Hello, My name is GAURAV SHARMA. I changed my sim from idea to reliance recently. That time when i use mnp service, the retailer and the customer care executive told me that there are two plan 1. 399 for unlimited calls in all over india on any network. 2. 359 for unlimited 3G net Both plans for 28-30 days. I activate those both plans now when i call anywhere, my call is not connected it says that you don't have sufficient balance and i got only 10gb net. Now when i call customer care then the executive disconnect my call again and again without listen my problem and without giving any solution he disconnect my call. That is a very bad behavior of the executive. I remember only one executive name that is Deepak . My mobile number is ''[protected]''. I want solution as soon as possible and i want to file a case against reliance for this.

      I am Raja Sekhar J, took a Reliance WiPod device (​ Number : [protected] hoping that new technology come be good speed and reliable connectivity ) from a local reliance store guy from Balewadi ( Ph: +91 [protected], [protected]) who sold it saying that its a CDMA based device and network will be so much Stable and Fast.. ( he called me when after my enquire call to Just Dial), He came to my house for demo brining Pro-3 Device for demonstration when I asked for WiPod, I asked whether there will be any difference in quality of speed between Pro-3 to WiPod, to which he said no difference in speed, at that time got 2 MBPS constant speed ( from that device ), and told the plan that Device + 3 months Data for Rs.4000/- truly unlimited data ( means how much we get while demo will be fixed speed, which is 2MBPS ), later I took that device. My main purpose of taking this device is to connect and work from home, to attend emergency calls as my work demands the same (after office hrs). Not even many, but all the time I never be able to connect to Horizon Client tonal and be able to complete my work while the time of emergency work from home. As I won’t have any choice I use to tether from my Idea mobile data to get my work completed. In spite of several complaints and calls, NON from technical team turned up to clear the problem in my Area, Even while calls with Customer Care the always agree that there is issue in BALEWADI, Pune;411045 area. Date Complaint Number 03-Jun[protected] 16-Jun[protected] 26-Jun[protected] And some of the complaints were not taken in month of August and September, saying that already there was a complaint registered with them. (now I can’t even raise a complaint as my number got terminated, as told by reliance customer care team) I never got that much speed at all, not even 1 MBPS, but its much worst than that. Believe me, my Idea Mobile 2G data was much much better than this the speed from this device. At that time, I went to reliance store talked to them, asked them to cancel service and revert my money, they also raised email complaint to reliance, and I talked to Appellate team. But no luck. NO BODY bothered about my concern. For a common man like me investing 4000/- Rupees on just internet at a time, WITHOUT getting any service from DAY ONE is a money block situation. I cant either go with other service provided as I have already invested and cant get refunded, nor got data service from you as well. My Question here is, when there is network issue, why reliance store team are selling devices to customer. And bad word of mouth popularity will definitely spoil company reputation and business towards selling unstable new technology. ( you can find more complaints from people like me, who are facing similar problem like me from links specified in this email below) It would have been my mistake if I have not raised my concern in initial period itself. I raised a complaint on immediately after noticing this in fist week itself. Reliance Technical and Customer Care Team agreed and updated me (in month of June) that there is issue in my area and it will be resolved in 90 to 120 days (you can find the same in from trial emails below). At that time, I approached reliance store person and told them to stop connection and revert back my amount as it won't be possible for anyone to wait for such a long time after investing huge amount. They disagreed as device can't be taken back n raised complaint from their end.. I also approached reliance appellate at that time but no proper response.. Later I took broadband connection from local service provider.. As I can't rely on this reliance device for emergency on call support critical tasks for my office work (as I went to office after connection has not established using this device, n got a bad remark from manager as well). Later I started sending emails (many emails) with complete details along with complaints I raised etc etc. Finally I told them to terminate connection or fix issue n give me waver so that I will pay and continue with service.. They chose the other way to terminate the connection as they know that it's an unresolved network issue. And since last month recovery team started calling me treating / harassing me with SMSs (as attached), calls, email notices ( as below). I am still in conversation ( email + call ) with reliance support team asking for waver for the improper service and damage done from their end, and for usage found from my end. When reliance team requests me to wait for 90 to 120 days to get the issue fixed, How can you send me Harassing court notices via SMS and EMAILs (All Attached to this email ) These team are sending, Emails from E-NOTICE reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com SMSs from DZ-RELIAN and calls from Ph: [protected], [protected] talking rudely from 3rd party recovery team. Now they started sending civil court warnings, is that a crime to ask for justice? With these calls, SMSs, emails every morning which started since mid of last month, I have been getting disturbed every day morning. My work performance is getting degraded for the undone mistake claimed by your team on me.       Hello Reliance Communications,

      In spite of several communication and complaint I am not getting proper justice.

      I have invested Rs. 4000/- for this Device
      While includes 2300 Device cost and 3 months Truly unlimited data
      After 3 months Even though the devices is of much use, you have leavied bill of around Rs. 1647.8/-
      But I oddly received max of around 10 GB in these 6 months.
      Your team agreed that there is a network problem in my Area ( then why you are cheating people by selling devices in this area)
      Since Day one I have asked in return email to fix network issue or get the connection disconnected.
      And then you disconnected in month of Nov. and sent me final bill of Rs.1721.6/- . And started sending Court NOTICES and Harassment via SMS and EMAILs (All Attached to this email ) These team are sending, Emails from E-NOTICE reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com SMSs from DZ-RELIAN and calls from Ph: [protected], [protected] talking rudely from 3rd party recovery team.

      Now this WiPod device is of no use, as I cannot use this costly device for any other purpose (dead investment)

      This recovery team are now sending court notices saying that they will raise a civil case against me.
      Rather you settle the issue before I approach court with all proof.

      I will give back this device( cost 2300/-), You settle the pending bill and give me back remaining amount.

      Isnt it justifiable ?

      Please respond ASAP.

      PS: Attached Court NOTICES which I have been getting.
      As its a leaning email I added in 2 images received on 18th Dec 2015, and other one on 28th Dec 2015 for settlement with Reliance Account details, please check.

        I have recharged my number [protected] for amount of Rs 60 twice that was a jadoo recharge offer on 13th December. I received recharge benefit of that recharges and received balance of 198 rupees. But on the same day I was not getting any outgoing calls, then I found that my balance is telling as 0. I was shocked to see that. I also mailed them but their was no response for two days and suddenly I received mail today that their deductions are correct. Without any conversation with me I received that mail finally. I only want my balance back worth Rs 120.

            Hello .I had a number with reliance [protected] in My Father in laws name P P Thomas. I had paid the outstanding amount and asked the concerned person at kollam to cancel the connection on 8/6/2015 (Attached the reciept) Again I got a bill for Rs 443/- on[protected]. I had enquired about this matter after that and the office at Kollam assured me that it is cancelled even on Nov 23rd I had contacted your office in Trivandum and the lady had assured me that this is taken care of Then i contacted the office at trivandum on[protected] and the lady assured me that this is solved and would be cancelled Now today I am getting another letter from an advocate to pay the amount Rs 587 what to do now Please let me know my email is [protected]@gmail.com

                  My data pack is valid for 28 days as per specificaion. But the data pack was not able to use even for 10 days. Also, my prepaid talktime balance been deducted illegally. STV189 pack - offered with Rs.100 talktime + 28 days 1GB - 2G validity. But i have used only 400 MB, whereby my 80 Rs talktime has also been deducted, without any intimation. No : [protected]

                    Apart from bugging the customer they also has very inefficient and incompetent customer service which I find out when I visited today their store at janakpuri district center, delhi for the replacement of my sim card which was cut into micro as they didn't give sim with micro cut and to my shock the person their who made me bring copy of my id and photo refused to give me the sim after completing all the formalities wasting my time and money saying my sim is cut into micro so it can't be replaced and if I want to then I have to lodge a complaint for missing sim with police such a irresponsible and incompetent people are there with them creating problems and giving trouble with their carelessness naive way's of working so have had enough of it and decided to port out.

But when I waited for many days and now found that this no is registered on some other name in Delhi. I am struggling to get my no back, visited your customer centre in my area, but they showed their inability to help as this no is already running on some other address. How this is possible when I never submitted document to transfer this no, it is porting request. Please help me get my no otherwise I have to follow other ways.

                          I purchased 2 reliance prepaid 3g sim, mob no [protected] and [protected], and using both of those with out any problem.Both sim has 6 gb of data each.2 gb data for 3 months.till 12/12/2015 i used them for 1 months and used 2 gb data from one sim and 3 gb from another.from 12/12 /15 i have no signals of reliance on those sims .when contracted to their office reliance representatives are saying i have to port those sims .and all those remaining 7 gb data will be gone.what short of business is this?reliance has 3g network in siliguri, westbengal[place i live].but still they stopped my service and not giving me to use the data for which i already paid.they stopped 2g service in siliguri.but why my 3g sims?

                            This is omhsaran sharma . i am using the reliance GSM number [protected] . my problem is that when i get my mobile recharge . after some hours of recharged . my mobile balance is get reduced . this is happening since last 6 month . in this month i got recharged my mobile with 150 rs . i have used only 70 rs .and remain balance had been deducted and i did complaint in consumer complaints .and then they have return some Rs 60 -70 some thing but after some time 20 +5 +20 +3 + 20 = 67 rs had been deducted interval of 2 days and my main balance remained 0.48 something . Then again i got recharge my mobile with 50 Rs . and got 41.5 something . now recently 10 rs have deducted . i did not applied for any facility or service but they have activated by themselves on the my number [protected] without asking to me . Again i Am humble requesting to Consumer Complaint . please help me to solve my this very critical problem . please let me know if you are not able to help to me . in that case i will change my mobile operator .. They are very cheater as i am not only victim of this critical problem . many customer is facing same problem . i knows many persons who are facing this Issue . most of them have been change operator . my father was also facing same now he is using minute pack . he do not use talk time Rs voucher . I am sorry to write for this . Again please help me to solve this .

                            Problem is not solved yet . ...

                            i got call of Sunanda from Reliance . she asked to me about my problem .i explained to her my problem .

                            she told me now your is solved and Service is deactivated and i got the message Waived Successfully .
                            . and returned to 10 Rs . but After 30 minutes i got this message " Amount Charged for VAS Shtfmts Stalk Pack 5.00 Rs " and 5 Rs has been deducted and after this again i got message at 11: 18 pm " Amount Charged for VAS Shemaroop Rs : 10 " and 10 rs got had been deducted ..

                            I do not know what this . Problem is not solved yet .


                            Now i got understand no one can help customer . and i decided that i will have to port number into other mobile operator
                            ... Reliance is really very very cheaper ...

                                I am having CDMA number [protected] from last 7 years am using this number and my My plan is Rs 899/- Free outgoing call (Local+ STD), 249 5 Gb internet. Every month am paying around Rs 1300/- to 1500/- Suddenly in month of November I got the message that your bill amount is 4141/- and within a minute my outgoing facility has been disabled. I shocked without any notice or any prior message how you can stop the service? I tried many calls to get response from customer care but finally after 3 days they (Customer care) said due to roaming charge you bill is high amount? I said I didn't went outside from Maharashtra they said your card is Mumbai card so roaming is applied in Pune. Am not agree at all. 1) Am very much used to travelling form Mumbai to pune, why this charge has applied in November month? Do you have any evidence that you have informed customers prior to start charging? 2) I purchased this card from Ulhasnagar and Ulhasnagar city not coming under Mumbai cycle, How web world are Selling mumbai card in Ulhasnagar? 3) I complainant for the same and the complainant is SRNo.[protected] . to continue this complainant I got call from your department and she agreed to pay only bill amount 1380/- something but before paying she said visit to our Web world from where you purchased this card and request us for change the circle. I said am agree and will go there after 3 to 4 days because currently am in pune and immediately she close that case even I said many times don’t close your that complaint. How, without customer satisfaction how you guys close the case? I am ready to pay all valid amount which am paying every month requesting you to please take immediate action on this. And help me to resolve the issue. Appreciate you immediate solution.

                                  Hi, I am experiencing less than 200 Kbps in my data card. I have done all the troubleshooting steps and there is no help.Already 16 days have gone.When ask for complaint number they are not providing, so I am not able to write to Appellate Authority. Irresponsible and ir respectable answers from customer care personnel.Every month they dont fail to ask for Datacard rental, but when we face issues they dont turn up. The companies like this should be sued in court and permanently suspended from the Market.The owners should be thrashed away from the country as traitor. :( .Feeling very much disappointed .                                       My reliance number ([protected]) has been deactivated since 13/12/2015. I am having a lot problem as this number is provided to all the bank accounts for internet banking purpose. For that I also connected to customer care executive thru 198 from my post paid reliance number ([protected]). However they replied that I have to call form a reliance pre-paid number and then only they can entertain my request. Currently I am in a place where I am not getting any reliance pre-paid number for calling CCE. I have also sent a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com clearly expalining the matter on 14/12/2015. But no response from their side. I am using this number since last 10 years, but this is really annoying to have this kind of experience. Kindly resolve the issue if possible.
