Since the discontinuation of the number we have faced a huge loss because our clients were unable to contact us on our number. We shall take this forward and go to the consumer forum and sue Reliance for the inconvenience and loss caused to us. On top of that we are being charged of late charges? Why?     I have purchased a reliance wi-pod mini lava mf three months ago from reliance store in malad west mumbai, at the time of purchasing, it was very strongly told that the speed of the internet will be upto 10-12 MBPS, but i really got shocked when the connection got activated and i got a very poor internet speed of 112kbps not even 1 mbps. I have complain the same to reliance customer care several time, but they said everything is perfect from there end and advise me to replace the device with LAVA. I have replaced the device with LAVA also, but of no use. Still the internet speed is 112 to 512kbps. all the settings and changes done as per reliance customer care but of no use. no i am feed up with this issue as my complete business is internet based. requesting the reliance team to sort out this issue and provide me a valuable and logical response at the earliest. my reliance wi-pod no. is [protected] registered in the name of PASIR PADMANABHAN.       I have recharged rs110 which I got 125; however after 2 days I had balance of rs80 and when I got up today I checked I had 0 balance on my phone. I called reliance customer care and asked where my balance gone. The representative first put me on long hold and then came back and said she do not have any update then asked me transfer the call to her senior representative. after 10-12 minutes I can't even heard anything then I had to disconnect the call. I have paid for this call but did not get any resolution.

        1. Sir i am a user of relience GSM. My mobile no is [protected]. I have activated DND but automatically some messages comes and my balance reduced from my main account . in this three times my balance amounting Rs. 10, 10 and 03 rupees automatically reduced.

        2. It is there fore requested that please return my amount Rs 23 rupees and in future further do not send the message automatically and cut down my amount.

            Sir/ Madam I purchased a pro3 datacard. It claimed to provide upto 14.7 mbps but the speed i recieved is 40 kbps that is not even 1% they promised. I raised a complaint several time speed issue and finally called the customer care to deactivate the service due speed issue, customer executive said we have raised the complaint and it will be deactivated soon and i cleared all payment till date(till August). I stopped using it and switched to other network. After 2 months(on November) i received a call from the lady to pay the reliance outstanding bill of Rs 1765 or else the legal action will be taken.                 On 27 August 2015, I, Francis Thaliyacherry, recharged my Reliance data Card No. "[protected]" for Rs. 1947 after discussing with the customer care, retail shop and the retail collection executive of Reliance Communications, since it was an offer "Independence Day Offer”- For Rs. 1947 they offered me 69GB Data for 69 Days Validity". The validity of this package expires only on 3rd of November 2015. But by 5th of October 2015 (after 39 days), all the balance data, i.e., almost 55GB lapsed from my Data card without any information. I requested the customer care to raise a complaint and solve it as early as possible, since i have some important works to do at home. Instead of giving the complaint number, one customer care executive gave me the interaction number #[protected] and ensuring me that some executive will call from billing department to solve this issue. But nothing happened for two days. Again I called the customer care and asked to raise a complaint. Then they asked me to keep a balance of Rs.25 to check the Data usage. I did so and waited for the data usage report for some more days. Nothing happened. This calling and complaining continued for all alternative days. whenever i request them to raise a complaint they started raising it and gave me these complaint numbers #[protected], #[protected] #[protected] #[protected]. Other than giving these numbers nothing had happened to solve this lapse of data. Whenever I check the status, they kept telling that they didn’t find any problem and no lapse in data and case closed. Finally I checked with Reliance Communication office at DD Tower, Kaloor, Cochin.
                Mr. Solomon (Executive of Reliance Communications) checked and found the data lapsed in my account on 5th October. He ensured that the case will be resolved within 24 hours and promising me that he will call me back as soon as it gets resolved. For one week nothing happened to this case. On[protected], again i called Mr. Solomon to check the status of this case. And he replied that he had passed the case to backend department, they will clear this issue as early as possible, but he doesn’t know and doesn’t have any idea about when this case will be resolved and even the backend can’t ensure, when it will be resolved. Nobody is taking responsibility

                  Hi,

                  I have an internet connection of Reliance Comm. Subscriber number: [protected].
                  I asked for a disconnection almost 4 months back. In spite of this fact I received collection calls from the billing team at a regular basis, to the extent that I was severely harassed on calls.
                  When I stopped taking the calls, today, I received a call from a so called police inspector (mobile number: [protected]), claiming that a legal case was being filed against me at the civil court. I was asked to call a lawyer (S.K. Sharma - [protected]) who further threatened me with legal consequences/ reprimands if I didn't pay the supposed pending amount.
                  Please note that I had not used the data card for 4-5 months and was forced to pay 2400 (at this instant) and 1010 (in august by the reliance team) for it. Each time I was assured that the connection would be terminated yet it was not.
                  The Reliance relationship number is :[protected].
                  The bill details are:
                  Receipt: AMIP[protected]Rs 1010 - payed on[protected]
                  Receipt: AMIP[protected]Rs 2400 - payed on[protected]
                  This is a clear case of customer harassment to the extent of extortion of money by illegal methods. I am a single working female with limited access to legal help and hence am being targeted for extortion.
                  I have the soft copies of the payments I have made as a proof of my claim. I also have the email which I sent to Reliance comm. asking for a termination of connection when I was being repeatedly harassed over the phone.
                  Kindly look into this. I would want a full refund of my money and the connection henceforth should be terminated.

                        I am a relaince cdma prepaid mobile customer. I have used mobile connections from other service providers before but never faced such an issue ever in my life. Totally frustrated with reliance service, i would like to warn others - please never buy a relaince mobile connection (Cdma/gsm).

                        I recharged my phone with 295 recharge which has been advertised as 'prepaid is free paid' offer, in which i am entitled to reliance to reliance and reliance to any landline unlimited free calls, roaming incoming free and reliance to others 30 mins per day but for the past 2 days all my calls have got charged and after my balance drained i have stopped getting incoming calls as well. I am in roaming now and stranded completely without any communication.

                        I have tried all customer care contacts including emails, customer care numbers (222, 333, 30333333, 198, 199, *333, *369), i even went to the reliance care store but no use. Most of the cases you cannot talk to a representative at all, by chances sometimes you get to talk to them but they have zero knowledge.

                        I have lost a lot of money, time and energy. Out of sheer good deed i am advising, please don't get carried away by their offers, its a bogus company.

                        I have provided the requested info, now what? when can i expect a meaningful response from your so called 'representative'?

                        Friends, this information is for you all.. Someone called me from the number[protected] addressing them as reliance appellate representative. As soon as she started the call she said the offer is only for GSM and you are a CDMA customer, so i replied was that mentioned anywhere in the offer. She replied that she has no knowledge about the offer, i told her to log on to www.rcom.co.in and check the homepage where they were running this banner every minute. Now they have removed it and thinking that i do not have proof she boldly said she was not able to see any such offer. Please note the inconsistency here, when she opened the call she said the offer is only for GSM but when i questioned about the details she denied about knowing such an offer existed.

                        The story doesn't end there, she asked me for a proof thinking that i might not have any old screenshots and since they have removed it now, i won't be able to take it now. But the funny thing is i already have it.

                        Then i took the conversation a little different and i asked her, alright lets say that there was no offer, can you tell me what happened to the recharge i did on 27th Oct for Rs.295, what benefit was i provided for that recharge? in terms of talktime? you wouldn't believe she was stumped completely and had no answer and suddenly switched to request me to mail the proof of the offer.

                        After that i get an email from her with below text.

                        " As per the telephonic conversation had with you on your
                        Reliance number today, regarding recharge issue and the
                        same has been addressed.

                        As per the details checked and verified in our records,
                        the recharge benefits of Rs.295/- was correctly credited
                        in your account on October 27, 2015.

                        Further, if you have received any offer message
                        regarding recharge of Rs.295/-, we request you to
                        provide snapshot for better assistance."

                        and i have replied her with below text..

                        What resolution have you provided? What have you addressed? Do you really understand what the issue is? Or may be i should ask, do you people understand English?

                        I asked you what was the benefit provided to me for the recharge i made on 27th Oct for the amount of Rs.295? What did you answer for that? No answer suddenly you switched the topic and asked me about the offer.

                        I asked you about the offer 'Free paid i prepaid' which runs every minute as a banner on your own website? you had no answers for it.? Initially you said that offer is for GSM, when i asked you if that is mentioned in the ad, then you had no answer.. You asked me for the proof of your own company's ad and here i am attaching it..

                        Take a look and answer my Questions.

                        What happened to the Recharge i did for Rs.295 on 27th of Oct?
                        If the offer 'Prepaid is Free Paid' is yet another bogus as you usually do, why was my calls not charged from 27th Oct to 1st Nov? and why have i not got the talktime for the recharge i did?
                        If the offer was true why have the charged my calls from 1st Nov?
                        More than all these things why am i asked to contact netconnect customer care? am i not a cdma prepaid mobile customer?

                        I am explaining this in such detail just to let customers know about these fraudulent companies and create an awareness. I have lost Rs.295 plus some Rs.100 odd in recharge, i don't mind loosing that money. Just want everyone to know about these people and be careful. Jago grahak Jago...!!!
                        I am contemplating over filing a consumer suite, do we have lawyers here.? I am ready to pay the required fees, i would like to be contacted directly on my mobile - [protected]. Or is it a good idea to take the help of Akosha. Users, please suggest.

                          As per to the said subject i am user of reliance prepaid from last 4 years and my no. is [protected].
                          I have a complaints against reliance telecom industries that there are some unwanted deductions has been charged
                          from my prepaid main balance. Sometimes i ignore because i thought it may be a server issue. But now its unbearable it does not stop yet, still iam having deductions unnecessary. Am Complaint to Customer care he will be Say that to me Your balance Deducted Reason GPRS, but my GPRS balance that time 54mb 3G & 301 MB 2G Data Available he will be Asking to by default deducted your Balance Comet to me in 24 Hours refund my amount .Registered my complaint[protected] & Tat to me 24 hours resolved my Problems, But After 36 hours not refund my amount.
                          . i am continually trying to contact with customer help line no. (*333 & 198) but there is no response so Please resolve this issue asap. thanks

                            Hi, I bought a new smartphone in the month of May in which 3 months of free internet was available. I last used the net on 2nd August. I then called up customer care on the 21st August wanting for a corporate mobile net connection. I spoke to one customer care representative (I have mentioned his name in the complaint sent to Reliance) and I was told that I can continue using the existing free connection till the 8th of September, and to call back by 8th September for corporate connection. Hence I started using the phone net. After a few days I received a message from Reliance for payment. I called up the customer care and narrated the incident. HOWEVER RELIANCE, WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION, DEBITED 5553.00 FROM MY ECS ACCOUNT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING.

                              My mobile no is [protected]. I use Reliance GSM (Smart). They always deduct amount ( Rs.60 or Rs.40 or Rs.20 or Rs.50 etc) from main balance without use. I try to complain on 198 and *333 but they do not give option to connect with executive to listen my problem. so I complaint here. Please give back my unused Balance of Rs.47/- deducted today and please stop this type of activity in future otherwise i have to go for another company.

                                The reliance communication Data card service is merely a name sake running system, no response no reply and no action, simply they are cheating the public customer care are just for an eyewash. Neither they give prompt reply nor any assurance. The service provider is not at all lifting the phone calls.

                                  I had subscribed reliance broadband services, rupees 999 monthly plan in feb 2015. My subscriber id was[protected]. My monthly billing cycle used to end at 10th of every month. On 12th may 2015 the service was not working at my home, so i had reported a complaint by calling their customer care number. But neither my internet service was started nor anyone showed up at my place even for two to three days. When i called their customer service two to three days later, they said my complaint was closed and the issue was resolved on their system. They closed the complaint without even checking with me for service resumption from my end. I had asked them to reopen the issue ticket. Again same thing neither my internet service was started nor anyone showed up at my place. Finally on 23rd may after calling at least five to six times on their customer care, i had asked them to cancel my service subscription and deactivate my account. They said it would take around 3 to 7 days for cancellation to be effective.

                                  Later on beginning of jun, i had a call from reliance executive to pay my monthly bill of 1100+. I had asked them to correct the bill for the number of days my account was active (Which would be between (23 + 3 - 10) 16 to (23+7 - 10) 20 days) rather than full month bill and resend it. They keep asking me to pay full bill and said we will refund the difference later on. Technically their service was stopped from 12th may and it never got resumed, so i suppose to only pay for one day. But i just wanted to get away with this negative energy, so was ready to pay for 16 to 20 days. Now, after three months i have received a call that reliance has filed pre litigation case and threatening me to pay 1600+ amount. I told them the same thing to correct the bill and resend it but they are not willing to do it. This is absolutely a rip off and they are doing mental harassment by following this fraudulent practices. I request customers to stay away from buying their services. I also request indian government consumer protection department to take strong action against reliance for their fraudulent practices.

                                    Dear Reliance, Already this complaint has been given to your customer care email id, first called to 198 but they refuse to register complaint, 2ndly sent mail to your customer care, they called me on next day and I have repeated the complaint, also given exact area location, handset details, city, state and all, she told me complaint have been registered, but till now I have not got the complaint no., instead I got mail asking the address and all, which are already given, Nobody call me thereafter but your your customer care mailed that they are trying to contact at my no., which is a false thing, I have not got any call, you are delaying the thing but not attending the complaint. 3rdly, the same complaint has been forwarded to your assam circle service head too, then why are you showing DEAF & DUMB SERVICE ATTITUDE?? THIS IS TOTAL HOPELESS.
                                    After the complaint here at consumer complaint forum, reliance called me and registered the complaint and told me within six hour technical team will contact me, but now after four days nobody contacted me, this is the service quality of reliance. I am quiet frustrated with the service attitude of reliance, total hopeless. Trai should withdraw the license of this kind of cheating company.
                                    AS per your earlier communication over telephone after this complaint at this consumer forum, within six hour your complaint there was no call from your technical team nor till date there was any communication from your any technical team nor customer care, then how can you say that customer's complaint has been solved and you have not taken customer's opinion till date ?

                                    FOR YOUR INFORMATION THERE WAS NO IMPROVEMENT AT MENTIONED ADDRESS IN NETWORK LAVEL.

                                    THIS IS THE SAMPLE OF CUSTOMER CARE ATTITUDE OF RELIANCE TELECOM.

                                    THIS IS A 420 COMPANY HAVING NO CUSTOMER VALUE.

                                      My Reliance mobile number is [protected]. I am a customer of Reliance Communications from 20th Jan., 2015. From the beginning automatically from my account amount has been charged for VAS (Value Added Services) activation but I never activated any VAS manually and every time I called the customer care for deactivating all the VAS and start Do Not Disturb (DND) service. Every time they assured it will deactivated or I’m deactivating all the services and no services will be activated in your account. And after some days automatically VAS are activated. This is happening from last ten months (till today). Recently they are giving some service request numbers like[protected],[protected]. But also automatically VAS are activating. I am getting worst services from reliance communication. Can you tell me what the resolution is?

                                        Hello, My Internet connection details are as follows: Reliance net connect+ No. [protected] I took this connection two months before and paid Rs. 2500 for dongle, and as per the salesman of Reliance, it was told that the amount 2500 paid will include the first month bill and will need to pay the bill form second month. Also it was informed that the internet speed will be minimum 2mbps, but in actual it is only around 50kbps to 120kbps, which keep fluctuating. Also when contacted with reliance salesperson, no proper feedback was provided. -Sameer B
