Dear Sir, I purchased a new sim of reliance gsm 12 dec 2015 and the no. got activate on 14dec 2015 so i call reliance customer care for 3g data best offer the reliance customer care executive suggest me to recharge of 89rs in 89rs i got the benefit of 1gb 3g data for 28days so i recharge my reliance no with 89rs but after half an hour my reliance account not credit with 1gb 3g data so i called the customer care again reliance customer care executive told me that 'We raised the complaint and your request will be resolved in the next 2 days' but till now my issue is not resolved i contact reliance customer care many times but all the times they raise my complaint and tell me for wait 2 days. What you guys are doing there i don't know but reliance is really a frod company still no revert is come from your side 1 week passed away but my problem doesn't resolve by your company i am fool who buy's your frod cheated company's sim and in future i insure that nobody buy's your company's sim.

    I had recharged my number with Rs 95(7 days ago). As per my offer i have to get 1 gb.. but i got only 500mb. So i complained about it to customer care and they told me that it will be resolved in next 48 hrs. but it does nt happen. i again tried to call customer care but it never connected after giving my comlaint. Here is my complaint no.[protected] after 4-5 days they sending message that "thank you for contacting reliance customer care, your problem has resolved, benefit credited to your account". BUT I WONT GET ANYTHING..such a FRAUD NETWORK.. going to PORT MY NUMBER.!

    Now if you are unable to see any offer that does n't mean you can't accept the complain. previously your customer care have already taken my complain i.e.[protected] ..first try to resolve this past one then talk about the present offer!!
    still providing false information...problem not resolved till now...such a fraud!!
    i told them i getting again same offer and have proof, but they are denying there is no offer!!!
    Reliance do one thing just GET LOST!

Dear Mr. Sudhir Bahaduri, MySelf Prashant Srivastava Contacting you by mail because of some genuine reson. So I request you to please look into the matter carefully. As I believe RIM is the best telecom Company in india ofcourse so i Purchased a New Sim Card Card CDMA No. [protected] from Relience Store Veraval Gujarat on 26/11/2015 in 50 Rupees. In that i got 45 Rupees Main Balance and 250 MB Internet Balance. Suddenly on 01/12/2015 I came to know that My Main Balance is 0.06 Paise Only While My Internet Balance was on that time 5.17 MB. Till date If You Will Check My Internet balance is 1.34 MB is remaining in 250 MB which I Got on New Sim Purchase. So As Per My Information This Should not happen. So I Registered Complaint Two Times In Relience Customer Care for the issue. Complaint No. are As[protected] on 1/12/2015 and[protected] on 4/12/2015. they Assured me that Your Refund Amount will be back on respectively 48 and 24 Hours. so I just waited for the amount now i called customer care today they told me that your refund will not be back and complaint has also closed, and reason they are not properly explaning. I am wondering that How it is happening, the peoples who are assest the RIM Customer, has no Proper information and they are making fool to customers and Ofcourse RIM too. It is not my mistake that you are not properly maintaining your records. if the problem in your portal then change/modified the System. I Just want that Please look into the matter seriously and refund My balance totally Immediately as I am elgible for the refund. If You will not do so reply me in written with reason and i will go into Forums As i have all the proofs of matters ie Messages, Call Records and Your Complaints references.           As you said charges were valid, It is not the correct explanation of my issue. How can you say that? If it is true just show/send me the detailed report of charges. if you will not do so it simply means you all are making fool to your customers & ofcourse me. As i have talked in your customer care many times about this issue all your executives are talking like illiterate & they also dont have sufficient information of any matter. I have all the recording proofs, if my issue you will not take seriously than i will have to go ahead. this is not the simple saying that the charges were valid and hence the waiver cannot be processed for the same.As it is clearly seeing my detailed complaint above, Same Explanation detailed report i needed not in a single line, i want written proof with detail so that i could understand the Relience Communication Charges deduction Policy. I think Everything is clear so please resolve truely because you can not make fool to everyone.

            Sir, I have done recharge on my no. [protected] after seeing offer just before the recharge of Rs 275 which has offer of 1GB extra data balance on my no. after 2GB but not received as 4 days gone. I have contacted customer care they said send me mail with screenshot of offer after that I will look into the matter why you not received the extra 1GB data balance. Sir I have send mail so many times to customer care with full details of issues and screenshot but no response of my mail up to now. I am sending screenshots of offer and mail too you also. Please resolve my issues as soon as possible.

            I get a message on 13 dec 2015 recharge with rs89 and get 1gb 3g data for 28days and then i recharge with rs89 a message come recharge success but benifit was not still credit in my account i try to call costumercare but i do every thing i try more then 100 times to speak to a costumer care but hare not a way to talk to costumercare a complaint i give through internet but still not any progress what should i do i cant understand only one way is left that left that relaince is a very bad

            very poor service by reliance... not received data balance up to now.
            This is not good...why you sent me message for my number if you don't give
            benefit, this is cheating from reliance . This is not good way if you are
            doing this with reliance customer . Before recharge you say benefit will be
            given but after recharge you don't give benefit and say anything to
            customer, as said to me that it is lucky draw offer it will be may not be
            given also, these all things are not mention in message that it is lucky
            draw offer, see in attach screenshot it is not mention.
            Totally cheating customer by sending offer message and after they recharge
            you don't give benefit. Stop this type of illegal things.
            Give benefit to me otherwise I will MNP my number and spread this message every where
            how to cheat customer.
            shame on Reliance... not received benefit

              [protected] on 29/11/15 i got a msg "Get Free Incoming Roaming+All outgoing calls @40p/min on recharge of Rs.53 and get Rs 53 Talktime.Validity 28days. " i have recharged no talktime i got. again 13/12/15 reduced 30 without activate any service and now i have 400 msg every minute 5 rs being reduce . I have been trying to contact customer care to find out deduction but the call has gotten disconnected midway at least 14 to 19 times.

The sales person Mayank gupta committed that it will be installed by saturday 5th Dec 2015 and its already 11th dec 2015 now. Now whenever I call him, first of all he doesn't pick my calls and this is the only person who used to call me thrice a day before making the payment to convince me for taking the services. With such a bad experience I decided not to install the services of reliance broadband. I even sent an email to the customer care of relaince and applette officer as well. But seems there is no proper email handelling there. Tried customer care number several times on which they ask me to wait fr their call which I have not recieved yet. I have paid through a cheque of Inr 1, 765 and so I want my refund. This is the second time I am posting a complaint here as I did not recieve any call from your end to resolve this issue.                   I use relaince cdma connection in pune area. From 12-Dec-2015 I am facing a problem of call drop while calling and talking but the network access shows on full strength. I am using CDMA service from last 3 to 4 years. If this problem remain same then; I am thinking to move to other operator.                     As on 14.12.2015 at around 6 30 pm my Reliance GSM number [protected] had balance of around Rs. 290 and 3G data balance of around 500 MB. I did not use 3G data nor did I make any call or activate any VAS on my number. On 15.12.2015 while trying to make a call I was shocked to see that my main balance and data balance is reduced to 0. I did not receive any message for this deduction either. I have been trying to contact customer care to find out how the balance got deducted without using any service but the call has gotten disconnected midway at least 5-7 times. I have not received any call back nor am I able to contact customer care executive anymore even after trying at least 10 times. I wish to know how my balance got deducted without any usage and you are requested to reverse the deduction as soon as possible. Chetna Singh Reliance GSM [protected]

                                  When i try to make call its show emergency call only. I have been 100times contact to customer care to solved this essu.But they can't. I know 2g service is shutdown.So that i have used 3g handset Samsung galaxy.I have been tried all possible fix like Manuel search, at 3g area, 3g recharged etc.. I am using reliance gsm sim card only because its cheap i had got a data pack on 12th of december and at 12 of night i checked my data it showed 2.81 mb is remaining so i turned off data and went to sleep but in morning i checked my balance it showed 214 while it was 398 in night i contacted ur coustomer care and they took a complain and told i will get a refund within 24 hours so yesterday i got messege that i won't be given refund because my data is used more than the data packs limit and they said my data pack was ove at 9:58 pm on 12th of decemember but around 11:50 i checked my data it showed i had 2.81 mb left then how could u messege me my data packs remaining balance is 2.81 mb ? Whil ur coustomer care said my data pack was over at 9:58 my complain number is ' SR[protected] ' i have attached picture which shows i got messege from u that my data pack isn't over at 12 am
