      I am presently using Reliance Punjab number [protected] and porting to Andhrapradesh Reliance. Porting requested on 30 Nov 15 and submitted the required documents to Reliance service center at Tuni. Mnp number RP876437.The presently using sim was closed the service on 07 Dec 15 10:30 PM. New sim was not activated till now and no action taken by Reliance service center Tuni and also customer care Reliance. My present number not working due to this problem. There is no network in that number. Please help me...

        My reliance no [protected], from 9th dec 2015, no incoming call, somebody ring to me, they are notice switc off, where as from that mobile i can call anywhere, , as well as internet connection is ok, today i change my mobile, and sim replace to other mobile, but same probelm exists, that means it can be confirm, , , , sim is locked from somwhere, (no incoming call, outgoing call is ok) today through phone i complain against complain no..[protected] please look after the case and inform me quickly ..           Dear Friend, very frustrating and poor service from the reliance data card, and after that legal notice from reliance. i have suffered alot from last six month so i want to warn you before going to realince data card. now i want to share my problme with you all indian citizen my data card no [protected] is a postpaid connection and to migrate it into a prepaid, i have given the request in reliance communication store on 01 june 2015 with all my document. details of the store and payment is as below:- Manager:- Mr Mohan Kumar Add:- United Communication Reliance Mobile Store, Shop No. 20 #6-3-353/1, Ground Floor, Meridian Plaza, Ameerpet, Hyderabad-16 Service request no is :-[protected] same day[protected] i have made the advance payment of all my dues ( Rs 360/-) with receipt no. PMT[protected]. Store manager assured me with in ten days my plan will changed to prepaid but he asked me not to use data card till the conversion. i have not used my data card till today[protected]. but my data card not changed to prepaid after 15 days also. so i have send the mail to customer care on 17 June 2015 at 12:54hrs for this matter. they have not taken any action. i called so many times to customer care also but every time they assured me within few days it will done. i was so frustrated with the service of relinace, that i have given the mail on 1 july 2015 at 15:16 hrs if migration is not possible then permanently close the data card. after that cutomer care called me to again visit the reliance store for clarification from the store manager. i went to store manager on 3 july 2015 regarding this matter. but he assured me that he raised the request for postpaid to prepaid migration. and he told me there is a problem with reliance customer care side. no need to pay any bill because you have not used datacard and delay is from reliance side. regarding this also, i have called customer care and informed the matter and request them to speak with store manager and for that i have given the mail also to customer care.but again no action from their side.and bill was generated even though i was not using the data card. again on 10 sep 2015, i have given the mail for permanently closing of data card if not able to migrate. then i receive the call from relinace customer care to visit the store again and again submit the all the document for the migration. on 25 sep 2015 again i have submitted all my document for migration with caf no[protected]. but after that also nothing happen. after so many calls to customer care, finally when i visited to same reliance store, then manager Mr Mohan kumar, assured me, no need to pay any amount because it is a mistake of reliance. but don't use the data card. now till today no action from reliance side. and i have not used data card from 01 june 2015 to till date and bill is generated falsely after giving the request on 1 june 2015.how can they generate the bill when i have given the request on 1 june 2015 itself. and if there is any problem with the relinace store manager, Mr Mohan kumar, then why reliance customer care have not been talked to mohan kumar so far. they are genereting bill every month without any data uses and they have send me legal notice also. my request to all of you just think twice before taking and reliance data card H.             Dear sir i m post paid customer of reliance my no. [protected] .sir i m very fedup from the reliance service because i had made various complaints regarding my wrong bill generated on dated 18 nov15. in that bill 669/-which is the wrong amount is charge to me.as per my plan call are unlimited on reliance nos.from home as well as roaming lcation. i can give a small example to prove that my bill is wrongly charge to me.when i m going to roaming location that time due weak network of reliance tata docomo takeover the network automatically.and i had confirmed so many times that on that network my plan will act as reliance plan.but reliance had been cut charges on various reliance nos. that is totally wrong.u can check on my reliance no. [protected] reliance cut so many charges in roaming location as i called up reliance no.this is not only single no. but i have other reliance nos. also on wrong charges had been cut, that is wrong.therefore the conclusion is that reliance charges wrong bill.so i m requesting that waver the wrong bill so that i can continue with reliance. and reliance want that i shouldl fill this wrong bill that will not be possible for me u can discontiue my connection as u want...i[censored] can not shortout my complaint... secondly as on date 08/12/15 my UNBILLED amount is 600/- as my local/std minute is also balance, data is balance, roaming free beside my unbilled amount is increasing day per day that is also coming totally wrong.and result will be this will increase my credit limit nd my out going calls stopped. but that is reliance problem not customer than why the customer will sustain.so this is my advance intimation for my dec15.bill which will also show the same problem...so in advance plz shortout the problem...check...check...nd replay...soon i have study my bill throughly...ramgopal sharma

                रिलायंस का कोई भी कस्टमर केयर प्रतिनिधि अबतक हमशे संपर्क नहीं किया है और न ही अबतक नेटवर्क की समस्याओं का समाधान हो सका है. बल्कि समस्या और भी गंभीर हो गयी है. पहले इनकमिंग कॉल की समस्या थी, अब ऑउटगोइंग कॉल की समस्या उत्पन्न हो गयी है. कुल मिला कर स्थिति यह है कि पिछले तीन दिनों से न तो आउटगोइंग कॉल जा रहा है और ही इनकमिंग कॉल आ रहा है. कॉल करने के दौरान नेटवर्क बिजी, कॉल इंड, कॉल फेल, क्रॉस कनेक्शन आदि जैसी समस्याओं से परेशानी हो रही है. अगर रिलायंस कंपनी अपनी सेवा-सुविधा में सुधार नहीं कर पाती है, तो उन्हें अपनी दुकानदारी बंद कर देनी चाहिए. सरकार को भी चाहिए कि उन पर कड़ी कार्रवाई करें. उपभोक्ताओं को परेशान करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है. भागलपुर जैसे शहर में अगर अपनी सेवा सुधार नहीं कर पा रही है, तो अन्य शहरों में क्या स्थिति होगी, इसका अंदाजा स्वयं लगा सकते हैं. रिलायंस ने टू-जी नेटवर्क तो बंद कर दिया और इसके कारण थ्री-जी नेटवर्क भी चौपट हो गया है. भागलपुर में आधा से अधिक जगहों पर थ्री-जी का नेटवर्क भी नहीं है. हमने बीएसएनएल नंबर को रिलायंस में पोर्ट कराया है. शायद यह मेरी बेबकूफी थी, जो हमने यह रिलायंस में एमएनपी कराने का फैसला लिया. हमारे हिसाब से पिछले तीन दिनों से भीषण समस्याओं का जो सामना करना पड़ रहा है, उसको लेकर रिलायंस पर कड़ी कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए.

                  We are using Reliance SIM card, and daily they are cutting 5 rs for VAS on behalf of HUNGAMA, but we are not registered any kind of VAS on my mobile number and if we are contacting customer care for help and for the information what is happening then they only said that the server is low please contact later. They dont know how to talk to the customer ... one of the rascal operator abuses my father ... and if we are trying to contact again then they are simply blocking aur reliance number... Please take any seruious action.
                  otherwise we will simply stop using reliance sim.

                    Very poor service. Called them 3 times since yesterday to get my Data Card Services terminated. First call: 9th Dec 2015 - A guy picked up after I had waited in the queue for around 12 minutes. He heard my complaint and put me on indefinite hold. The line went numb and finally I had to disconnect. 2nd Call: 10th Dec 2015 - after hearing that I wanted to terminate, checked my details and said that they are all fine and he would transfer the call to the Cancellation team. Put me on indefinite hold and the line went numb. Waited for around 35 minutes and disconnected. 3rd Call: 10th Dec 2015 - Call picked up after around 10 minutes. Although I selected English but representative continuously spoke in Tamil. Could not understand anything.

                        Refer to the subject complaint no. which is been raised yesterday on 4th December . That I have recharge for Rs. 289 /- ( online) for 3G data, I have received the confirmatory message that my data recharge has been successfully done (G289). But I have not received the data, data showing as ZERO, I called many time to customer care no (198) there is no such option for said issue, and there is no option to speak with customer care Executive to explain the details., I tried 8-9 time’s and somehow my call is got connected with customer care executive, unfortunately they are not well capable to address my query. Due to non data payable my business and communication is hampered a lot, as a resolution I want my money to be credit in my savings account . Kindly refer the screen shot and complaint details Dear Concern, I am shocked by reading your baseless/non factual reply which you have sent without verifying the fact. The Facts are as below. 1. The data balance in my account is 1.4 GB today is not recharged with Rs. 289/- which, I have got this data with the recharge of Rs. 255/- on dated 5th December 2015 with 1.75 GB data. 2. Amount of Rs. 289/- transaction date 4th December 2015, it is still pending for realization. On what basis you are saying that This recharge is successful. 3. I urge kindly share the screen shot for of your system, on basis you are saying that the data benefit of Rs. 289/- is given to me.

                          I was using Reliance Netconnect+ with number - [protected]. In May-15, my brother returned the modem and clearly asked the attending executive to clear all the dues for which my brother paid. She specifically told him that the service will be deactivated and no further payment has to be made. I also didn't get any Invoice or detail after May-15 from Reliance. Suddenly, I got a notice from the court in Sept-15 about pending amount of Rs. 1591. I mailed and called Reliance customer care regularly for a long time about the details but they didn't provide any. Now again today I got a notice about it. I am not going to pay a penny without invoice or details. This is highly unprofessional and rowdy. I'll go to the higher authorities if I have to. This is unexpected from company like Reliance.                               I have reliance prepaid connection, number is [protected]. In one year, approx 4, 5 times wrong balance deduction by reliance operator, recently on 7 dec 2015, wrong balance deduction is approx 250 rs because of internet uses. But i have the data plan of 1GB, and last date of expiration of the data plan is 7 December, and still i have the data balance is 452 MB . I am wonder of have the data balance then how can operator charge the uses of data and deduct the amount from main balance. It is frustrating to me call to always customer care, mail to them for notify the wrong balance deduction, they don't have any responsibility for consumer. Note:- It is happening from last month(4-5 times).

                                Request no.[protected] On 22nd nov. 2015 We got a recharge pack of Rs. 92 ( Rs.60 TT + 100 mb 3G data for 30 days, all local + std calls @30 paise/m validity 180 days). but we still have no balance in our mobile a/c([protected]). We have complained many times in reliance costumer care but still have no responce. I hope that i will recieve positive results.

                                  Dear guys, I would not recommend u to use reliance network. It's totally an network with stupid employees. I have been facing a problem of low data connectivity for the past few days and If I wanna contact customer care, this off network takes 30 to 40 min.And even though if a Reliance customer care person taakes my call, he is very dumb to understand my problem. He/they are just repeating that "Your phone is in low signal area" something like that.. That network shows full coverage and these playing in it. And I'm here to say that reliance is the most dumbest network in the whole wide India. And its very funny to hear that these are gonna provide 4G. Hahaha My God :D .. If any Reliance employee read this, contact me [protected] By the time u call, I would have switched over to other network via MNP and also would have started a revolution about ur dumb network to few of my friends those r still using this stupid Reliance network...

                                      I have been using reliance 3G service for more than 2 yrs. It seems that the service is becoming worse day by day. There were certain days when 3G network gets disconnected but this time I have not seen 3G network continuously for 3-4 days. Why should I pay for a 3G plan if there is no network. The 2G network that I am getting is so slow that it took about half an hour to submit this complaint.                                       I am getting a 3G network most of the time now, however the speed is still very very slow. Many times it is not able to open even google.com for a long time, thought the tower shows full network. The best speed I saw using speedtest is 0.5 mbps and even this is not consistent.
                                      I hope the network optimization happens soon. It is already more than 15 days and it does not make any sense to pay for a 3G network and get a network worse than 2G. Apart from the price, it obstructs a lot of important works.

So I called to Reliance Customer Care on evening, then they told we are having some technical problems so plz try again later. So on 03/12/2015 I again called so they told if really your net pack has been vanished then we will refund you in 2days and they give me a complaint no.[protected]{You can check too}. And 2days have been passed and i ddn't got my net pack refunded. So plz i want my net pack to be refunded.
