My Mobile [protected] was from TATADOCOMO which was purchased 7years back was in proper use without any problem. But recently one of the reliance communication agent had informed me about the new scheems in reliance post paid connections and made me to PORT my mobile No. [protected] to reliance from tatadocomo on 26th oct 2015. But after porting the number my number was activated to reliance connection on 6th of November 2015 but Out going calls, SMS facility and internet facility has been banned from reliance, went the same complaint was informed to the people in call center it was informed that, the reason for this probleme was that my address verification was negatively verified where in nobody had arrived at my address for verification. after this I had received a message saying that for any details on the connections pls contact on [protected] but the person who rececive this phone is always busy or not receiving the calls or else will switch off the phone

Pls sort out my problem at the earliest, as I am facing a lot of problems after porting my number to Reliance.

    I have rechaged accidently for 1day 3g netpack of rs 9 while browsing packs. I was using 2 g netpack having approximately 30 gb data and 2 month validity. After that incident my validy left for one day only. The All I have is 30 gb data 2g and 100 mb 3g data. They increased the data by 100 mb by reduced the time by 2 months. They are not lodging my complaint saying that it is not company policy.The company policy maker only thinking about company not about customer. They refused to lodge any complaint. Bhuvan [protected]

      I have made complain with request no.[protected] . my phones outgoing and incoming has been bared for no reason . and this has happened with me for the second time . when i called the customer care they said they don't know the issue and cant solve it . and ask the customer care centre locally .. when i asked the customer care centre locally they said we dint know the issue and have no rights to resolve it . i have made a complain for porting out of this service of reliance but the message is not been sent also . because they have blocked it. i have recording of this conversation and reason giver by you . why do u guys yourself reliance because you guys are not at al reliable at all .i am going to post this all over internet and if my issue doesn't resolve would drag you to consumer court also .

        My Cell Number is [protected]. I have been using this number for 10 years. Recently (19.10.2015) I have recharged it with Rs.55. After recharging Call rates changed. Before recharge Call rates were 50 paisa /minutes (Local and STD). Now calls are charged in paisa/seconds basis for local. Rates are different for Local and STD.
        Please do necessary action and arrange to rectify the billing rate so that the Call rates may changed as 50 paisa / minute (as previously).

              From last 1 month 3 rupees deducted every 6 days.

              I gone all possibilities to deactivation of VAS USSD services

              like :
              1. You can call our toll free number 155223 for deactivation of your VAS packs at your convenience.
              2. To deactivate VAS packs thru SMS, type "STOP" and send to 155223 (tollfree)

              But it's keep on deducting amount.

              There is no customer care number(In Person).

                Hi,

                To whoever it may concern, I have purchased a Reliance Wipod ([protected]) on 31st Oct 2015, after working for few days, since 6th Nov 2015, am unable to connect to the internet. There is no network coverage at all. Suddenly The network coverage is gone. Have registered a complaint[protected] on 7th Nov 2015 for the same but till now no communication has been received. Till now am unable to connect to the internet. Its 3 consecutive days have been facing the issue.

                Kindly provide a resolution please.

                  I was using reliance net connect for past 2.5 years and in aug 2015 decided to terminate my connection on number ([protected]). Contacted the customer care and asked them to get my connection terminated. The request was accepted and i clearly mentioned that i don't want any kind of extensions they were suggesting. The connection was finally terminated on aug 17 2015 check images below.

                  Now my usual bill amount used to be rs 1138/- but as i didn't used the device for full cycle starting from[protected] to[protected], i had to pay an adjusted amount of rs 991/- as was also mentioned by Customer care representative.

                  Now i have already paid the due amount on[protected] and as such it clears any dues whatsoever. But still i am continuously receiving bills and messages to pay asap. Even called their customer care multiple times all i hear is this a running amount which they can't make any clear.

                  They have even sent a notice to appear in lok adalat. I would request to look into this issue as this has become a quite a headache as Reliance is not ready to clear out things. The bill i have been sent is for period[protected] to[protected], when the connection was already terminated.

                  Please resolve as this had already made a very poor image of Reliance Communications.

                  You have already created 3 service requests for the same issue. And even after calls and mails everything is still the same there has been no progress. Today i received this message

                  "Last date to withdraw notice hence pay Rs.1519 of Reliance CAF[protected] or else be present on 12/12/15 at Pune Court call [protected] Ansari"

                  I don't think you guys are even doing anything, Reliance is just trying to more of a problem for its loyal customers.

                    I got the notice for a second time regarding pre-litigation case related to my data card connection and I contacted Ms.Renuka @ [protected]. She was lying that hard copy was sent and repeatedly called my mobile but was not reachable .
                    Some how I agreed for an amount and decided to settle down the matter. She made me pay the amount confirming that an official communication with an NOC will be sent to my email. However I am not in receipt of the same mail since One week. And Ms. Renuka doest attend to my repeated calls.

                    I am thinking that Reliance will again send me bills for this account as long as they dont provide me a confirmation on the closure of the account.

                      Thank you very much for your service. The complaint lodged against Reliance communicated was half way settled.
                      The reliance communications have compensated Rs. 32/- for having deducted unscrupulously Rs. 32/- for 32 SMSs made. But did not continued the service of free SMSs until one month from[protected] as the amount is still being deducted from my Cell Balance at Rs, 1/- for SMS as I sent one SMS for testing today morning. It is now not known why the reliance has compensated their amount into my mobile balance when they donot want to continue free SMS for one month. It they stick on to the fact that their system was not showing the recharge value of Rs.39/- they were not supposed to compensate it. Once compensated means they accepted the fact of recharge and they should provide their SMS free service. As I lodged a complaint through your forum they have positively reacted and made half the work done. I need the 500 SMS free for my spl.recharge. which was not done. I await for the response from them through your pursuit.. Kesava Panda, ACL, Visakhaaptnam.

                        I am Rajbardhan Upadhyay my reliance sim No ( [protected]). I have complain about customer care operator.on My number reliance activated one service without my permission and they charge 20 rupees for that service. when i try to contact with customer care operator they pick my call and without solving my problem they cut the phone and i am trying to reconnect with customer care service they blacklisted my number without solving my problem. this is the service of Reliance. please solve my problem soon.

                            I have called a customer care executive of reliance from [protected] on 07/11/2015 at 10.55 Pm. From my mobile, some amount of money gets charged by reliance on daily basis. I am not aware of the reason and to check that i contacted customer care . That executive guy used very bad words and threatened me. This is not the way to talk to a customer and am seriously irritated because of his words. Please take action against him . Otherwise i need to take legal action on him.

                                I am writing about my Mobile no- [protected]. I got message from 53738 on 5th Nov 2015 at 08:02 AM that your account usage is high. Please pay Rs. 3835.04 to enjoy uninterrupted service. Second message I got today morning i.e. 6th Nov 2015 at 12:31 PM that your account usage is high. Please pay Rs. 4200.14 to enjoy uninterrupted service.(from 53738) Third message I got today i.e. 6th Nov 2015 at 2:25 PM that your account usage is high. Please pay Rs. 6269.02 to enjoy uninterrupted service.(from 53738) And 4th & last message which i got from 52811 toady i.e. 6th Nov 2015 at 2:36 PM that your outgoing call facility has been barred. Please contact Reliance customer care for assistance. Please help me to understand below mentioned points- 1- How is it possible to get of high amount when i had plan for Rs.1299 which covers unlimited local/STD Calls including roaming & 5GB net. 2- How is it possible that you increase amount of 2000 with in 2 hours (Rs. 4200.14 to Rs. 6269.02) when I am in my home location.(No nation or international roaming) I called to customer care & asked for bill but they said it is not generated yet so they did not provide me any details. Lastly I would like to ask why no one from the customer care called me up for high usage? Why there was no communication from the reliance ? My office & personal works are impacting as you had stop outgoing call facility. I want quick resolution from Reliance. Thanks,

                                  Hi, I had been using reliance data card till sept. 2015 when i requested for cancellation. The connected was cancelled in oct 2015 as per the records. I requested for cancellation on 15th sept after which my online account was immediately terminated and i could not pay the for sept. In sept end i moved to BERLIN after which i received another bill, the final one which was supposed to be on pro-rata basis but i was charged 67% of the bill amount though i used hardly 100MB. I made a complaint to which RELIANCE is still struggling to provide a legitimate reply and keeps on saying that we are looking in to you matter. Today i received an email from PUNE LEGAL SERVICE AUTHORITY with ref. "Pre-Litigation No LK/DEC 9850" and subject "Proposal of Reliance Communications Ltd, for presenting your dispute with regard to outstanding billing amount of 760 /- CAF No #[protected], MDN No # [protected] before the Lok-Adalat.", asking me to be present on 12th DEC 2015. And to my surprise, this legal office is open on saturday after 1PM, kudos to RELIANCE. 1) I have sent numerous emails to RELIANCE regarding the issue which they have not yet resolved. 2) What sort of harassment policy is this where you don't provide quality service, don't improve the services even after numerous complaints, don't even provide a legitimate solution and still send such annoying emails? 3) Should we as customers do the same thing for such kind of harassment?                                   Ok...now its more than a month and no reply from reliance. kudos to your "customer first" approach...
                                  Right now i am in germany. If you wish to contact, kindly do the same here or reply on my email id - [protected]@gmail.com.
                                  To my surprise, i received another such email. what is going on RELIANCE? This is the most ridiculous service i have received ever.

                                  If you want to contact, do contact through an email id which will be available all the time and would respond immediately.
                                  ok...so 6 days and no reply...good going reliance...and yesterday i received same email 3rd time. Stop this scam once and for all else you would surely land up in trouble. Plus it is taking more a month for you people to resolve my pending issue. kudos to your services...

                                    Ashok Soni, Mobile No.[protected]. My prepaid A/C is being deducted forVAS CHARGES without my consent and not responding to SMS to stop the same since last month (I have come to know recently)I have never requested for any VAS facilities and I have come to know about the same only after I have seen SMS about debiting my account. They have almost debited Rs. 50/60 ina short span. Therefore, they should not only stop VAS, BUT ALSO credit the amount debited so far.
