Dear Official,

On the date & time of incident mentioned above 2 Nos SMS was received (though seen on 04.10.15) in the above said mobile no that an amount of Rs.49 has been charged for VAS from my account and one another message had been intimated that Rs.3 has been charged for VAS.

Above message had seen by myself after 4 days and immediately called RCOM Customer Care for getting clarification for such deduction.But they could not provide any information on that due their server problem and asked myself to call after 2 hours on that same day.Self talked accordingly but reply from customer care was same.Fews days after self called again on this issue and they told after 3 days they can not see any details from their available system.I have requested to give a complain number on this but they refused to provide the same.Again this week called RCOM Customer details but they could not provide any details for Rs.52 deduction.However they told no such VAS is activated in that number.Then self had asked the reason/process for deduction of that amount.Self had requested if they don't provide the deduction details then the same amount should have been refunded to the above mentioned mobile account ans asked to provide the complaint number of the said complaint but again they refused to provide the number.

Now from this it is clear RCOM is not showing any transparency to resolve this issue.

Hence it is requested for your kind intervention to have credit of Rs.52/- which was deducted fraudulently.

Dear Official, This is to inform that, Rcom called very next day morning after lodging the complain and generated a complain booking number against the complain lodged through your portal and assured that the amount will be credited with in 4 hours.I would like to intimate that the amount has been credited, which was fraudulently deducted from mobile prepaid balance. Thanks to your portal and will expect same role will be taken to resolve consumer complaints if the same been not carried out by the respective agency/service provider.     Faulty no:[protected] Alternate No: [protected] Complaint No:[protected]Sep-2015 I raised 4 complaints in DOT. Latest being DOTEL/E/2015/38395 Date: 16 Oct 2015 Basic bill plan PPS49, Credit limit: Rs1900/= Working Netconnect plan of 2.5GB (RNC_2.5GB_99). I get monthly 2.5GB 2G data free. Ending August 2015 my no got barred. After that i got calls from customer care that you have exceeded credit limit and you have been charged Rs 2500 as usage, hence we have barred your number. Service can be resumed if you change your bill plan from existing Rs 49/= To Rs 500 per month. Doing this we will waive off the charges. They also said: if you reject this offer, calling customer care later will not help. I called Customer care, they told me about credit limit exceeding and charges. It was a surprising. Credit limit is Rs 1900. How is the usage as Rs 2500. Ideally the number should have been barred at 90% of Rs 1900/= When the bill was generated, i came to know that i have exceeded the data limit of 2.5 GB. Again i got surprised. Reliance always used to inform me before exceeding the allocated free data. I was not informed that i have used 90% of the allocated free data. I complained about all this but no solution. Now whenever i complain, i am being harassed and threatened. And the latest threat to me by nodal office j&k was that i will book FIR against you if you call me again. Reliance deceive their customers by gimmicks and later force them and harass them for bill payments. The number is still barred and i want justice. I fail to understand: 1. Why was number allowed to work beyond credit limit. 2. Like other days Why i was not informed about the complete data consumption. 3. Why calls from customer care that if you change the plan from 49 to 500, all charges will be waived off. Sir in my home we are using 4 Postpaid nos of reliance GSM from past 4 or 5 years. And we have always been loyal customers. Please look into this matter

    Dear Team,

    I have purchased GSM sim of reliance at 3-Nov-15 in which I got 60 Rs balance but after 4 days 45 Rs balance has been deducted automatically.

    I have tried lots of time to contact customer care but whenever call is transferred to the customer care executive nobody picked up my call.

    I am totally fed up from your service.Please do the needful ASAP and resolve my issue.

      I got below sms from RM-Reliance. "Amount Charged for Vas adpay gsm Rs.:90.00" on my no. *******081 I didn't subscribe service mentioned above. Please unsubscribe it immediately and refund my money. Thought Reliance is a big well reputed company, didn't expected this type of service.

        As per Customer Care, my number was on Safe Custody mode - Refer[protected] Complaint raised in July'15
        If my number was in Safe Custody mode, then why was Bill generated.
        In fact my number was never kept in Safe Custody mode. Customer care never called me. Even the local Reliance Shop didn't help me with the issue.

              5. Line disconnected officially by 11 april 2015 (Last bill paid in the month of march 2015)

              Final reminder dear mr m/s. Mr. Karthikeyan e advocate notice generated against your non payment of rs. 1443. 86 for your reliance a/c no. [protected]. Land line no.[protected]. The notice will be delivered shortly. Make the payment immediately to avoid legal action. For assistance call [protected]/ reliance collection agents number (Do they are legal advisers to reliance).


              7. Spoke in reliance customer mr. Sharad and registered a complaint no. [protected]. (Mr. Sharad said me that i should pay just rs. 150/ - only but now today these agents tells me to pay rs. 2000 and above.


              8. I was getting the same final reminder from reliance and once registered a complaint no.[protected] and said the line terminated on 19th april 2015.9.21. 10. 15 by 1. 30pm +91 [protected] i got a call from a person from reliance customer care that he is calling from delhi magistrate office and reliance have filed a case against me. Please try to hire intelligent peoples as your agents because he calls me from a chennai number and saying me that he is calling from delhi.


              10. The service given by reliance is very good but the people who are involved with reliance are very poor.


              11. Do follow and reply to me sir or else i am gone file pil against reliance customer towards there customer and your agencies.

              Please see to the non sense created by who call themself as reliance/ legal advisors

I have already complained to you about other issu but this time other matter my wi-pod is not working properly, speed is 0 kb/s from 6 days so i have complained in customer care 5-6 time but my problem can not be solved that's why I have to send e-mail to you. after talking customer care exicutive name is mr.RAMEN from reliance care . I have changed my plan also for solving this problem but can't. and bill already submitted. MY CONTACT NO [protected] Sir i am using many reliance product but I think in future I will have to leave everything but I trust in reliance so i will wait tomorrow.

                    Earlier on 16.07.2015 I had done 3G internet pack recharge for Rs. 155 but I received an sms saying that I have recharged successfully then after few mins. another sms saying the recharge is unsuccessful and retry again. so I tried contacting the customer care service but to no avail I lost rs. 155. Again I recharged my reliance mobile prepaid account for Rs. 35 through net banking the amount got deducted from my account but I received an sms saying that the recharge was unsuccessful and needed to retry again. Fraudulent act of reliance communications is crossing limits. It never gives an opportunity to speak to customer care executive on the given nos. for lodging a complaint.

                      The service provided is very poor. i hav complained several times since i hav got the new connection. the problem occurs when the electricity is off, the internet service gets off due to very poor battery backup at their base transreciever system. i have complained several times. but the problem is still the same. everytime customer care representative use to say the problem will be solved within a week. but whenever i call them back to ask the status of my complaint, they just say that the complaint has been resolved already & thus complaint is shut automatically after that.

                        Sir here is my recharge confermation Recharge of Reliance GSM Mobile [protected] for Rs.16 was successful. Operator reference no. is [protected]. But I am not able to avail my offer.I have talk to customer care but he is asking today is blackout day so this offer can not work today and also we are not able to return your money in your account or as a balance.I want to ask if this is so how they have allowed for that regarge.And why they have not intimated through massage.This is completely black marketing with costomer .

                          Hi I got call from reliance for MNP but took new # .. was told will get 300 of on first bill .. which was wrong commitment.. there was always network issue i could hardly access internet through it, which i reported them many time over the phone but never got call back or any resolution .. .. .. so i stopped paying them bill ..on Monday 19/10/2015 a lady with name neha started making abusive calls (i can't even state those language here on web site) on my friends and family # .. she called my brother and my friend and abused them ..even she abused to my elderly mom and said to her that her son(I) have died .. it was so horrifying for her .. she started crying and while neha rep from reliance was laughing and said to me "let me take you in conference".. i was not using the connection from mounts but was forced to make payment coz of those circumstances as she told my borther other wise she would take out the call list of all no. of my family member through statement as she said she had access to call details of idea and all other network provider i was told to submit Rs1432..so finally i made payment to stop these harassment..but i was in shock by there behavior and the way they used for collection so is tagged Rcommcare on twitter hoping they would take it serriously, i got call from some name hardeep from reliance mumbai 022********* some no. i told her issue and every thing but she was least bother to address my concern .. when i asked her how they can make harassing on the # which i used to call on (because as per my knowledge it's breach of privacy ..) and they had my alternate # and address she said collection agencies can do that but it was clear she was making call for formality .. even she told me i still of 300 and my connection is not settled and i will be getting another bill .. which i haven't used in months .. i do have some recording of the abusive conversation she had made to my family .. i'm still in shock and want resolution ASAP..                             My connection has been closed from April 2015 after paying all outstanding amount. For that inactive account, they are keep billing every month. I sent so many emails explaining the scenarios with proofs for connection termination. So far no one replied, but I am getting all kind of legal threads for outstanding amount for inactive account. I register complaint last month Sep. No bill generated & stopped getting legal thread emails for a month. SO I closed the complaint. Now again, started getting bills. Can't some one from reliance give a permanent solution for this?

                            I had send many emails to the id [protected]@relianceada.com. So far didn't get any response. In the link you are asking for contact number to reach me. Currently I am in US. I already shared my contact number to your customer care. If it is not possible to contact me, please provide your company contacts from whom I can get some solution. I will talk to them.

                              Dear All, I got a call from delhi stating i have an unpaid bill towards a broadband connection and against that you guys have filed a case against me . I would like to clarify that i have used your broadband connection only for 2 days last year and the service was so pathetic that i got the connection disconnected and even got the refund cheque from you guys . Kindly look into the matter of i will have to move to consumer court against you guys . Expecting a speedy response from your side .                                 Today (21/10/15), I suddenly got an SMS that "Amount charged for VAS One97STalkDP Rs 30.00. Current main balance Rs. 120". But I haven't requested anything. This is totally illegal. Can anyone pls help. I think the same issue many other persons also have faced. This is a bad practice.I also lost 3- 10 rs from balance without active any service in recent time

                                  I m reliance gsm user and now i want port my no. with other service provider but last two days i want sent mnp conformation msg but that is not send if i call to customer care they talk 2 or 3 minute after that cut the line . and give wrong information to not port your no. or give a not working plan if ask for return money than say that ab kuchh nahi ho sakta and told another plan . my no. is [protected]

                                  if we couldn't pay relaince bill... so can custmor care excutive can abuse us, say (teri maa ki bahn ki gali etc.) ...and call to my all reletives from my call detailes and abuse them ...use bad language...what should we do...

                                      How can Reliance deny availability of nano SIM for pre paid customer. I have a phone which supports nano SIM and I have been using reliance since last many year. Though Airtel and vodafone is readily giving ready to use nano SIM, people at reliance are insisting that a normal SIM shall be cut into nano. I have done that twice and both time the SIM performance is hampered and network issues crop up. So I do not understand why does not reliance can provide nano SIM for prepaid customer. And your people at reliance web world are pathetic. They do not have manner how to talk to customer and deal with them. Their attitude is like they are doing me a favour on providing me services. I m talking about reliance store at Bhupendra Bose Avenue Kolkata - 700004. Pls let me know whether I will be provided nano SIM from reliance or I should just switch service provider

                                        Sir On 11/10/2015 at 12.30 PM I received the following message "You have been successfully subscribed to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs sevice for 30 days". My balance was deducted by Rs 90/-. I don't know what this service is... I have never subscribed for any services. I have made many calls to Reliance Customer Care but never connected.                                         Dear Reliance Customer your subscription renewal for ADPAYStrmgMlySubs Service for Rs. 90 is due on 25/03/2016.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 3672 to 155223(Toll Free).

                                        The next day I have been charged 90 rupees for the service which I never used. After making the call to saal center the representative was rude. I want refund coz renewal of 90 Rhodes doesn't make any sense. U got to be kidding me. Refund on priority.
