I also contact the customer care service on[protected] but he did not any satisfied reply and assure the your account balance will back after some hours. kindly take necessary action in this regard and oblige....

Amount deducted from account in unethical manner

Today (09.12.2015), I suddenly got an SMS that "Amount charged for VAS One97STalkDP Rs 30.00. Current main balance Rs. XXX". But I did not activate any VAS and I did not make any request by any means for activation of any service. This is totally unethical . This is extremely disappointing and a bad practice. Please arrange to refund the amount to my Reliance prepaid account....

I'm a Reliance Customer for over 6 years by now, this day last week, I spoke to Call center when I realized that am unable to send SMS from my no, they said it will be resumed in a day but issue is not resolved upon raising several tickets, more over my tickets are being closed without resolving them. Their 198 or *333 is not allowing me to talk to customer care professionals, this is very pathetic service, they dont take anything seriously....

Auto - deducting money for service - without any request

Every time some(RS. 1, 3 or 5) amount is auto-deduction for VAS Hungama GSM and VAS Shtfmts STalk pack service . I tried to call Customer Care but line is always busy.
