My balance is been deducted again and again without any valid reason and when contacted to d customer care the response is very awful and insulting its the 5th time my balance has got deducted and not refunded. These reliance ppl jst hv dr brand name bt are robbers.if d balance gts deductd evry now and then n if i am in sme problem n its life threatng n i am required to contact my parents bt due to no balance i cudnt n if anything happns to me.. Will reliance communications will take d responsiblity for the same.these ppl jst fool d customers. I would request you all to plz hlp me against thiz ppl. These reliance ppl r frauds..     I took reliance number [protected], and me and my mother were using number for internet at home. Suddenly after month and half the number is discontinued and I after several visits to reliance stores and dsa, have been asked to take new number as they misplaced my id proofs at some end. I was even asked to submit my id proofs again with photograph and I did but to no avail.On asking who is at fault, the reliance store is saying we don't know. I have above 3 gbs of data in my sim worthing of about rs. 400 inr, validity expries november 4th. I request an early action in this case. I shall be very thankful to you.

          Everyday i used to get numerous calls from reliance communications to port my prepaid Idea number to reliance postpaid connection without changing number & they have got good plans for same also that my number will b ported within 4 days. They took 10 days for the request acceptance that was yesterday and since den my idea number is not working and even they didn't start their reliance services. I am a self employed person and i am facing a lot of problem as all my clients have that number and i am not able to contact them, i have suffered a big loss. I had been given this number [protected] for assistance, since morning i have been calling this number but no one has solved my problem and they have switched off this number to avoid me. I am really fed up this now . I want them to be punished and cancel my number portability .               I have been harassed to the point that i no longer want to recharge and pour money into my account.

              I lost a balance of Rs 33/- from my main account citing VAS ADPAY services on 23rd october, when i contacted them they said i have subscribed that service, and this is the charge for that particular service. when i said i haven’t subscribed they said insisted i have and they cannot help any further, when i asked them what service they provide with Rs 33/-, they took 15 more minutes and still were not able to tell me about that service. They took a complaint and gave me this service request no[protected], and the complaint will be resolved in 3 days.
              I received another message from them on the same day that your service request no[protected] has been processed, thank you for being with reliance.
              I made a recharge of 147/- to avail a 3GB 2G data as per the scheme on 23rd October.
              Then i realize that my balance is deduced for local call for 120 paisa/minute, which is double the normal rate applicable. As i didn’t get the time and patience to complain, i recharged with a tariff cutter of Rs 111/-, with which i got an additional 100 MB 3g data free on 26th October.
              I also made a recharge of Rs 60/- on 26th October.
              On 27th October morning, I found out that my main balance and data balance both are reduced to zero.
              I called and complained them on 27th morning and they took a complaint with a service request no[protected] and the complaint will be resolved in 3 days, At 13:33 I receive a message that your service request has been processed, thank you for being with reliance.
              I feel cheated, robbed. If reliance wants to make more money they should hike the rates, but robbing off people’s money is wrong and the government should try such wrongful telcos, impose penalty on them and may even cancel their licenses.
              I have decided to discontinue using reliance services with an immediate effect and will change the service provider with mobile portability.

                  My name is Jaydev and my userid is[protected] I have no connectivity since last 23 days, There is problem in switch that provide connection to our building, Technical team visited and inform me about replacement of switch and now after 12 days of that visit no one comes to change that switch, my many complaint close automatically and my last complaint id is[protected].Reliance executive contacted me and said due to material shortage it's taking time but now it's 21 days and Reliance is resource rich so I think there should be no problem for material issue, so please take action and provide me connectivity.

                    My alternate number is [protected]. And now another around Rs. 50 has vanished from my balance. After the deduction I had Rs. 97 in my account, but later when I checked the balance I have only Rs. 44 now. I did not even get any notification about this and my call to customer care is not connecting me. Why is this again. Its like I have recharged my mobile so that reliance can cut my balance for diwali. Please return the balance.
                    I have received the Rs. 90 which was charged for the value added service back, but I do not know anything about the Rs. 50 that vanished from my account. I am not happy at all with the recent balance deductions from my account. This is a complete extortion.

                      My name is DEBENDRA NAYAK Billing account No. [protected].
                      I am really afraid of this Reliance Broadband Net. I was Happy customer 5 years . Till terminated the Connection, the reliance broadband net connection was charging unnecessary bil to me when the internet was not active and was terminated. Calling above 50 calls my complaint was taken and they started to resolve it. Now the problem arises that when the bill discounted they don't even let me know by calling or sending mail thorough post and E-Mail. Now they are have adding 100 rupees every month total 3 months and after 3 months of adding late payment total Rs300 they are calling me and saying me to pay the bill.
                      I just want to ask a question they didn''t even call me after discounting the money in previous Bill and don't even let me know the connection is terminated .
                      Now they are charging unnecessary late payment and threaten to pay. I am ready to pay the amount Rs.250 approx which is discounted but why should I pay the late payment charges when the bill is not even sent to me or even given a information to me, all after adding late payment 3-4 months they are calling and saying to pay the bill.
                      Plus when I call them and tell them to complain, they hold me for 30-45min and says that server is down.
                      Please resolve my issue.

                        Ruined customer here, Data card/MDN No. [protected] Name: Vishnuvarthan Relationship no/a/c no.[protected] Data card purchased (A.K associates t nagar) on 28.03.2015. Got malfunctioned in 15 days went to authorized service center referred by Reliance mobile store. Service center (Cell tech, egmore) promised delivery within 7 working days but got repaired after 25 days only nearly. Within these days I got calls from reliance that I need to pay the 1st month bill amout. I said “I haven’t used data card gave it to service center”. And they said, pay atleast Rs.300 to avoid suspension. Then I paid the amount and waited. As I cannot afford to pay without using data card to the fullest so approached mobile store. They said, “Waiver can be made with service job sheet. Hence got some service proof and gave it to mobile store. They said waiver request sent and wait. And they promised will get back within 5 days”. And they asked me not to use data card till get solution. No response from them till now, even after repeated contact. Actually they neglected my issue by not raising waiver request. Even I went directly and approached. They actually made request (that too doubtful/not made actually) on that day only I mean after my 1st visit. And somehow I got waiver request proof with complaint no. Note: they made notebook entry also. I tried to contact the store using telephone numbers but it’s all dead. I was really upset and did online search about the store address got some contacts from Haier service website with that address. After repeated contact, a person telling “now the mobile store is closed, shifted, changed to somewhere” and another time the same person (may have worked in the old store) telling “Im not working there”. See I’m an outstation and I got health issues I can’t go and approach appropriate every time directly. I ever have seen such a poorest network in my life. Because of your negligence, you have dragged me all these days. Now lost my data card (terminated), not even used for 1 month with fully. If your device worked, properly, serviced in time and if you had responded earlier, I would not have been dragged all these days. Tragedy is not yet finished; I used to make calls to customer care, and ask the status, complaint request and all. They are telling, we are not the right person, we cannot check (are we living in a stone age?) and asked me contact the mobile store or outlet but the beauty is mobile store is vanished. Till now I don’t have answer for my 1st waiver request. Now legal notice from pondicherry office came. I was so upset. They demanded me to pay amount for the correct usage. Then I paid the said amount Rs.1200/- with so much of struggle/agony for my usage by going directly and contacting complaint cell of Reliance communications, haddows road, nungambakkam. I met complaint cell officer too, told all bad incidents happened but all in vain. She is also telling no we don’t deal your issue contact the pondicherry branch. And I came to know that no complaint made by the mobile store from her. And you know I asked for No objection from them when I pay the amount. She said “no contact pondicherry office’”. Now for the rest amount i.e. unused charges for unused months, pondicherry legal office also said “we have made request, wait for sometime” I asked waiver mail or any proof for the request. But they said, no we don’t provide proof” second time I was disappointed with another fake promise from you. And I waited 2nd time for the waiver without proof blindly. And I also asked compension too from pondicherry legal office by reactivating my datacard and giving my unused data (remaining data), with extending days according to the service period. And finally, clearance from you. Now he is also not attending phone calls, no solution so far, going for personal work, 24 hours busy. He gave alternative pondi number. He is also not responding me. What do you think of a customer? Even at times, they are shouting at customers. No politeness at all. Is this a way to treat customer (poor, desperate)? Keep in mind, we are not borrower. We believe your network choosing but you? Consumers have right to be heard. Okay, now tragedy reboots with another demand notice from advocate from Chennai branch without checking technical details on behalf of Reliance communications, nungambakkam. And I contact the particular advocate. He is not accepting saying “you have to pay the amount”. He is also asking the proof of waiver request. But the pondicerry legal office is not giving proof what should I do? I made so much research, who is proper authority? Whom should I contact? Who could I believe? Whom to approach? Who would give solution? and all. Even I contacted Mumbai head office, said the issue. No response from them also. I finally, got appellate authority contact from online. Contacted, they also got complaint and said “get back in 7 days”. No calls so far. I called them again they are telling “complaint is still in processing” wait. Wait Wait Wait! How long? life long or what? I really don’t know what the hell is happening. No transparency at all. No one is responding properly. You have put me into mental agony. Because of you I lost my money, energy, precious time, health and all. If this harassment still continues I think I’ll have to take my issue to the consumer court. Where I hope I get clearance and even compensation for loss (because of your negligence) too. My loss Details because of your network: Malfunctioned Data card (terminated) (device cost 1000/-) not fully used bill amount 300+1200/- Phone call charges from my side sms charges Mailing net pack charges Scanning charges of docs referral My precious time My health Note: All attachments belong to reliance communications for your reference: 1.                         I have made payment of Rs.1058 for my postpaid number [protected] on 21.07.2017 through PAYTM vide order No.[protected] payment receipt attached .But still it is showing us pending with penalty and my outgoing calls are barred.I have requested customercare to update the same but they refused and ask me to visit nearby show room with payment receipt.Next day I had visited CHROMPET Reliance show room which was around 15 KM far from my home.But this is the nearest branch to me.They also refused to solve the issue and inform me to visit Nungambakkam Haddows Road Show room.

                        Kindly solve the issue & update the payment and do favour to make outgoing calls.

Got malfunctioned in 15 days went to authorized service center referred by Reliance mobile store. Service center (Cell tech, egmore) promised delivery within 7 working days but got repaired after 25 days only nearly. Within these days I got calls from reliance that I need to pay the 1st month bill amout. I said “I haven’t used data card gave it to service center”. And they said, pay atleast Rs.300 to avoid suspension. Then I paid the amount and waited. As I cannot afford to pay without using data card to the fullest so approached mobile store. They said, “Waiver can be made with service job sheet. Hence got some service proof and gave it to mobile store. They said waiver request sent and wait. And they promised will get back within 5 days”. And they asked me not to use data card till get solution. No response from them till now, even after repeated contact. Actually they neglected my issue by not raising waiver request. Even I went directly and approached. They actually made request (that too doubtful/not made actually) on that day only I mean after my 1st visit. And somehow I got waiver request proof with complaint no. Note: they made notebook entry also. I tried to contact the store using telephone numbers but it’s all dead. I was really upset and did online search about the store address got some contacts from Haier service website with that address. After repeated contact, a person telling “now the mobile store is closed, shifted, changed to somewhere” and another time the same person (may have worked in the old store) telling “Im not working there”. See I’m an outstation and I got health issues I can’t go and approach appropriate every time directly. I ever have seen such a poorest network in my life. Because of your negligence, you have dragged me all these days. Now lost my data card (terminated), not even used for 1 month with fully. If your device worked, properly, serviced in time and if you had responded earlier, I would not have been dragged all these days. Tragedy is not yet finished; I used to make calls to customer care, and ask the status, complaint request and all. They are telling, we are not the right person, we cannot check (are we living in a stone age?) and asked me contact the mobile store or outlet but the beauty is mobile store is vanished. Till now I don’t have answer for my 1st waiver request. Now legal notice from pondicherry office came. I was so upset. They demanded me to pay amount for the correct usage. Then I paid the said amount Rs.1200/- with so much of struggle/agony for my usage by going directly and contacting complaint cell of Reliance communications, haddows road, nungambakkam. I met complaint cell officer too, told all bad incidents happened but all in vain. She is also telling no we don’t deal your issue contact the pondicherry branch. And I came to know that no complaint made by the mobile store from her. And you know I asked for No objection from them when I pay the amount. She said “no contact pondicherry office’”. Now for the rest amount i.e. unused charges for unused months, pondicherry legal office also said “we have made request, wait for sometime” I asked waiver mail or any proof for the request. But they said, no we don’t provide proof” second time I was disappointed with another fake promise from you. And I waited 2nd time for the waiver without proof blindly. And I also asked compension too from pondicherry legal office by reactivating my datacard and giving my unused data (remaining data), with extending days according to the service period. And finally, clearance from you. Now he is also not attending phone calls, no solution so far, going for personal work, 24 hours busy. He gave alternative pondi number. He is also not responding me. What do you think of a customer? Even at times, they are shouting at customers. No politeness at all. Is this a way to treat customer (poor, desperate)? Keep in mind, we are not borrower. We believe your network choosing but you? Consumers have right to be heard. Okay, now tragedy reboots with another demand notice from advocate from Chennai branch without checking technical details on behalf of Reliance communications, nungambakkam. And I contact the particular advocate. He is not accepting saying “you have to pay the amount”. He is also asking the proof of waiver request. But the pondicerry legal office is not giving proof what should I do? I made so much research, who is proper authority? Whom should I contact? Who could I believe? Whom to approach? Who would give solution? and all. Even I contacted Mumbai head office, said the issue. No response from them also. I finally, got appellate authority contact from online. Contacted, they also got complaint and said “get back in 7 days”. No calls so far. I called them again they are telling “complaint is still in processing” wait. Wait Wait Wait! How long? life long or what? I really don’t know what the hell is happening. No transparency at all. No one is responding properly. You have put me into mental agony. Because of you I lost my money, energy, precious time, health and all. If this harassment still continues I think I’ll have to take my issue to the consumer court. Where I hope I get clearance and even compensation for loss (because of your negligence) too.                             I have visited reliance mobile store on 19th Sep 2015 at Mira Road (Address: 2 CHRIS ADA Shop No. 9, Holy Complex, Next To Kundali Jewels & Rasm Sarees, Near Deepak Hospital, Mira Bhayander Road, Mira Road East, Mumbai Mumbai Maharashtra and Goa -401107) for conversion of my postpaid no [protected] to prepaid and made whole payment of full and final open balance of Rs 737 via credit card and also submitted all required documents for conversion, it has been informed by store people that my no will get converted into prepaid without any problem in 2-3 days as documents submitted by me is as per their requirements. Then for one week there is no update, then i called customer care who rejected to take my complaint and informed me to visit store only but after my request they took my complaint and informed me that there is no request from the store side for conversion of my no, i also emailed to reliance customer care on [protected]@relianceada.com and Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com then i received and email and call stating that we are looking on your request and will look into it but now after a month there is no satisfactory solution and reliance have generated their regular bills and it is due for payout. I request to please resolve the issue ASAP as I have visited store, made all due/excess payment, submitted all documents, spoke with customer care, wrote to customer care and appellate authority but there is no satisfactory solution and even customer care and appellate authority agreed to me that the fault is from the store side but they have not given any solution. Please arrange for the solution, i am attaching email conversation for proof of documents submissions and store closed when I visited and there is no telephonic or email facility to connect with store.

                            We have received a call on last monday/tuesday from reliance executive stating that I need to make the payment of only billed amt and no need to clear the unbilled amt, while requesting the this said statement in writing from executive they rejected for the same and told we cant give it in writing and you need to visit store. I visited store last week and they have informed me that I need to make the payment of Rs 1000 and while requesting them to check the details once again to understand who's fault is there they have informed me that on the day of my visit (when documents submitted) to store I made an excess payment of Rs 47 but due to some scanning process from reliance back end my documents got submitted late and due to which an outstanding of Rs 30 got generated. They told that it is a delay from backend team and for which they have called me but I was travelling and missed their call, sad to say that while doing call back there is no facility to connect back to reliance store or call center. I would like to know following points:
                            1. If there is no fault from my end why this whole amt is not recovered from backend dept./store.
                            2. Why I have not given any written communication via sms/email for payment of my due amt as how do I come to know that call is from reliance and there is no call back facility as well.
                            3. During my discussion with support desk on [protected] it has been informed that sorry from our side as fault is from the back end side and you need to make the payment of Rs 1000 to clear the dues and convert from postpaid to prepaid.
                            4. Store, mobile customer care and support desk, all have rejected to accept that you have not received any call on monday/tuesday.
                            5. My postpaid mobile is on roaming so it has been informed that once your sim comes in mumbai (local circle) then only you can convert it into prepaid.
                            6. I do not understand if all the above points, gives a complete clarity that fault is no where from my end. why I require to made the payment of open balance till date. Is it a justice?
                            7. I am a very old and good customer of reliance who have made all payments charged to me but after this incidence it looks like there is no solution to the actual problem and it is only customer who has asked to made the payment of dues even if the fault is from the reliance part and everyone is expert in hiding the fault of their executive.
                            8. I request that all my dues (billed or unbilled) should be reversed from immediate effect and my no should be converted into prepaid ASAP as I have been communicating with reliance customer care via phone call, store visit and email communication and have informed everything in advance so I should not be made liable to make any kind of payment.
                            9. I request that Please call me on [protected] as reliance postpaid no is with my family member who is out of mumbai.

                            I have received a call two days back that will resolve your issue ASAP but I think they dont know the meaning of ASAP.

                            I have made the payment of Rs 700 yesterday as the bill that got generated because of the fault of reliance was due and non payment may lead to again Rs 100 late fee.

                            Whether reliance is going to resolve my issue or it is just an assistance over call that will revert.

                            i Take plane for Reliance Post paid Sim 5 Moths Back They offer me 299 plane with 300 Deposit.they told me we will refund u r amount after 3 months 100 Rs every month next bill but i am not getting any deduction in bill same amount they are charge up-to now and some time i am not getting bill thorough email and next they are charging late payment charges also. finally i decide to no postpaid go prepaid.my question is i am going to change my sim postpaid to prepaid after that i will get my deposit amount are there is any chance transfer to bill payment?

                            I wanted to port it immediately or change to pre paid from post paid...

                              I have been a customer of your reliance broadband service since last two years. But the inefficiency of the staff to provide valuable customer service has disappointed me gravely. I have been subscribed to its monthly postpaid broadband services for past two years which comprised of Thunderbird 699 monthly postpaid plan. My bill date was from 28th to 28th; advance bill for each month. As per records given by Reliance Customer Care, I paid my last due bill on 22nd May amounting to Rs.830. After which I requested my connection to be terminated on 28th May. Since my bill date was 28th May coincidently I recieved the bill amounting Rs.885 for the period 28th May - 28th June on 28th May itself. After speaking to customer service, I was informed that it will take 7 working days for the connection to be terminated. After various calls from my side the connection was finally terminated after a span of 15-20 days. And until that period I recieved a bill of further Rs.896 for the period of 28th June - 28th July. After reimbursements and adjusments, I recieved a final bill of Rs.1392 on 27th July. And currently at present the bill stands at Rs.1580 after late payment charges. It would be really appreciated if I am given a proper explanation and details as to why do I have to pay the bill for the two months during which the connection was supposed to be terminated.

Dhirubhai Ambani such a dynamic person but now this co.                                   I have made an online transaction worth 219 INR. Transaction done successfully however no information found on my number. Then tried to call the fake reliance customer service no [protected] I was told to continue press 1 did that three times"disconnected the call" And all the times the deduction process was awesone however resolution was no where existing. I'm glad to file a legal complaint towards reliance communication although I have the call recordings and transaction records for proof purpose as well.

                                    I am here by to complain about the recharge done on my mobile, the recharge offer said that on a recharge of RS.246 i will get 2.5 Gb of data but instead i got only 2 Gb of data, reliace customer care are denying that there is no such offer in my number and also denied to register my complain in this matter after calling them more than once.

                                      Dear Sir/Mam,
                                      I recharged my dongle online on 25/10/2015 for Rs 699. The message displayed that transaction was not completed but the money got debited from my bank account to Reliance.This has happened second time in a row, in an interval of a week. I request to please resolve the issue by refunding the amount.

                                        Hi, i want to register an complaint for phone no:[protected], the service provided by reliance is soo poor that i am suffering continuous call drops, and i can't able to call network provider. The frequent call drops along with i don't have mobile data network from past 10 days (For the service which i already paid for). I want complete reimbursement of my monetary losses. Why are you providing service if you don't want to. they are completely cheating general public by paying them for nothing. this is completely a 420 case, just open for making money and cheating innocent people
