This is to inform that, Rcom called very next day morning after lodging the complain and generated a complain booking number against the complain lodged through your portal and assured that the amount will be credited with in 4 hours.I would like to intimate that the amount has been credited, which was fraudulently deducted from mobile prepaid balance.
Thanks to your portal and will expect same role will be taken to resolve consumer complaints if the same been not carried out by the respective agency/service provider.

Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have purchased GSM sim of reliance at 3-Nov-15 in which I got 60 Rs balance but after 4 days 45 Rs balance has been deducted automatically.
I have tried lots of time to contact customer care but whenever call is transferred to the customer care executive nobody picked up my call.
I am totally fed up from your service.Please do the needful ASAP and resolve my issue.
