This is with reference to the Complaint number[protected] that we had filed 4 days ago. The Internet connection is still not working. Daily we are following up with the customer care but every day they assure that the services will be restored in 24 Hrs and provide a new escalation number [protected] and [protected] Reliance should stop making false commitments of 24 Hrs over the customer care center and give us a real ETA of the restoration of Internet service. If they cannot restore it, they must let us know so that we proceed with switching to some other ISP.

    Hi,
    This is Nirav, my reliance GSM prepaid number is [protected].
    Om my this number internet scheme(Rs. 79) is activated. Before the 2-3 days of monthly renewal of this scheme, i am getting to many messages(at least 5-6 messages a day) from number[protected]many time different number) to renew the scheme. Once i have received this kind of message at 1am (Please find attached screenshot)

    I had emailed regarding to same before 2 months to [protected]@relianceada.com but did not get any response from their end, also i had emailed to rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, but even they are not responding for same.

      This Will be my second time raising my frustrating concern with Reliance communications. You really suck. I purchased a wipod in rs 1850 in 24th August. Its number is [protected]. It claimed to provide upto 14.7 mbps but the speed i recieved is 244 kbps. I raised complaints to several levels in reliance including Appellate Authority. I even went to ZTE service center in Pune. Initially they refused to check the device when I said its d speed issue. Later on checking onto their machine, they said the replacement would take 20-30 days. Do you think, we customers who is on Post-paid, are fools. Even a single day wasted is being charged by Reliance on due date. So weather I use the device for a month or not, I will have to pay the bill. Does not it sound awkward, dear reliance? So I have decided not to pay a single peny. The due date is already over and even if I pay this time, a late fine will be added on next billing cycle. And the issue will remain as it is. So its not something a good way out. Now I will not make any payment and start the campaign of exposing reliance telecom service through social medias (Twitter, FaceBook), Change.org, consumer forums, through CNBC Awaz- consumer forum channel, Zee businees and some print media.         I checked offers by dialing *121#. Then i saw that i will get 2.5gb + jadu data 3g on recharge of 246, so on 26 sep Saturday I recharged for 246 for internet, but I got only 2gb 3g data. Then I registered complaint on oct 11 serial No.[protected], but I didn't get my 3g data & got a message that your complaint has been resolved. So please help get my 3g data.

          What the hell is going in Relaince telecom, I have received a call from a lady meenakshi([protected]) saying she is calling from Delhi tees hazari Court and i have not paid the bill for reliance services, the number she told me that i have not paid the bill is still having due date and saying you have to take lawyer and have to come to court. in tomorrow... i need a urgent call from rcom side other wise i have 53 reliance coorporate postpaid number and i will closed all the number in tomorrow EOD. call me on this no [protected]

            I was getting more than enough calls from reliance as I somehow wasn't able to pay my bill as I was out of station . And these people from reliance just called me every single hour as to pay my bill. I mentioned to them that I will pay it when I reach my home And today when I was busy somewhere, they called on my no. In a row every single minute and when I picked up their call, the girl on the phone named NEHA calling from +[protected] at 3:17 pm screamed on me some seriously mannerless way. My only fault was that I wasn't able to talk to her and said that call me after some time and I will pay whatever amount it is, it's my problem and we said that you don't have a status to pay yr bills and slammed the phone And my bill plan is maximum 700 but that bill was made of 900 !! Why 200 extra ???? And this is when I even haven't used my dongle so much This is a seriously mannerless way of treating with customers, even when I was just saying that i can't talk now !!! This is their standard of conversation with their customers ???? Please act swiftly because this isn't a good thing for people. People like this girl NEHA that executive are seriously very dumb and ill- mannered how come they are at that customer care centre ? That bill isn't that much a problm but this experience of mine is seriously a big issue these executives treat us like scum and say whatever they want Please do something about it Naved [protected] (The no.on which I get these calls)

              I usually get calls from reliance call centre enquiry about amlang das n number [protected] about some bill..always I report them that I don't know any person of that name ...pls look after the matter..mistakenly my number is with u...so please block calls onn my mobile otherwise I hv to complain to police

                Respected Sir, This is to inform the higher authority that my wrong balance deduction of RS 110 has not been resolved yet date of deduction was 12/10/2015 and everytime when i talk to reliance customer care they tell me that their server is down nad now they just stop responding to my calls i just hung up on my phone day to night thinking they might connect but it always says "thank you for calling reliance customer care" without having any further conversation. On 13/10/2015 i just called from my friends cell phone he said again the same thing "Server Down" . Its been 1+1/2 days but i don't have any idea what to do.                 This is going to be the second day and i have not recieved any reply from technival team of reliance neither i can't call them they just hung up the phone. i have completely no idea what to do.I could go to higher authority and report this issue not resolved yet.

                  Hi, I am an existing customer of reliance broadband. Reliance id [protected] and reg. Mob [protected]. I am without internet for past 5 days. When i call from my registered no call always not reachable so i mailed them with issues with mail ids provided net. None of the mail i got response. Finally i call from freinds no to get a complaint no. Last month 12 days there was no net. But i received mail today with bill. They won't provide proper swrvices, won't let you call, they won't respond mails, but they will keep sending bills. What a service. Means you get nothing as a client and hence you have to pay them without weber or anything.

                        I had registered for Reliance connection on 8/10/2015 and have received a mail from Reliance regarding the application acceptance. I was promised by the technician that the connection would be setup in 2 working days. Now 1 week has passed and the technician is not answering my calls. Is this how Reliance gives Customer Support? If connection cant be given, then cancel my registration and refund the amount I paid. I will look for some other ISP's. My CAF no:[protected] for your reference.                           My user Id is[protected]. I had registered a termination request about 2 months back and also received a phone call from the company confirming it about 10 days after it. My connection is still not terminated and I am still getting monthly bills. On contacting the customer care they said my termination request was auto-closed. This is preposterous. Also the customer care has put me on hold for the past 30 mins. This is clear fraud.

I was promised by the technician that the connection would be setup in 2 working days. Now 1 week has passed and the technician is not answering my calls. Is this how Reliance gives Customer Support? If connection cant be given, then cancel my registration and refund the amount I paid. I will look for some other ISP's. My CAF no:[protected] for your reference.                               Another 1 week has passed and not a single call or resolution from Reliance Customer Care other than the above said message.
                              Still no calls from Reliance. Fed up of waiting, I called up the Broadband in charge (Mr. Rajesh - [protected]) and now he is telling me connection is not feasible in my area. But Reliance customer care says that connection is feasible. If connection was not feasible, why did the sales person take an amount of Rs 1765/- from me. My office has reliance connection which is 50m from where I want the new connection. How can Reliance not provide new connection in the heart of Coimbatore city (100ft Road, Gandhipuram). I dont want a connection anymore. I will take an Airtel connection which has better customer service than Reliance. Now refund me the full amount I paid.

After that product delivered, he will take your products he won't give your products in your hand. You have to pay full loan your self only with out product or cash. Please be careful.                                 I had buy reliance ZTE wifi dongle but its not working properly. It's speed is too bad I can't use it. Bcz of too slow speed. I registered complaint but they did not call me and have not resolved my issue and retailer also not replaced the faulty product.

                                    Customer Application Form (CAF) number: Not given as the dongle bought through third part vendor. I have submitted my driving license, Pan card and Photo

                                    Exact nature of issue: Bought the instrument thinking of speed but its not at all running in the promised speed and my phone data is faster than the same. I have Netconnect+ and using the same for past 05 years. I dont have any complaint with the same and network also good. But with this instrument am not getting the desired speed or wifi working properly. My first complaint raised on 29th Sep'15 and all the communications are given below. I have not used the dongle after that as i wants this issue to be resolved and need promise on speed.

                                      At the time of taking the new wireless internet connection, I was told by the Rcomm officials that I will be given a guaranteed speed of 2mbps. My plans is REVBPRO3_20GB_999. Now, I am not getting the desired speed as guaranteed by the company. I am continuously calling up offical but he isnt addressing my query. Furthermore, at the time of taking the connection, he charged me 2400INR for the wi-fi dongle for which he said its entirely refundable upon surrendering the connection. Now I have paid the money but he isn't providing me the invoice for it. WHen I got in touch with the customer care, they said its non-refundable. I became a victim of misselling.                                         Data Card no [protected] I purchased 3G data card some time in2014. It never gave full time 3G speed. I complained several time to their Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur center but to no avail. Last I travelled to Udaipur and Nathdwara where I Was not even able to connect to internet forget about 3G speed. There after I took up the matter by sending EMAIL complaint on 22/9/2015 to their custmercare but in spite of my reminders ( emails) and also requesting them to refund me the cost of Data card (DONGAL) I have received the bill for the month of Octo2015. It seems their interested in selling only Dongal/s in the name of high speed 3G

                                        Today it is 22/10/2015 and full one month has passed since I wrote to customercare @reliance but so far I have received NO response . In last 30 days I only received repeated calls to pay up but reliance com did not pay nay attention to my complaint
                                        Reliance communications have not called me to resole the complaint but in last 20 days I have got no less than 30calls to pay up

                                        still awaiting for solution but again got call to pay. I first wrote on 22/9/2015 and now is almost one month but no response
