Dear sir, This is to inform you that we have reliance mobile no. [protected] (Relationship no. [protected]) for last 15 years. Its in the name of Mr. Mahesh Kumar Khemka. Recently the bill name has been changed to bhabhesh kumar chandra. Whereas the address on the bill is same. We had not requested for any name change and we do not even know if such a person named bhabhesh exists. Apprently they closed this complaint because i could not take there ONE phone call they made. please note they did not care to give me another phone call or a written mail and no message of closure of complaint. We have been contacting whereas departments of Reliance, as you can see in the trail mail, but there has nothing been done by them to rectify it. They demanded proff of identity from us, which we duely provided as they suggested . Kindly advise as to what is to be done in this case, as they have disconnected the phone also for last two months and are also not ready to change back the name. I had demanded papers which tells me that i had demanded any name change from there company, which they failed to produce. Looking forward to your reply.

    Reliance Communication is one of the biggest cheater in india रिलायंस कंपनी रिलायंस प्रो ३ के लिए अनलिमिटेड 797 (जिसमे हाईस्पीड डाटा 10 gb उसके बाद 144 kbps पर अनलिमिटेड वैलिडिटी ख़तम होने तक ) का डाटा प्लान देती है जो कि रिलायंस ने अपनी वेबसाइट पर भी दे रखा है जिससे देखकर व् कंपनी के कॉल सेण्टर के अधिकारीयों से पूछकर मैंने अपने डाटा कार्ड में 797 का रिचार्ज करवाया जिसकी तारिख व् समय ये हैं 18/09/15, 19:22:42 जिसके अनुसार मेरा डाटा पैक 16 अक्टूबर तक चलना चाहिए था लेकिन मेरे डाटा कार्ड 10 अक्टूबर को कनेक्ट होना बंद हो गया मैंने रिलायंस कस्टमर केयर में कॉल किया वहां से रिप्लाई आया मेरे अकाउंट में डाटा बैलेंस नहीं हैं जिसके कारण मेरा नेट नहीं चल रहा है जिसका कंप्लेंट नंबर है[protected] मैंने उन्हें बताया कि मेरा तो अनलिमिटेड प्लान है तो उन्होंने 24 घंटे वेट करने को बोल दिया | लेकिन मेरा नेट फिर भी नहीं चला मैंने फिर 24 घंटे बाद कॉल किया तो जवाब मिला कि मैं फिर कंप्लेंट डाल देता हूँ उस कंप्लेंट का नंबर है[protected] लेकिन नेट नहीं चला फिर 24 घंटे बाद मैंने कॉल की तो बोला गया कि अपने डिवाइस को सर्विस सेण्टर पर चेक करा दीजिये कि ठीक काम कर रहा है या नहीं और उन्होंने भी एक कंप्लेंट रजिस्टर कर नंबर दे दिया | जिसका नंबर[protected] | मैंने ऐसा ही किया और चेक करा दिया डिवाइस ठीक था फिर मैंने 16 अक्टूबर को 173 rs का रिचार्ज किया अपने डाटा कार्ड के नंबर पर और डाटा कार्ड आटोमेटिक कनेक्ट होकर नेट एक्सेस देना शुरू कर दिया | यही है रिलायंस कि सच्चाई रिलायंस एक चीटर कंपनी है Reliance ki or se 10GB khatam hone ke baad jo message aaya kuch is tarah se Dear Customer, High speed quota on Reliance Netconnect exceeded.Speed now upto 144Kbps till the end of voucher validity.Pls switch to 1X mode and enjoy surfing. my data card no [protected] my email id -peeyushsri.[protected]@gmail.com

      Sir, My reliance no.is [protected] .It has continuously charged 5-10 rs on name of vas.Last tym I had charged rs 100 on this no.and till now they had deducted around 50 rs name of vas. Many a tyms I had registerd complaint on customer care, , but they had not taken any action! Plz sir, , help earliest

      8 rs had been waiver to my account, but after one day reliance communication again deducted some among on name of vas .
      Please ask them to stop charging vas, , , ..
      They did the same work of deducting and giving back the amount from last two months!
      I had earlier asked them to allow do not disturb service on my account, but till now no steps had been taken and cluster of promotibe msgs are coming in my mobile!
      Take appropriate action!

        Dear Sir, With reference to all our previous communication on this subject to Reliance store, Customer care and over email- my Wi-Pod problem still not solved. I have purchased Wi-Pod on 15th Jun’15 by paying INR 1600; this has been activated and used outside of my home town. The Wi-Pod worked till ~24th July and that also data throughput was very poor throughout the service. We have been calling Reliance customer care multiple times to address data throughput issue but no action from Reliance. On 28th July’15 I start trying my Wi-Pod at My home town (from Mysore, Gokulam 3rd stage -Home) and observed Wi-Pod is not working. The same have been reported to Reliance customer care and also visited nearest Reliance store multiple times but again no action. On 8th Aug – I have deposited my Wi-Pod to above mentioned Reliance store (Mysore, K D Road) for problem rectification and also logged the complaint at Reliance customer care (ref no :[protected] but again problem not solved. Again I have follow-up with customer care on my complaint (logged on 8th Aug) – they update that complaint is closed. This is very much surprise to me how complaint can be closed without addressing the issue and without my concern. However they have again opened the new complain request (Ref:[protected] but no action and no resolution about the problem. On the same I have approached Reliance over email on 21st Aug’15 –but no action and problem still not resolved. On 26th Aug I received the email from Reliance stating that they will address the issue soon and please visit nearest Reliance store. So I have visited on 31st Aug’15 to check whether the issue with my Reliance WiFi service has been resolved or not? But Reliance store has informed me that, the problem is still not resolved and they will come back on this soon. This soon not yet arrived! This is very painful, I am continuously tracking and follow-up with Reliance from last 2months but the problem not yet addressed, even no one from Reliance service has visited me or approached to address the issue. I unable to contemplate, why Reliance is not addressed this issue in spite of so many follow-up at customer care and Reliance store. But very promptly I will be receiving continuous call about payment follow-up and to them also I inform about the issue (with ref number) – but same -No action! About the bill payment - I would not be having issue to pay the bill if a service was proper/working as per Reliance commitment and if I would have requested for terminating the service on my wish. But this termination decision was forced on me because Reliance is unable to full fill the committed service and unable to resolve the issues from last 2months. Which is impacted me lot in terms of financially and also emotionally. Jul’15 month bill due amount of 986.64INR which I suppose to pay by 13th Aug – for the same I was requested to correct the present problem from 31st July but no resolution. For the same I was hold the payment which I have already informed to customer care and same I have communicated to my previous email on 21st Aug. With all the interaction till now with Reliance somehow it indicates to me that - Reliance is unable to provide me the service for which I have invested INR 1600. I request Reliance to take back your Wi-Pod device and refund me INR 613.36 after detecting July’15 month due amount. Thank you for your service and support.         Please reach to me on +91 -[protected] or email me on [protected]@gmail.com. I will be very great full if you able to address this issue. This has been pending and painful from long.

        I am very old customer of Reliance Communication. I have been using Reliance NetConnect USB dongle (Number – [protected]) since +5years now but I have not faced any issue. As per my old experience with Reliance (for [protected]) I have again went with Reliance to purchased new Wi-Pod ([protected]).

        But with present experience through which I am going now with Reliance on Wi-Pod issue, its very bad. This forced me to think about my old NetConnect USB connection also.
        # I am seeing there is big disconnect between Reliance Mobile stores to Customer care to Email based customer support due to which the customer like me will be lost with no proper resolution.
        # Reliance has not yet addressed the technical issue on my problem. I keep on receiving the emails and calls on payment follow-ups.

        Kindly address this issue as soon as possible, Let me know if any further detail or any support is needed from my side to address this issue.

        I purchased a reliance wipod in May 2016 for Rs. 1600. I did not missed paying a single bill till Jul, when suddenly I am told that they have upgraded to 4g and that I need to get in touch with nearest Reliance store to get a new SIM. When I try checking about how to get a new sim, my service is stopped and I am told that they have withdrawn support for 3g network ( when still a major % of the country is still stuck with 3g and even 2g). I get a call to say that I can get a new sim and a supportive device at a discounted rate.

        This happed when I was still 15 days in my ongoing billing cycle. I kept trying customer care numbers only to get automated instructions.

        In another 10 days I get my new bill, for the whole month. Ever since I am getting calls from harsh voiced customer executives asking me to pay my bill when they have already taken double the amount from me for. A device which is nothing more than junk within 3 months of purchase.

        Either they should settle that after deducting my bill amount or giving me a compatible device in exchange. I am ready to pay bills for using the network. But what is currently happening is merely theft. Not customer service.
        Add on I have rude customer care people pushing me to pay my bill, every two hours .

          I have relocated to some other location and wanted to cancel my services, even after raising the prior request for the cancellation I'm still getting charged.
          Talked to several support people, was getting promised I will be receiving a confirmation call but never did. Got through to the a support rep named " CHANDRAKALA " who without solving my problem gave a disclaimer three times and ended the call . This is how reliance serves it people and yet want to retain them . I would like to cancel my broadband services as I have relocated .
          An in addition to it after facing continuous problem with the services, I was assured a waiver to be provided in my bill which was never provided, representative are so rude never resolved any problem on time asked for the managers several times but they are never available and they clearly stated we cannot connect you through to them .
          I have tried calling multiple times and was assured its gonna reflect in my next month bill by all the agents within your organization but never happened.

            I have taken Wi pod connection on 9th October 2015, it was activated on 11th Oct. From the day one I have been getting the speed less than 10KB/s against claimed 14.7Mbp/s. I have raised a complaint on the same with customer care on 12th Oct 2015 with the nos[protected]. I was promised to get the issue solved and also a call from technical team within three days. Even after repeated follow up with the customer care, nobody from the technical team contacted as mentioned nor the issue solved. When I have contacted CC they are clueless and require more time, which I don't have. I would like this complaint to be sorted at the earliest, since I am without internet connection for last six days even after investing on the instrument and I am not going to pay the rent for these days which I have not used. I would be happy if the speed is at least half of what it is claimed. Also the same crispness and speed of the sales team to replicated with the after sales service team Nithin [protected] wipod[protected]

              They closed my 5 complaints without rectifying the problem . I do not now how to the solution of my broadband issue.

                Hi, As Per my complaint, I did not get any replay for reimbursement related My Broadband Connection no :[protected], I got call from local executive that if I pay my last bill today(23/09/15) so I can pay less 100/- Rs from my Aug bill(receipt id is AMIP[protected] so I paid 526/-Rs but remaining 100/- have merged with my Sep month bill. Kindly solve this issue also.I am sending recording of this call[protected].Plz find attachment for recording.                   Sir On 30/09/2015 at 3.30 AM I received the following message "You have been successfully subscribed to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs sevice for 30 days". My balance was deducted by Rs 90/-. I don't know what this service is... I have never subscribed for any services. I have made many calls to Reliance Customer Care but never connected. It is always kept on call waiting. The response from Reliance Customer Care is WORST. I want my amount refunded. Rajesh

                         I Rajdeep choudhury(s/o Jyotish choudhury, land owner) want to inform you that i gave a piece of  (50ftx50ft) land to reliance telecom at rent basis  for the perpose of reliance tower in 2006. according to agreement.everything was going soundly and at that time rent payments were made by draft to me with regularitis according to t&c. But due to some technical problem company and me update the agreement few years ago under sanjib baruah and anurag sarma when they told me from company side. Since then  i am facing lots of problems to collect my rent payments time by time in my ac according to t&c from company side.when i complaint about it to sanjib baruah and anurag sarma they give very poor responce and not take any necessary action to disolve my problem or complaint.Again due to 4g purpose company uses my extra land without informing me breaking agreements t&c unlawfully.when this is came to my knowledge i put a complain about it to mr.sanjib baruah and anurag sarma(company employ)again then they promised me to give some extra rent for using land for 4g purpose.According to them i aggred to their porposal instead of taking lawful action as i am a suppertive land owner to company bt still now payments are not made as promised to me by the company from last many month or pending mode.bt when i contact company members as mention above over telephone they just ignored me .i am very upset about company representative  respoce as a land owner.company is not giving me the payments at constant regular intervel according to aggrement t &c.so sir i hope a positive responce from you that you will take necessary action in to my matter.

                      Reliance broadband is the worst broadband service in india.
                      I've been facing problem since i've taken the bloody connection. If you complian it to them, local employees of reliance asks for "kharcha pani / extra money of rs.500" to start the connection.

                      They disconnect it & charge money to start.

                      Reliance sucks!!

                        Hello, Thanks a lot for showing the value of reliance customer. Seriously you guys dont have time to reply the mail. Another incident, sorry i must say pathetic service and customer service. Today i called up to your customer care for that i am unable to make Video call to any other network, So one of your customer care executive ( Customer harassment executive) named Adarsh Dubey, picked up my call and i explain him everything about my problem regarding Video call, He was arguing wiith me that in Ulhasnagar we dont provide 3G services so you will not able to make video call, Now tell me WHAT THE HELL IS THIS, that means you guys were fooling around your customer regarding 3G Network in Ulhasnagar and i believe at my home i am using 2 more service of reliance Plan which is 1499/-. If reliance dont provide 3G service in Ulhasnagar then why you guys are giving the plan of 1499 and so on 3G plans. When i am telling your executive that since 4 years i am paying 1499 and using 3G services, so he was saying that luckily you are getting the 3G services and was very rude and mannerless. when i told him to take my complaint, so he directly told me that he will not take any complaints. So my concern over here is if 3G service is not there in Ulhasnagar then why you guys charges for 1499/- 3G internet plan, i need explanation on this and waiver for the same, anyway i have changed my plan from 1499 to 125, despite giving several complaints of 3G speed issue. If 3G network is there in ulhasnagar then i need you people take some serious action against Adarsh Dubey and i want a apology call or mail. In a week time if i didnt get any resolution on is then i need to post this things in social media and online complaints forum. Note: I have all the recording save with me.                           I am reliance broadband user. My Landline was not working properly from past few months and regarding this i made many complaints to reliance customer care . After around 3 months i realized that calling and making complains to them will not do anything and my all calls and time were in vain. So i decided to terminate my landline connection. Then i gave them a request to terminate my landline, as i was paying the bill of the landline unnecessarily. They said that your landline connection will be terminated once you will get a call from our side . The call never came and thus they didn't disconnected our landline and we had to pay our landline bill unnecessarily for few more months. Then i decided to upgrade my internet plan from 2Mbps to 4Mbps, so i request them to do so. They said that they will do it in 3-4 working days, which was actually done after one month and they started charging us for 4mbps since the time we made the request, not from the time they started the servie.
                          Later they gave us the bill of Rs. 2200 for the plan 1099+Tax. So we asked the customer care for such bill, so in starting the customer care people.. usually made us to stay about half an hour on hold and when they come, they say .. sir our server is down, please call later, and some representatives directly disconnected our call.. so by calling them many times we came to know that, they charged us more, so they put a complain regarding this. Calls from Mumbai came to tell that they will provide us a waiver of Rs.900, lesser than they should deduct. So we asked them to give us a email confirmation for the same, only then we will pay our bill.
                          Recently my broadband connection has been terminated with no reason. We recieved a call from Mumbai in which we confirmed to NOT TERMINATE CONNECTION and then they asked us to pay our bill .Once we paid the bill they terminated our connection.

So if we have confirmed to not terminate then why did they terminated the internet connection?

                          Now they are saying to fill a new customer application form, so new connection requires installation charges, which we have already paid in the connection that has been terminated through their mistake, so why should we pay the installation charges for the mistake that they have done ? As we have already paid the installation charges in the connection that they have terminated, so i want them to give me a connection with no installation charges and make my installation free .
                          Also regarding the amount that we have paid them, i have attached all the information of the bills we have paid them.

                            Purchased a reliance landline phone 2 months ago.. Out of 2 months the phone has been out of order for more than 45 days in spite of paying the bills.Its been 7days since lodging compliant with Reliance call centre but no one has resolved the issue. Pathetic service... Had heard that reliance is poor in their services but still took the risk and repenting for the same. Reliance is no match to the services provided by mncs like Vodafone...Please think twice before subscribing to a reliance landline phone

                              Previous Complaint unresolved :This is to inform the higher authority that my wrong balance deduction of RS 110 has not been resolved yet. Date of deduction was 12/10/2015 and everytime when i talk to reliance customer care they tell me that their server is down and now they just stop responding to my calls i just hung up on my phone day to night thinking they might connect but it always says "thank you for calling reliance customer care" without having any further conversation. On 13/10/2015 i just called from my friends cell phone he said again the same thing "Server Down" . Its been 1+1/2 days but i don't have any idea what to do.                                 I had a datacard of Reliance Communications, there was one day delay in paying the bill and the company immediately levied Rs 100 penalty. This is unfair and unethical. Also, they automatically add VAS on my phone and balance keeps on deducting for the services I never even activated. They are big time cheats !

                                    I have recharged my mobile (No. [protected]) of Rs. 60/- on 11.10.2015 through net banking. I have received the receipt of this transaction to my E-mail ([protected]@tatapower.com). Surprisingly I have noted that my mobile had not been recharged. I had lodged a complain regarding this to their customer care (E-mail ID: [protected]@relianceada.com) on 13.10.2015. but, till date the complain has not been resolved. The contact numbers for customer care are not functioning and hence I am unable to talk to them.

                                      I have done a online net pack recharge through your website - www.rcom.co.in of Rs.177 on 12/10/2015 at 11:15:29 but till time I didn't get my recharge done and when i tried to contact with the customer care on 198 they are just ignoring me and telling that they are transferring the call to their senior and till today I made N no. of calls on your customer care but i didn't get any proper response from there side which is very socking. being a service provider company, how can you do this. I am fed up that much from reliance customer care services response that I am planning to deactivate all my reliance services. So, Kindly look into the matter and don't give such a response to your users.

                                        I got a call from reliance offering me a VAS (value added serivce)(one97STalkDP) but I didnt want ot activate anything so I just Disconnect the call. at the same time i got a msg fro m reliance that " you have been charged Rs. 30 for activating VAS" but I m Damn sure I just disconnect the call and nothing else.Reliance has make a business of this and troubles the customers...Many of my collegues has the same problem please look into the matter and do the needful..
