I am a user of Reliance GSM 3G of MP & CG circle. Right now I live in Mumbai. I have done a 3G data recharge on my Reliance no. [protected]. After that msg regarding remaining data balance is coming from 3600 and it is like flooding. Whenever network fluctuate or I turn off data atleast 4 to 5 message comes from 3600 continously. If I am keeping my data connection turn on for whole day then nearly 200 mesaages will come in a day. Since I am in roaming I am not able to connect customer care. Request you to block the messages coming from 3600 as it is really irritating. Also late me know is there any long term recharge for incoming free on roaming. Earlier a 194 recharge was there but now it is not available. Harish kumar soni

Got call from reliance represenative but problem is still peraisting and getting SMS from 3600.
What are you doing reliance just block 3600 for my number. Just that's it what is taking so much time.

As you said in the recent comment a Reliance customer associate has called me 2 days before but my problem is not resolved till date. So please don't write such comment that my problem has been resolved to my satisfaction. I am still facing message flooding from 3600 (nearly 50 msgs in a single night). Issue is still open and pending at your end. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

      You have got the worst customer service as well you guys don't even know how to behave with customers. ...complaints are never handled...and all that is left is a frustrated customer provoking people not to use reliance. .. from the date i have got this reliance gsm sim..all m getting is balance deduction for vas services. ...god knows what these services are because when m trying to deactivate it..all that i get to know is that there isn't any vas service on ur number.

        My name is NITIN TIWARI and 1 1/2 month ago i have received call from Relience to port your no. but 2 times failed to porting and after that i have received call from Mamta and said i am calling from relience communication and he suggest buy a new no. in postpaid at same plan 450 + taxes unlimited calling to any network (local and Std) and send documents to [protected]@gmail.com. i have send documents provided mail id and also verified by relience verification department and i have recieved again call from a different no. he provided me 9 digit code and said to call 59059 and registered this code and after the verification department active verified the no. i do same but customer care officer said this mobile no. is not registered in your name after that i have called that no. which one i have received after that he again provide a different 9 digit code and i follow the same procedure but at the time of verification again customer care officer said this no. is not registered in your name. after that i have again called all no. which one i have received they said we are checking the problem and they don't call to me even i have required so i have called them each time but they don't resolve this issue and after 6-10 days they said we are sending you new activated sim card and will be charged 100 rs. but i have this is your mistake why i have pay for this i have already a sim and by your mistake this sim being worst but after many request i have said ok i will pay but send it as soon as possible but i was waited 3 days but sim not delivered and after i have called again and they said sorry sir we will send it tomorrow but i don't received after 3 days then i have call him finally abused and also said don't need your sim and never be delivered any bill at my house other i will complaint in consumer court. so they don't respond after abusing now till date i don't have sim card but i have received many calls from relience sir your bill is due and make the payment. i have all call recordings from start to end so please resolve this otherwise i really take an action ... that's it.               Again generate wrong bill against my mobile No. [protected], Whenever I’ve reviewed my mobile bill found wrong bills, Every timeshocked when see the itinerary details and charged more than the call amount. Immediately called to customer care number and I have surprised, I didn’t expected that kind of answer from a reliable and big company person they said why you are check your bill, that’s not acceptable you guys had sent wrong bill and say why your check bill (ek toh chori upar se seena zori). Is this your customer service and system. After so many call and complaints they are not accepting the mistake mean while they guys harassed me. I've full call record of same, they accepting I'm right but at the same time they saying (Jo karna h krlo, jaha jaana h chale humari taraf se bill change ni hoga). that is the word of his senior executive.                       Always reliance deduct my balance by activating some vas service even i didn't hear that, its about unlimited time you do these improper activity which is intolerable. When ever i recharge my balance got deduct with a sms that bla bla service is activated.. And this time its ridiculous, ₹60 is deducted by activating bla bla service. And tell me one thing, how can i talk to customer care executive. There is no option in 198. Ok, and if by chance it got connected, executive is that much busy that they didn't pick up my call. They said "it may take time more than 5 mins" realy but i waited for 20 mins and no one pick up my call.. So sir please refund my amount and i also want to switch my service provider.                         My Reliance Broadband(user id:[protected] was activated on 22nd october . I m facing regular disconnection and interruptions lasting for 24-48 hours. If i try to register complaint, the call center informs me that my documents are not updated. If i call the local sales rep, he informs me that all documents are updated . They refuse to give me complain no.They even refuse to escalate my complain to there superiors and don't even give me the id for nodal officer.Request you to please help.

                          I, Rajesh Shekar, am a reliance customer having Mobile Number [protected]. I placed a request with the customer care to convert of my CDMA Sim to GSM. I have visited the reliance store for more than five times and also I was asked to give the documentary proof numerous times. I received the New GSM sim but it is still not working. The problem with the GSM sim is that at first there was incoming facility working but now even that has stopped working totally. It has been more than 2 weeks now. I have tried getting in touch with the customer care but I am unable to connect. There has been a lot of inconvenience that I have faced for first getting the New GSM Sim and now due to its non functioning. Somewhere I feel I have been cheated as a customer for my grievances have not been heard. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps towards resolving the issue concerned or else I might have to seek legal assistance in this regards. Revert back as soon as possible.                           My complaint has been closed with no effective resolution and reliance people didn't even tried to get in touch with me. They didn't called me on the alternative number which I provided but called me on the reliance number I was making complaint from. I specifically told them to contact me on [protected] which I have mentioned here also. They even told me that the phone was switched off when actually I didn't receive any calls. They closed the complaint while I was speaking to them i.e, the customer care services. The resolution that they have provided me is to visit nearest reliance centre. I have already mentioned that I have visited reliance centres 7-8 times regarding the same but they were keen on keeping the phone down. I even tried n got in touch with the nodal officer Karnataka but no reply from that side. I tried calling in the office hours and nobody responded.
                          I want to know is this how reliance treats its consumers?
                          Shutting the complaint is the only resolution I got from them. I am keen on moving to appellate authority.

Kindly note From Last two days the gsm sim is on roaming and the location is katpadi, vellore district, tamilnadu-632007.
                          I have tried changing the network selection even on roaming even then gsm sim is not functioning at all. I would appreciate if speedier disposal of the complaint will take place from your side with the maximum satisfaction to me as a customer.

                            I have been using Reliance number [protected] for quite some time now.But in past 2-3 months in every week some balance is deducted for random VAS like VAS TechZone, VAS ErosGSM which i never subscribed.I complained several times through email and their customer care executive for the same reason, and they used to refund the amount .But from last few days they have stopped responding to emails and i can't reach to customer executive.This situation is really annoying and i need money refunded and all the VAS subscription stopped.

                            I got response from the customer service team and the matter was resolved for that time, but again same thing happened and in past two days Rs13.50 has been deducted from my main balance for various VAS .I Never applied for these VAS.
                            Apart from the refund i need one time solution for this balance deduction in every week.I will give the details of the various deduction from balance for these unwanted VAS.

                                I became too much irritated from this reliance GSM sim. Because of this balance deduction error, I had stopped recharging it in last 1.5 yr. But recently I recharge it with 250 Rs. & same problem started again in my sim. In every 2-3 days, its deducting 5-10 Rs. I called to Customer Care, but they refunded my money & next day again deducted my balance. Every reliance customer has facing the same problem. And one more problem is of roaming. My GSM sim is of Rajasthan & I am also using it in same state, but in every call it shows roaming call & deduct charges of roaming. Please stop these types of problem otherwise your company will be in lose in few time.

                                      Dear RelianceTeam, Please refer our various discussions and email exchange on the subject matter and complaint Number 6268525.. The matter is pending for more than 5 months, we have now lost all the patience and endurance of following up with your team. As you aware we are not using your connection due to Poor service-Internet speed very slow, Then why you sent regularly your Bills' Don't send us any Reliance Bill, Since Five month has passed and I am yet to receive the Any Support from your team. It has been a long time. It is really very disappointing that your company is taking so much time for resolving issue. This email is to notify you about a problem with your Internet connection, I am absolutely unsatisfied with your Internet services because high latency and Internet Speed totally ridiculous. Please give us in writing what is the action you are taking for you have promised to provide us 12Mbps - 14 Mbps data links upgrade of the same last month i.e October' 2015. Even in this November Month is Finished, it was not upgraded, As Informed you earlier, I am again hereby requesting that you to please disconnect your Internet connection with immediate effect and refund our 100% money, which I paid to Reliance, and don't send us unnecessary bill to us.
