        I have two connection [protected](personal) and [protected](Official) on 02.12.15 i have recharged in [protected] with Rs 222.00 in one single day all my balance is deducted by service privder On 03.12.15 I have recharged with Rs 247 net balance in my no [protected] and within one day all 1 GB net data is deducted. I am really astonished with this type o[censored]seles activity done by reliance. I need return of both regular balance and net balance without fail with immidiate effect.

            Sir, my cell no is [protected]. i have paid rs 188(one hundred & eighty eight)for one year rate cutter.after that any rupees recharged i will be under the rate cutter only.shockingly on 02/12/2015 i have recharge for RS105, that amount was taken by the company for some other offer.once rate cutter commenced i may not be included in any offer.request the authority to take necessary action to refund the RS 105, AND to be fair in business.

                  I hv made an comment earlier that I hv Recharge 3g pck of 198 in which I was getting 1.5 gb data+ 500 mb more! Rather than I only get 500 mb! After that I called customer care! After many tries I talked to Mr. Chandra nd after listning me he gave me this SRNO.[protected] ! Nd after that told me that within 2 days they will take action about my complaint! After that, within 2 days I only got 500 mb agn! There should be 2000 mb in my phone! I want to take earlier action on my complaint...please

                    Reliance is deducting amount of Rs.5 or 3 per day on account of VAS Services. I checked through reliance Instacare app and saw that i am not subscribed to any VAS service. Deduction details are as follows:- 8 dec VAS shemaroostream GSM rs.-5 they charged amont from my balance without any purpose many time.now they charge me on 8 dec for rs 5

                      To whom it may concern, I did a recharge of a certain value twice for main talktime and another for internet balance but I did not get any data pack or talktime value at all. My money was deducted from my bank. I called up the customer care for reliance from a different phone as they even charge to speak to their own customer!!! The lady who answered did not seem eager to help at all and instead asked me to call back after 2 hours. I demanded to be transferred to a senior and she informed NO senior is available to talk at the moment and I might have to hold for an INDEFINITE amount of time!!! Please look into it and help me out.

                      I got a call from Reliance Communications and the rep on the line only had me repeat the same complaint i had already written here and their facebook page. Upon hearing my issue with them, he said he is not able to pull up any data for my number and they will give me a call back when they have 'acquired' the data. I got no phone call nor was my money refunded. Instead i get a sms from them stating that my complaint has been resolved. I am attaching the screenshot below. highly dissatisfied with them. I am afraid of recharging my phone anymore as they will con me again!

                      It has been more than a week and I still have not received my money from Reliance. Every time I lodge a complaint I get a call from Reliance either to fill up their stupid facebook form or confirm the nature of my complaint, then after a couple of days I get a sms from them stating my issue has been resolved hence case closed.
                      I am really at a loss here. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

                          This was the complaint which i posted recently:- "On 5 December i did a self recharge of rs. 197 from my paytm account which provided 2g unlimited internet. On the next day i.e. on 6 december again i did a small 3g recharge of rs.9 which was valid for one day but as the small 3g net pack expired my 2g unlimited internet also gone. Today i called to the costumer care but i am very unsatisfied with her answer. She told that you should not do the recharge of that 3g pack and your 2g net balance gone along with the 3g net balance but actually it was valid for a month. She also refused to provide the net balance again or to refund the money. She also does not answered my questions but actually blaming me for that." And today i received a call from reliance costumer care saying that "we are sorry for that. We cannot return your net balance or refund your money." But I wanted to say that it is not written anywhere in the terms and conditions that formal net balance would also expire with the latter net balance.Or neither it warned me that your present net balance will also expire with the net balance you are going to do recharge with. Dear sir i am using reliance services since a long time and always used to suggest everyone to use it but i a very disappointed with this incident.And i also wanted to draw your attention towards a big security hole revealed from this incident i.e. if a person did a recharge of a large amount then any one can destroy it just by recharging the person's number with a small amount resting for a very short while. So i request you to look into this matter once again and fix this security hole as early as possible just because i am a true costumer of reliance.Otherwise i would continue to complaint about it again and again until i received my net balance or refund my money. And if i did not received my net balance or refund then i would surely be very disappointed and would never use any kind of services provided by reliance neither i would suggest anyone to use it and discard my sim.

                                  I have recharged my number ([protected]) with a 3G net pack and 500 Rs talktime pack. Suddenly 200 Rs were deducted from my account on[protected] and again in night they have deducted 200 rupees from my number.. I have registered complain (complained number[protected] already n yesterday they said it will be solved in 6 hours.but till now it is not solved. They are telling as excess use of net data.. But still I have net balance.kindly help me out of this problem..
