I have a GSM SIM NO. [protected]. I port this sim to airtel because I am an employee of Punjab National Bank and in my Bank all employees using Airtel SIM. So I port this SIM to Airtel corporate SIM in the month of September 2015. But sorry to say that your company could not transfer my credit balance of prepaid GSM SIM to Airtel.     Without my knowledge and consent, Reliance communications charged me Rs.10/- twice for VAS One97 subscription and this information was known to me by their SMS. I have neither requested for any such VAS subscription nor permitted anyone to debit any amount from my main balance. This activation has to be deactivated immediately and the amounts debited towards the same have to be credited to my account with immediate effect. One more request is to guide the Telecom companies to avoid such acts of activating their services without their clients' knowledge and debiting amounts from their accounts without their consent.       I am having my mobile number [protected] balance as on 19 september 15 is approximately 75 rupees, yesterday when i going to call then it is not going through. When i have checked the balance it is only, 007 rs. I have not activated any services and call so much that my balance should low. Please credit my balance urgent ly and extra massege should not come on my number.

          Dear sir, I port my vodafone number in reliance before 20 days ago with unlimited plan magic900. In this plan pan india calling free and unlimited and also 100 sms and 2 gb data. My activete on 1 Oct 2015 after 10 days reliance massege me your bill is 1600 rs I call back to store and customer care also and talk about this the both said its by mistake plz ignore and I also write complent on customer care . after 2 3 days same happen again an right now my number is closedwithout inform me before 2 days ago. And reliance close my services 3 times and force me pay 2670 bill to continue with services. In my plan my all calling is unlimited in plan 512 rs and my billing date is also 1 Nov 2015 . reliance close my services within 15 days . and customer care block my number I'm unable to call them and also reliance store unable to talk about this and both force me to pay 2670 rs outstanding and 512 plan value.               Sir/mam, about 3 month ago i was applied for broadband connection request at reliance webpage. from that reference a reliance person called me and came to my place and said that broadband cannot reach my place & i should try their new 'reliance wipod' then i opted for that and he(mr Alok, [protected]) gave me the wipod (postpaid- mdn [protected]) at 1799rs (on[protected] and collected my documents. *it took about 10-12 days for activation. *then after activation also it worked for about 8-10 days only then it suddenly stopped. firstly customer care personnel told me to submit my documents at any of the reliance store, i go there, but they refused to take it and told me to submit the documents to my service provider. then i called mr alok & he gave me his senior's contact no.(mr Raviindra s jadaun [protected]). now its almost 3 months and today he refused to do anything. i have talked many time with customer care & appleate authority also, but they always tell me to contact my service provider & service provider is giving me a very rude & irresponsible reply. sir/ mam, what should i do now, i'm completely helpless now. my contact no.               finally after a long long wait of 3 months it seems that my issue is resolved. as i was told by c. care previously that this problem is due to unverified address. & nobody approached me last time for my address verification. but this time a reliance person came to verify my address& took photos of my id & house where i live. & as my dongle is again working i can guess that its problem is resolved. but i'm pretty much suspicious about the reliance service now. this problem was solved using the telephonic communication on my mobile no 9981422496 & 7065418994 both.

                Hello sir/madam, I'm using Reliance Gsm sim. I'm living in delhi city. my mobile shows Roaming Notification unnecessarily and I couldn't make calls when roaming symbol appears. I haven't change circle i.e. cellular network circle(delhi circle). When I tried to contact customer care, they accept that it's a technical problem but they don't take my complaint.                     It is reported that nothing has done so far .Reliance customer service associates are unable to solve and they have surrendered themselves, as could not stopped the root problem as "vasshemaroovp" deductions daily rs.10/- twice daily .Reliance customer services told that they can do nothing to stop this "vas shemaroo vp" deduction as there are no way to stop, but can refund the money... Total amount deduction is rs.65.00/- till date. Return the amount and stop the 'vas" forcefully implemented by reliance communications.

Moreover in the name of some other VAS like hungama my balance got deducted kindly refund my money. As it not right to cut money illegally.

                                      I chitran midya no. [protected] from west bengal dist (Haldia) pin 721602 .I'm very disappointed with your injustice services. why you reliance care not serving the same offer to the other ...its a big injustice thats why most of the custoer like me going t port their reliance sim...my no is [protected]. you give one of my friend many exiting offer like unlimited 2g at 56 but not me...though he recharge his sim once a month but i recharge twice a week...so he is the better customer than me...thats good this time im really going to port my reliance in 2or3 days...
                                      i have already express my concern to help line no *333 .they said to send a message "offers" to 55333 but its showing" your request could not be proceed" but it still has not been resolved till now.
