I bought a reliance wipod from a vendor. As it is not working properly, the vendor says he will replace the device with a new one and got my device. For the past 1 week I called him and enquired about the wipod but he didn't respond properly and Now he switched off his mobile for the past 3days.

    I had a Rs 150 rental plan with 1gb 3g data included in it. When I checked my unbilled usage last to last week it shows Rs190 which was justified..but yesterday suddenly I received a message saying pay Rs 900 to continue our service. When I checked with the internet dept of rcom they confirmed that I have used only 1 GB of data in this cycle. So how can I be charged excessively over high usage.

        To Reliance Mobile,

        This is an issue regarding inflating my bill amount from the regular 350 to a shocking 1000!

        Also, my outgoing is blocked without any prior notice! While talking to the customer care, they told me that it is due to roaming charges! My number is in the Kolkata circle, and I stay outside Kolkata! Due to some changes in rules by TRAI, the Bengal circle is considered to be a roaming zone for numbers in the Kolkata circle.

        But, there was no prior notifications about this change in rule. My bill amount was just fine till last month and now I am getting a bill of 1000 bucks and an unbilled amount of 500 already!!

        If you hide things from consumers, this is FRAUD!

        The Manager of the Customer Care, Mr. Uday Rajsingh, failed to resolve my issue.

        If Reliance Mobile continues to be like this, I am so sorry but you are going to lose customers! You cannot charge a person because of your own mistake of failing to inform the consumers about a change in rule!

Because when I top up my balance they cut all the balance. And when I call the customer service they always say only one thing you use internet and cut the phone. And if I call second time the call not connect. Please help me. Thank you.

              My no. Is [protected], prepaid reliance gsm. And this is the 2nd time i am facing this problem, earlier also amount of rs 30 was deducted from my account and again after recharging it this time along with the rate cutter of rs 41 and main balance of rs110 its just been 10 days since i recharged and it shows me 0 balance. Such a poor service reliance offers..kindly look after the issue and refund my balance in my account.

I have been writing mails and calling all over again several times but every time my complaint was auto closed . I have been told that there is server issue but i dont know what I should now . Pathetic service from Reliance.

                          To Whom So Ever Concerned. Please address this issue as soon as possible(ASAP)

                          Dear Sir,

                          Your staff agreed to change my plan from Rs.350 to Rs.75 dated 31.10.15 and advised me that it will be activated in 48 hrs. Since then I am calling customer service representative on phone no.198 to get this issue resolved but I get the same reply that it would be resolve in next 48 hrs. I have so far contacted more than 20 times but the reply was same. I even contacted the supervisor twice but the answer was the same. But now I cannot talk to the supervisor because the representative is not forwarding my call. Also while I am still talking the customer representative just hangs my call repeatedly. Now I am totally vexed with reliance network and planning to change the the network ASAP. pl.check the call log.l am currently having three nos 1) [protected] 2)[protected] and 3)[protected]. THOUGH 10 DAYS COMPLETED PLAN WAS NOT CHANGED. I can not wait any longer. This is the way reliance network works and always gives false commitments to customers.                             This is Harish (mobile number: [protected]) requested for mobile number portability on 28 Oct 2015 and received Porting code of RX699879 on the same day and followed all required procedures. As per TRAI guidelines change over should take place on the 7th day.

                            On 4th November 2015 I have received a message from the Airtel, I quote 'Validation of your documents for porting your mobile number [protected] to Airtel has been completed & is being forwarded to Relience.com.'

                            However porting has not happened till date, from last one week I am trying to reach out to the reliance customer care and unable to speak to the executives from my mobile number. seems my number get blocked.

                            I have contacted customer care from my friends reliance number and no one gave a clear answer, thrice I have spoken to Mr. Shivkumar Achari - Karnataka, but every time he tells it will take 48 Hrs and it didn't.
                            Hence kindly consider this complaint and do the needful.

But when I contacted the reliance mobile shop after a week as directed by the customer care, I was informed that my application was rejected without any reason.                                   Already I had put a complaint that even after submitting all the documents my was not activated, I now visited the reliance showroom directly and there I was told that MNP cannot be done as earlier 2 cases are still pending, so am forced to go for another operator to get my connection activated.                                       I am disgusted and fed up of Reliance communication for not solving our problem since past one month.

                                      Our reliance landline number is not working from one month and we have called everyday to complaint and follow up and have been transferred to about 30 customer service executives whose names all we have jotted down with us, who are expert liars and cheaters and never turned up to fix the problem in thirty days !!!

                                      Reliance communication is surely "the worst" company to avail of any service. And to think that it used to be one of the best once upon a time.

                                      Please fix our problem immediately or we will have to cancel this landline and take a landline form other company like airtel etc...

                                        I have brought Reliance Wi-Pod on last Saturday i.e 07/10/2015 but we are unable to use it because it not connecting to internet. Sometime its shows "connected" but the internet does not work, I have called 3-4 time to your costumer support but they all were very unsupported, they even disconnected my call even in the middle of the conversation.
