Yesterday, I called up again the voice call center they apologized to me again as usual as everybody from the voice, chat & net connect team is doing but didn't solved the issue.
Today again I received a mail communicating a call will be made but didn't receive any call
I am facing the issue since purchasing the simcard. 10 days have elapsed & still facing the issue.
Please extend the valadity of data plan as I am not able to use the connection.

My mdn no is [protected] . I am not receiving any signal in my 3G dongle of ZTE also the speed is very slow. I am connecting from D-309, Omnicorn 2, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh (Pincode: 201308).
My alternate contact no is [protected].My issue still remains, since I purchased the sim card.
This is the 6th mail, I am sending.
I need a response asap. Kindly compensate me by extending the validity of my data connection.
1st reason for slow speed from call center[protected]
When I contacted the call center, it was adviced to me that low balance in calling value was the reason for the slow speed of data connection as suggested by the supervisor & the agent on 6th Oct 15..
2nd reason for slow speed from call center[protected]
Again I called it was advised to me that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours on 7 Oct 15 &
3rd reason for slow speed from call center[protected]
again I called on 9 Oct 15, it was advised to me that some work is going on 3G network pan india & it will be over by 3.00 Pm on 9 Oct 15. The issue still remains.
4th reason for slow speed from call center[protected]
The issue is being solved & we will let u know.
Live Chat Support
The chat executive abruptly ended the chat session without informing me, when my issue will be resolved. This is very very disappointing & do not tell that session was ended due to technical issue.
Received two calls
1st Call
We are forwarding your issue to the technical team.
2nd call from Technical team
We will solve the issue on[protected] but the issue is still there.
I am fed-up with the customer support.
