I have done a MNP 10 DAYS BACK for this number [protected] and submitted ID PROOF and A PHOTO also, but its 15 days nothing has happened, still the old Sim showing the airtel network, other Sim which I did MNP is working only reliance not responding properly, please check with it as soon as possible.     Hi, Poor internet speed, recharged my dongle ([protected]) for Rs. 797 yesterday[protected] and the speed is poor. This is happening 3rd time and customer care executive are giving the same old excuse ( Maintenance work is going on ).     Yes it is been resolved only on 3rd of day recharge. Your executives told me that the problem is with your device and the network is fine.I even took my device to a shop to check as advised by your Technical Executive Gowri.She even promised me that she will refund the money if there is no problem with the device. I couldn't find out any problem with my device and the problem was with your network, as the speed is restored to promised speed.This problem had happened with me last time when I recharged for a 3 day pack by spending Rs.500.one and half day was wasted due to low speed and I couldn't completely utilize the allotted quota of Data.

    It is a failure from your side, I had to suffer because of your technical issues and made me to invest my time and money . Kindly compensate me considering the hassles i had gone through.

      Dear Sir I recharge my number with 359.. Company give me offer 10 gb in rs 359 recharge...but after usage 3gb the data balance becomes zero when I talk to the company firstly they said that you have got only 3 gb after I call back again they said you already consume. 10gb.. After this I again recharge of 359 I got 3gb I complain to the company they give me 10gb data after one day my data balance became zero anddl deduct from my main account.. the. Company cheating and fraud with Mr...plus help me...

        This is complaint against incorrect & un-justified billing by Reliance Data Card division. I had a Reliance Netconnect Data Card ([protected]) which i stopped using in July 2015. I even called Customer Service and asked them to de-activate the data card as it was not working in my flat due to low signal issues. Customer service informed that they had already de-activated my data card services from backend. So obviously the data card was not in use since July 2015-Sep 2015. And suddenly on Oct 14th, i was surprised to see a mail from Reliance stating that i have an overdue to Rs.1086 and threatening me of Legal Issues! How can they do that? And ask the customer to pay for something that they have not even used? I have paid all my dues till june 2015. In july, i had filed a complaint with Reliance Customer Care for their extremely poor customer service But they never gave a proper answer to my complaints. I have read several similar cases logged by customers. Reliance seems to be creating a menace in the Public by threatening them so openly. The Government should intervene and put a stop to this harassment that they are creating. REQUEST TO CONSUMER COURT TO PLZ PUT A STOP TO THIS HARASSMENT BY RELIANCE WHICH THEY SEEM TO BE DOING FOR HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS !!!

          My name is Jaydev and my Relience Broadnet use id is[protected] my net is not working since last 5 days and I complain about this many times they automatically close my complaint without any resolution and telling me that our technician will come and fix issue, nobody telling what's is problem and I am not using any router and directly connect cable to my laptop and i also try to connect cable to other laptops but problem is same, no one is solving this issue and there is no any response from company my last two complain id is[protected] and[protected] and many more complain id which they close automatically without any solution.

          My name is Jaydev and my Reliance user id is[protected] there is problem in switch(device) that gives connection to all Reliance customer in my building few days ago some technician visited and inform me that switch(device) is faulty and we forward detail to change it but now after 6 days no one come to change it so please change that device and solve this issue my last complaint id[protected] also closed without solution and now I register new complaint.Company request me to be patience but now it's 18 days and still counting and company still not taking action to change that faulty device in my building.please please please...take action...thanking in anticipation.

          Ok but main problem is that I don't have Internet access total 16 days of this month so I think that's reason I lost my patience so now Company should resolve this issue because 16 days are plenty of time in this digital age hoping for favourable action to fix this issue.

            I currently use a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication and my account number is[protected]. My connection is not working for the since 3rd October 2015. I am not allowed to log in itself. It states that "the username and password combination does not match." This is not the first time this same particular issue has risen. However the last time, the issue was resolved in 3 days time stating a server issue. This time however, it has been so for the past 2 weeks and since the 3rd of October i have not been able to reach Reliance customer care to even raise a complaint. Each time i call the customer care number, The gets transferred to the executive and the executive picks up the call and instantly disconnects it. This is happened 7 to 9 times everyday since the 3rd October 2015. I need an executive to contact me directly at [protected]. This is not my first complaint. My previous complaints have not been resolved from Reliance Communications as well. If this cannot be resolved i need a compensation.

            It has already been over a month since the i have been unable to access internet. The issue has till today not been resolved. I have no active internet connection from 3rd October 2015 till date. The days are still counting.
            I am still looking forward to having the issue resolved! It is not the first time this particular issue has arisen, however, the last time, the customer care executive had given me an alternate method to log in. This time i am still unable to even contact customer care.
            Usually on registering a complaint i receive an sms with the complaint number. I did not receive one till today. So i feel that no complaint has been registered still and that the above statement is indeed false..
            The issue has not been resolved till date.. This is annoying!! I paid for a connection for 6 months in July and its been almost 2 months since my connection has stopped working. This is creating a big loss for me!
            Connection has not been rectified till date. It has been more than 2 months!

              I am a reliance customer from Chennai circle.I have my problem with my reliance number :[protected]. My number was activated on 12th Oct 2015 and its a corporate number.From that day onward i was not getting STD calls in this number. I called several time to the reliance customer care but they didn't resolve the problem. At last i called to higher authority and they raised a ticket[protected] for the issue. After 2 days the issue got resolved.But customer care people blocked me for 3 days and i was unable to call to customer care. Now i am again facing the same problem and i am not getting the std calls. So i raised another ticket[protected].I am facing lot of problem because i am not getting important official calls.I explained my whole issue but still customer care people are not raising the ticket with more priority and they have raised a ticket with 48 Hours SLA. I am confused what type of service reliance is giving. I am enough with reliance .I feel reliance does't have such engineer to resolve these issues. I want to deactivate the connection and i don't want reliance.But its a postpaid corporate connection and i as per rule i can't disconnect the services before 3 months.                   Dear, On 23rd May I have requested to your customer care id through email regarding surrender of my no.[protected], and asked for a bill from 10th May(new bill cycle) to 23rd May.But no reply, 25th and 31st may again I email it to you but no reply again. When you called me up to give reminder for my outstanding bill amt that time also I told about my email that i have already requested for surrender and I asked you to give me the outstanding till 23rd of May.But you people raised the bill every month .I have kept the records of your phone calls also, you people everytime called me up for payment but you didn't take any action to stop the broadband no. This time I received the bill in October which you send me through courier to pay the due amount.I don't want to keep the due, but I'll pay the amount from 10th May to 23rd of May only.                         Sir, my reliance gsm no. Is [protected]. There has been a constant balance deduction from this number in spite of regular complaints. Every time I complain they refund me my balance and assure me that no further deductions will be made. But still balance gets deducted and it has become very difficult to contact the customer care executive. Reliance is having the worst customer satisfaction service . Kindly refund me with my balance and ensure for no further deductions.it has become too irritating to see regular deductions. Don't feel like using reliance anymore.(Last deduction for VAS 21 INR).

                          Sir, my reliance gsm no. Is [protected]. There has been a constant balance deduction from this number inspite of regular complaints. Every time I complain they refund me my balance and assure me that no further deductions will be made. But still balance gets deducted and it has become very difficult to contact the customer care wxecutive. Reliance is having the worst customer satisfaction service as if they don't value our interests. Kindly refund me with my balance and ensure for no further deductions.it has become too irritating to see regular deductions. Don't feel like using reliance anymore though has been using it for past 9 years.

                                Hi Team, I would like to register the complaint against speed offered on my reliance data card. I was promised that will be getting a constant speed of 1.5 mbps but its not even 25 kbps, worse than 2G speed. I took truly unlimited package for 1400 every month and getting a speed which is worse than 2G speed. I also dropped mail to the customer care but no action was taken. I took this connection for my office and never expected this kind of service fron reliance communication. I cannot connect to vpn with this speed and stuck when i have realy urgent issue to handle for my company. Being such a big company, this is not expected from them. I made a mistake of buying this data card from reliance representative. Please register my complaint with below information.                                   My name is Hemant Kumar. My no. is [protected]. On 14th october i got the the message saying "Amount Charged for VAS ShotFormatGSM Rs:8.00 Current Main Balance Rs:1.49". The thing is that i didn't activated this service. It gets activated on its own. When i tried calling the 198 i wasn't able to get connected to customer care and same thing happens on 15th also and on 16th when i was able able to get connected, the customer care told me that it is a non-refundable service. But the thing is that this service was activated on my number once before also. At that time when i complained to the customer care, he refunded me the money. You also activated one more service (ASKhtfrmtDMSSubs28) on my number. I send the message to deactivate that service but the service get deactivated after u have deducted the money from my no. So, please refund my money back to my number.

                                      Respected Sir/Ma'am, This is to inform you that my complaint is still unresolved please respond as soon as possible its been 4 days.I am totally annoyed with this reliance service thinking i might switch to another network or write a note to Head of Telecommunication department against reliance. Date of deduction was 12/10/2015 and everytime when i talk to reliance customer care they tell me that their server is down and now they just stop responding to my calls i just hung up on my phone day to night thinking they might connect but it always says "thank you for calling reliance customer care" without having any further conversation. On 13/10/2015 i just called from my friends cell phone he said again the same thing "Server Down" . Its been 1+1/2 days but i don't have any idea what to do.                                         I would like to complaint about Deepak Kumar Mishra ([protected]) who runs the sector 22 reliance mobile store in Gurgaon for his misbehavior and aggressive gestures. I am using my reliance CDMA postpaid no. [protected] since year 2008 and has given a request in August 2015 to port it to reliance Gsm postpaid no. But its still not done and I am running to the reliance mobile store like a crazy person to follow up my case. When I asked Deepak to pick my mobile so that I don't have to run from Dlf ph-3 to sector 22 store after visiting him for the 4th time, he aggressively said to me that I will not pick up your phone. You can talk to Anil Verma ([protected]) and can complaint to him who is at Managerial level. Deepak also told me to get out of the shop. He was behaving like a dictator and was speaking like a hooligan. I was so much disappointed with the reliance services that first of all my work is not getting done that is my no. is not getting ported from last 3 months and second that this person like Deepak Kumar Mishra is spoiling reliance name by his ill-behaviour. He also said to me that if your no. is not getting ported, switch to some other service provider like Vodafone or airtel. I want an strict action against him for his rude, aggressive and disrespectful behavior so that he cant show the same to others. I also want a apoology from him for his misbehavior. I also urge to port my no. now otherwise I will go to consumer court this time. Looking for an earliest response on my this complaint...
