    I had done my number [protected] MNP and plan 251/- was started on last week of August 2015. But the plan got closed automatically on December 4, 2015. Balance deduction is going on. It is not possible to talk to the customer care executive. Please look into the matter and do the needful at its earliest.

      I had purchased a wipod in May 2015 from an agent of Reliance communication (Name: Vishal, contact details:+91-[protected]). On the day of purchase of the Reliance wipod the invoice was not provided to me. With respect to the same thing I kept taking follow up of the same but I didn’t receive any support from your offices or the agent. Neither did I get the invoice nor did the office or customer care help in this. This stands out as the first negligence from Reliance Communications. Apart from this the major issue is the same wipod stopped working on 24th August, 2015 and I approached the Reliance communications office (located near Marigold adlabs, Kalyaninagar). But they did not accept it instead asked me to search the guy (Vishal) to get the invoice after which they can accept it for servicing (The wipod is under the guarantee period, your database would be definitely having the details of purchase). However, the ridiculous part is that the office tried to show they do not have hold over the invoice and the customer has to search for the agent to get the invoice!! I couldn’t get to talk to that agent as everytime I went there nobody gave me any information regarding him (extremely poor way of dealing with your customers). Since this didn’t work out I called up Mr.Rajiv Gupta and Mr Sadiq (posted at Reliance Marigold premises), manager and supervisor respectively of Vishal. After that I tried contacting Vishal and he said he would give the invoice to me in next couple of days or so but I’m not surprised to say that he didn’t pick up the call after that ever (Looks like a strategic way of creating a sale with no future maintenance responsibility from the network provider after getting the payments!! And very confidently carried out to fool customer (Ofcourse, atleast now I’ll have to take it in this way) Finally, I decided to visit one of the Reliance Wipod store to enquire whether my device could be repaired/replaced, however the lady sitting on the counter asked me for the invoice, when I told her that I bought the device from an agent who didn’t give me an invoice, she replied that agents often sold wipods without giving invoices (similar cases have been reported by customers regarding the wipod issues and harassment by the company- it can be reviewed on the internet, if you want!). After giving such pathetic customer service, Reliance Communications generated a bill of Rs 1002, for a usage of merely 6-7 days after which the device stopped working. If Reliance communications would have provided the service on time I could have utilized the service in a full-fledged manner and would have happily paid the amount. Now Reliance is threatening me with a false E Notice to pay the bill of Rs 1002, which I do not think is justified after poor services from them. I would like them to either replace my device which is still under warranty or stop sending E Notice after providing extremely poor service.

        I am a reliance postpaid customer and my post paid no is [protected]. during November I received a message from reliance saying that I subscribed for Kamal hassan tip. immediately I contacted their 198 customers care n they asked me whether I send any message to activate it but I never send any message from my phone (am not mad enough to subscribe for these kind of nuisance ) then the guy to whom I spoke assured that no money will be charged for this and activated dnd for me. Then from coming day onwards I started to receive messages from them that I subscribed for various tips like mohanlal, health, fashion and so on. After one week dnd got activated and stopped receiving these nuisance messages. Surprisingly for the next month bill they charged rs 67 towards premium message charges. Immediately I contacted 198 customer care and they said billing was correct but booked a complaint. With in one hour I received a call from a lady she also said that billing is correct I clearly explained what really happened but she seems saying same thing. Then she asked me to contact same 198 if I have more queries.. Again contacted 198 but in vain. Since I don't have much time to approach consumer court I settled the bill n give application to port to state run BSNL.. Very poor service and worst customer support..

              I've raised a complaint on this no.[protected]. This complaint was closed as benefits offered to me. But no benefits offered to me in actual. 225 rs recharge Benefits is 1 gb 3g data but this data is not offered to me you may also see my data balance. This kind of service is threatening us to recharge again and cause to search for a good network provider. Even in retail outlets they can't helping and advised us to check at 198. But 198 is not working at all to get call connected.

                Dear sir, Myself Ipsita Mangaraj from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, want to state that I am using a reliance sim ([protected]) . I got a message today morning that my services will be discontinued wef tomorrow i.e. 12.12.20105 as some up-gradation is going to take place in our city. I have got at about 1500mb and some balance present in this number right now. The customer care executives are saying that even if I will recharge with Rs.11 today my sim will be converted to 4G but all my data and balance will be lost after this up-gradation and it will not be carry forwarded. Sir, I just want to ask that, is this justified ?? Due to this up-gradation why will we have to bear this kind of loss?? Why the data and the balance will not be carry forwarded?? I am a regular user of Reliance. But I am really sorry to say that I am incurring heavy loss which I cannot afford often. If this will go on then I will be bound to loose faith in Reliance which i never want. Hoping for your positive action sir. Thanx & Regards, Ipsita Mangaraj .

                  While I am searching for new internet connection in my area, one of reliance agent name (Vishal) called me and said about Rs. 1299/- unlimited plan of reliance Wi-Pod service. Then he came on 6th Dec. 15 and give two Wi-Pod dongle of Rs. 2500/- each. Here Vishal cheated first by taking 2500/-, where as its cost is only Rs.[protected]. Now, he said it will be activated with in 4hrs. but after waiting a long it was activated on 15th Dec. 2015. Vishal Details: MAULI COMMUNICATION Shop No. 23, White House Society, Airport Road, Yerwada, Pune-411006 Mob: [protected] On the same day after activation, I tried to access internet but, my bad!! Google open after 5 mins. You can imagine the speed now. Then, I called reliance customer care and explain them about my issue. But they said only one line 'Our system is updated, please call after some time'. I even call them in every 1hr. interval, still they repeat same line. Even their senior also. I logged mail to anil.[protected]@relianceada.com, rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, and [protected]@relianceada.com . But they did not resolved my issue yet, they even not replied. The are not response... The next month my connection was discount... That month also they billed... Coimbatore call center girls called me we are giving wavering... So After that i paid. Now whenever I call him, first of all he doesn't pick my calls and this is the only person who used to call me thrice a day before making the payment to convince me for taking the services. With such a bad experience I decided not to install the services of reliance broadband. I even sent an email to the customer care of relaince and applette officer as well. But seems there is no proper email handelling there. Tried customer care number several times on which they ask me to wait fr their call which I have not recieved yet.                               Iam K. Shreeram. I purchased reliance wi-pod data-card on 21/11/15. It was activated on 23/11/15. My data plan was 40 GB 3g [protected]@999/month. But right from the activation time and till now Iam getting a very low data speed of less than 19kbps. Because of this low speed problem I was not able to use internet. Many times i contacted the reliance customer care but they are responding properly. But the bill amount of Rs.464 was generated on 5/12/15. Because of this low data speed problem i have consumed only 100mb data. Considering my less data usage due to very low data speed reliance must provide me wavier in the bill amount or cancel the bill if possible. And also they must resolve the low data speed problem as soon as possible and provide me high speed data. Details: Name: K.                                     my self mahendra shrimali from surat gujarat and i have choose reliance from mnp from idea...My mobile no is [protected] after activation of my mobile number i got call barring from yesterday night and when i asked customer care they told me your verification was failed...I shocked no body come to home for verification till today ... And i also got call before few days from a person for that he coming for verification...But he did not come till today...Ask person who was that fellow doing non sense on his job... What the service you giving to your post paid custumers... This type of out going call baring hampers my life ...For what i have choose post paid since 15 years i am using post paid but it is the first company that doing this type of things... Kindly provide why verification failed... My family always at home 24 x 7 365 days... And if any body come in my society we do have entry record for the person with no and name and for which purpose and whom he come to meet...I have checked my log book no body come for verification from reliance from last 10 days ...
