Dear Mam/sir,
Rs 30 deducted from main bal. from no.reliance gsm no. [protected] on dated 10-07-15

I got a call from reliance offering me a VAS (value added serivce)(one97STalkDP) but I didnt want ot activate anything so I just Disconnect the call. at the same time i got a msg fro m reliance that " you have been charged Rs. 30 for activating VAS" but I m Damn sure I just disconnect the call and nothing else.Reliance has make a business of this and troubles the customers...Many of my collegues has the same problem
please look into the matter and do the needful..

      I have a relaince land line.no [protected]. The model is wi bridge. At the time of purchase company told that in post paid lad line company will give service if there is any problem of land set. But when my set become damaged (Within 7-8 months approximately ) I complain to customer care (198) of the company. They registrar the complain and told me that service will happen within 72 hours. But from the service center of the company no person come to my house and told that they will service every set except wi bridge company's set. They suggest me to give it in reliance store. then i give it to reliance store Uttarpara (Address - 18, AD Paul Road, Uttar Para, Kolkata- 712258, West Bengal Near Uttar Para College, Phone No. [protected]). But even after 90 days they do not back my set and company also charge the monthly rental for last three months. Though I even not able to dial a single no as my set is still there. I need a proper judgement against this duplicity of reliance company. i call to there custome r care at least more than 21 times but no action is taken by them still now.

      My alternative No is [protected] or [protected]. And also i want to mention you that there is a call come into my mobile(No [protected]) yesterday from your company (Phone no. - [protected]) and they told me that your line will deactivate within 48 hours ! why? where is the fault of me in this case? please take some positive action against that as soon as possible.
      The Store Give me a Set today. The line is suspended and also the Phone Set is Damage again.Enough is enough. Please surrender or stop my phone.I dont want to use relaince landline.
      wi bridge ladline is complient since over 3 months old no responce from customer care
      My Reliance CDMA no 32920698. was converted to GSM new no. [protected] and they gave Wi-Bridge instrument. Now as rcom services stopped, I called wi-bridge company to unlock the phone. Rcom not helping and wibridge asking to courier the phone to hyderabad, they are asking to pay 300/- as charges to upgrade software so that phone can be used with other operator. This is harassment of reliance customers. Reliance and wi-bridge both should come up with some solution and customers should not be asked to courier phone to hyderabad from mumbai. Why I should be paying unnecessary charges due to reliance negligence.

      Hope Reliance and wibridge give some solution.

          myself kumud ranjan having the no [protected] had recharged my account with top up of rs 30 on the 14th of oct 2015, before rechrging i get confirm through your customer care associate and your offical website that it givesTalktime Rs.30(Rs26.70 core+Rs3.30 promo) but after rechrging i got only rs 23.32. why y are again and agian misguiding the customer, this happens many times with me. my simple question is this why are cheating the customer in this way, i am just concern that give the complete balance rs 6.68 as per your commitment.otherwise i have to move to the higher authority and RTI also. my contact no is [protected], whatever y take action, kindly acknowldege me thank you

                Hello, Reliance number [protected] Cancellation request ID :[protected] mail ID: [protected]@gmail.com I have cancelled my reliance device on 3rd of June 2015 and surrendered my device but I have been asked to pay monthly charges without the device, I have communicated with them several times but they are not interested in resolving the issue. But every month they are calling me to pay the bill even after cancellation of the device. Then customer care member told me to check with the retailer and when I check with the retailer they are asking me to check with the customer care member. Problem is - I have surrendered the dongle while cancelling - (So there is no usage of the device, then how can they generate bill) and - For the device which is not with me how are they sending 'demand notice'? -Even they are not interested in resolving the issue but they are focusing only on how to get me pay the bill. Why should I pay if I have cancelled it long back and returned their device? How can they demand after surrender of the device for which they gave me a cancellation ID? TRAI should interfere and save us from this unnecessary issues caused by the Reliance communication. This is causing a lot o[censored]nnecessary physical and mental stress. Kindly save us.                         I have issue with my reliance net connect, i raised complaint for bill waiver because of no network and termination . they waived the bill but however their termination process took more than 1 month and i got 1 month bill generated on which they are sending me notice for paying bill. i written mails for which they didn't reply and when i called customer care they days that they dont have any information on my data card and when i told them to transfer the call to higher authority they simply denied and asked me to visit their customer care which is very far from my place and as an office going person i can't go to their customer center during office hours relaince broadband number : [protected] multiple request numbers that i received [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected]

                          HELLO RELIENCE My self Rajni i am using releince number postpaide [protected] DELHI CIRCLE which i bought from the third party agent at the monthy rental of 350 i am attching there invoice copy pls see the attched file when i got a call from ur third pary vender she urged me for new relience postpaide connection, as per tele conversation she said it Rs 300 plan i aggred to take new connection, i paid 300 Rs as a one time payment, she says my number will be activate in another 1 days but it takes 15 days to activation after using it one week thy disconnected it for another 10 days after it get my bill i urge them to new bill i ma demanding to reduce bill by 10 days finally i wrote 3 times but no response from there side i paid all dues now i got the bill amount of 900 i got a call from ur custmercare or thirdparty recovery agent she really missbehave with me i am mention her number there([protected]), [protected] she called to my parents friends or my relative used ugly or abusive word i have all these in my call record what words she used, i planed my self to write a letter to delhi police commissione/ women cell of delhi, or consumer court, but ia have a faith on relience i am requesting to you please take action on her or as soon as possible, U CAN CONTACT IN MY ANOTHER NO.                               Unknown VAS ADPAY is activated with automatic renewal in my reliance GSM no [protected]. I was surprised when 28 rs was cut from my account balance for renewal. It is very unlawful.I called customer care for returning my money. But they are showing their inability to return my money as well as taking the complain.

                              Rs 30 deducted from main bal. from no.reliance gsm no. [protected] on dated 10-07-15

                              I got a call from reliance offering me a VAS (value added serivce)(one97STalkDP) but I didnt want ot activate anything so I just Disconnect the call. at the same time i got a msg fro m reliance that " you have been charged Rs. 30 for activating VAS" but I m Damn sure I just disconnect the call and nothing else.Reliance has make a business of this and troubles the customers...Many of my collegues has the same problem
                              please look into the matter and do the needful..

                                      It's happening again and again. VAS ADPAY GSM service is activated automatically and 45 rupees has been deducted from my main balance of mobile no [protected]. When contacting to customer care service they say we don't know. Is this our fault to become a customer of Reliance Service? Please refund my money. And please be loyal to a loyal customer.

                                        I bought the reliance wi-pod datacard on 31st Sep and it got activated on 1st October no [protected]. I was informed that you will get 14.7 Mbps but all I had is 14.7kbps and even with disconnections. I called up customer care and no proper response its all waste of time with ref no's [protected],[protected] . Secondly i was informed that its 30 days by seller who confirmed it with the reliance agent before selling this but now I have only 15 days validity. Just see to the history below I spent several hrs to download a 78 mb file. Will somebody from reliance team will sort this issue? else refund my money back.
