I am a reliance customer from last 3 year; on date 28/11/2015 i requested to port my number [protected] (Rcom) Himachal pradesh to (Rcom) gujarat circle. on date 08/12/2015 i received a message that "Port in request for no [protected] is accepted and existing service will be disable from 11:00 pm 1:00 am" when on 09/12/2015 i contact on 59059 for activation the executive reply this number information not updated on our system and call after 6 hour. Today two days spend but my no was not activated till date when i contact reliance store they told me that the number is pending for verification only but 59059 told the information not updated on our system. What can i do? So i requested to what is the problem ? is it activated or not?

Please tell me what is the issue ? I second time submitted the document to reliance store and already mail to customer care and appeal authority on 10/12/2015 but no response get from them to till date. Please clearly mention, is activated or not my number ?
Otherwise i mail to HO of reliance and Telecom Regulatory Authority of India regarding this type of problem and not reply my mail regarding the complain. and also send me complaint no forwarded to your customer service team.

    Hello Sir, My mobile number is [protected] and I have done recharge on 30 Nov and 1 Dec. of Rs.199 (Core Bal - 199 and 30p/m call for 28 days according to website) and 92 (25p/m call for 28 days according to website) but still I have not getting any benefit of recharge. My mobile goes in roaming automatically. Please solve my problem as soon as posible.

    This is real bad services, I must say. Reasons is here under : I got a call on 17122015 from[protected] stating that my recharge amount of INR 92 will be added to my core balance, but till now nothing has happened. Further to state that if I recharge any denomination but I am not getting actual benefit. I would prefer personal talks on my mobile rather than interacting with you guys on social platform. I am also marking an email to telecom minister an d coping to TRAI chairman as well. Looking forward for quick and workable response. Your irritated customer- Santosh

    what you guys are doing..are you kidding or irritating... I got a call from[protected] on 24 december, he told me that I am activating a plan on your no. and call rate will be 30p/m for 90 days and 199 core balance will be transferred within 30 minute... what rubbish you are doing..
    I did not get any benefit till now... so, now i am planing to port no. in MTNL. I will not take any services of Reliance mobile in future.

          I am using Reliance Netconnect for the past 1 year but since the last 3-4 months, I have been getting terrible speeds. Before that I had recharged with an amount of Rs. 1947 for which they provided me with 69 GB of data, as it was their Independence Day offer. But since then the net is running very slow and even after lodging 2-3 complaints, nothing has been resolved. The only solution they are able to provide is clear your temporary files, check ping and all. My Reliance Netconnect datacard number is [protected]. I am still continuing to use it as I still have around 80 GB of data in my account and I am slowly and steadily trying to finish it, after which I will move on to a new connection. The experience with this company has been nothing short of horrible and I would really suggest anyone trying to go for Reliance Netconnect, not to go for it even if its the last solution available. Trust me.

                    I raised port out request of Reliance CDMA to Airtel. I received sms that Airtel forwarded to Reliance Communications. but till now RCOM did not process my mnp request. They are intentionally delaying it and trying technique to reject my mnp request. They do not want to lose subscriber. I do not want to be in RCOM CDMA please donot force me to be subscriber.

                          My wipod replaced on 27/12/2015
                          They told that its a new pice but it looks like second hand pice but my concern is that still they haven't activated my wipod, if i call and ask the update they will tell there is a huge problem in reliance, after taking to activate the replacement of wi pod till not activatedb please help to get activated again today i had recharged internet pack for validity from 1 month im not able to use wopod because of poor lava service and activation.

And i also have remaining of 200mb of data balance then., how did they can take my 60 rupees talktime with no reason help me... .
