My talktime and data has been taken for no reason

My data pack is valid for 28 days as per specificaion. But the data pack was not able to use even for 10 days. Also, my prepaid talktime balance been deducted illegally. STV189 pack - offered with Rs.100 talktime + 28 days 1GB - 2G validity. But i have used only 400 MB, whereby my 80 Rs talktime has also been deducted, without any intimation. No : [protected]...

Poor support services

Apart from bugging the customer they also has very inefficient and incompetent customer service which I find out when I visited today their store at janakpuri district center, delhi for the replacement of my sim card which was cut into micro as they didn't give sim with micro cut and to my shock the person their who made me bring copy of my id and photo refused to give me the sim after completing all the formalities wasting my time and money...
