Respected Sir I would like to drag your immediate attention at this serious issue which i am facing from 5-6days, Sir i had around 2G data balance and around Rs27 in my account, which was deducted by Reliance telecom from my cell No([protected]), when i launch complaint with CC of reliance they register my complaint as SR No.[protected] and[protected]. but did not gave back my balance. Here the matter is not of my balance, but the huge trouble & difficulties which have been i am facing, now the Reliance has deactivate CC service on my cell which is [protected], actually if i called them from other cell No. they simply disconnect my calls, As being educated i am facing huge exhilaration from Reliance CC then what about an ordinary people.     Sir, i am a postpaid user of reliance GSM. Before 20 days i was MMC my no. From vodafone to reliance along with 202 of monthly plan but from last 4 days my Incoming and outgoing calls are bareed. When i went to the nearest Customer Care(Link road Cuttack) those are told me 'sir plz gave us ur documents' then it will be activated within 1 hr. But till now no action will be taken by R Care and they are not receivning my calls. it was so irritating for me.. kindly do somthong. And treat them how to talk with the customers. Bcoz they are way of talking is very very bad..

      I am a regular customer and a very honest customer . I recharged Rs. 282 for using 2g data pack which promise me to give 3 month of 6 Gb 2g data. And for my talktime I recharged recently with Rs.31 due to inability of Rs.30 talktime pack. Soon my 2g data pack got deactivated. It's only a month and about 5 gb data and 2 month validity was left. Sir I can't use my phone for calling and using Internet simultaneously. Either I have to use 2g data pack or talktime. Please understand my value of money . Rs.282 is big enough for my loss. Please return my data pack and made a way to recharges talktime while having 2g pack activated. I will be glad if you kindly solve my problem and show the value of my money and respect towards reliance.

        Hiii, i would like toh know what will happen if i fail to attend the lok adalat for outstanding bill payment.as i had a very bad experience with relience internet data card. i have been to store for many time related to speed issue. as i was been told that there some problem with the tower as this continued for more than a month. and everybtime i have been given excused from them. and now i have received the notice to be present at lok adalat. so what will happen if i dont attend the lok adalat?

          Currently I am looking for a broadband connection near Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore area and the same I had posted in Justdaial. Last week one of your representative called me and explained about various broadband plans and I chose 1099 plan (4MBPS unlimited), I also given ID card copies and one of my photograph along with the amount of 4210 (Including first 3 months rental + installation charge). He had informed me that within 1 days I will get a verification call from Reliance and within 2 days I will get the connection. But till now I didn’t get any connection and his phone is also switched off since Friday. I have attached the bill copy along with this mail. Can you please confirm whether this is a valid Reliance invoice and valid shop address. If not they are using your company name and cheating people.

                The company deducted my main balance of rs. 30 on 28 Nov. 2015 evening. I ask from customers care but they responded helplessly. I have call them 15 times but all effort were in vain. so I request the company to return my prepaid balance as early as possible.

                  I regret to inform you that when I called to the customers care executive for help regarding my balance deduction on 29th/11/15 but they responsed me negative that there is no any deduction from my account and not recharged before as well as on 27/11/15.it is fact that I recharged for Rs 60 on 27/11/15 but customers care even told me quite clearly that I haven't recharged as above mentioned date. I am not satisfied with customers care executive. I don't know why they are sitting as customers executive. I think they are only is there for .
                  I shall be highly oblige if you resolve it perfectly on my request.

                    Dear Sir, I have received several call for the payment of Rs. 1175 for my Broadband connection. I have told them that will pay it at the earliest. But in a day i receive more than 15 calls even when i was on meet. For this purposed i have received a memo also. So i got r=irritated and dint pay the money. But i have received a call on Nov 9th at 11: 15 am saying that there is a criminal cafe filled against me by Reliance and to avoid this i have to pay the amount before 12:00nn today. Being a middle class family I thought of avoiding such issues and as per their instructions I paid the amount through VISA Payment borrowing the amount from my colleague. I have the receipt in my hand. Now today I have received a call from Delhi high Court saying the same thing. When i informed them about the payment cleared from my end they told with this transaction ID we cant do any thing. You have to Pay the amount again. There are not ready to hear my words. Please help me in this

                    Dear Sir,

                    I can claim my mob bill from office but from time I got the connection they never use to send bills in right time, when I was asking for bills in stores they say system is slow cant produce come and get when you are free, From intro call itself I told I need e bill but they never do properly. They blocked my outgoing when the credit limit was exceeded, I said I will pay 800 give me the bill now and release ASAP they said they cant release today, bill we can give tomorrow, got only one bill when I paid, i could not claim money from office even though I am eligible to claim, Then I spoke to c.care and explained that I don't need a connection at all, they convinced me, they said an employer will come and collect the money will give the bill. but they never. Then now I received a msg stating that case is filed. Do you thing any one will continue the service hereafter??? Kindly clarify

                      Reliance mobile fake channel partners. They collect money on behalf of reliance for porting mobile numbers in to reliance postpaid but after that never answer the calls.
                      One such case is calling time (Address given on their reciept is o[censored]ttam nagar delhi) and the mobile number mentioned on it is not working. Donot entertain calls from [protected]. [protected].
                      When told that we will put up a complaint, they said you can do whatever you want and stopped picking the calls. They send pictures of reliance plans on whatsapp and tell customers that there are new plans available.

                      I had even sent emails to reliance customer care email ([protected]@relianceada.com) about the same but have received no reply by email or by phone...

                      Please spread the message. Reliance must be collecting 100 rupees each from thousands and lakhs of customers each day all over india if they are doing all this on purpose.

                        I have a postpaid mobile sim from Reliance, In bill they wrote there are discounted 50 MB mobile data and when I used it, they are charging me wrongly. When I contacted them customer care gave me reference of fake and unclear T&C. It seems they are fooling customer. This seems me that fraud thing happen with me, twice in month of October and November. If you want I can send you both bills. Please direct me how to get my money back. Thanks in advance, Rakesh

                          Internet was not working from 12th November and i have waited and launched a complaint on 16th November. Whenever I call them they are telling that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but nothing happened, no one visited my place to check the connection . I have raised almost 30 complaints till now. But there is no proper response and the problem is not resolved yet. Please take proper action on this and do solve this problem as soon as possible. We could not use the internet for the past 15+ days due to connection failure, So Reliance have to reduce the bill amount for the connection outage period.                                 On 28/11/15 i had called up the reliance costumer care and inquired bout 3g dongle packs.. the guy (prem) told me that it costed 177 for 28 days... according to his information i recharged rs 177 in my mobile num [protected]. I did not get any net balance. After this i called again but anoher guy told me that he would call me after a couple of hours..neither did he call me nor i m being able to the costumer care.. the company can contact me on my email [protected]@gmail.com

                                    My no. is [protected]. on 25th nov. i received a msg that if i recharge my no with 359 rs i will get 10 gb 3g balance. i recharged same day but got only 2.5 gb data.after it i called to customer care many but they didnt gave me satisfactory answer.and now i am trying to call customer care but i think they block my no. finally i thinking about consumer court.

                                      I am having Reliance connection no [protected]. I am staying at Bhopal City.For last one month my mobile automatically goes on Roaming though I m in Bhopal only. I tried to discuss the matter with customer care representative but he could not provide any solution. I am constantly selecting Reliance manually but after some time it again shows Roaming.                                         I bought a new reliance Sim([protected]).Its network strength is so good but it's for only one to two minutes.when I am talking with others it's only for maximum 2-3 minutes. I contacted customer care today so many times today but due to call drop and network problem I am unable to tell my problems fully to them.I told same problem to a certain about this but he says that this is my mobile problem to hide there problem. He argue with me about this but I told to transfer the call to senior executives but after that I wait near about 13 minutes but nobody attend the call. If they will behave like this then why we people will use the service Plz look after the problem as soon as possible
