Dear sir, i have made a recharge of Rs.95, on my reliance GSM prepaid no. [protected] on 07.12.2015 at 3:57pm. Against this recharge i had not recieved 800MB 3G data(which was to be credited as per their plan). i had contacted to customer care no. many time & they told me that my problem will be solved within few hours but not resolved my problem.

i have not contacted by company by email or call on mobile till now, but recharge benefit as 800MB data is credited in my prepaid mobile account on 08.12.2015 at 12:27pm.

      Dear sir/madam, On 27/11/2015 I booked a reliance GSM sim after selecting a mobile no-[protected] out of some numbers offered to me and on telephone they said that sim will be given to me tommorow and I have to pay them Rs. 250/- which is security and that security will be adjusted against my 4th month bill. And as per telephony conversation, I received Reliance GSM sim on 29/11/2015 after payment of Rs. 250/- and they said that my mobile number will be activited within 2 days but they did not activate number. I remind they several times but they neither activate my number nor giving me any satisfactary reply, several times I send a message on their whatsup number but no reply. And one day I received a call from them and they said that there are some problem on activation of this number and then they offered me another number-[protected] and ensure that this will be activated within a day but no response. And then again a received a call from them on 06/12/2015 and again they offered me another number and then cut the phone after that a try to call them several times but they are neither picked my phone nor I received any call from them. It is open cheating with innocent customers/people. Please resolve my problem within reasonable time otherwise I will go in appellate authority and consumer court.         Date: 4th dec 2015 Relationship no.[protected] I received an email and some sms on my phone stating that If I dont clear up the bill I have to be present in the court this saturday. I put my reliance netconnect (pro 3) service on safe custody in may 2015 after clearing that months bill. I continued to get monthly bills of 40 rs for 2 months and then again received a bill of 1000rs approx stating that this was the monthly rental for using net connect. I tried contacting customer care via multiple emails of which they never replied. I called them to which they answered that I should visit reliance store for disposal. Store people told to contact customer care and hence as time passed I continued to get more bills for a service which I no longer used. Finally I asked them to close my connection in october end. I started getting regular calls stating me to clear up the bill or else legal action will be taken as I kept putting my case in front of them to which the agents replied that I should pay half the bill to them and they will close the case for me. I now have a court date and some bills which are not relevant to me as described. Please give this harrassment a quick closure. Thanks.

          Sir, I had recharged with STV 79 on date 3 dec 2015.According to this plan night 11-6 loc reliance to reliance unlimited call and local reliance to std reliance 350 mints are given..But during this period my balance has been deducted by reliance. I complained twice on date 4 dec 2015 sr no[protected] and 6 dec 2015 sr no[protected].Sir I would like to inform you that no action has been taken from reliance and whenever I made call to customer care, executive officers told me to hold the and never retrieve the hold call. Therefore sir its my humble request to do some serious action against my complaint and resolve my problem otherwise my validity of STV 79 is only 14 days. Thanks Anshu Tripathi...

              Hello, My no is [protected]. I recharged my number with Rs. 551/- from rcom.in using my Internet banking on 06.12.2015 at 19.39 hours. I got a confirmation both from SBI and reliance that the transaction is successful. But next message I got from reliance that your request is not completed...inconvenience regretted. I tried to call customer care using 198 and *333 several times but my call was kept on hold by saying all executives are busy on another line. I tried to contact reliance customer point, situated at Lalpur, ranchi..but they showed their inability to solve my problem, they just noted down my problem in their Diary. In their official website they promised to give 6GB 3G data on recharge of Rs.551/-. Till date i didn't get my data. I sent an email to reliance official email and lodged my complain and asked them either give me data as they mentioned in their website or refund my money immediately, but didn't get any response till now. Should this matter be brought into cognigence of Consumer forum.

                My number is [protected] and i got message stating that check latest offer on *129#. When I check the same offer there is unlimited calling for R2R for 30 days with 89 rupees mention.. For that I have taken a screenshot.. but when i recharge of 89 rupees, got message from reliance saying that R2R free for only 7 Days. When I call to customer care, they are saying such kind of offer not exist.. And do not call anyone it will not gone change.. One of the useless network company. I feel its straight way cheating to consumer.. I want to complain this for matter in consumer court.. then only such people can get good lesson.

                    I had taken Reliance Wi-pod connection CAF [protected] Mobile no-[protected] on 21 November 2015 from Ambuj Kumar (Account manager, Global Enterprise Business unit- Sales) Mob no- [protected]. He took documents for address verification that day. After few days the connection was discontinued and he told that my address is banned from verification. Now he is demanding 900 Rs for activating my wi pod connection.

                        I recharged my no.([protected]) on 2/12/15 with 3g data pack of 98 which has benefit of 1GB 3g data but instead of giving 1GB data they recharged my main balance with Rs98. Since I was not knowing about it I used all my balance in net surfing . When I called costumer care and complaint about it they told me that pack of Rs 98 is not available now and they can't refund my money. My complaint is that they are keeping expired plans on their online recharge list and making fool to their customers.

                          I recharged my no.([protected]) on 5/12/15 with 3g pack of 94 which gives 3g data of 750MB. I did my recharge through reliance official site(www.rcom.co.in) and paid by net banking . My balance was deducted but I didn't got the benefits of the recharge. I Complaint many times but the didn't responded and kept on saying that their server is down and that is why they can't solve my problem. When I talked to their senior on 7/12/15 she told me that my problem will be solved within 4hrs but it was not solved.

                                  On 5 December i did a self recharge of rs. 197 from my paytm account which provided 2g unlimited internet. On the next day i.e. on 6 december again i did a small 3g recharge of rs.9 which was valid for one day but as the small 3g net pack expired my 2g unlimited internet also gone. Today i called to the costumer care but i am very unsatisfied with her answer. She told that you should not do the recharge of that 3g pack and your 2g net balance gone along with the 3g net balance but actually it was valid for a month. She also refused to provide the net balance again or to refund the money. She also does not answered my questions but actually blaming me for that.

                                    Respected Sir/Mam I had a reliance landline connection number is [protected] . The landline instrument provided by reliance was not working since 6 months. The instrument is dead and I am paying rs500 as fixed charges since 6 months without any usage. I complained reliance about many times regarding this but all goes in vain. First of all there is no number to contact reliance landline department from any other service provider. The number for complaining about reliance landline is *333 and 198, how can i call these numbers as landline is dead and i had no other reliance number. Secondly all of these, i managed to call reliance they told to visit their nearest showroom . I visited three showrooms of reliance in the nearby area and all of these showrooms have no contact number to call or if there is any contact number, they never pick up the call. After visiting three of the showrooms 2 are closed, and one showroom had not any instrument to replace, they changed my battery and charger for rs. but provided me both duplicate ones which worked for maximum 15 days (receipt is enclosed) . I also mailed at their email id but still my problem was not resolved ( i am enclosing screenshot of mail and reply of them ) After all of this, they agreed to send their technician at my home. Today technician was visited but he said that he cannot have battery and telephone wire to change the old damaged ones, we will have to buy from reliance outlet. Kindly resolve my problem .
