I had already submit a complaint earlier regarding my mobile number [protected] to port from tata to reliance. On 23rd Nov. 2015, i got a msg from your side that your portin request is accepted and between 11pm to 1am tonight, insert your new sim and call on 59059 to complete your verification. I had tried so many times but it was not working. I called up the person named Ashish-[protected](to whom i met at your outlet which is in sector-4 vaishali Ghaziabad) so many times, all the time he said we are doing sir but result was zero. Finally, after 4 days waiting i went to your outlet, then he checked my sim and start it.
But the irritating thing is, the service was start only for one day. second day my out going barred, and since last 2-3 days incoming also barred due to negative verification.
from 23rd Nov. 2015 to till date, i have done hundreds of calls to your outlet executive Ashish-[protected], and visited your outlet 4 times. but still zero.
Please tell me how i can port my connection back in Tata Communication.
This is the depth of my heart that...
Reliance Communication is the worst company of the country.

Reliance Communications — Balance deducted
Without my permission it has deducted my main balance by Rs.3 for VAS USSD services twice. I am trying to contact with the customer care but I am unable to contact them. This problem has not occurred for the first time. Kindly resolve the matter so that it does not happen in the future.
