Dear Sir This is regarding the refund of my talktime & 2g net balance which frequently got deducted by Reliance Communications without giving any notice. I had recharged on 3rd September 2015 of Rs. 220/- for talktime then again on 11th September I had recharged for 2g Net data pack of amount Rs. 149/- and upto 27th October 2015 my net balance was 3926.84mb and suddenly one fine day in november everything vanishes, talktime balance as well as net balance without any intimation or notice. Now again I recharged on 21st November 2015 of Rs. 220/- talktime & Rs. 127/- 2g net pack data which becomes zero within 10 days, as my usage is very low I don't understand how & what kind of service these reliance people provide. And when I call for complaint on customer care I got regular reply that our system is on upgradation and we can't give any reply. I kindly request you to solve these issues asap as I face a lot of problem in communicating with people which ultimately effects my personal life. Awaiting for your positive response at the earliest. Still I haven't got my refund of talktime as well as net pack. I find it very difficult in communicating with my clients. Requesting you to do the needful at the earliest.
That means you are saying I am lying for few hundred rupees. No problem this is what always happens with common people. In that case I would switch the subscriber at the earliest. Thank you very much for your response of Injustice.

        Hello, Part 1: My subscriber ID is[protected] and for the past two months since the date of 26th of September 2015, I have been constantly complaining regarding my broadband internet services not working. When I call your applet office they assure me it will be solved in 2 days, 4 days or 10 days and it has been going on since the past two months. You are closing the complaint on your own whims when you have not even fixed the problem and do not call me or your engineer does not visit there is basically no response from your end for the past 2 months all you have been saying is "commercial problem is there and fibre cut is there and material shortage is there". So plz do tell me what is going on that for 2 months it has not been solved. are you inventing fiber optics is that why it is taking you so long? Are you going to solve it? or are you going to just keep me hanging? If so do tell me I will gladly disconnect my connection. I call your applet office and if I keep calling they act like I am causing them discomfort and when I do take call later they say that my complain has been closed. I expect that I get the full waver when and if I get my internet back and not have any issue with it cause of you falsely closing my complain as it is fixed. I need a detailed information regarding the Issue and when it will be solved. I have tired all available parties from about end and nothing has happened so far. Expecting a proper reply. Part 2: The complain above is my previous complain and so far it has not been resolved but that is not itself an issue now. The Issue is that reliance had suspended my services cause I did not pay the bill and the applet authority said to me that my complain had been closed and I could not register a new complain till I paid my bill due even though my previous complain had not been solved it has been time and time again closed by the reliance support team and I had to make the complain again. I was adamant that I would not pay the bill as my services has not been working for the past 2 months and before that I have paid all my bills on time. I called the call center to ask far the waiver so that my suspended service can be resumed and I can register the complain again. The waver was provided but I could not get the waver from 25th of November to 3rd of December cause they say that I had no complain register from that period. I have registered my complain countless number of times and you keep closing them without giving any resolution and now you are saying that we cannot give the waver cause the complain was closed which is absurd when i had posted a complain on 26th novemember on here http://www.consumercomplaints.in/reliance-broadband-service-not-working-for-the-... and also mail to [protected]@relianceada.com of which i received and reply on 29th this was the response.. Dear Customer, We acknowledge your e-mail dated November 26, 2015 received at Reliance Customer Care. One of our Customer Service Representatives will respond to your query shortly. For any queries pertaining to broadband, we request you to write to above mentioned E-mail ID in future. I got a few calls regarding such and was assured in that period of time that they are looking into it and such I personally did not call the applet services during that period. The bill amount that has not been wavered is Rs. 147. The issue is not about the money as it in itself is not a big amount but been wrongly done from the end of reliance. Please do give me a resolution regarding this as even though my services has been down I did not cancel my subscription cause I was hoping it would be solved to the best of your abilities but even so you are causing my more and more issues when i have been a loyal customer.Do look into it as soon as possible.Regards

          Hello, I have still not received the benefits of the recharge made on reliance GSM number - [protected]. The Service request number for the above complaint has been closed SR NO. there of being[protected]. Chain of events: 1.) Recharge on 5th December, 2015 for rs. 123 - expected result (which is still desired) - Rs. 30 talk time plus additional 400 MB 3g data and carry forward of 1.6 Gb plus 3g data. The data balance was from the Rs.246 2gb 3g data recharge valid till 5/12/15. 2.) Immediately received text from reliance that cannot activate and inconvenience regretted. The google app showed that last recharge was of Rs.123 on 5th December, '15. Further, Freecharge confirmed the recharge was successful via mail. 3.) I then sent complaint mails to Reliance customer care email id marking copies to appellate authorities of Reliance for West Bengal as provided on their home web site. 4.) My number was blocked from 198 and *333. All night I tried to reach agent's on chat via android app but to no avail. 5.) Next morning I spoke to 3 agents over chat and one agent at 198 via another reliance number. Each time everyone of them said cannot access link - cannot take complaint and to call after two hours. 6.) I had posted the complaint on a complaint social media website the previous night. Based on that received a call from Ms. Sonali around 3.45pm from number [protected]. She said that the mistake will be rectified in 6 hours. This should have meant a resolution by 9.45pm sunday 6th december 2015 night. 7.) When that time line came and went, I posted on another website. This time received a call from the number [protected]. The chap who called said that the issue will be resolved within 30 minutes. The line then got disconnected. No more calls from either end thereof there after. 8.) This morning the text came in that the complaint has been closed. I have still not received the money - 30 rupees or close 2 gb (1.6 prior balance plus 400 MB from the Rs.123 recharge) of 3g data yet at the time of writing this. It is 11.47 AM right now. I want to tell Reliance that I will keep writing on all websites and even on Media website walls as well till I get my due service. I have a head ache from the chasing I have done for the past 2 days. Atrocious service - They block your numbers - confirmed by their own customer care agents. They put you in queue in the app chat option and then when you reach position 1 you are told you have left the queue. I have paid the on friday night - 5/12/15. If this is allowed to pass then it will set a dangerous precedent. They are clearly trying to save the 1.6gb 3g data carry forward. I do not understand why offer the option to carry forward data balance and project wrong features and misguide consumers. This is a serious issue. Someone some where needs to take stock. The manner in which they are delaying and blocking my options to connect with customer care shows MALAFIDE intent. The deliberate attempt to cheat by closing the service request without confirming whether I have received my dues is another clear symbol of wrongful intent to swindle. I am unable to access internet other than via wifi or hot spot. Now at work I am completely cut off. Please help. Please... Thank you. Regards,

              Sir/Madam, The video store service of Reliance GSM got activated on my mobile number [protected] without my consent, and they are deducting Re 1 per day. There is no service to deactivate the same, and we have many time raised complaint to the customer care, but every time next time not deducted but every time i was recharge the mobile and charged VAS services .                   Hello, I'm Vijay, Mobile No +91 [protected] belongs to Andra Pradesh. From 3 days i'm suffering from wrongly charged. I have internet balance but your charged using internet in my main balance. on 4 th Dec 2015 i loss Rs 10.40 + 2.00. I already rise a compliant. Compliant no[protected]. But its not resolved till to now. And again 6-Dec-2015 Wrongly Charged of Rs 24.40 + 113.40. on 7-Dec-2015 Wrongly charged of Rs. 2.00. And on 6- Dec-2015 i was recharged with Rs.65.00 but its not activated till to now. That complaints no are[protected] and[protected]. Please rectify my problems and refund my amount to my account. And one more thing When i'm using internet in my mobile they are charged in my main balance if i have internet balance. Please rectify my Problem.

                  They are continued to debit my balance from main account . I have 3 GB of data balance if I use Internet in my mobile my main balance is debited. I compliant to your customer service but there is no response. And they are disconnected my call and I'm not able to call to your customer service.

                  I recharged with Rs 21.00 for making Isd calls. After recharge I make a Isd call for 13 mins. At that time I have Rs 113.00 of balance after disconnected of my call I have only Rs 7.00. That call charges Rs 8.00 per minute. But actually takes 2 paise per sec due to Offer recharge of Rs 21.00.
                  What is use of Rs 21.00.

                    I had recharged with 97 on 5th.Dec. Got a regret msg. So recharged again thinking that the rechg was unsuccessful and amt would be refunded.                       Hello, The recharge of 123 Rs. done on 5th December, 2015 has not happened for Reliance GSM no. - [protected]. Money has been paid. A text message came in saying that reliance regrets the inconvenience caused. I have to carry forward the data balance in my account as well. Please help. I have tried the numbers 198 and *333. However, there is no option to reach a customer care. The live chat is also not working. I should have the validity of the data balance extended as well as receive additional 400 MB 3g data balance as an addition to my existing data balance along with Rs. 30/- talk time. None of the customer service options are working now. Even last month money had been deducted (around Rs.60/- which was never returned even after lodging a complaint with the customer care. How can all your care options not work at the same time. Today they called and said that the issue will be resolved but no results yet. Service Request number[protected] dated 6th December, 2015. The call had come from Sonali - Reliance - from the number [protected]. Please help. I am unable to do any recharge as do not know whether it will work or not.                       I received a call from Reliance last night again where a gentleman spoke with me. He said that the issue will be resolved in 30 Minutes.

                      This morning when I woke up and was getting ready for work, I received a text message stating that the Service request number had been closed. The SR no. being[protected]. However, I have still not received the benefits for Rs.123 which are:
                      > Rs. 30 talk time and
                      >400 MB 3g data
                      >as well as carry forward of 1.6 gb plus data remaining from the Rs.246 recharge of last month.

                      Please provide support on this asap. I am unable to do a talk time or internet recharge since I fear even that will not work.

                      I am extremely distressed and hassled. Please help. Reliance is trying to swindle its way out of this one clearly.

                      They saw that they would have to allow me the carry forward benefit and have now gone back on promised terms of service. This is serious red tape and MALAFIDE intent is clearly present since the service request has now been closed as well. The intention of wrong doing is further evidenced by the blocking of number by the customer care all day yesterday.

                      This morning some how I got through to an agent who has asked me to call back after wards as she was unable to tell me why the service request has been closed. She then said that the system showed her that I had already received what was due to me. However, I have not even now.

                      If these kind of actions are not nipped at the bud then these will become dangerous precedents for more thievery.

                          My Phone no is [protected] and I am a prepaid customer. Today (6th Dec, 2015) before recharging a 2G net pack I contacted with an agent of reliance through 198 (Toll Free) and asked her (Name is RUPUL) if any special offer of 2G is available on my number or not. Then she said that Rs 131 is available from which i will get 10 GB data for 28 days if I do that recharge on that particular day. After that I went to the retailer and did the same. But instead of getting 10 GB I only get 1GB. Then again I tried to contact with customer care 198 but they (Name is TANUSREE) failed to resolve it. I am totally helpless now. Please help me.

                                I have numerous unresolved complaints within this sites itself. All Reliance ever does is respond initially (only for namesake) and then do not follow up. I currently use a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication and my account number is[protected]. My connection is not working for the since 3rd October 2015. It states that "the username and password combination does not match." This is not the first time this same particular issue has risen. However the last time(September), the issue was resolved in 3 days time stating a server issue. This time however, it has been so for more than 2 months. This is not my first complaint. My previous complaints have not been resolved from Reliance Communications as well. The previous complaints have been abandoned by Reliance Communications. On numerous calls to customer care not one single employee helped out. I have no internet connection since 3rd October 2015. What is the point of paying for the connection when in reality there is no internet connection? I need a clear cut compensation for the period i am unable to use the internet connection due to a fault at Reliance Communications (The compensation must include every single day without a working connection). There is a limit to waiting for the service to be rectified. A week is understandable, but more than 2 months is outrageous!

                                  Company is deducting amount for VAS which is actually not at all subscribed on my number and company itself is admitting it whenever a call is being made on customer care. Approaximately Rs 190 is deducted from 3 November till date. Similar amount is deducted every month. I hope now i need to approach customer care.                                       problem- reliancebroadband.co.in displays "user Id and password invalid" after every 24 hrs session on reliance broadband.

                                      Each and every time i had to call costumer care to get my password change in order for the account to work and login again ...but the problem still persist after 24 hrs session.

                                      Experiencing this problem since last 1 month, and had called CC at least 15 times for password change and requested a complaint to be reported but the rejected to do so.

                                      Assumable solution - Reset all account details, resolve the account errors from server, provide new subscriber id/account.
