Below is my mail sent to Reliance: I hope it my problem is solved after this mail to you. Since sep 2015 I have been constantly going almost every day to change my CDMA no. [protected] to your lamington road branch in Mumbai, but the only answer I get is that the form is not available. This mobile no. I registered on my fathers name Mr. Kishor Sangekar. He is a senior citizen and has visited the said outlet atleast 20 times. I finally decided to check with your outlet at saatrasta in Mumbai and there I was immediately given the for to do the changes. This was in Oct 2015 and I was assured that the CDMA phone will be changed to Gsm in 10 to 12 working days. Its more than 20 days and there is no update. Please understand the problem iam facing. My hand set is damaged due to which I am not able to make calls, and I have diverted all my calls to another no. I am unnecessarily paying for diverting the calls and more over I cannot make any calls. I fail to understand why should it take so long just to change a cdma no. to Gsm. Hope this issue is resolved in a weeks time or else I will have to move to a better service provider like Vodafone or Airtel. My details are: Mobile no.     My data card no : [protected] I have purchased data card by seeing their advertisements that its with a speed of 14 Mbps - But later i realized the speed is like Older dialer Modem connection. There should be limit to advertise wrong information and after two or three months o[censored]sage i have cancelled the card by sending mail and cleared the outstanding amount. There is no acknowledgement from customer care as well as they are they have billed for 3 months after cancellation and sending legal Notice. As i have not used the data card and sent cancellation request as well, I want them to give usage report if i want to pay the bill now, When i asked this with customer care, No reply from them till now because i have not used it. Its Full o[censored]nprofessional people and do not know at least respond to the customer email, I have suggested not to purchase it by friends, but i just believed and purchased it and now i regretting for that. Please let me know in case of any details. I need the reliance to give my usage summary to pay the bill, otherwise cancel the legal notice which they have sent.

    And Could you please stop the Legal Concern from your side until this issue resolved as it is irritating to me, If you provide the bill as a proof of my usage I will pay the bill immediately as I do not have any issues.
    Okay, then please share the usage details, on what basis you are saying it correct, any proof you can give. That's the reason I am asking the usage bill I am not asking any waiver from your side. And I do not expect that from you as well.

    Give me the correct proof o[censored]sage and I will pay the bill and u can close the case.
    This shows the height of your arrogance, without giving any particular things requested and instructing me to pay the bill because you too do not have any proof as I have not used it.


    If you have concern with that..call me directly and talk to me to resolving issues instead of playing hide and seek like this.

    For example see below your customers care doesn't not have the common sense to respond even after asking repeatedly for update.

    I have posted my number here as well as in mail which I have sent to the customer car.

    Call and discuss if you wish to resolve the issue.
    I have called to the customer care now and they are telling that they are not able to see any reports for last two Months,

    Could the person posted above answer can call to me to discuss where he/she found details to say the charges are valid.

    Why are you not calling the customer directly instead of playing Hide and seek game, If you want i can share the voice recording from customer care and they do not know how to speak with a customer as well.

    If any responsible professional authority exists in your side, please resolve the issue with the help of that person and update me otherwise accept it you do not know why we have charged for but you still have to pay, then i will pay thinking i am paying it to the people who have nothing to eat.

    Learn some professionalism and first leave the arrogance

      My reliance wipod number [protected]. It is said that my address is not verified correctly. So I was asked to go to reliance store and submit proofs again which I have done a week back. But I have not got any calls from verification guys. I have asked the reliance store about this and they say it has to be initiated by reiance guys. And reliance customer support is asking me to wait more. No clue when will it happen.

        I m Ramji mo no [protected] using a reliance mobile connection.i faced problem with the service.they r chiting with customers.its not frst time so many time happend with me.kindly resolve it. Today i got a offer recharge 89 get unlmt R2R calls for 30 days but when i recharged i get only 7days of validity while i myself cheked the offer. When they r in falt they never connect my call in contect centre also so its proved they r chiting with customer.

          Dear Sir, I have change my connection to reliance postpaid. I got a call from Reliance callcenter and they suggest me a plan rental 349(1000 min local &std call free and ISD Pack activation and 300 local & National Sms ) with 0 Rental pla. Once my number get ported they activated plan 499 and now they saying that they cant able to activated ISD Pack you want to pay 1000rs For that. They didnt inform it before i said that i needed my commited pack. i need proper response from your side My mobile no: [protected] please kindly rectify my issue or else i wont pay my bill

            I have done an mobile recharge of 156 on my reliance gsm number [protected] which generally provides 1gb data for 14 days but received an msg of the offer on it which extends the validity of data card from 14 to 21 days but the validity provided to me is still 14 days and yet I am receiving that offers msg again and again I just want them to increase my validity as soon as. Possible

                Sir, I have pre paid connection of RIM, having mobile no-[protected]. i submitted Rs 300/- to take post paid connection at city centre, sec 4, B.S.City, Bokaro, Jharkhand-827004. At the time of taking connection on 29.10.15. I had some balance in my account. the person at the counter asked to finish by the next day 12PM. before activating the post paid connection. I gave him a copy of Aadhar card and passport size photo. When i asked for a bill he wrote in a plain paper Rs 300/- and put a stamp of" MAA JAGDAMBA COMMUNICATION, BOKARO.". the stamp has no.-79248. Till date it is not activated. I am out of Bokaro. Kindly help.

                          with due respect i want to inform you that i have been charged 120
                          rupees for a fake reason.my data card number is [protected].this month
                          when i submitted money for my advance rental plan at reliance store
                          opposite shubham cinema, lucknow, uttar pradesh, they changed my
                          plan to prepaid from postpaid without any kind of request by me which
                          finally resulted in a charge of rupees 120.

                            I had bought a new reliance gsm sim card ([protected]) and got 50 mb gprs balance with 30 days validity.On 29th October, I recharged my number with ₹29 paper coupon gprs pack.I checked the gprs balance through text message and got the message of 1026.24mb balance with validity till 26th November and when again I checked on 31st October, I got the message with gprs validity till 31st October.Reliance has cheated me and did fraud with me.When I talked to the customer care, they said that I must have used the balance.
                            This is not the first time that I was the victim, earlier reliance has changed my 15 years ([protected]) old sim card's tariff plan without prior notice so I ported it to Vodafone.
                            So, I suggest the readers never to believe reliance and if they are planning to buy a new sim, don't ever buy reliance idea or airtel is far better than this company.

                              I got a new connection and from day one was trying to activate DND but unable to do so inspite of various options provided. Later called Customer care for help but they were disappointing to the core and inspite of multiple calls to them I was unable to contact them nor they were of any help. The most disappointing thing was 30/ Rs, had been deducted for the services which we never activated. Now I am going for MNP and would never recommend Reliance or any services related to it to anyone within my circle or any other.

                                        A Pack has been activated without my consent to my mobile number [protected] and a regular amount is being deducted from my man balance everyday. I have tried many times to contact reliance customer care executive but nobody did not attend my call.

                                        Plz look into the matter and get the needful done açcordingly to resolve the same. Further requesed to credit the dedicated amount n stop the unwanted pack which has been inadvertently activated by reliance communications.
