I had a reliance landline connection number is [protected] . The landline instrument provided by reliance was not working since 6 months. The instrument is dead and I am paying rs500 as fixed charges since 6 months without any usage.
I complained reliance about many times regarding this but all goes in vain. First of all there is no number to contact reliance landline department from any other service provider. The number for complaining about reliance landline is *333 and 198, how can i call these numbers as landline is dead and i had no other reliance number.
Secondly all of these, i managed to call reliance they told to visit their nearest showroom . I visited three showrooms of reliance in the nearby area and all of these showrooms have no contact number to call or if there is any contact number, they never pick up the call. After visiting three of the showrooms 2 are closed, and one showroom had not any instrument to replace, they changed my battery and charger for rs. but provided me both duplicate ones which worked for maximum 15 days (receipt is enclosed) .
I also mailed at their email id but still my problem was not resolved ( i am enclosing screenshot of mail and reply of them )
After all of this, they agreed to send their technician at my home. Today technician was visited but he said that he cannot have battery and telephone wire to change the old damaged ones, we will have to buy from reliance outlet.
Kindly resolve my problem .
