Sir, I had been using Reliance broadband since 2011.In September15 I raised an online request cancel the services through customer care.
Today I received an email from (RELIANCE <reli.zen.[protected]@gmail.com>;) to appear Lok Adalat for paying an outstanding bill of Rs 2741 at Pune.
When I called customer care I got to know that the connection has been already terminated . I even made the payment to my account by cash...

Wrong message

I started using my net after that and I get to know in next day that my all balance is 0.I called to customer care no. 198 to inform them but he cut the call.They said no internet pack was there...

First am a old user of reliance having faith in the company but I have lost all my faith after watching the behaviour of customer satisfaction toll free number of reliance customer care, it is really sad to say, I have recharged with 149 internet pack of 2g data whose expiry period was of one month but in urgent I recharged with 1 day of 3g data for making payment online, instead of explaining with rules the customer service satisfaction...

Repeated deduction of my balance thrice a day for a monthly pack

And my balance keeps decreasing steadily automatically. It's not getting unsubscribed. Customer care number doesn't provide this service. Kindly unsubscribe me from the service. I have been trying since last 3 weeks....

FRAUD and CHEATING !!

I was told by ur executive at 198 and 121 that if i recharge with rs 24 on my Reliance GSM number [protected] then i will get Power pack with calls at 1.2p/2seconds for 28 days but after recharging I got 24 rs PROMO balance valid for 4 days !!

Kindly take back the promo and give me the power pack

Balance deduction and network problem

Pro3 data card billing issue

Sir/ Madam I purchased a pro3 datacard. It claimed to provide upto 14.7 mbps but the speed i recieved is 40 kbps that is not even 1% they promised.
