      After a while of hassle free service they started to show their true colours again today deducting 3/- from [protected] on account of VAS as per the sms without any activation from my end and on calling 155223 VAS deactivation no. it says no VAS is active and their 198 is as excellent as it can be the person was more intimidating and aggressive then being supportive and customer friendly but than that is their another speciality so outcome was all waste of time also on 7/12 recharged with 9/- 100mb 3g pack but only got 50mb and deducted 3/- from balance too I fail to understand why they keep on troubling customer trusting their services and using it.

        मैने 10 दिसंबर को शिकायत दर्ज करायी थी, जिसमें इनकमिंग कॉल नहीं आ रहा था. कोई कॉलर जब कॉल कर रहे थे, तो उन्हें नंबर गलत होने का जबाव मिलता था. इसको लेकर कहा गया था कि कस्टमर केयर प्रतिनिधि संपर्क करेंगे, मगर रिलायंस का कोई भी कस्टमर केयर प्रतिनिधि अबतक हमशे संपर्क नहीं किया है और न ही अबतक नेटवर्क की समस्याओं का समाधान हो सका है. बल्कि समस्या और भी गंभीर हो गयी है. पहले इनकमिंग कॉल की समस्या थी, अब ऑउटगोइंग कॉल की समस्या उत्पन्न हो गयी है. कुल मिला कर स्थिति यह है कि पिछले तीन दिनों से न तो आउटगोइंग कॉल जा रहा है और ही इनकमिंग कॉल आ रहा है. कॉल करने के दौरान नेटवर्क बिजी, कॉल इंड, कॉल फेल, क्रॉस कनेक्शन आदि जैसी समस्याओं से परेशानी हो रही है. अगर रिलायंस कंपनी अपनी सेवा-सुविधा में सुधार नहीं कर पाती है, तो उन्हें अपनी दुकानदारी बंद कर देनी चाहिए. सरकार को भी चाहिए कि उन पर कड़ी कार्रवाई करें. उपभोक्ताओं को परेशान करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है. भागलपुर जैसे शहर में अगर अपनी सेवा सुधार नहीं कर पा रही है, तो अन्य शहरों में क्या स्थिति होगी, इसका अंदाजा स्वयं लगा सकते हैं. रिलायंस ने टू-जी नेटवर्क तो बंद कर दिया और इसके कारण थ्री-जी नेटवर्क भी चौपट हो गया है. भागलपुर में आधा से अधिक जगहों पर थ्री-जी का नेटवर्क भी नहीं है. हमने बीएसएनएल नंबर को रिलायंस में पोर्ट कराया है. शायद यह मेरी बेबकूफी थी, जो हमने यह रिलायंस में एमएनपी कराने का फैसला लिया. हमारे हिसाब से पिछले तीन दिनों से भीषण समस्याओं का जो सामना करना पड़ रहा है, उसको लेकर रिलायंस पर कड़ी कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए. रिलायंस नंबर : [protected] भागलपुर (बिहार)

        रिलायंस सेवा-सुविधा ध्वस्त है, जिससे रोजाना नुकसान हो रहा है और अलग से मानसिक पीड़ा. indian consumer complaints forum टीम से आग्रह है कि रिलायंस के टॉप लेबल के जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों, हो सके तो मालिक को भी कटघरे में खड़ा किया जाये.
        दुर्भाग्य है कि अबतक भागलपुर में रिलायंस कंपनी की नेटवर्क सेवा-सुविधा दुरुस्त नहीं हो सकी है. 15 दिसंबर को दिन में लगातार प्रयास के बाद 2.30 बजे [protected] नंबर से महिला प्रतिनिधि का हमारे मोबाइल पर फोन आया और उन्होंने पूरी बातें सुनी और समस्या समाधान करने का भरोसा दिलाया. उन्होंने कहा फीडबैक रिलायंस कंपनी को भेज दिया जायेगा. इसके बावजूद अबतक समस्याएं जस की तस है. इसके रिगार्डिंग यह हामारा तीसरी बार शिकायत है कि अबतक नेटवर्क बिजी्, क्राॅस कनेक्शन, आधा से अधिक शहर में थ्री-जी नेटवर्क नहीं मिल रहा है. साथ-साथ अगर कोई हमारे रिलायंस मोबाइल नंबर [protected] पर कॉल करते हैं, तो उन्हें नंबर अस्तित्व में नहीं होना बताता है. यानी, नंबर गलत है. यह समस्या पिछले 12 दिसंबर से लगातार बनी हुई है. पांच दिन बाद भी सेवा-सुविधा में सुधार नहीं होना रिलायंस कंपनी आर्थिक तंगी, मैन पावर की कमी, संसाधन का अभाव रहना संकेत करता है. अगर वास्तव में रिलायंस कंपनी आर्थिक तंगी से जूझ रहे हैं और मैन पावर की कमी है अथवा संसाधन का अभाव है, तो उन्हें स्पष्ट तौर पर ग्राहकों को फोन कर बताना चाहिए और इस बात की माफी मांगी जाये कि वह भारत देश में फ्लाप कर गयी है. ग्राहकों को फंसाने की निती पर काम न करे. अब मैं अपनी बात करें, तो मैं पूरी तरह से रिलायंस के चक्कर में फंस गया हूं. आठ दिसंबर को बीएसएनएल छोड़ रिलायंस में एमएनपी कराये हैं. अब दोबरा एमएनपी भी नहीं करा सकते हैं. क्योंकि इसके लिए नॉमर्स के तहत तीन माह इंतजार करना पड़ेगा.

Today i visited the customer care in Dibrugarh, Assam and they told that they will register an online complain and will inform me in subsequent days. But i don't think this is an solution because for the last few days my mobile is off and it creates problem. so what to do?

              Very very worst speed Hi All, I have been using reliance wi-pod mini since 2 months.While purchasing, it was giving good speed, but after some days it became very slow .For that i called many times( twice per day) to the customer care and they raised around 4-5 complaints regarding the issue but no resolution came. Still there is no response from them .if you are calling them to ask about your status then simply they are telling "wait for some times your issue will resolve".I donot know when they are going to resolve the issue or simply they are telling to escape. so friends donot buy any products from reliance otherwise simply they will cheat you by showing something...                 Sir, I am a customer of reliance GSM since 10 years.I am belonging from Odisha. Unfortunately, in our local area i.e Village- Takara, Block- Dasapalla, Dist- Nayagarh, we are suffering a lot due to 'NO SERVICE' from 10 th Dec. 2015. Actually what is the problem? There is network in Daspalla (13 km distance), Nayagarh and Gania. Please solve this problem immediately otherwise people are in suffering angry mood, they may commit unavoidable mistakes. Thank you.

                  Hello, I am getting the terrible experience from the last 4 months or so. I have requested to terminate my reliance broadband connection prior 4 months back and after being repetitive follow up, my connection is not yet being terminated. I raised many high priority tickets by contacting their customer care but all efforts are in vain. I am still getting the bill from reliance for the services which I have stopped to use after I logged the termination request. Even I am having the mails from the Reliance saying that your request will get processed within seven days but that never happened till now. With this consumer complaint portal I would like to tell Reliance that no customer will tolerate this kind of work and will take further actions against you.                       Hi, I am using Reliance GSM SIM from last many years like around 7-8 years. From last 3 days there is no network in my mobile. When I called the customer care, they told that My number should be ported out to some other service provider otherwise within 15 days, my number will be inactive. They have uninstalled all the 2G networks and only 3G networks are available. Wherever there is 3G network is there, I can use my phone there. But still my number needs to be ported out from Reliance to some other service provider.

First of all I would like to say as per my customer experience, I got the worst service from reliance broadband. I never expected this kind of irresponsible customer care and its service. My internet connection is not working since 5 days, I logged a complain through the customer care helpline number on 9/12/2015 - 1:15 complain ID:[protected]. I have been assured that the complain will be resolved by today it self, but within 24 hrs its will be resolved anyhow. Now its 5 days/ 120 Hours, My internet connection is still not working. I called many times to reliance customer care number[protected], every time i have been told that this will be resolved within 24 hrs or today itself, no need to worry at all... really man!!! Is it a kind of joke? just say to customer that the problem will be resolved in 24 hrs or today without lifting a single finger to resolve the problem. its just a big question mark on billion dollar company.. I don't know how it will be resolved and how my internet connection will resume its service again, by writing this message i am doing whatever i can do the best of being a reliance customer.. a very disappointed reliance customer will be correct!!

                            I am Niharika Varshney. My mobile no. of Reliance GSM is [protected]. I have made a complaint at Dec.9, 2015. But it is still unresolved. My balance of about Rs. 390/- was deducted and I didn't get any refund back. I have made many comments but didn't get any call back from Reliance communication. I only got a message from their side that this balance was deducted for net charges. But I have a net pack and is still active. 128 MB are remaining, So why these charges were applied on me??? I am facing same problem again and again, yesterday my balance again deducted.

                            This is not the right way of your customer care executive to tackle customer. when i was asking information she cut the line. As she told me to ask CDR report for deduction of 390/- on 8th and 9th december. Please provide me the same. One more thing as i already told you this, when balance was deducted i had net pack. And your customer care executive also had seen that this pack will be active till 19 dec. So please don't tell me again that this balance deducted for net usage.
                            Why i am getting same messages again and again. I never talked to any Arvind from Reliance but i got 12 messages from yesterday evening to till now about feedback. I have recharged my mobile today morning one time but i got 6 messages of recharge. What is the problem? I have been facing same problem from yesterday.
                            I am sending an attachment.

                            Deduction of balance again and again - Comment #2271654 - Image #0
                            Its about 24 hours, i have asked for CDR for the deduction of balance of about 390/- on 8th and 9th december 2015. When will i get CDR?
                            My complaint SR[protected], has not been resolved till today. Please check it out again.
                            If i had net pack at that time why was i charged for it? Explain plz.

                                        Dear Sir, My Reliance Mobile Number-[protected] First i Have Ported my number from airtel to reliance gsm after ported i had contacted reliance customer care they told me recharge Rs 201 they you recived all local call free Plus 1 GB 3G data then I have recharged My mobile Rs-[protected] RS-201 for free all local mobile +1GB 3G Data on[protected]. but i did not received benefit i received main balance . kindly credit my benefit as soon as possible please take action on this matter if you are failing then i will take legal action on this matter i had already contacted reliance but no one taking any responsibility on this case. I tried calling up your company regarding my grievance but was not able to get in touch with anybody. In spite of repeated follow ups, I have received no appropriate response from your company’s side, which is disappointing. I have wasted unreasonable amount of time and money in trying to resolve this issue but to no avail. I am appalled to have received such inept and unprofessional services from a company of your repute which has created unnecessary hassles in my life, resulting in loss of time and money. The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste and I am extremely disappointed with your pathetic services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and immense loss of time and money due to this incident and even after making several requests to your company officials no positive response has been received by me. With a great hope and hearing about a healthy reputation of your Brand name I had availed your services but to my utter disappointment, I have faced the worst.
