Hello we are a small ISP company and have given more than a DS3 ELL order to Reliance Communications Ltd, Odisha about 2-3 months ago but every time i ask about status they are telling that it will be further delayed due to material unavailability. and they also have not generated SO for few of our orders Now if as an ISP we are getting this kind of service what end customer will get?? i am thinking to surrender all my links form reliance (more than a 2 STM) is not actions are taken

    Please save me from fraud reliance company. I am using this word because i can prove this. They have harassing me from last 3 months by making false usage in netconnect plan, calling on daily basis, every time a new executive calls and ask for the 3 months long story and at the end say they quote, i discuss with higher executive. Next day again a new executive calls and same series of events began. I am almost on the verge of getting mad. let me repeat this story on this portal forth time. if you have time please see previous same complaints that is not resolved from last 3 months. Previous complaint no's are mentioned below. DOTEL/E/2015/30005 on date 21 Aug 2015. DOTEL/E/2015/32212 on date 05 Sep 2015. DOTEL/E/2015/33573 on date 14 Sep 2015. The amount i owe to reliance is increasing every month. it started from 896 and now from there last reply in DOTEL/E/2015/33573 on date 14 Sep 2015, it is Rs.2199.07 rs as per there records. i have stopped using there services three months ago and but they always have usage in there system. May be some ghost using my netconnect no.(this is the only possible thing now). I told them in my last complaint DOTEL/E/2015/33573 on date 14 Sep 2015.That they harass consumer by making fake usage in there system once a user ask for disconnection. i was owing a bill of 896 when i asked for disconnection because of no signal for almost 20 days. i made several complaint in there system some of the complaint nos are mentioned below[protected], [protected],[protected]. i made much more than those mentioned. they don't have resolution to signal problem. so i asked them for disconnection. Disconnection from reliance is like getting out of criminals group. Once a person asks for disconnection, they start increasing bill amount showing fake usage in there system. i mentioned in my last complaint "DOTEL/E/2015/33573 on date 14 Sep 2015" that reliance will increase amount from 1921.90 to more amount showing fake usage in there system. and same thing happened now reliance quoting my usage is of amount outstanding amount of Rs.2199.07. this is unbelievable from 896 to 2199.07. This is the height of torture a company can do to a customer. I have gone mad now, i will go to consumer court or any agency in this country that can help me getting out of this torture. While firstly I approached to ADITYA TELECOMUNICATION (LBA) in Silvassa -396230 they promised to service within 2 days but later I found no service and the office is CLOSED all days and all time. I registered customer complaint through customer care helpline[protected] and my customer complaint number is[protected]on 15.10.15) executive premised complaint will be resolved within 24 hours but NO RESPONSE??? RELIANCE ADA GROUP is cheating public in the name of service and customer care. Till date it’s a question mark that who will give service for my reliance broadband prepaid service connection not working.

              Sir, i am having a reliance mobile number [protected]. Earlier i was using Idea services, but last year i changed the service provider and started using reliance India services. I am in defense services, so nature of job is that i have to frequently change my location. And many a time, i even have to adjust with some shortage and restrictions.                   I had activated a plan on 20.08.2015 of Rs. 301/- on my reliance sim no. [protected] wherein the call rates were 1ps/sec and 6 GB 2G data for 3 months. On 18.10.2015 my balance was around 140 Rs. and next morning my balance is zero and it was shown that no data balance exists. Kindly look into the matter and refund my Rs. 140/- at the earliest and activate/resume my pack of Rs. 301 for the balance period. Regards!

                  I received my balance of Rs. 125/-. But the data service is not yet resumed. On checking data balance on *111*1*3# it shows" Dear customer, no data balance in your account". I had recharged Rs. 301/- (Mobile- [protected]) on 20.08.2015 wherein 6GB 2G data and call rates at 1Ps/sec for 3 months. Since 3 months have not completed i should be able to avail the service. But from past few days same is not possible. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                  Balance deduction instead of having data pack. - Comment #2241568 - Image #0
                  Again the same thing is being repeated. Inspite of having data plan further 30 Rs. has been deducted from my balance. Previously Rs. 140/- was deducted and I received Rs. 125/- i.e. 15/- rs short and further 30/- Rs. deduction on 23.10.2015. Adding to the my grief my data service is yet to be resumed inspite of my plan already being activated on 20.08.2015 which is valid for 90 days. I also visited Reliance gallery twice, but the things remain unresolved due to their system failure. Further no one in the reliance gallery- (Dahisar east Petrol pump) could help me to contact the reliance communication call centre via call. Screeshot of plan was already posted by me. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                  please resolve the issue at the earliest. It really bad service by reliance communication. Never expected.

                    I am not able to send SMS from my cell to any other cell. I am using Reliance for so many years. Reliance is not unblocking my SMS service on my cell. Firstly, they just blocked it without my notice because of a stupid reason that I am not actively using SMS service. Now, to unblock it, I have called Reliance Customer care 100s of times. They take the complaint, but never acted on it. I am still not able to send SMS to any other number. They just say, there is some technical problem and back end is looking into it. Every time I call, they say, it will definitely be resolved in 10 hours, by 2 pm, 24 hours, midnight, etc. So, but nothing happens.

Even I am not getting any signal if I am in Rural Area of Haryana. This is since when I bought this dongle. I complaint on the customer care couple of times but I did not get any improvement nor response. We must get the service for which we are paying to these companies.                         I am a reliance pre paid customer . I have been using relince sim from 7 years. I have recharged a ballance of 200 on 16 oct 2015 and also make arecharge of net pack of rs 9(2G-200mb) at 12:20am in 18th oct 2015 this pack is valid for 2 days i.e upto the 12pm of 19th oct.wHen i was using net at 19 oct the ballance has been deducted of rs 160 by the company from main ballance while my net pack ballance was remain. After that when i tried to contact customer care many time but all the time the call has been disconnected by customer care. How a company can be irresponsible to his permanent customer. Pls refund my ballance and make sure a proper responce to your customer. Thnx

                            A month back I have purchased Reliance Pro 3 wipod dongle. I had complained about the poor Internet speed in my area but service executives did not respond about the issue. The Request ID is[protected]. Actually the company claims, the speed you get with wipod is 17 mbps, but actually it is not even 3 mbps or 1 mbps or even 800 kbps. They still charge monthly rental of 1299/month for unlimited plan. Finally I requested customer support to deactivate the same and give my device money back. Since that day there is no response from customer care. I suggest everyone to please check feasibility in your area and get the device. Also I would not recommend Reliance Internet services to anyone in future. I had very bad experience from Day 1.

                              I have purchased a post paid connection two months back. from that date I am not getting data connection. My Reliance GSM connection having no. [protected], I am facing some issues in your services.
                              For the same I have contacted with their customer care so many times and every time got the assurance that my problem will resolve next 2 working days, but sorry to say it has not happened as per commitment.
                              Every time I got the service reply with following wordings:

                              "Dear Customer your SR No. has been processed. Thank you for being with reliance." These were the revert without the solution of complaints.

                              I am not able to send and receive MMS through my mobile and also not able to use GPRS services. I am not connected to net at all. The sim is not connecting in any phone. Further my friend sim purchased on the same date is working in my phone. I have even changed the sim. but the data is not connected.

                              Every time I am getting revert that I have to go in R world menu and click to get setting, But while trying to do so getting following error:
                              "Connection error to content provider"

                              Just wanted to know where the problem is and why their team is not capable to resolve this problem.

                              Last time when I had visited to Reliance web world I was told that my handset is not capable connecting to data but sorry to say I am using two Reliance GSM nos. with same model one is Postpaid and second one is Pre-paid and I am able to connect to internet with my prepaid connection but not able to send with my Postpaid no. How they can say that my handset is not having features while it is having.

                              I will again request to their team kindly look into the issue carefully and resolve my GPRS and MMS problem on priority basis.

                                  Hi Team, On 14th Oct 2015, my reliance connection [protected] was disconnected. On the next day, 15th Oct 2015, when i visited Reliance Store, i was told that my earlier number [protected] which had some due. I told Reliance Appellate Authority and sent them the email was clearly stated that it was settled on 25th Feb 2014 for Rs 1000 which i paid them online. i was given this ticket number[protected] and was told that my number will be in active state by 18th Oct Afternoon, still nothing is resolved.                                       I had recharged my sim with 200 rupees. The very next day I have got a message showing that you have charged 28 rupees for the activation of VAS ADPAY GSM for next 7 days but i didn't activate any such service. Then i tried to call customer care.After half hour i got connected to one of reliance customer care member name Ms. Sushma and she told me to call after 2 hours as the server is down and I asked them to register my complaint but she didn't. now tell me will i have to call them entire day for the refund of my money? Is this the way to treat your customers?

                                      I again called customer care and talked to one of there senior official he said that i had made a call at yesterday night at 12:01 am and activate the pack. But i always put my phone on flight mode at night and also checked my call log but there is no any calls about it and i also recorded the whole conversation between us. Now please tell me what should i do.
