I am Raja Sekhar J, took a Reliance WiPod device ( Number : [protected] hoping that new technology come be good speed and reliable connectivity ) from a local reliance store guy from Balewadi ( Ph: +91 [protected], [protected]) who sold it saying that its a CDMA based device and network will be so much Stable and Fast.. ( he called me when after my enquire call to Just Dial), He came to my house for demo brining Pro-3 Device for demonstration when I asked for WiPod, I asked whether there will be any difference in quality of speed between Pro-3 to WiPod, to which he said no difference in speed, at that time got 2 MBPS constant speed ( from that device ), and told the plan that Device + 3 months Data for Rs.4000/- truly unlimited data ( means how much we get while demo will be fixed speed, which is 2MBPS ), later I took that device.
My main purpose of taking this device is to connect and work from home, to attend emergency calls as my work demands the same (after office hrs). Not even many, but all the time I never be able to connect to Horizon Client tonal and be able to complete my work while the time of emergency work from home. As I won’t have any choice I use to tether from my Idea mobile data to get my work completed.
In spite of several complaints and calls, NON from technical team turned up to clear the problem in my Area, Even while calls with Customer Care the always agree that there is issue in BALEWADI, Pune;411045 area.

And some of the complaints were not taken in month of August and September, saying that already there was a complaint registered with them. (now I can’t even raise a complaint as my number got terminated, as told by reliance customer care team)
I never got that much speed at all, not even 1 MBPS, but its much worst than that. Believe me, my Idea Mobile 2G data was much much better than this the speed from this device.
At that time, I went to reliance store talked to them, asked them to cancel service and revert my money, they also raised email complaint to reliance, and I talked to Appellate team. But no luck. NO BODY bothered about my concern.
For a common man like me investing 4000/- Rupees on just internet at a time, WITHOUT getting any service from DAY ONE is a money block situation. I cant either go with other service provided as I have already invested and cant get refunded, nor got data service from you as well.
My Question here is, when there is network issue, why reliance store team are selling devices to customer.
And bad word of mouth popularity will definitely spoil company reputation and business towards selling unstable new technology. ( you can find more complaints from people like me, who are facing similar problem like me from links specified in this email below)
It would have been my mistake if I have not raised my concern in initial period itself.
I raised a complaint on immediately after noticing this in fist week itself. Reliance Technical and Customer Care Team agreed and updated me (in month of June) that there is issue in my area and it will be resolved in 90 to 120 days (you can find the same in from trial emails below). At that time, I approached reliance store person and told them to stop connection and revert back my amount as it won't be possible for anyone to wait for such a long time after investing huge amount. They disagreed as device can't be taken back n raised complaint from their end.. I also approached reliance appellate at that time but no proper response..
Later I took broadband connection from local service provider.. As I can't rely on this reliance device for emergency on call support critical tasks for my office work (as I went to office after connection has not established using this device, n got a bad remark from manager as well).
Later I started sending emails (many emails) with complete details along with complaints I raised etc etc. Finally I told them to terminate connection or fix issue n give me waver so that I will pay and continue with service.. They chose the other way to terminate the connection as they know that it's an unresolved network issue.
And since last month recovery team started calling me treating / harassing me with SMSs (as attached), calls, email notices ( as below).
I am still in conversation ( email + call ) with reliance support team asking for waver for the improper service and damage done from their end, and for usage found from my end.
When reliance team requests me to wait for 90 to 120 days to get the issue fixed, How can you send me Harassing court notices via SMS and EMAILs (All Attached to this email )
These team are sending, Emails from E-NOTICE reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com SMSs from DZ-RELIAN and calls from Ph: [protected], [protected] talking rudely from 3rd party recovery team.
Now they started sending civil court warnings, is that a crime to ask for justice?
With these calls, SMSs, emails every morning which started since mid of last month, I have been getting disturbed every day morning. My work performance is getting degraded for the undone mistake claimed by your team on me.
