To Reliance Mobile,
This is an issue regarding inflating my bill amount from the regular 350 to a shocking 1000!
Also, my outgoing is blocked without any prior notice! While talking to the customer care, they told me that it is due to roaming charges! My number is in the Kolkata circle, and I stay outside Kolkata! Due to some changes in rules by TRAI, the Bengal circle is considered to be a roaming zone for numbers in the Kolkata circle.
But, there was no prior notifications about this change in rule. My bill amount was just fine till last month and now I am getting a bill of 1000 bucks and an unbilled amount of 500 already!!
If you hide things from consumers, this is FRAUD!
The Manager of the Customer Care, Mr. Uday Rajsingh, failed to resolve my issue.
If Reliance Mobile continues to be like this, I am so sorry but you are going to lose customers! You cannot charge a person because of your own mistake of failing to inform the consumers about a change in rule!
