyone.

I disconnected the RCOM land-line phone no.[protected] In july 2015 RCOM is not refunding the security deposit approx. Rs 2783/-. According to RCOM it is refunded within 60 days but now more than 7 Months i haven't received any payments. there is no way to contact them and r com outlets do not register complaints regarding this.

I asked to be ported out of Reliance and into Airtel. My mobile no is [protected]. Reliance keeps rejecting my request saying that the porting code did not match. They have rejected the request thrice. My calls wont connect to the Reliance customer care and there is absolutely no response from their side. I am sick and tired of this business....
