Nothing has been done or resolved till date..
I[censored] are unable to do about this happening every month to us then kindly disconnect my connection with immediate effect. I am not going to bear unnecessary cbarges for which i am not getting any services...
Kindly do the needful to rectify the service. This is happening almost every month.

Dear all @ Reliance Communication,
The same reply i get every now & then... & I am sure there may be so many suffering by so may customers of yours all over India... & there is no hearing of their cries from your end except writing the pre-formatted & mechanised auto - condolence emails. Who will bear the daily fees of non-working of your broadband internet...
In few days, you will send us the bill & also stating a email that your complaint was resolved long back as per our system & manpower on the field. '
Its high time, you should stop lying & do something about these faults & problems... rather enjoying the plight & problems of your loyal customers. Dont ruin your image & so malign the company...
Like so many others, I actually have lost trust & confidence in your working as well as in the company...
Since april when i took the connection, the same thing happens every month (either for 15 days or for atleast 5 to 7 days)... why should I bear the burden of those non-working days... do you give salary to your employees who dont come for work for 5 to 7 days every month...
If nothing done pertaining to my complaint (except telling lies)...by today's end... kindly disconnect my same connection with immediate effect... after which it will not be my responsibility.

My complaint is that my broadband is not working at all and i am complaining since so many days... And u r replying me nonsense reply of broadband speed...
There is no port for my connection...
I need you all to disconnect my subscription of broadband n telephone line connection wit immediate effect.. I am really unsatisfied and had enough of your lies...
And for God sake... Stop lying with ur customers...
If my connection is not disconnected... I am not going to pay d bill for the non service given to your customer...
