Dear Sir/Madam I have a reliance GSM no ([protected]). yesterday I posted a Complain with id 1191836. after that i got a call from your side. your told me that pls recharge with Rs 11 so that it will convert 3G from 2g. it passed a hour after recharge with Rs11 but no network is shown in my phone.     I have this Service Id :[protected] open for quite some time with your Appellate Authority. With two current Interaction Id [protected] and [protected](this being the latest). They informed me that it will take 7 days to resolve the issue.
    But it is 7th day today and nobody has bothered to give me a call.
    So actually I am at loss that how are you guys going to resolve the issue.
    And please don't keep on prolonging the matter.

    If this is not resolved in another couple of days time. Then I would definitely file a consumer case against you people, I have all the relevant documents with me.

    This is really a very poor and pathetic approach from your side.

    I am very sorry to mention that we did not come to any solution. And the solution will not be reached until and unless the new or updated bill is sent to me.

    Yesterday I had called the Appellate twice and spoke to Rohini and Angel . I have the transaction Id for both the interactions, I asked them to send me the bill to my registered email id so that I could clear off the due but none of them sent me the bill.

    Please send me the bill or let me know the way so that I could arrange the bill myself .
    This is really a harrowing experience.

    Kindly don't mark this case as close, once the issue is resolved I will myself mark this close.

    Please co ordinate among your teams and get this resolved .Till then this is an open issue.

        I have recharge on 197 they have R2R free, other 300 min, unlimited gprs, unlimited test message. then also deduct my balance without any reason when i contact with the 198 customer care that time first and second one answer me that system is down and third time also system upgrade issue and talled me that senior is not available and call me later.

            When i try to make call its show emergency call only. I have been 100times contact to customer care to solved this essu.But they can't. I know 2g service is shutdown.So that i have used 3g handset Samsung galaxy.I have been tried all possible fix like Manuel search, at 3g area, 3g recharged etc..               I had a reliance postpaid connection no [protected].Due to unfair billing and poor network quality (inspite of giving more than 10 complaints), I stopped using the connection from June 2015 and did not even claim back the refund for my deposit. I Dec 2015 I received a legal notice from the company to pay 2400 towards pending bill amount.I have not used the service since long and inspite of the balance, I am being demanded 2400 for no reason in spite of my deposit with the company.You can reach me on [protected]

                  1. Rs.90 is deducted from my account balance as VAS ADPAY. This service in have not activated. When I spoke to customer care on 198 they told me that service will get deactivated but amo uh nt Rs.90 will not be refunded. And customer care representative disconnected my call. How k e can deduct for service which I have never opted. Plz refund my charges. 2. Even on 14 th I have recharged my 3g plan of Rs. 297 for 2 gb plan where there was also sufficient data balance of more than 300 MB . and same day my balance got deducted more than Rs. 150 approx for using internet. What a shame in using reliance gsm. In m getting frustrated. Plz refund my money.

As i fulfilled all the conditions as reliance told me and after I recharge my number with Rs 201 I get a promo balance of Rs 201 and 30 MB data Where I should get unlimited local call and 1GB of data but reliance did not give me these benefit ...                             I am using this no from last one year, but last month on 18/11/2015, I bought a smart phone and use this no ([protected]) for that phon. I take recharge of net pack of 98 for sum deta and un limited fb and what's app. But problem starts from hear, after that whenever I recharged my main balence they deduct my balance with in 24hrs, from last 3 times .now no one can help me in ril CC. All time they where not give me any answer and cut the call.

But my all calls are deducting at Rs 1/ min. please check and refund my money deducted due wrong call rates. From 8 dec 2015, Rs 250 deducted due to wrong call charges. customer care not responded and dropped my call 3 times and barred call to customer care no. 198.

                                  I stay at Rajarhat Action Area III at DLF New town Heights in Flat No. 011 at Tower 5 and was using a reliance datacard connection. My datacard number is [protected]. In the last 4 - 5 months there is hardly any connectivity in my area which ensured I can hardly avail the service. Logged calls many times at your Toll free but zero support. Now I receive a legal letter. I can also go to the consumer court and get into a litigation mentioning severe harassment on the grounds of non availability of service since a lot of times I work out from home and missed important concalls

                                    I am a reliance customer from last 3 year; on date 28/11/2015 i requested to port my number [protected] (Rcom) Himachal pradesh to (Rcom) gujarat circle. on date 08/12/2015 i received a message that "Port in request for no [protected] is accepted and existing service will be disable from 11:00 pm 1:00 am" when on 09/12/2015 i contact on 59059 for activation the executive reply this number information not updated on our system and call after 6 hour. Today two days spend but my no was not activated till date when i contact reliance store they told me that the number is pending for verification only but 59059 told the information not updated on our system. What can i do? So i requested to what is the problem ? is it activated or not? Dear my alternate no.[protected] Please tell me what is the issue ? I second time submitted the document to reliance store and already mail to customer care and appeal authority on 10/12/2015 but no response get from them to till date. Please clearly mention, is activated or not my number ? Otherwise i mail to HO of reliance and Telecom Regulatory Authority of India regarding this type of problem and not reply my mail regarding the complain. and also send me complaint no forwarded to your customer service team.                                       (1) I had done RC for Rs 73 for the offer of all Loc nd Std calls at 25p min validity 60 days, on 01/12/2015, but I received no talk time or balance. (2) On 14/12/2015 i recharged Rs 100 promo talk time valid for 30 days. recharge Rs 91, I received a balance of Rs 75 or so, where as it should it should have been Rs.100. I had availed these offers as sent by RCom via SMS on my mobile [protected]. I tried to get clarification from the customer care, it is just impossible to get through to the customer care exe. please resolve these grievances, and refund my hard earned money or convert it into talktime thanks hoping for an urgent resolution to my complaint.
