Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Kapil Madan, Resident of B-56, West Patel Nagar. I have requested a mobile portability of my Reliance Mobile number to Airtel. As per Airtel, all the formalities have been completed like address verification, Phone verification etc. but Reliance communication company is not disconnecting my phone signal in-spite of no due payment from last ten years. Now they told me that it will disconnect after 15-20 days but today is 15th day (10th Oct, 2015)and reliance communication have not disconnected my signal. as MNP agreement, it should be done within 7 days.     I am deeply disappointed for purchased your reliance wi pod ( 14.7 ) mbps speed dongle . No .[protected]

    As per the conversation had with your customer care rep pavithra on Oct 8th reg, speed issue and assured us the matter will be resolved in 2 days with physical inspection .Till now i can able to get a upload speed of 34 Kbps which you assued me that the upload speed will be 5 .7 Mbps, and download speed at 14 . 7 Mbps speed, This is utter false assurance given to customers in the name of high speed wi pod dongle .

    I feel it is really cheating the customers due to competiton with other networks

    expecting your early response.

          I have paid rs 300 against receipt to reliance chanel partner called voice BPO located at A -17, ground floor pul parlahd Delhi -44. I was promised activation of the number a located to me within 24 hrs and now it is 3 weeks the number is not activated. Also the channel partner has roped responding I my phone calls and says will mot refund my money I can do what I want.

              Dear customer care, My mdn no is [protected] . I am not receiving any signal in my 3G dongle of ZTE also the speed is very slow. Plz help me also update about your infrastructure in Omnicorn 2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Pincode: 201308). Is the infrastructure responsible for non receiving of signals? When, I purchased the sim card for data connection, it was assured to me that there will be no problem of speed. Now, why there is an issue? I had send the mail to reliance on 5 oct 15 & now is 9 Oct 15, I haven't received any response from the reliance on mail. 1st reason for slow speed from call center When I contacted the call center, it was adviced to me that low balance in calling value was the reason for the slow speed of data connection as suggested by the supervisor & the agent on 6th Oct 15.. 2nd reason for slow speed from call center Again I called it was advised to me that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours on 7 Oct 15 & 3rd reason for slow speed from call center again I called on 9 Oct 15, it was advised to me that some work is going on 3G network pan india & it will be over by 3.00 Pm on 9 Oct 15. The issue still remains. Why the email department (Netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com) didn't provide me a response for the last 5 days? My alternate contact no is [protected].               Dear Customer Care,

              Yesterday, I called up again the voice call center they apologized to me again as usual as everybody from the voice, chat & net connect team is doing but didn't solved the issue.

              Today again I received a mail communicating a call will be made but didn't receive any call

              I am facing the issue since purchasing the simcard. 10 days have elapsed & still facing the issue.

              Please extend the valadity of data plan as I am not able to use the connection.

              I need a response asap. Kindly compensate me by extending the validity of my data connection.

              I received a customised answer after 6 days, now they have provided me the link for infrastructure. My issue still remains.

              Today, I contacted Live Support, the executive abruptly ended the Live Chat session without answering me that how much time will be needed for resolving the issue.

              Plz resolve asap.

              Now Reliance people are providing me the website for network infrastructure, why it was told to me that there will be no issue of connectivity & speed, when I purchased the simcard?

              After all, I checked the website provided by you & found that there is tower in kasna, but I am not receiving any signal. My complaint no is[protected]

                Sir, I am residing in New Chouksey Nagar, Lambakheda, Berasia Road Bhopal-462038. I am using reliance net (dongal). At many times (almost 3-4 days in a week) the network of Reliance Communication is down which is mainly due to the fact that diesel of generators installed for back up of reliance towers (Karond, Nabi Bagh and Lambakheda) remains finished. I request the concerned officers to take appropriate remedial action so that the generators are in operation at all times.

                  Complaint registered two days back, not resolved so far, most of the time no connection.Signal is very feeble.Customer care not responding properly, seems like no one is willing to talk. The service I found is the worst I have ever come accross. This is a new connection and the number of times I have contacted the company to complain is too high, which is absolutely a shame.Commitment towards customer interest is lacking.I would rate this as absolutely bad service. My problem is that my balance is getting deducted automatically, It happen three to four times total amount deducted is 200+200+30=430. I liked your company as a good service provider but what you guys are doing is just cheating me. I am really fade up with this. You guys are just sucking our blood out. What you guys want shall I kill my self. How many times you guys will do like this to me. It's become your daily job to fool people, what u guys think am I a millionaire, or what, Yo guys just want to kill me, you guys are torturing me. I had a call last night from a guy with phone number ([protected]) right after submitting my complaint, he said that he is calling from reliance customer care and he asked me for the details of balance deduction. He said that my amount will be refunded to my bank account and he asked me to provide my Debit Card number to him, So I asked him to reply me on web.

                      Please solve my issue with urgency.

I am facing few problems would ask you to resolve it ASAP. i) In the very starting while taking the connection a security amount was given and was told by you executive that it is going to be refunded when we will surrender the no.                           I purchased a data prepaid dongle of reliance manufacturer ZTE Corporation from Spark communication, ghumar mandi Ludhiana 10 days ago which could not be activated due to some defect.I contacted spark communication who gave me another dongle repalceing it.I tried it it also turned out to be damaged.So I could get internet service..Why this poor quality products is purchased by reliance which bring bad name to your company, Pl immediately replace the dongle so that I could get internet services at the earliest.                             Dear Reliance Team, Seems you all are earning enough money by squeezing common man's pocket. Its been a month i have taken wi-pod (Haier M1) with truly unlimited plan worth 1299. It worked absolutely fine for 2 days and after that the speed is worst than a 2G connection. Inspite of regular complaints by calling customer care has never helped. The 72 hours resolution desk seems to be on a long vacation. They never call back. The customer care people answering calls are arrogant and don't care about customers problem. It is really very annoying to just sit and wait for support. Inspite of paying and trusting the brand makes it difficult for us to concentrate on our daily internet chores.                             i am also facing the same problem. My unlimited plan is supposed to give me an average speed of 512kbps and in reality its only 94kbps. They have not resolved my problem since one month. I have registered my complaint through this portal i hoping this cheat company respond or my next step is to approach the consumer court

                              I am using reliance netconnect+ since 6 yrs. I had trust in reliance as i was satisfied with the service but now a days reliance service is getting worst. I recharged with 3001 plan. By which i should get 1GB per month that i get according to reliance customer care. But there is problem in data consumption. I monitored my data from the netconnect interface which is displayed when we insert dongle into PC. I asked customer care about my data balance and what i found, there is difference of 100MB in data. Their calculation is 100MB short than me. This is happening since 4 months. I called customer care, sent email but no use. My issue does not got resolved. This is very frustrating. i want to know how reliance calculate bytes, Kbs and MBs. What measure it takes while calculating data consumption. Can i get some answer here??

                                Dear Reliance Team,

                                This worked absolutely fine for 2 days and after that the speed is even worst then 2G connection. The connection speed is so bad that not even the speed test page gets loaded. Inspite of regular complaints by calling customer care has never helped.
                                The 72 hours resolution desk seems to be on a long vacation. They never call back. The customer care people answering calls are arrogant and least bothered about customers problem. It is really very annoying to just sit and wait for support. Inspite of paying and trusting the brand makes it difficult for us to concentrate on our daily internet chores. Even though when i bought the device i wasn't any invoice for the same. I called up the sales guy again and again and he told me reliance doesn't provide any invoice for the device as its bought from the individual dealer. If there's anybody out there who is really keen on helping the customer then please find the below mentioned details useful;

                                  I have recharged my prepaid [protected] with Rs.100 on 7/10/2015, but next day Rs.90 has been deducted as VAS which i have never subscribed. They never take complaint by pretending system is out of order. They are looting the people daily worth crores through bogus VAS services which they activated without confirmation from subscriber.                                   i think they are arrogant having no business ethics. i must take this issue to TRAI for activating unnecessary services without getting any sms from subscriber.They are befooling TRAI and customers by trickery Flash messages.

                                  Sir, i have got a call at 8:49 pm on 9/10/15 from mob.no.[protected] who was posing himself as reliance agent and asking for my bank a/c no, debit card no.and password to refund my Rs.90. which i refused to share.

                                    Hy i am working in reliance as a spoke in tarn taran from month of may till now almost six month but i did not get single one rupees of incentive and i activated 221 sim connection in this period and i give the documents of thesesim cards to baljit singh psr and gurbhej singh distibutor and get receving of this after some days some connections are bared then i call to customer care and they told we did not receved the documents i call mr raghu zsm for that but he dont responce but the customers are so angry with me my spoke number is [protected] and retailer number is[protected] so please help me for that

                                        Wrong deduction of Main Balance I am Amit, my mobile no is [protected]. 321 Rs is deducted from my main balance on 3 oct and 4 oct 2015. Customer representatives made 2 complaints namely[protected] and[protected]. Then they have refunded 26.30 and 10.0 Rs. They are stating I have used Internet data so they have deducted money.But after that day I have not used any data and now I have data of 3.91 MB data which is valid till 22 oct 2015. So i wish to know what is the reason behind this deduction and I want my balance refunded in my account as soon as possible. Now they are blocked my number to reach to customer care and when I reached by another number than they are disconnecting my call.Today also some deduction.
