I'm a Reliance Customer for over 6 years by now, this day last week, I spoke to Call center when I realized that am unable to send SMS from my no, they said it will be resumed in a day but issue is not resolved upon raising several tickets, more over my tickets are being closed without resolving them. Their 198 or *333 is not allowing me to talk to customer care professionals, this is very pathetic service, they dont take anything seriously. My mobile balance is cut for no reason, but they never give any concrete response. My Reliance GSM mobile no. is [protected]

I have applied for waiver with complaint no[protected] for the down time[protected] and[protected] and done numerous emails to [protected]@reliance.ada.com . In return reply, i have received that usage has been observed during the dispute period and complaint has resolved within the given time frame so Reliance is unable to process my request for waiver.
But I have not received any internet connectivity not more than 1 hr during 6 days down time.In my numerous calls to Reliance customer care during 04 Dec to 08 Dec-15, they said that EDP server is down resulting down time.Whether 6 days period is their time frame for resolving the issue?Is this way they make fool to other customers? This is very shocking and contradictory kind of behavior of Reliance.
