    Sir, dr. sumit mittal this side regret to inform you about the bad service of reliance company. i purchage a data card (pro 3) no. [protected] from reliance store in uttam nagar(dabeer international) on 16th of april this year despite there promise of high speed their data card didnt work well. i complaints 20 times to custmor care about service but of no. use i go to reliance store but of no use ultimately they sent me haier service centre (h&t sevices, janakpuri) for data card repair they replaced data card in 13 days despite a sericeable period of 7 days. but the new data card remains inactive i contact the custmor care, reliance store, service centre and the regional officer rahul tandon also but of no use now i just want to look up the matter, and wants my money back and a lot of time i wasted in it and problem without internet i faced. please do needfully. Company making stupid calls all the time.i am very much mentally disturbed by this.

      With Reference to my reliance no [protected] as per network Reply For GPRS data Balance from reliance network i have 1 MB data available by the end date of validity period of GPRS data Plan 4 oct.2015 but they deducted my RS 180 from balance by saying I used extra data for the same by the end of validity period.
      but if there network reply is i have 1 MB left till validity period than how they can deduct my main balance, we are using our GPRS data only based on network reply of remaining balance. if they send wrong information regarding data balance then why consumer pay or suffer due to reliance error.
      if there network reply is wrong for data balance than its completely reliance error why consumer face the problem due to his error. i had send the mail regarding the same to customer care, appellant as well as nodal officer but not getting any reply. so its my kind request to you please help me for the same.

        Hi Team,

        My reliance no is [protected]. I disconnected the connection 4 months back and settled the full amount + closure charges going in person in Avadi Google telecommunication shop chennai. Still they call up and ask for money to pay the bill which i am not using. Now they have a made a legal complaint also against this.

        This is total non-sense and atrocious. Please look in to this.

            CAF no:[protected] ;Subscriber ID/s :\n 1) POTS-[protected]\n 2) DIA[protected]. I placed an order for reliance broadband service to be installed at my house in Pune. I payed an amount of Rs. 2050 by cheque to the sales executive. On September 1st 2015 I got an email saying order acceptance confirmation and was informed the installation would be done within a maximum of 5 days. Since then I have been in constant touch with the customer care department and no one seems to care. Its always the same reply-" We will resolve the issue soon". I have an entire email thread of my interaction with the customer care team and no response. This is complete lack of professionalism on supposedly a big brand. I sent them an email to refund my installation amount and the reply the same " We will resolve it soon."

But they repair the connection for the temporary . On the next day my connectioon does not work. I have complain in RAJKOT office also for many times. But they are not ready to hear our complain.                 I recharged my reliance dongle for Rs 849 on[protected] and till date i.e[protected] I couldn't use my data as I recharged for 3g and it's being connected to 3g. I have also talked to customer executive on 2nd, 4th, 6th, 10th and 11th of October and twice or thrice each day but they are just making excuses. My complaint number is[protected] and reliance number is [protected]. Validity of pack is for 30 days and 12 days are gone. They are neither providing service nor giving my money back. I request you to refund my amount as I you have wasted my 12 days when I actually needed data.

                    I recently changed my plan to 999/- unlimited plan after confirming from the customer care that this plan will give me good speed (AVG 512kbps). From the last one month i am facing low spped issues and it is not been resolved yet. Every time i talk to the customer service agent they say its a technical issue but like every time this company cheated me with bad services. How can a customer pay for the services which he does not get. his is like playing with our money and looting like robbers. The speed problem are solved and i am unable to work with this services by this worst company. I have been their customer since 5years and this is the level of company.

                      I had a balance of 550+ until 25 Sept, 2015 .However the outgoing calls stopped and I was getting a message "This service is currently unavailable.Please try again later" .Surprisingly, on 30 Sept, the call to customer care was received where they took more than 20 minutes to tell me that they cannot tell me where my balance had gone and gave me vague figures like Rs 120 was for calling on roaming and Rs150 for internet charges. The rest account information was not given by them and they told me to be online while they would transfer their call to someone else, which was not picked up even after 18 minutes.The balance on 30 Sept till 12am in morning was Rs78. I then decided to recharge. I recharged Rs 500 talk time, Rs 289 3G service and Rs 51 for roaming pack.On that day I made calls for only 5 minutes while used data nearly 100 mb. Now the outgoing calls stopped connecting from 2nd after which I switched off my phone due to exams. I switched on my phone on 9th Oct when I saw that i had a balance of only 78 rs while my data was completely exhausted. I have been calling the customer care from past 3 days where they at last told me to go to a Reliance Store to check the information as they were not able to give it. When I went there I was told that stores don't handle prepaid complaint requests and they cannot tell me where my money was deducted. Now when I called today i.e.11 Oct MR IRSHAN from customer care Reliance tells me that they have records of only the past three days and they cannot tell me about what happened in the past 10 days. Is this what you call customer care? Please look in this matter as soon as you can. I have attached the photographs of the latest balance and data records, along with the recharge confirmations.

                        Relationship Number of CDMA : [protected], customer since DAPO offer in Orissa - Rourkela Relationship Number of GSM :[protected] applied for conversion from CDMA to GSM (Reliance) few months back Number : [protected] Ever since I've applied for conversion from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM the service is very frequently disrupted. No concrete solution from Reliance. Several call to customer care, personal visits to Reliance outlets did not resolve the issue. The services get restored after lot of deliberation but the problem comes back very soon, i.e the service gets disconnected. I keep travelling a lot (which augments the intensity of the problem). It gets repeatedly disconnected citing reasons of bill non payment (but the fact is that the payment is being remitted on time every time). on confrontation we were told that the payment is being credited to my CDMA a/c not GSM a/c and that they will resolve it. I do not know how to resolve this. Hope this is a one off case with reliance and through this forum the right person will resolve without any further delay.

                          This is to place a complian against reliance communication gsm postpaid service provider. They are unethically calling people from my outgoin call list for outstanding bill recovery with my consent.

                          Its a shame tht such a big brand has started practicing such things for bill recovery. They are interferring people personal live and misusing unauthorized personal information without consent... Due to some medical condition i was not well and couldnt paid my bill.. I am using this postpaid connection since 2012 and has been paying my bills on time every month... Really shamefully and unethical practice...

                          Still the problem has not been taken care... My contact list people are stilling getting calls for bill recovery and giving them threat for legal action... Reliance communication has not taken any necessary steps...

                          Really disturbing to get calls from people for my bill recovery...

                                Sir, 1.I m very disappointed from ur customer care services, there is toll free number198 to listen the recorded messages and not to the representative. 2.They have deducted my money many times for VAS USSD @ Rs.3.00 and VAS ShortFormatGSM @ Rs.4.00 3.I tried to search the usefulness of these services (or worries)on the net but find these VAS in complaint forum only 4.Can u plz stop all these nonsense services to enable us to use our money for calling purpose. 5.Don't activate any service without sms confirmation and stop the game of flash messages to get accidental confirmation. yours victim Rajiv from Kathua

                                  I have submitted valid documents with MNP code RT676831 with validity of 11th Oct 2015 to change of Reliance no [protected] cdma to GSM in Relaince communication saidapet on 26th September 2015.I got the verification call from reliance for Porting and they confirmed within 7days the mobile number will get change to GSM. However till now the number didn't change to GSM.And the validity of the MNP code will expire on 11th Oct 2015.I have tried calling to reliance communication but no one is picking the phone. So kindly filed a complain against Reliance communication.

                                    Even after termination of number Mobile No: [protected] on Aug 01, 2015, They are generating the bill every month and asking me to pay the bill. Service request no for termination :[protected] and i spoke with Customer care person Vijesh. He told that it will be cancelled/terminated. I have paid 7 days bill of amount Rs198.

                                      I am lakshman chandra kar from west bengal siliguri, i don't know why they detect money again and again from my account even I don't activate any reliance service like vas, it's already more then 100 rupees they detect from my account last tow three month, if they don't return my balance then i take a legal action against reliance company...
