From 2-december -2015 my Reliance postpaid connection was NOT GETTING ANY INCOMING SERVICES. Assuming that could be an after effect of chennai rains i made a call to customer care and asked them to look into it and rectify. Bangalore all networks were working 100% including reliance GSM, this problem was unique to my number only. Due to this my family and friends had to go through mental stress of not able to reach me and check on me and i was not even aware of this issue. I waited patiently for them to chcek even after 24 hours there was no help. so i called the customer care on *222/[protected] and other options too.. instead of help, i was always connected malayalam agent who would say that he does not understand what i speak and disconnect call.. i was left to scream ND KEEP TRYING ... No response / update..., its now high time and even still i get an malayam agent and no help.

    Sir/madam I am a regular customer and a very honest customer . My GSM number is [protected] and my alternative number is [protected]. I recharged Rs. 282 for using 2g data pack which promise me to give 3 month of 6 Gb 2g data. And for my talktime I recharged recently with Rs.31 due to inability of Rs.30 talktime pack. Soon my 2g data pack got deactivated. It's only a month and about 5 gb data and 2 month validity was left. Sir I can't use my phone for calling and using Internet simultaneously. Either I have to use 2g data pack or talktime. Please understand my value of money . Rs.282 is big enough for my loss. Please return my data pack and made a way to recharges talktime while having 2g pack activated. I will be glad if you kindly solve my problem and show the value of my money and respect towards reliance. For any queries or information contact me when ever needed. Thank you .

      My mobile no is [protected]. I had recharge my no. With Rs. 89/- on dt 5.12.2015 for r2r unlimited calling offer, but a msg appear "your recharge is not processed" & recharge offer does not work, but balance from my account is deducted. I had called reliance complaint no. Several times & try to talk with d customercare executive. Tge ph is ringing but nobody answered it. What kind of harrassment is this. Resolve the problem as soon ad possible.

              Sir my name is akash singh kushwah my no- is [protected] and i recharge my mobile no [protected] by rs 19 on date 29/11/2015 at 12:41 am which gives 100mb of 3g data.and after 10 minutes i start to surf internet.but they did not deduct my data balance and they start deducting my main account balance.my account balance of rs 1033 is deducted by them and my data balance still shows 100mb.this is the big fraud done by reliance and my huge amount of rs 1033 is deducted and only rs 19 is remaining.they have stopped my number contacting from reliance customer care.i have lost my trust in reliance. please refund my money.i dont need of your data. name-akash singh kushwah number-[protected] amount deducted-1033 alternate number- [protected] email id- [protected]@gmail.com

                    On[protected] I have paid my Last Bill in Rcom. Rs. 600 (PFA)
                    Since from[protected], I have transferred (Portability) to IDEA. And with Reliance my all bills were cleared but since I got the Bill of Rs. 6177 (Bill Period :05-Sep-2015 to 14-Oct-2015) in which it says "Data and Value Added Services(VAS)" - Rs. 5, 084.10 (PFA)
                    This VAS service is totally fake and wrong, I need the exact usage of my internet with complete details. Because after 28th September I moved to Idea and I have paid my bills in Idea for this same number [protected]. (PFA)

                    You itself think, how in 2G network I can use Internet for Rs. 5085 ?
                    And where is the usage bill, if i used it then ? Why my number is cancelled now ?

                    Now my number is cancelled and not existed since last 3 weeks. I am suffering and trying a lot to resolve this issue but helpless.

                    Please take severe action on this and do the needful. Whatever is true whatever the amount comes to me of my usage bill then i will pay that amount, but not this much fake amount.

                    Note: I was with Rcom since from 4 years and I haven't received this much huge amount in any month, I couldn't bare too this VAS charge of Rs. 5084.

                      On 4/12/2015 i recharged my no. [protected] for internet services valid for a day. i was charged rs.9 for that, also i received the message or the same. but when i started using the net they started deducting my main balance(a total of rs.6 was deducted by the time i noticed). when i complained against this in customer care they firstly didn't respond anything by saying that they are having technical issue. when i asked him to transfer the call to their supervisors, he also didn't respond positively. so, for this i want my rs. 9 plus rs.6 plus rs.85 as a compensation.

                        Hi, My name is Deepak Kalra. I am a customer of reliance products since a long time. I bought gold mangalsutra from reliance jewels based in karol bagh, new delhi. We found this product is not up to quality and already been broken 3 times. I had it repaired by reliance workers but still the product is of no use. It is still breaking up. I spoke with reliance manager and they advice me to return it and buy a new one but thats not possible as it is a mangalsutra and i cannoy return it and moreover if i am going to do so, i will lose making charge which i have paid.                             Its quiet embarrassing that twice a month even on several complains to your customer care, appellate authority and even on internet complains my account has been debited with 10rs of vas rs 5 each. i am trying to contact your customer from a couple of days before but they are not answering the call.                               I started with net++, later moved to pro3. In between, it is reliance duty to change the status by deactivating the old one. Instead, the bill was running. I had sent a dozen emails. Finally, this week i received a court notifiation to pay rs.1138 else appear in the court. Never, ever trust and ensure with these people. More over, customer care, technical teams, engineers are not up to the mark, in providing customer satisfactoin.

                                  I applied for a reliance broadband connection and made complete payment on 13th November, 2015. The vendor promised to install the connection within two days and also assured me he will activate the connection over WiFi. I am a mac user and LAN connection is of no use to me as I cannot connect LAN wire to my mac. After 2 weeks he somehow managed to get my connection started but did not set up WiFi. He said he will do it by the evening but did not turn up. He came after three days, said my router has a fault, even though the device was completely functional when I used it last time, around one month back, at my home. The router was on, it was displaying lights and even creating WiFi zone. It was not taking reliance IP. He said he wants to take the router to fix it. After two days one of his caleagu calls me saying the IC is blown up and it'll cost 400 to fix. If IC was blown it should not have worked at the first place. I said if you want money I can give you a 100 or 200 but please fix my connection. Now my billing has started one week back, it has been 21 days since I paid for the connection, my router is with this person and I still cannot use the connection as WiFi is not yet installed. Moreover he is not picking up my calls now. The vendor's name is Ambhuj Kumar ([protected]) I have contacted his boss, Mr. Jyoti, but he is also not helping me out. Mr. Jyoti ([protected]) Need urgent help. I am a recent graduate, I do not earn enough to waste my money on such issues. And I really need the issue to be resolved as soon as possible and the internet service to start as soon as possible, as not having internet is having an effect on my daily job.

                                    Neither customer care nor reliance store are ready to close numbers Relationship No is[protected].Under this relationship number there are seven numbers operational want to close all the numbers. Reliance forces users to use the number whether user is wants to use or not my calls with customer care was around 40 mins for many times they will keep transferring calls and lastly they disconnect call from their side. Worst customer care experience and mobile store experience. Reliance is harrasing people doing nothing. They are creating situation that customer should commit suicide with no other option left or keep paying bills to them.

                                      I have been using reliance broadband for 2 years and recently on 11th October my internet stopped working after complaining 10 times no service was delivered by reliance . On non resolution of issue I decided to disconnect reliance broadband but after placing 4 requests for disconnection no one came to disconnect the broadband. My broadband is not working for 2 months but I keep getting the bill. I called reliance customer care endless times and every time they give a new complaint number but no resolution is done so far. Kindly look into the matter and help us with the disconnection of reliance.

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam, My mobile no is [protected] My humble request to resolve this matter as I am suffering from very probelmatic phase due to greedy step of Relaince communication. I have got postpaid plan of Rs 650/-per month in which all calls, internet data, roaming all are unlimited . I got proper last 2 months bill . But they blocked my incoming and outgoing without intimation from last 4 days.When I asked in customer care for explanation, then I was informed that My postpaid bill amount pending for this month is Rs 8400/- which is quite high and totally impossible .When I asked about blockage of my service then customer care executive and supervisors did not tell me the solution but they didnot hear and understand my problem.As I have been facing financial losses and other losses as well.So please help me to resolve this issue .
