Without my permission it has deducted my main balance by Rs.3 for VAS USSD services twice. I am trying to contact with the customer care but I am unable to contact them. Reliance Communications — Balance deducted

    My mobile number [protected] of idea network was being used by me. Reliance customer care requested me to port my number to reliance GSM network. It has been changed now but i didn't receive reliance GSM SIM card yet. I called many times to reliance customer care but they neither respond well nor send SIM card. Kindly find the Reliance customer care number - [protected], [protected] for your kind information, record and necessary action in this regard. Hope my problem will get resolve soon after lodging this complaint.

      Hi, I am the customer of relience gsm prapaid from last 4-5 month and [protected] this is current relience number, because of network problem I want to port my number to other network. I requested to relience for UPC code, I send around 40-50 messages from my number to 1900. But everytime I got same response like "This service is temporary unavailable". After that I contact to customer care and discussed the same issue but everytime they registered my complaint and told me within 2-3 working this problem wil be resolve. But after 30-45 days I am facing same problem and because of "Relience third class service " i haven't got UPC code. I am really unsatisfied customer of Relience. Please see this issue ASAP.         Hi, This is Ravi Shanker Sharma from Delhi. I am using Reliance Gsm number [protected] since 2009. At the time of purchasing this sim card i had submitted my Photo and Id proof and happily started using this number. After this long ownership of this number i suddenly started facing network issues in 2015 and issues related to wrong deduction of balance . I keep calling on customer and i always get the response that our systems are on updation we won't be able to check the details. The same issue keep on arising every month because whenever my data pack get deactivate i don't get any information for that and my balance keeps on charging. Now i have purchased the new phone for which i need a nano sim card for which i have visited to reliance store based in New Delhi Kalkaji Market H block. After giving them the details they asked me to provide the documents for the new sim replacement but all of sudden the store executive told me that the number is not on my name and they will not be able to provide me the sim. I asked them who's fault is this being a loyal customer i asked them to check the recharge and call history of my number so that they can believe that number belongs to me but that was of no use and they asked me to port this number to any other service provider. Is this the right solution? This is completely non sense of the reliance store and their dealers who are miss using people Identity proofs for there benefits for which people like me are suffering. I need a new sim card of my number is there anyone who can help me in this. It's bin more then a week i am going thorough this mental harassment. I need compensation of 2000000 against this trauma. I need a new sim card. The customer care of reliance communications is very poor. Today only i called them regarding the same issue there is quality barging on the calls of the contact center i don't know how the company is surviving. If people ask the reliance users to rate their after sales service they will rate it pathetic my calls was transferred to the senior you guys can't expect the words i heard from her she straight away said no we won't be able to help you in this case. I also use a Vodafone number but their customer service is far better then Reliance. Earlier i used to fight with my friends that reliance is better then any other company for using internet services but now i regret why i choose reliance and i will never ever ask anyone to go for it. This is completely not acceptable. I got a call from a lady your team and they have asked me what exactly the issue was. I told her the issues but she was only in favor to resolve the network issue but anybody in your company is not bothered about the major issue of sim card replacement as mentioned in the previous complaint. Please tell me is that my fault if being a loyal customer i am using this number from 7 years and now when i asked for new sim card your store located in Kalkaji H block name Eagle Radios asked me to port this number to some other service provider because as per them this number [protected] is not registered under my name. At the time of purchase i have provided my documents my own photograph and Id proof but instead o[censored]sing that for my number if your dealer has used that some other number is that my fault. I am not denying you to provide the documents again but still there is no resolution what if my previous documents will be get misused by some who will be responsible for that is this the way your company deal with the customer's?? I NEED THE RESOLUTION WITH COMPENSATION. I WILL NOT SIT QUITE I WILL POST THIS EVERY WHERE ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

          I bought a reliance wi pod on 7th Nov. I was promised a speed of 14.7 mbps, but to my astonishment the speed at times was low at 14 bps. One single page takes around a min just to open, one regular low quality youtube video takes minutes to buffer, any conference call gets auto disconnected after 5 mins. Therefore, I contacted customer service but nobody paid any heed. A service request is open from 09th Nov till date but nobody followed up. rather I followed up innumerable times. Therefore worst product and extremely poor and incompetent service. Now this device hampered my professional commitments like anything. Now I understand the truth behind all those false claims. I just want refund of my money and return this product. Please start the process of my refund and getting the return. I will provide you all original details once required.

              I had recharged Internet Packs of Rs. 156 (3G) on 9/11/15 and Rs. 27 (2G) on 3/12/15. But I am unable to use it. I have registered many complaints, even at Appellate Office. But still no resolution was achieved. Neither am I able to use the service nor is the amounts refunded. I am deeply offended by this attitude of the Company. Please help me.

              I am complaining for [protected] (Reliance GSM - Chhattisgarh Circle).
              I was told by the Customer Service personal that they will look into the matter. On 1/12/15 I was informed that the problem has been rectified. So I recharged again with an amount of Rs. 27 for 2G internet. But still I am not able to use the internet facility.
              I again complained about this problem. But the Customer Service personal asked me to hold the line and after around 15 minutes, suddenly disconnected the call. This type of incident happened many times.
              I am totally frustrated by this incident.
              I am a long standing customer of Reliance Communications (GSM) and this sort of behavior deeply offended me.
              Kindly do the needful.

                Hello, I am using Reliance GSM service more than 1 year, but its still network problem and internet problem. when i went to a place to another place in between Kolkata not out of state, network always showing "R" menace i am in roaming, how ? and Why? I never reach customer service on 198 or *333 from my no. its always busy, after holding 5 to 8 minute cut the call from my side. Please solve my problem or refund my Rs 198. From now i never recharge and will go for porting soon with all my family members. i have total 5 Reliance GSM service in my family members. my NO# [protected]. hope you contact me ! soon or solve me my problem and inform me.

                again i get call and discussed my problem, also they get my current location ( KOLKATA - 700013 ) on call time.

                thanks for your support i got better internet speed after providing my location.
                BUT ... when i came home again same... from now its not slow its gone... i cant connect internet.

                hope your sim (internet) working on my location or just for metro city ( Kolkat ) ???

                But still i have problem and after Complaint my problem go UP and UP ...

                also HOPE your clocks in your offices give a output of 60 minute HOUR. ????!!!

                i would follow there instruction but still same problem.

                1> network maximum time showing "R"
                2> too much fluctuation in network.

                    Sir, I had recharged my Reliance mobile number [protected] with amount of Rs178 on 2/12/2015, 3:04 PM under the scheme of this message sended by the company. "Sabse Dumdaar Unlimited Data Offer!! Sirf Rs.178 ke recharge pe payein Unlimited 2G data aur sath hi Rs178 tak ka talktime 28 din validity ke sath.Reliance GSM". But i have only received Unlimited data with validity of 28 days and not received any talk time. Sir please kindly credit my account with talk time of Rs 178 as per the scheme of the message.

On 23rd Nov. 2015, i got a msg from your side that your portin request is accepted and between 11pm to 1am tonight, insert your new sim and call on 59059 to complete your verification. I had tried so many times but it was not working. I called up the person named Ashish-[protected](to whom i met at your outlet which is in sector-4 vaishali Ghaziabad) so many times, all the time he said we are doing sir but result was zero. Finally, after 4 days waiting i went to your outlet, then he checked my sim and start it. But the irritating thing is, the service was start only for one day. second day my out going barred, and since last 2-3 days incoming also barred due to negative verification. from 23rd Nov. 2015 to till date, i have done hundreds of calls to your outlet executive Ashish-[protected], and visited your outlet 4 times. but still zero. Please tell me how i can port my connection back in Tata Communication. This is the depth of my heart that... Reliance Communication is the worst company of the country.                             mera name Bhavesh Patel hai maine apva [protected] number vodafone se Reliance me port kiya tha kaal raat main vodafone sim band ho ga aur morning main 9:30 ko main ne tel-vitrifaction ke liye 59059 ko call kiya aur 2 hours main sim start hoga karke bole. maine 12 pm ko phone lagane k liye try kiya to network busy continuously aane laga incoming me switch off bool raha tha.
                            jab maine 2pm ko aur ek baar try kiya to fir se tel-verification department se connect ko gaya waha meri baat mr.rajendra se hui wo boolne lage 6 hours wait karna padega. ye kai si ghatiya service hai baaki operator main to 10 min me service start ho jati hai
                            plz meri problem as soon as possible solve kare

It is very unfortunate to write this letter of complaint against your service of mobile connection but we have left with no option. But unfortunately the issue still persists. We are into service oriented industry and we have to deal with the customers every minute.                                 Even after complaining several times all they came up with change the mobile settings . Don't they know that the speed has been restricted from customer support side . Getting3g recharge done and having 2g speed, what can a customer get more worse from a company. Even after numerous complaints neither consumer complain nor reliance is able to cope up with a simple puny problem.

                                  I am a Reliance NetConnect+ Broadband post-paid data card user since almost 4 years. My DataCard number is: [protected]. The issues which I am facing are as follows: 1) The total monthly charges are Rs. 1254/- which I've been paying since more than 3 years and have never defaulted even a single payment. The same plan is available for Rs. 799 + tax on their website: http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/internet/wireless_internet.html. I've never been informed of this disparity and I kept on paying Rs 1254. 2) The internet speed is extremely slow. The maximum speed of the data card is 3.1 mbps but I've never received more than 1 mbps speed on my dongle. I have raised multiple complaints for this issue but they are also closed without any resolution. The latest SR# raised is[protected] on 16th October 2015. 3) I've raised two requests for termination after paying the bill for October 2015. SR#[protected] on 11-Oct-2015 and SR#[protected] on 19-Nov-2015. Both of them are closed without resolution. I have been trying to get the connection terminated since October 2015 but the representatives either never take my request for termination or they route the call to the termination department. When I explain my issue to termination cell/special desk, they drop the call. I've made more than 20 calls to customer executives being on hold for an average 20 mins each time. I have the call records with me on my mobile bill and can be reproduced on request. 4) They have called me to say that they will give free plan for 3 months and I can use it till then for free and still if I want to terminate I will have to raise another request. Now when I got the bill amount of Rs.3035/- they say that the free usage is capped to 2GB and any usage above that will be charged. I've NOT been communicated about this and have no email notification confirming the change in plan and the applicable rates. I have denied to pay the bill amount 5) The Nodal officer took my request for waiver in the outstanding bill amount. Request # [protected]. I've also raised a request with customer care and the request is SR#[protected]. Both of the requests are closed without any resolution 6) I'm now getting threatning calls from billing department and the corporate office to pay the pending bill amount. I am not in a position and absolutely deny to pay the bill amount post 1st October 2015. Resolution Requested: Please waive off my outstanding bill amount 100% and terminate the connection immediately.
