    I have numerous unresolved complaints within this sites itself. All Reliance ever does is respond initially (only for namesake) and then do not follow up. I currently use a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication and my account number is[protected]. My connection is not working for the since 3rd October 2015. I am not allowed to log in itself. It states that "the username and password combination does not match." This is not the first time this same particular issue has risen. However the last time, the issue was resolved in 3 days time stating a server issue. This time however, it has been so for a month and since the 3rd of October i have not been able to reach Reliance customer care to even raise a complaint. Each time i call the customer care number, The call gets transferred to the executive and the executive picks up the call and instantly disconnects it. This is happened 7 to 9 times everyday since the 3rd October 2015. I need an executive to contact me directly at [protected] (after 5pm). This is not my first complaint. My previous complaints have not been resolved from Reliance Communications as well.I need a compensation for the month i have not been able to use the broadband connection. What good is a connection if you cannot use it?? This will be the last time with Reliance Communication.

    On numerous calls to customer care not one single employee helped out. One employee in particular, (call placed today 17th November 2015 at around 6.45pm, and executive name is Vishakh), the executive terminated the existing internet connection without any agreement from my side and just bluntly cut the call! I have no internet connection since 3rd October 2015. What is the point of paying for the connection when in reality there is no internet connection? I need a clear cut compensation for the period i am unable to use the internet connection due to a fault at Reliance Communications.

        Last month reliance broadband bill was Rs 698.42 dated 15/10/15. Due to bad service we wanted to surrender the connection and surprisingly bill amount became 1494.96 on 28/10 and 1554.96 on 1/11. No explanation for the bill was provided from their customer service officer. Somehow for last one week there toll free customer care number is not available. Don't know what to do now.

            I have raised concern with ticket no.[protected] on July 14, 2015 with reliance broadband connection for my number [protected] for low speed service which is still not resolved and Reliance broadband netconnect is sending me full bill for every month without providing service. When asked for waiver for that low speed they are saying you have used data of 50% of quota and that is correct I have used data but my plan is unlimited plan. So how 50% o[censored]nlimited they have measured when following up on it they are just replying that you have used data so charged correctly. Please help

              I had subscribed for reliance netconnect Rs 999 monthly plan around Feb 2015 with Relationship No :[protected] and Mobile No : [protected]. And on 12th June 2015 I had asked to deactivate/unsubscribe from the service as I was going out of station for more than 3 months. I got a reply from customer care saying the account will be deactivated within 7 days and the payment due was Rs 2/- .I had made all payments till then and at the time of deactivation only Rs 2 was due. But the RELIANCE people never terminated the connection and after a month or so they send a mail to pay Rs 1150/-
              I reported the issue more than 50 times to customer care, but all they asked was termination number and never bothered to process the request and above that their executives used to call more than 5 times a day and ask to pay bill. I explained them the problem, but never got any help.!!!
              Now the RELIANCE has filed a Pre Litigation Case and threatening me to pay the amount. This is a fraud plan by RELIANCE and many customers have faced the same problem. I request customers not to buy any connections from RELIANCE especially post paid and don't fall for this trap.

              No matter what, I am not going to pay the amount!!! I will expose all your fraud to all the customers in India !!

              Customers PLEASE don't subscribe to any connections from RELIANCE. They wont deactivate it and charge you continuously . Ones who ahve connections deactivate it ASAP to save your money !!!

                    Dear Team,

                    On 30th October, i have visited one of the outlet centre at Bowenpally (near 7 exact at bus stop) I requested for closure of my postpaid account # [protected] reason i have asked by them i have told i am not using this number since one month back. I wanted to close if there is no use. But these people not recommending for getting converted to prepaid connection instead of closing. Again person sitting in the counter taken complaint and forward to there customer care call centre. Again they have enquired for reason and also they have asking to get it converted to Prepaid connection.

                    As a customer i have decided to close the connection. What is the issue of closing the issue without any further questions and queries? I have asked them what ever the billing amount is pending i have ready to pay. What else you Reliance Require from Customer.

                    As Complaint forum please take strict action against such service provider.

                      I have lodged complaint from 08.10.15 onwards regarding there is no network in my post paid mobile no. [protected]. but till yet no solution has been provided from your end. Even after repeated reminder to customer care they are failed to provide me solution. In spite of solution reliance has forwarded full bill amount and full bill amount will be charged to me for this month also, which is unbearable and severe harassment to me. i am reminding again & again about reason of 'no network' and whithin what period my problem will be shorted out.                         Address on the Printed Bill is not at all correct .. Results to non delivery of Post paid Bills . No support from any Reliance WebStore even after 10 visit. Relationship No : [protected] The address listed on the Reliance system is my new address of Pune.. But after generating the bills online I can see the old address of Rajasthan is printed.. I tried to resolve this many times by visiting the web world ( Reliance Official Stores) and submitted the original address Proof multiple times.. I had also called the help line but got no help.. I too had created almost 10 service request online but everytime they just closed the request and no action taken.. Its being now 3 years now and Reliance Communication guys / company not able to fix this problem or it seams they are not even considering this .

                        You can call on my the Servivce no attached with the Relationship No : [protected] .. If in case I will not be at home at that time then you will be provided with my alternate Mobile no by th eperson with whom you will had a talk..

                        Note : Kindly check the Address printed on the bills generated by your system vrs teh address updated in your system against the Relationship No : [protected]..

                        Once you fix that issue : Both Address should be Pune address.
                        No Updates and any resolution Provided by the Relaince Support team.. Seams they are not even bothered for those customers which are with Reliance Communication for more then 15 yrs now..
                        Still no updates... Reliance Communication is making fun of the Customers and there money... They employees / web world ar eof no use and no one pics the appellate Authority no's and help line no ever..

                                My no. Is [protected]. This no is reliance RTL(GSM).I am recharge Rs 73 tariff pack on 30th October 2015. Reliance executive information provide me that Rs 73 recharge and get benefit all local & national call charge will be 30p/m. I am recharge this but benefit not giving me. Now customer care told this is only national pack. This is a type of chiting fraud.wrong information provide me and there for suffer me. Please rectify this problem. And please provide me local & national benifit on Rs 73 recharge because information provide this. We use this no [protected] since 8 years. If this dispute not solve we port out. I also complain for network issue again and again but not solve it. Very poor network provide me. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. And give right benifit on Recharge Rs 73.                                   This is rahul my number is [protected], i am facing this problem from past 6 months this company is fraud, they don't receive our calls, they don't receive our complaints they activate the vas name things(value added services) to any of the mobile, and after that every day 20 rs charges are deducted from the mobile. on making call on 198, on one option there was to deactivate the services, which never was opted by us on calling number 155223, there was reply that your all value added services are deactivate, but the same every day the money is being deducted, when i called to complaint care of reliance, one of the guy said all vas services are deactivated, but everyday again money was deducted, i went to near by reliance office, they said call on 198 and there you can get all the things you required. Then again i called on 198 and there after waiting 10 mins one the executive recieved the call and asked me how much money is deducted, and suddenly he put the call on hold for 15 mins i waited to reply me back but he didnt i disconnected the call. And even now the money is deducted on that stupid value added services now i am porting my number to another company.But this kind of nuisance is there continuously and i dont know where in india i should make a complaint about this company

                                    Unnecessarily activating value added service from companies behalf on prepaid sim and when calling customer care, they do not support instead they cut phone when i again calling to cutomer care they donot pick up. In 1 day, they have activated 3 VAS to distrub customers and customer care not support at all and donot refund the payment deducted.

                                    After complaint still same issue is not resolved. In my bal. Unnecessarily deducting amount and saying activation of value added service which not activated by me. All the time company itself activate the VAS to deduct customers bal. I had complaint same to customer care many many time but issue is still issue, no reslove at all and today again my bal deducted for the same reason by co.

                                      Have got a Reliance wifi 3g dongle -No. [protected] in Feb'15. Supposed to have speed of 14.4mbps, but the actual speed it was working was less than 1mbps Since last month it was very slow, not even able to work at all. Have logged a complaint (No.[protected], was assured issue will be sorted in 3 days but till now not sorted. Wanted to discontinue the service, called their customer care "n" number of times, but absolutely no response. Request your help in getting the service discontinued ASAP Thanks & Regards Senthil Kumar
