After writting so many mail to nodel officer and customer care i am not getting my data and proper rply from there. My no.[protected] I lost my 2900 mb data due to false commitment from customer exicutive that my validity has been extended but at the next day my that was not activated due to that i lost my 2900 mb 3g data.     Madam/Dear sir, Again an amount of Rs 3 has been deducted from my reliance GSM mob no-[protected] as VAS ADPAY GSM on 31 Oct 2015 while there is no any such service is activated on my number.Customer care also did not reply accordingly.Please refund my amount. Please make sure its not deducted over and over again.Please Look into the matter n deactivate forever this VAS service in my number.

      I recharged my dongle([protected]) for Rs.501 3 day 10 GB pack. The speed is very very low (5KBPS) and not able to use the service due to this problem. This problem has happened earlier and took 4 days to get resolve and that was a one month pack.Here I have registered compliant and the executives are saying it will be sorted out after 3 days, which is not acceptable due to the validity of 3 days.I request you to provide either refund or extend my validity with promised speed.

      Reliance is a fake company, with out solving the issue how you can inform me that you have solved the issue?, is this how you treat your customers?, for the sake some bucks you are cheating and looting customers

        Sir, my name is aniket, my reliance gsm mobile number is [protected] ( karnatka/karwar) and its complaint number is[protected] i have registered it on the morning of 24 oct 15 and today is 31 oct 15. but still my problem was not resolved by reliance gsm company. ki8ndly do some help for me. brief discription of my complaint: 1) i am not able to receive any call on it 2) iam not able to call any one from it (except *333) 3) iam not able to recieve or send any messages from it 4) iam not able to recharge my number. i dont know what is the problem with my this number, however my mobile show full network of reliance gsm of that particular number ([protected])

          These are the mails that I have sent them but with no reply from their side for more than a month. All my concerns have been properly pointed out in these series of mails. [protected] with credit 120rs...after sometime when i stopped browsing...i check my balance was null...even i have 7GB 2G data in my account now the company is not showing that data too...this is totally cheating on customers...i want my credit back at any cost...solve this problem as fast as you can!!!

                    My mobile numb is [protected], in one day i have recieved 4-5 msgs that says "amount charged for VAS techzone vp su Rs 5".after that i wrote an msg "STOP" to 155223 to deactivate any active service and in reply i got a msg that there is no VAS active on ur phone Now my 25-30 rs has been deducted till now.

How is this cheap service provided from a big brand like reliance. I i want to listen songs then i already have data packs from that i can download any song and listen. Please stop this kind of fraud, i am not expecting this kind of service from reliance as i am using your service from last 4 years

                          I am from chatribari, bilpar area of guwahati, assam. For last one week, we are facing enough problem related to network at our area.

                          Whenever we tried to make or receive a call, the calls are distorted, network signal drops suddenly, calls are disconnects. Regarding data, very disapointing.

                          Please do the needful to rectify the problem in the earliest. Voice/ data both have the problem.

                            I am too much facing network problem in voice calling its already informed to reliance customer care service and this company has not responsible working right now during of 2 month's complaint. I attend the 3 times call from customer care of mumbai but he instruct me that technical person will call you but i have no any call from technical person and my voice calling problem not shot out till now. Also error occurring that network busy on outgoing call. Regarding this problem occurring from reliance service then i complaint in your consumer complaints site but no benefit from your consumer complaints site. How i can believe your consumer complaint service.

                              I had purchased a new Reliance Wi-pod MDN [protected] after deactivating my reliance net connect [protected] hence they had not given new internet plans for the data card.
                              The new Reliance Wi-pod is not even giving the speed of 1 Mbps. I am getting only 12kbps to 40kbps. I can't able to download or browse the internet. I can't able to download video files and play. For my system anti virus installation download I cant able to do. Mcafee conformed the low speed thrice they tried and could not able to install the files after taking my laptop on remote assistance. I had registered my customer complaint by calling to[protected] on 28th Oct 2015

                              My complaint Reg No is[protected] dated 28th Oct 2018.

                              There was no proper response during complaint booking on toll free No.
                              SIGMA Info tech who has sold the product in Coimbatore also not responded properly.
                              The reply was instrument is giving 1 Mbps to 12 Mbps speed orally it is not showned to me.

                              28th Eveing I had call from reliance[protected], [protected], [protected]

                              The final person from Mumbai Mr.Anju accepted there was a problem in the network
                              by 24 hours our person is going to attend the issue this is the reply I had received.

                              on 29th Oct 2015 I received the call from the rep in No [protected] asking about the internet speed. He answered please change your internet setting to hybrid you will not had problem. I replied clearly I am in hybrid mode even though I could not able to get the internet speed.

                              My concerns are I am expecting a overseas call from my client over skype.
                              Because of the internet speed I am going to miss him. That is a great loss for me.
                              So far people had never came to my place (Periyanaickenpalaym) area to see the actual issue. In the afternoon 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM getting the internet connection is a big hurdle.

                              The response is very poor. Service is totally bad. I don't want to be a reliance customer
                              I will return the instrument let them pay my money back I will go to other service provider. I need a justice and penalty for the defaulter.

                                Please make sure its not deducted over and over again.Please Look into the matter n deactivate forever this VAS service in my number.

                                  I requested to terminate my service, since it was not working. Neither they came back regarding the service issue, nor they disconnected my service. They simply keep saying they will come back within 2 days, but after 1 month of repeatedly sending emails, they terminated the connection, but they send bill for last month, for which I had not used the service at all, since it was not working. When I called customer care, they say "you have to pay the bill, then it will be refunded within 45 days". But when inquired about the service non working issue for last month, they simply disconnect the phone. The customer care support is worst. They try to speak in broken English, but keep repeating same thing again and again, and if they do not know anything they simply disconnect the phone connection. There is no link between their customer care service, billing team & technical support. All working separately and no one takes any responsibility.

                                      My company - N.C.Kansil & Sons is having 7 Reliance mobile connections. Out of these I want to port 6 connections. Inspite of repeated request, porting codes are yet to be received.

                                      I called customer care and registered my complaint. Some complaint numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. But no result.

                                      I went to Reliance Outlet to lodge a complaint. The outlet incharge was helpful towards me and he quickly registered our complaints under the following request IDs:

                                      The above request were generated on 16.10.2015. Now, after about two weeks of continuous follow up, the outlet incharge has refused and shown his helplessness. He says that there is some problem at the back end which is out of his control.

                                      Reliance Communications is not allowing us to Port out for the reason best known to them. I request all the concern persons to look into the matter and resolve this issue.

                                        I am using reliance prepaid connection since last 4 yrs. I am facing the problm of automated activation o[censored]nwanted services and every month the amount was charged for this services.many time i deactivated and raised the complaint to customer care about this unwanted deduction. at that time they stored the services but after the some time the services will again automatically started. Due to this nt only i lost my balance every time but also pease of mind. i found that everytime making complaints to customer care regarding these issues is not a solutions.
