I recived a call from reliance regarding 4G tower.they asked me to give tarece space. And they sent all the details regarding it and took 50, 0000rs cheque . But from 3 months they are extending agreement date. I am worried abt my money so plz solve it.
HoW Much did they told you, that they will pay per month

    Hello, I have made request to deactivate my datacard [protected] multiple times once in Mid of april and twice in Month of May. I have one of the invoice receipts CAF No.[protected], which was provided to me. But no action was taken from your side to deactivate the datacard. I have not used your service once I surrended my Bill amount in month of April around Rs.400, as the reliance personnel asked to make all payments before it is getting deactivated. After that I have not received any communication from your side expect the bill generation. I reported it multiple time to the on call customer care but no steps were taken to resolve this issue. Now i got message that legal Notice is generated. Please look in to the issue.Thank you.

      Greetings, I'm used reliance data card [protected] since 2014. Recently my datacard got broken due to its bad quality while removing from laptop. I went to the nearest service centre "Sri Vinayaga Communications, Coimbatore" to rectify it. There I was treated in a worse manner and they were pushing me to buy a new WiFi enabled datacard and said me that they will not do service my datacard and asked me to leave the place. So I complained the customer care(toll free) and they said they will offer new datacard with free of cost. But they didn't do so. Sri Vinayaga communications treated me badly again. So I registered a complaint against the service center and requested to cancel my datacard during the month of May and June again. And now I'm receiving bills stating that I need to pay rent for all these months(it's unused and I've already raised complaints to cancel the datacard). The response was very bad from both toll free care and outlet. I expect reliance Communications to take necessary action and to waver the bill they misinterpreted. I would like to say that I'm completely dissatisfied on using your so called product Reliance Netconnect +.

      Dear Reliance,

      Hope you are doing well, but your customers are not.
      As discussed, we have requested to initiate the termination request & got the response from your customer care over phone that our connection got terminated and there no amount pending to pay.

      Now what is point to file case on us for the negligence of your customer care, retail outlet which did not respond well for the customer voices. Seriously?? A brand grows big only if the customer gets satisfied, but I believe if reliance tends to make such things no one will be satisfied.

      I believe reliance will take necessary action to clear up this issue.
      Hope this is not another auto generated response and my issue will be solved soon.
      And I request you to clearup the amount billed and to cancel the datacard.
      Iam still getting calls and letters stating amount to be unpaid. As I discussed earlier why should I pay for the negligence of you people. Every time when they call they check the usage and check the early calls information and feedbacks and conclude that it is generated wrongly. But why I am getting letters and calls asking us to pay the bill for.

      Even I have called umpteen times the customer care regarding this issue. Template type of answers saying how do we know it is between you and customer care outlets. We can only initiate request. I was paying my bills correctly for more than 1.5years and why reliance want to cheat a customer who doesn't want their service?

        Sir I received a call behalf o[censored] for placing 3G towers in punjab. They asked me for deposit 60000 in reliance ins. I think it was fake nd it ll defiantly harm ur good will. How anybdy can say such a froud thing about such a reputed company. I have contact no and mail id of that person.

          Need you help for below mail issue. I am continues follow up form 1-Aug-2015 but they reply proper manner & said you first name & address was same from fraud person then you need to pay the bill how has resided this address before feb 2012. Problem: As per appeal authority / document verify team my number [protected] MNP request reject (POI) due to First letter of name & address was same unpaid bill Mr Puneet Prasar i.e month of November 2011. He was reside same address as rented before Feb 2012. After Feb 2012 I have purchased this FLAT. Why I am responsible that bill because I don’t know who has stay there before Feb 2012 because I have purchased that flat Feb 2012 and applied new Electricity connection my name. I don’t know who had resided there before. You have clear check my electricity bill when Its was installed against my name March 2012 For your information: As per customer care executive & appeal authority team multiple team members requested visit nearest reliance outlet or where you submit the document they will help on this. When I have went Dhruv Enterprises Malviya Nagar Delhi outlet they said, Please contact appeal authority team they will help. In here every team move the ball other team. They said that your first name same you need to pay. CAN ANYONE tell How can match ID with NAME only. I believe you able to view to whom I talked at 9:45 AM[protected] Note: I believe you will able to view to whom I have spoken and how many times & what discussed on recorded call. I got call MR deepak (15/16 Sept 2015) from your end they said Please change you proof of ID for this number then your MNP possible or call me tomorrow will solve your issue permanent & close request at your end. They close request at your end with taking confirmation for customer. Is there any meaning raise complaint If close without taking confirmation.

          Note request: Yet my issue not solve everyonc move ball other hand.

              I have recharged with Rs 294 on 21st Oct 2015, My number- [protected]. The pack is for 28 days with no data deducted for twitter, facebook and watsapp as per the messages I received from Reliance, prior to my recharge. But data have been deducted for the usage of twitter and facebook, which is not as per their commitment. This is wrong and cheating. They don't even have a customer care number where we can talk to their agents. Very bad service form reliance communication which is not doing honest business with its customers. I want my money refunded.

                I have been requesting to close a broadband connection since more than 2 months. But the Reliance guys are not waking up to close the connection. They started calling and started alluring to keep the connection. And every time my answer was "I don't want to continue with the connection" . Instead of returning my one month advance payment, they are asking to pay every month. I called up their customer service on[protected], and kept on calling 2-3 more time for getting to know the status. But these guys told me that it will take 14 days. Then they generated another bill, for which I had done usage before[protected], and no usage after that. Still I made payment for the entire period. Then again they generated another bill on October and they expect that I should make the payment. Even after continuous emails, these guys did not disconnect the connection. Today, they have somehow woke up and saying that I have to pay till today and the billing will stop from today.                 I did not have any communication with any reliance representatives. Rather I am getting calls to make the payment at the earliest. Also I am getting emails again and again as the bill payment reminder.

                I am getting calls for the bill payment unnecessarily.

                The root cause of the problem is, whenever you ask for disconnection, they do not take request. They tell, once our team talks to you and gets confirmation, then only SR number will be allocated. Then they do not call you unless you take follow ups. So, first time I requested on phone to the customer care on[protected]. They did not register complaint, I don't know why. Then after calling many times, finally they registered complaint[protected] on[protected], which they have sent me a confirmation email on[protected]. They mentioned "This is with reference to your e-mail dated September 21, 2015 for your Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected], regarding service cancellation and billing.We regret the inconvenience.We have already registered your request about service cancellation vide Service Request ID[protected] and it will be provisioned at the earliest.". Then they forgot everything and went for a deep sleep. Again they started calling me why I do not want the connection many times over phone. Then they again registered another complaint[protected] on after I kept on sending emails many times. This time they mentioned "As per the confirmation received from our relevant team for your billing complaint, registered vide Service Request ID[protected], your cancellation request was processed within the given time frame. Hence, no waiver is applicable to your account for delay in cancellation.The rental charged after[protected], will automatically be reversed by the system." See the period between[protected] and[protected]. Why should I pay for the extra 2 months for the Reliance's inactivity. Instead of Reliance refunding my one month advance, as a shameless beggar, keeps on begging me 697. If we calculate properly, I should be getting 2000 refunded. Still I am ok for leaving my money with these beggars. But I do not want unnecessary calls from them any more.

                  Today I saw a offer in my Reliance number by dialing *129#.But after I recharged they give me another benefit.when I called customer care they tell me that to get that benefit I have recharge only from a Reliance store.But they don't mention it where I saw the offer.Then how can I know that I have to recharge from Reliance store.But in previous month I recharge with the same offer, at that time I get the right benefit as shown.But at that time I don't recharge from a Reliance store then how I that benefit? They cheated me in this way.I lose my 89rs.

Upon sending the unsub message it kept bouncing back and after some 10 tries it was unsubscribed on Tuesday. Today I got another message "You have been successfully subscribed to NazGameSub21 service for 7 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 4020 to 155223(Toll Free)." Is this reliance communication earns its revenues from these fraudulent means??

                                      The next day I have been charged 90 rupees for the service which I never used. After making the call to saal center the representative was rude. I want refund coz renewal of 90 Rhodes doesn't make any sense. U got to be kidding me. Refund on priority.
                                      I am (Udaybir Singh) using the reliance prepaid no. [protected]. On 18th July 2016, a message is received "you have successfully subscribed to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs service for 16 days."
                                      I have never asked you to activate such services. My 30 rupees valance has been deducted.
                                      Today (20th July) i have received another such message and also charged 30 Rs.

                                      Sir you are requested to refund my amount and stop to activate such type of services. This is a gentleman request.
                                      Otherwise I will take it seriously and proceed for further action which will not in your favor.
                                      These types of problems are torturing me mentally as well as financially.
                                      I got message"You have been successfully subscribed to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs service for 30 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 3672 to 155223(Toll Free)." which never activated and i was charged rs. 90 .

                                      i just want to request you to refund my amount and stop to activate such type of services . thank you

                                        Dear Sir, There is an unwanted Value added service activated on my no.[protected] and every day some balance is getting deducted. Customer care is not responding. I need to know how many times the balance has been deducted under this head. I have only recently noticed this unnecessary deducted without my approval. Suggest ways to get my money back. Why reliance is doing this even when in the past there are so many complaints against them. Is it a technical error or intentional fraud by the company. Kindly help.
