Dear Concern, I took new connection in 1st week of oct 2015 ([protected]-chandigarh )after verification it was activated with in 3 days but on 26th oct evening when i went to himachal on roaming, same day all my services were blocked i talked many time to the costumer care executive they said it is related to documentation updation problem from store they did not uploaded the details so we cant help you so contact to the store only . I was at himachal so i sent my person to reliance store many time at chandigarh sector 9 D more then a week go but complaint was not resolved when i came back to chandigarh in 1st week of nov then i personally visited to the store after that it was resolved . so my no was blocked more then a week . the store executive insured that they will wave of the amount for that week when bill will be generated then they will adjust the amount . but now i have called to the executive they said its not our fault it was related to reliance store only so we cant help you . now tell me where i have to go is it my fault that i have taken reliance connection i want my problem to be resolved only even i mailed over your costumer care mail address but did not get any respond . kindly wave off the amount from 26th oct to 5th nov best regards, Dr.Vikas Jaswal [protected]

    I Deepti Mittal, ph.no.[protected] recharged my phone with 2g net pack of 119rs valid for 21 days on 28-nov-2015 at 7.21pm, at that time reliance sended me message for successful activation of net pack and my main balance was 47rs when i started using after half an hour my main balance was 13 rs so i complained and executive Ashish told there is technical problem your recharge is done its shown but net balance is not available, you would get in 2hrs and your deducted 34rs details are not shown due to technical problem so call after some time.Till 29-nov-2015 1pm i have called customer care 5 times there is no response they say details are not shown due to technical problem. When it was of deduction they deducted 34 rs now they arent refunding.if my money is not refunded i will cancel my connection which i am using from 15years and also will complain in TRAI if my complain doesnt resolve. DONT THINK CUSTOMERS ARE FOOL.

Now after my bill generation I got huge bill to pay which was without communicated.                   This is with regard to the Reliance WI-pod number([protected]) I was holding. I applied for this through my office at Chennai(Siruseri) through a person named Raman ([protected]). I was using it for a while (maybe a week during that month billing cycle) but the speed was pathetic and the person(Raman) told he would replace the device but he never got me a replacement device and that person was replaced by another staff at my office. So, I have no clue of what happened to the device. That is when I requested to stop the service after experiencing such poor service. I have now lost my money on the device I paid and being asked to pay an amount for what I have never used at all?. This is unacceptable. When the rental bill amount was only some Rs1000/-, I'm being asked to pay Rs2451/- despite stopping the service. I have written to reliance a number of times asking them to stop the service and provide me details of the bill amount but have never got a response. There was once asking the details from reliance and I provided. There was also SMS message asking me to pay an amount of Rs2451/- to avoid legal action. I have also now paid that useless amount for which I never used the facility. I have lost my amount on the device and have also paid double the amount for the service I never used. Can you help please?

                    As earlier i complaint about very slow net speed, after getting assurance from the company that the speed will be back from the next recharge, i got the recharge done and still i am facing the same problem getting very low net speed . The speed comes between 5-10kbps .Even after recharging for 3g pack. Please try better to resolve the problem. Please find the attached image for recharge check up..

                    Yeah, first you ask me on phone to get the recharge done because my pack was expiring the same day you called, and now you want me to open pc after i got my recharge done.
                    Does not it sound odd!
                    This link leads to facebook, you guys want me to like you there and post comments. Really ! You people are hell bent doing all wrong the right way. Instead of solving my concern you are asking me to complain again, first i complained in your customer support got no solution, then here thrice, you say get the recharge done then only you will look into it because my pack was expiring, and now you want me to post a complain in facebook again. Do you not get the problem i am facing or this is the way you frustrate your customer till the time he walks away .

                            I purchased a new Reliance ZTE D286 CDMA PHONE on 8th october 2015 at 6.15pm
                            MDM : [protected]. RSN; RZTHSC14309418. through reliance corporate Mr.Nadha [[protected]] [for verification purpose]. at the time it is not working since battery in very low. he advice me to put 8hrs charging it will work.

                            within 3 days it is not working properly. they advice to handed over in service centre u will get new one within 3 days... i handed over it VLR/ZM/15/00108 WO DATE 13 OCT 2015. [[protected] &[protected]] [for verification purpose].

                            but it is not receive.. & problem is not solved. so complaint one of the reliance official Mr.Ganesh [[protected]] . More than 200 times complaint it ... and also i sent 100 sms also... simply he told sir half hour i will handed over a new phone ... for last 45 days same dialogue is going on... problems is not solved...

                            meanwhile i also compliant one of the official Mr. Manikandan [[protected]] and also i sent number of sms... it is also waste... i don't know how to solve this problem... i rang[protected] but it is not answering... WITH OUT USEAGE OF CDMA SIM MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected]. i paid rs.87. verify it also this... As early as send the new mobile.

                            i awaiting for ur reply.. as soon as possible.

                              My number is [protected]. i make a two rechagre of internet pack one of 149 for 2 gb net for 28 days. 26 Nov 2015 E-Payment Debit PG/[protected]/PAYTM/mobile recharge 149.00 after that i was make a recharge of 74 of 3g pack for 500 mb for 7 days 26 Nov 2015 E-Payment Debit PG/[protected]/PAYTM/mobile recharge 74.00 than i start using my internet. in the last of the day i just check the net balance .than 3G balance is about 382 mb And 2G balance is 2GB. than after one days when check my balance my complete 2G balance of 2GB is expire without rechage. this is for 28 days but the customer care told me it expire. i ask the reason they told me this is reliance policy it is expire.

                                So this is the second time i am writing here. For this same subject. Is this happening to me only or some more victims are there??? Listen who ever is reading this, very carefully. Last time a complained i got some 40 45 rs back.. That was short but its ok. After that till now above 250 rs have been deducted. Listen people have many other work to do rather than taking tension due to you. I have contacted over hundred time to your good for nothing customer care executive.. And every time you ask are you satisfied and i say no.. You call i explain why i m unsatisfied.. Let me make one thing very clear today no one uses your rworld service.. Tell mr ambani to use it for his horoscope. I dont use any kind of vas service.. You cant u understand... I was so fed up by the last incident.. I use ur stupid 3g.. I recharged with 92 it was about to expire so one day before i recharged again.. But in morning what i saw was i was not having a single paisa left... 130rs gone... I called u took my complain but nothing happend. So i took one day leave and went to consumer forom. Wht lawyer said " yar 100 rs ke liye kyu 5000 waste kar rahe ho." i said ok this also right.. But now i think it is gud to waste 5000 for 100.. Cause your owner is using money from people like me and he is getting richer... Hum kya chutiya hai?? Ya tum bana diye ho??? I m definitely complaining this time.. And after that i use mnp.

                                  Dear Sir My landline no [protected] was initially down from september 15 which got reconnected on october almost dead 20 to 25 days. Again the phone went out of order from 9th oct, for which i m been mailing to reliance since 9th oct. but they have disconnected my line due to non payment of bill. first of all inspite of asking for physical bill we never have received the same. In this case the phone was down so waiver shouls be applibale & actullay they should compensate for such delayed service as they cahrge for non payment of bill within due date. Still they are not answering my questions and my parents are getting harrased due to the phone dead. please help nishant [protected]

                                      This is Ravi Shanker Sharma from Delhi. I am using Reliance Gsm number [protected] since 2009. At the time of purchasing this sim card i had submitted my Photo and Id proof and happily started using this number. After this long ownership of this number i suddenly started facing network issues in 2015 and issues related to wrong deduction of balance . I keep calling on customer and i always get the response that our systems are on updation we won't be able to check the details. The same issue keep on arising every month because whenever my data pack get deactivate i don't get any information for that and my balance keeps on charging. Now i have purchased the new phone for which i need a nano sim card for which i have visited to reliance store based in New Delhi Kalkaji Market H block. After giving them the details they asked me to provide the documents for the new sim replacement but all of sudden the store executive told me that the number is not on my name and they will not be able to provide me the sim. I asked them who's fault is this being a loyal customer i asked them to check the recharge and call history of my number so that they can believe that number belongs to me but that was of no use and they asked me to port this number to any other service provider. Is this the right solution? This is completely non sense of the reliance store and their dealers who are miss using people Identity proofs for there benefits for which people like me are suffering. I need a new sim card of my number is there anyone who can help me in this. It's bin more then a week i am going thorough this mental harassment. I need compensation of 2000000 against this trauma.

                                      I need a new sim card. The customer care of reliance communications is very poor. Today only i called them regarding the same issue there is quality barging on the calls of the contact center i don't know how the company is surviving. If people ask the reliance users to rate their after sales service they will rate it pathetic my calls was transferred to the senior you guys can't expect the words i heard from her she straight away said no we won't be able to help you in this case. I also use a Vodafone number but their customer service is far better then Reliance.Earlier i used to fight with my friends that reliance is better then any other company for using internet services but now i regret why i choose reliance and i will never ever ask anyone to go for it.
                                      This is completely not acceptable. I got a call from a lady your team and they have asked me what exactly the issue was. I told her the issues but she was only in favor to resolve the network issue but anybody in your company is not bothered about the major issue of sim card replacement as mentioned in the previous complaint. Please tell me is that my fault if being a loyal customer i am using this number from 7 years and now when i asked for new sim card your store located in Kalkaji H block name Eagle Radios asked me to port this number to some other service provider because as per them this number [protected] is not registered under my name. At the time of purchase i have provided my documents my own photograph and Id proof but instead o[censored]sing that for my number if your dealer has used that some other number is that my fault. I am not denying you to provide the documents again but still there is no resolution what if my previous documents will be get misused by some who will be responsible for that is this the way your company deal with the customer's?? I NEED THE RESOLUTION WITH COMPENSATION.

                                        Hi, My name is Adarsh mehta, i have reliance postpaid connection [protected]. in august bill they have charged me Rs. 9311. they have no reason why they have charged this. my normal bill used to be 200-300rs max. and i have rs.50plan. they have disconnected the number, and everyday calling from different numbers to my family number. they are threating for court and legal actions, reliance customer care people also not supporting. its the worst service.
