I am belongs to reliance both post paid and prepaid costmoure post paid no- [protected] prepaid no is [protected] some times avalable network but maxmium time network is unavalable with my mob no but in preapaid no is no any network from last two days .i have connected with customere care then he suggested me to lunch a complain with the prepaid no now no positive responce till now....

My reliance broadband connection User ID[protected] is not working since last 9 days i complained 7 times on their toll free number but i saw no response. I contacted the billing office in kanpur so he gave a number of head office in kanpur. When i called their he spoke in very rude and manner less way. And abused as much as he could..and said "when u call the toll free number tell them to give us salaries we are not mukesh ambani's...

Having net pack activated on my number [protected] still rcom debited 245 from my account.. Complaint lodged with rcom cc 2 times but no response.. Alternate number [protected]...

My mobile no: [protected], port in Reliance verification was negative ofter that again submitted my documents to maredpally Reliance store, Secundrabad. After 10days Again Raise Complaint requisition But no Result it'[s take 2 months only service was given only 3 days/ 4days After that outgoing service blocked after that income also blocked Wast of service pls resolve...

R/sir, I was having a balance of Rs60 approx yesterday night, while checking the balance today morning it is showing approx Rs 15, but no customer care authority is going to clarify the deduction of balance....

Hi I have recharged my no [protected] with 247rs on 27 nov 2015 and in this pack as per reliance gsm in this pack u gave 1gb 3g with ul facebook and ul whatsapp and 100 rs promo talktime. But i only got 1gb 3G internet and didn't get 100 rs promo talktime i complain to ur cce 3 time the last time i called the cce says that u only complain once and now i cant do anything u wont get ur talk time. I subscribed to Reliance Broadband considering the fact that being a private organisation and a brand name like Reliance, the quality of service will be good compared to any other organisation but have been regretting this decision.
