Dear Sir/Madam, My number is [protected]. I have a net pack which is going to expire in 13 dec. I have more than 1gb data balance remaining. But i have been charged rs99 for data usage in previous week. So i made a complaint in 198. They said it will be refunded in 24 hour. But the complaint has been closed citing it is correctly charged. So i again called. They checked the details and told that complaint has been wrongly closed and said they will escalate and amount will be refunded in 24 hours. But it didn't. So i again called and asked. They said they will clear all the escalation and amount will be refunded in 2 days. But again the complaint has been closed citing that more gprs usage. But i have still 1 gb balance in my account. Whenever i called customer care, they checked and told that it has been wrongly charged and it will be refunded. But nothing happens other than closing the complaints quoting invalid reasons. Please refund my money. PS: I had faced this issue already two times. But the amount got refunded quickly. But this time It is been more than 5 days and i made lot of calls, but still my problem has not been solved. Please refund my amount immediately. Thanks, Rajapandian.D

    I have been trying to reach Reliance customer care for my prepaid number since past 20 days and also have written to the Appellate authority for my region Kolkata but have got no response at all. I’m a reliance prepaid user since years and I’m very disappointed with the service that is provided to the customers through the customer centre. I had Rs. 67 as my balance in my account which has been reduced to 0, I have not added any value added services or done any other transactions for the balance to go nil. When contacted the customer service I was told they can’t help me as they can only access the data for the last 3 days. This is a limitation of the System infrastructure that Reliance is using and by no means should a customer be devoid of the balance and the reason for the void because of this. I have been trying to reach the customer center since last 20 days but I’m provided no solution, just a word “Sorry”. Please understand I as a customer am not looking for a sorry but a solution and return of my balance which has been deducted for no reason, as it has happened previously also. Kindly look into this and get back to me, else it is good enough a reason to not risk my time and money with Reliance and move to other service provider for seamless connection and service. Thanks!       Dear Sir/Madam, I'm Tuhin Mondal My Mobile No. is [protected] I've ported My No to Reliance Network about one month ago. Bot now I'm facing problems like- Call Drop, No Network, Broken Voice, Emergency Calls Only, etc. Whenever I tried to call someone the call goes automatically disconnected after sometime then I tries to redial but I can't because of no signal after disconnection for more than a Minuit. I have called to the customer care several times but no positive results. I have also register a complaint to them my complaint ref. No. is[protected]. on 07/12/15 I found a SMS from Reliance the SMS was- ''Issue pertaining to your SR No.[protected]. As per feedback received from Technical Engineers network issue is resolved as the said location.'' But no change.. So my humble request to you please look in to the matter.         My internet is down from the 4-Dec-2015, My first complaint is closed[protected] without getting acknowledgment from me.I have received the 2nd complaint number for the same call[protected]on 5th Dec-2015.After 4 days, I came to know that EDP server is down and team in working on the issue .Nobody knows how many more days/weeks/months will they took to resolve the problem.Please arrange to resolve the issue on priority basis and compensate with me proper waiver.This kind of downtime is not tolerable at any place of country.         I have applied for waiver with complaint no[protected] for the down time[protected] and[protected] and done numerous emails to [protected]@reliance.ada.com . In return reply, i have received that usage has been observed during the dispute period and complaint has resolved within the given time frame so Reliance is unable to process my request for waiver.

        But I have not received any internet connectivity not more than 1 hr during 6 days down time.In my numerous calls to Reliance customer care during 04 Dec to 08 Dec-15, they said that EDP server is down resulting down time.Whether 6 days period is their time frame for resolving the issue?Is this way they make fool to other customers? This is very shocking and contradictory kind of behavior of Reliance.

          I have been trying to reach Reliance customer care for my prepaid number since past 9 days and also have written to the Appellate authority for my region Kolkata but have got no response at all. On dec 1, 2015, I had paid Rs. 156 for a 3G internet pack of 1GB for 28 days but have only received a benefit of 800MB for 21 days. when mentioned the same to reliance customer care, they were rude enough to say no such transaction has ever happened despite me telling that i have a message from '52811' about the 800MB benefit but she hanged the phone and refused to take my complaint as valid. this is not at all acceptable and very rude on behalf of the customer service. Also i need a full refund of my money or a full service of the benefit i paid for starting the date of resolution as i have not used the 800MB benefit provided to me at all ! I am facing deduction of amount 50 n several Reliance handygo GSM ) or Fusion service and many more charge for unwanted service without any permission and information from my main balance with each & every recharge from my prepaid mobile from last 3 to 4 months.I have tried many times to un scribe this but not succeed. In this mo nth Rs 10 is already deducted. I am older customer of Reliance but Now I am frustrated from these unwanted deductions. Really reliance customer service is very- very poor (rather worst). My preface network is airtel its the no:1 network! but one day ( skb software soluction ) person called me? she told sir this is the no:1 network, after two days i converted to this network but my sim worked only one day after next day my sim was blocked and again i spoke to reliance communication & skb software soluction. he told sir within 24hr will activate the sim? but 2 to 3 days sim was not activate. and i given complaint to reliance also against network. and he told internet also 3g speed but in my number we activate only 2g My mobile no : [protected]

                  Today (09.12.2015), I suddenly got an SMS that "Amount charged for VAS One97STalkDP Rs 30.00. Current main balance Rs. XXX". But I did not activate any VAS and I did not make any request by any means for activation of any service. This is totally unethical . This is extremely disappointing and a bad practice. Please arrange to refund the amount to my Reliance prepaid account.

                    I'm a Reliance Customer for over 6 years by now, this day last week, I spoke to Call center when I realized that am unable to send SMS from my no, they said it will be resumed in a day but issue is not resolved upon raising several tickets, more over my tickets are being closed without resolving them. Their 198 or *333 is not allowing me to talk to customer care professionals, this is very pathetic service, they dont take anything seriously.                       Every time some(RS. 1, 3 or 5) amount is auto-deduction for VAS Hungama GSM and VAS Shtfmts STalk pack service . I tried to call Customer Care but line is always busy. Once i mail them([protected]@relianceada.com ) for this issue post which they refunded my amount. This auto deduction happens twice this time for VAS Hungama (6th DEC 2015) and on 4th Dec. 2015 for VAS Shtfmts STalk pack, without any request from my side. I mailed them for each of this scenario and did follow up also, still they did not refund my amount.

                        My 3G dongle number is [protected]. I made a call on 16th Aug 201 to deactivate my number as I am not happy with the service. I also made the pending payment. The retention department called me up to convince but I didn't and told them I do not want to continue. They acknowledged. Then on 22 Sep 15, I again got the BILL. I sent a mail to datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com on 23 Sep that I have already disconnected this number with no usage at all and please do not send me bills. I got the calls many times fro reliance customer care and everytime I narrated the same story. On Oct 28, I forwarded the above mail to customer.[protected]@relianceada.com as asked by customer care executive. In Nov again the bill is generated and again I am receiving calls to do payment. Now they are saying that your connection got disconnected in Nov 2015. This is absolute harassment first by their services and then by their customer care. Regards, Arun

                                  Sir i recharged my number [protected] with rs 198 3g pack at 8:53 on 8th dec 2015. and i received a 'Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. Please try again later. We regret the inconvenience'. The recharge was successful and i have the confirmation message too. I have not received the data yet and customer care is not picking my number please assist.

                                    I am using reliance GSM number [protected] . whenever i get my mobile recharge . Balance is deducting from main balance under this facility Amount Charged for VAS Hungama subscription Rs 10.00. i did not apply for this facility . they have been activated . 40 rs is getting deducted since july 2015 . I humble requested to you to please help me to get deactivated facility.

                                      I am relaince gsm user.my mobileno.is [protected]. My name is Niharika. My balance is deducting from 24 hrs. without any reason. My net pack is still active till 19 dec. I have called relaince customer care *333, 198, 30333333 many times but it didn't give any option to talk to customer care executive. I want to know where my balance has gone. Yesterday my balance was about 150/- but today morning it remained only 0.010/-. I have recharged my no.with 240/- balance in morning bt at this time it is only showing 128 rs.and when i am trying to call at any no.it is not able to connect as it is saying insufficient balance. Please try to solve my problem asap.

                                      Ok sir.my alternate no.is [protected]. Please try to solve my problem asap as i have one more problem. My no.is showing 128/- balance bt i am not able to call anyone. It is saying my no.is temporarily out of service.

                                      On 9th dec. I received a call from customer service team and she told me that i would receive my deduce amount within 24 hrs. Bt in today morning i got a message that my complaint has been resolved bt neither i didn't get any refund out of 390/- nor i able to speak customer care executive at *333, 198 and 30333333. What does it mean? After doing complaint on consumer complaint i didn't get any solution. I need a solution as early as possible.
                                      After 4 days my problem is still unresolved!!!
                                      Today i got a message "Dear Reliance Customer SR[protected] As Per Details Checked In System Customer is Getting Charged Correctly For Gprs Usage". But i have net pach which was recharged on 21 nov and 185.21MB is still remaining till 19 December. So please checj again and refund my balance of 390/-.

                                      Why these gprs charges were applied on me when i have a net pack and data is still remaining? When i get my refund back? It is 6th day today after doing complaint on consumer complaints. But it is still unresolved! Relaince team is just making excuses and doesn't provide me any solution. I think they are not interested in making my refund back. After making complaint i only get one call from them regarding my problem. I am still not able to talk to customer care executive on their numbers. How much time i have to wait?
                                      Again my balance deducted. Whst is the problem of relaince with me? Whenever i recharge my phone all balance becomes zero.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I put a request to port my Airtel prepaid number [protected] to Reliance on 28/11/2015 but my number has not been activanow till now. Even I got the instructions from Reliance to put my new sim card for activating the same but both my sim cards are deactivated and there is no communication to me from the telecom operator.
