        I have recharged for a week Internet and I tried to Connect but I can't able to connect. But with the same settings I can able to connect in other location ( cudalore) but not in my location (Tindivanam) . So I complained Reliance Network but they said 3 to solve this problem but the not responsible. My complaint no is[protected].                   I am Reliance User, using [protected] since long time but I am facing the problem of VAS service charges deduction frequently.So today I filled a complaint because form this month they are deducting the VAS service charges day by day.When I try to contact their Customer Care 198, they did not pick the call when they pickup and we cant resolve your complaint and and when the problem is for same they they give some ridiculous excuse.So the details of the VAS deduction are mention below: 1)a deduction of 3rs at 3:47pm on 23/10/2015 2) again a deduction of 3rs at 4:13pm on same date I.e.23/10/2015 These frequent deduction leads to many mental frustration and calling 198 took more time which leads to time consumption. Thanks, I[censored] can resolve this problem otherwise ill switch to some other service provider.

                        I have applied for Reliance broadband combo plan CAF NO: [protected] in Gurgaon, the name of sales person was Ujjwal (alias Kunal) collected documents and cheque (Rs. 1770 for installation charge and 1st month advance rental) on 10th October 2015 and promised to get the installation done in 4~5 days.

                        The verification was done within 4 days, but post that there is no progress till data - even no notification about the status of further plans (installation).

                        Tried calling Ujjwal more than 8~10 times each day, but no response, and he is rejecting the call every time.

                        Filed complaint to reliance delhi office on phone 2 days before, still no communication from them.

                        If it is not possible, then please return my amount, so that i can get broadband connection from alternate telecom providers.

                        Pathetic experience !

                          I have Reliance GSM prepaid sim, no is [protected]. Sir You have a plan for Rs. 111/, which provides Reliance GSM to Reliance Gsm free talking in UP East. But 3rd october'2015 i have taken the services after depositing Rs. 111/-.but today is 23rd oct'2015 and continuously the charge is being deducted in the main balance after making a call to Reliance GSM.
                          I have visited Reliance Web world located at Kapoorthala, Aliganj, Lucknow, but they told me to visit Gomti nagar, head Office to get the problem solved. Sir, I am living in Alambag and one time visit cost from Alambag to Gomti nager is more than 111/- Rs, Suppose i have got the problem solved nevertheless what is the advantage to do that?
                          I am using the services of Reliance GSM last 15 years. but i have not faced such type of problem during this period.
                          now, please tell me why i stay silent ? if after giving the service cost u have not been providing the services.

                            Dear Sir, I have a reliance prepaid number [protected] in Bhilai Chhattisgarh. The sms service is not activated on my number. I can receive text messages but cannot send text or multimedia messages from my number. I have tried many times by reaching customer service executive through IVR ( nearly impossible to reach), every time i got the message that its a technical problem and will be resolved within 24 hrs but its 15 days and i am not able to use the services. Further, they are deducting 10 Rs daily for VAS shemaroo which i never subscribed. almost 50 Rs have been deducted. when i contacted reliance they told me they have stopped the services but daily money is being deducted. this is cheating by reliance communications. i have close to Rs 1000/- in my pre paid account and do not intend to use the service becoz of cheating by reliance. however, would request you to help me getting proper services by reliace.                               On 20th oct i recharged my number [protected] with rs 127 2g pack valid for 21 days via paytm. and then with rs 9 1gb pack two times.Last night there was 3 gb data in my number. Today morning (23th ) oct. there was no balance. when i asked customer care they said server problem data will be refound. But nothing happening .They could nt give any reason. my pack expired in 3days only. They said we have regestered your complaint and will contact you soon. But no complaint regestration message came to me. Once they said you have used all of your data. How is it possible to use 3 gb 2g data in one night. Again they said it has expired. Its was going to expire on 11 november . But how it expired in 3 days only ?? I am too hurt . Please help .

                                I had been using Reliance pro 3 data card from the past 7months but from the second month the data has dropped drastically from 7mbps to 10kbps. Have raised a complaint through mobile email but no response from the customer care n concerned reliance store. To rectify the issue they are asking to continue the service for the next three months when they can't rectify the the problem from the past four months why they are making false promises in giving good connection. I had paid unnecessarily an amount of ₹1135 every month and paid an amount on 23.10.2015 worth ₹1836.

                                  This came as a shock to me. Rs . 90 was deducted as charge for ADPAY GSM on 20th Oct 2015 at 1 am. I had not sent any message or requested to do so. Reliance has gone down to levels where they are cheating people on a regular basis. Today as on 23rd oct at a:15 pm I receive another message for VAS ShortFormats and money deducted is 5 Rs. I mean really???? I don't even know what these services are and I want to know who has given the right to subscriber to deduct money without my consent?????????????

                                    Complaint for my Wi-Pod No [protected]
                                    I have complaint to Reliance customer care to disconnect my number as i am out of town and the place where i am there is no internet coverage.And they log a complaint (Complaint Id :-[protected]) 07/09/2015 15:43:38) and told me to pay 1718 Rs /- and i paid the amount .after that also my connection was not disconnected.and again bill generated so i log complaint(Complaint Id:[protected]oct2015 at 12:34 )and they told me that your connection will disconnected in next 5 working days but still not disconnected and they call me everyday for bill.
                                    And today i call again to no [protected] and the customer care manager she said yes your complaint is there but we can not do any thing for that you have to pay the bill. Kindly take the immediate action on the customer care representatives they do not have manners to talk to customers they are talking to me very harsh language.Or else i will proceed the matter to the Consumer Form, if the connection is not disconnected immediately.

                                      The company has charged Rs.30 unjustifiably by activating Value Added Services to my mobile no. [protected] on 04 Oct 2015, I checked it on 22 Oct 2015 and talked to the customer care representative they replied that they can retreat 3 day prior data only. And showed their helplessness in refunding the charged amount. So, I am lodging complaint against Reliance communications for justice.

                                        My subscriber ID is [protected]. I bought a Reliance Pro 3 connection earlier this month after seeing their ads about superior speeds. I visited the nearest Reliance store and was given the whole rigmarole about how I'd probably not get the advertised "up to 14.7 Mbps" speeds but could reasonably expect "up to 3.1 Mbps"...now I see speeds as bad a 25 kbps !! What kind of a scam is this ? My location is not an issue because I live in a prime location within walking distance of where Reliance's tower is situatated ( Sector 4, Hiran Magri ) How do you justify such pathetic service ? I can get such useless speeds even on a 2 G mobile connection ! Fix this or please furnish a refund of the amount I paid for the device.
