Sir/mam An amount of Rs 87 has been deducted from my mobile number [protected] naming VAS ADPAY GSM and they texted me I had subscribed to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs.I did not requested for any such VAS and when I complained about this to customer care the response was very poor.They always deduct my money.Earlier amount was used to beRs 3 but this time is too much.Kindly help me to shot out this and get me back my money.

    Myself, shailesh kumar gupta, holding reliance net connect number : [protected], had requested to de-activate my data account on 19th september 2015, and submitted all required documents for terminating the connection. Then i had recieved a SMS on my registered mobile number, stating that service request no. is[protected], and been said that request will be resolved in the next 15 days, and the dongle was de-activated on the same day. However on 11th november i had recieved a mail stating that Rs. 716.28 is due for payment. On 22nd November, while checking my mail i read the same and complained to Reliance customer care about the same. The request no. was[protected] for de-activating again and request no.[protected] for clearing the balance which i have not used. I am recieving numerous calls from the customer care insisting me to pay the said balance amount. I request you to kindly look into this matter as i am not ready to pay for which i havent used and as it was a fault from company to re-activate my services without my permission and billing me for the same. screen shot of the company sms attached.

      I had chosen a combo plan of Rs. 649 for which I paid Rs.1550 in advance to a person named Abhishek working at Reliance communications ltd, 3rd floor, Mansarovar complex, hoshangabad road, bhopal, MADHYA PRADESH, pin-462024 on 14/11/2014 . I told him i required a broadband connection urgently for some very important work and He promised me that my connection would be established within 2-3 days. weeks passed by but no connection was done, neither of telephone nor broadband.I also went to reliance broadband office in mansarovar, mp nagar, Bhopal but after waiting for one hour daily I was told my connection will be installed the next day. But nobody came to my place to set up the connection. Your office authorities never responded to my calls.They didn't even receive the calls and by chance when they did i always got the reply we will contact you shortly I suffered a great loss in my work due to this and you also wasted a lot of my valuable time. I have sent emails regarding refund earlier but except automatic replys and a call which said " we will contact you shortly" i got nothing. How long is this time period"shortly" ? I applied for refund in November 2014 and till today i didn't received any form of refund. So I want my money to be refunded. I already got broadband connection from another company, so don't ask me whether i still want a reliance connection or not.i just want my money back.               I don't have any alternate number. That is the single number i am using which you have blocked for no reason.

              My residential place also don't have any reliance customer service point. Request you to unblock the number as soon as possible so that i can use that number.

              If sim card is getting expired one should know the same well before the expiry date of The sim cARD moreover i have taken lifetime sim card. I dont know the meaning if lifetime is 9 years or so.

                  My reliance broadband connection User ID[protected] is not working since last 9 days i complained 7 times on their toll free number but i saw no response. I contacted the billing office in kanpur so he gave a number of head office in kanpur. When i called their he spoke in very rude and manner less way. And abused as much as he could..and said "when u call the toll free number tell them to give us salaries we are not mukesh ambani's servants...no one is responsible for this...we didn't advise u for using reliance..." So pls this is my suggestion not to use reliance as it's a cheap network

But i only got 1gb 3G internet and didn't get 100 rs promo talktime i complain to ur cce 3 time the last time i called the cce says that u only complain once and now i cant do anything u wont get ur talk time.                                 I subscribed to Reliance Broadband considering the fact that being a private organisation and a brand name like Reliance, the quality of service will be good compared to any other organisation but have been regretting this decision. The connectivity of broadband is very poor and rarely my internet gets connected and when it does the speed is so poor that opening google search page seems to be a challenge. I have subscribed to a 4Mbps plan but it feels as if like a 512Kbps connectivity. I have also raised multiple complaints from last 1.5 months and the only answer i get is it will be resolved in a week or so but the service requests are closed without a consent from our end. Such a poor quality of service was never expected from Reliance. They seem to be no better than BSNL guys.

                                    Copy of last complain :- Reliance is deducting amount of Rs.5 or 3 per day on account of VAS Services. I checked through reliance Instacare app and saw that i am not subscribed to any VAS service. Deduction details are as follows:- 21-Nov VAS Handygo GSM 5.00 24-Nov VAS Eros GSM 5.00 26-Nov VAS Techzone GSM 5.00 26-Nov VAS Eros GSM 3.00 27-Nov VAS Eros GSM 3.00 28-Nov VAS TechRWCNKVed GSM 0.50 29-Nov VAS TechRWCNKVed GSM 0.50 30-Nov VAS shemaroostream GSM 5.00 30-Nov VAS shemaroostream GSM 5.00 01-Dec VAS Eros GSM 3.00 01-Dec VAS 1.00 This is happening 3rd time that i have complained. They reply, but they never have permanent solution for this. They refunded me some money - for last 3-4 transaction but not all the money. Even after this they are deducting on account of VAS- 04-12: 5.00 07-12: 5.00 8-12:3.00 12-12: 0.50 Please refund all my money deducted for VAS services.(Which have not been refunded )

                                        I Have already registered a complaint for similar matter and I got response from the customer service team and the matter was resolved for that time, but again same thing happened and in past four days Rs21.50 has been deducted from my main balance for various VAS .I Never applied for these VAS.
