Sir, I am a customer of reliance GSM since 10 years.I am belonging from Odisha. Unfortunately, in our local area i.e Village- Takara, Block- Dasapalla, Dist- Nayagarh, we are suffering a lot due to 'NO SERVICE' from 10 th Dec. 2015. Actually what is the problem? Hi, I am using Reliance GSM SIM from last many years like around 7-8 years. From last 3 days there is no network in my mobile. When I called the customer care, they told that My number should be ported out to some other service provider otherwise within 15 days, my number will be inactive. They have uninstalled all the 2G networks and only 3G networks are available. Wherever there is 3G network is there, I can use my phone there....

Sir/mam An amount of Rs 87 has been deducted from my mobile number [protected] naming VAS ADPAY GSM and they texted me I had subscribed to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs.I did not requested for any such VAS and when I complained about this to customer care the response was very poor.They always deduct my money.Earlier amount was used to beRs 3 but this time is too much.Kindly help me to shot out this and get me back my money....

Myself, shailesh kumar gupta, holding reliance net connect number : [protected], had requested to de-activate my data account on 19th september 2015, and submitted all required documents for terminating the connection.
