My reliance mobile no is -[protected] deduct amount is my main balance 30.00 without any reason deduction after me received sms deducted amount is vas charge but I not used any vas service after deductions I call to customers service three four time198.but not possative response please solution my problem with reliance comments....

1. Rs.90 is deducted from my account balance as VAS ADPAY. This service in have not activated. When I spoke to customer care on 198 they told me that service will get deactivated but amo uh nt Rs.90 will not be refunded. And customer care representative disconnected my call. My number [protected] has been recharged with Rs 201 of Assam circle as reliance told me that on 201 I will get unlimited local calls if i fulfilled all the conditions i.e the phone should be smart phone and 3G enable and minimum 1 year reliance customer.
