I took a postpaid cdma sim from one of your executive pawan ([protected]) he has taken security money of rs. 850/. and given me a sim but that sim is not activated i have already complaint about that but from your side i am getting any solution one of your company executive caled me and said that your money will be refund and that employee (pawan ) will call you for returning security money but no body is responding now from your side .you people just call me and told me about solution but i am sitll not getting any solution your executive is fraud i just told you that person is very very fraud ...please give me solution otherwise i have you go for consumer forum for taking action against your company and those people who is not giving me solution ...i request you if you can give any solution then cal me otherwise no need to call

    I was using reliance communication net-connect+ data card for over five years from 2009 to 2014 during the course i have generated more than 50, 000 worth of revenue to reliance, I never defaulted from maying the bill not even once in 60+ months, I was happy a suggested this to few of my friends and went on to purchase the data card from reliance At the time of purchase I had paid 3600 for the card; in August -2014 the datacard stopped working. hence i reported the same to Mathikere Rcom center bangalore they asked me to purchase new card which was cos then i decided to close the account and had paid the excess 15 days amount+that month bill (Rs, 1350/-), as the executive suggested me that backend operations take time to close the account. post one week i got a call from executive about retention by upgrading to new data-card device with a higher speed, since the coverage was not good hence i denied the offer over phone, for two months everything was silent, in december 2014 I got a call from collection dept. stating that i need to pay around 1100 as late payment fees to close my account and visit nearest rcom center to pay, when i went to the rcom mathikiere and found that there there was a miscommunication from centre to back-end and he convinced me that i dont need to pay anything and the account shall be closed. today i received the mail from rcom stating pre letigation case : this is a nothing mental harrasment leading to loss of my productivity at my work place My point is why reliance takes such a long process to close the account, why it cant be done in 24-48 hours as it happens when purchasing a new plan. I wish reliance to take strict action on the emplyees/executive for such a delayed and never ending account closure process. this shall defenately lead to bring bad name to the company.         2nd. You have been successfully subscribed to ADPAYStrmgMlySubs service for 19 days.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 3672 to 155223(Toll Free)..
        Please refund my amount. Otherwise I'll port my number to another network
        Dear Reliance Customer your subscription renewal for ADPAYStrmgMlySubs Service for Rs. 90 is due on 25/03/2016.To un-subscribe SMS Unsub 3672 to 155223(Toll Free).

        The next day I have been charged 90 rupees for the service which I never used. After making the call to saal center the representative was rude. I want refund coz renewal of 90 Rhodes doesn't make any sense. U got to be kidding me. Refund on priority.

        I have received a msg today on 09 Dec. 2016 that my ADPAUstrmgMlysubs subscription is due on 12/12/16 for Rs. 90.
        While I don't have any such service attached with my no.
        I warn you in advance that please do not try to deduct any amount from my account as you have deducted from other users. And immediately unsub such silly subscription (if any) from my no.
        Otherwise I will not only port my no. but will also sue against this company before consumer court.

              Now on [protected] despite number of complaints there seems no betterment in data service their 3g service is not even par with 2g standards where we are talking of "digital india' and a good internet connectivity is its essence but actually not getting it and despite even paying for 3g have to struggle to get every kb eating mobile battery fast I have to recharge it thrice daily due to their poor service internet speed test result is attached and fwd to them also but all in vein as they didn't heed only sent a false sms that you spoke to khushboo reliance are you satisfied or not but no one actually contacted me nor I could contact any of them despite my efforts they seems only believe in bugging the customer.

                  Dear Sir My reliance gsm no is [protected] with Rs.83.49 some time later I see none in my balance, when I calling customer care they hear my complaint no.[protected] and some time later I check my balance is refund but I again check balance in evening my balance is Rs. 40 but not refund my wrong deduction Plz help reliance is making me mentaly sick!

                    I took a prepaid dongle later coverted to postpaid, did not use it for 4 months and the bill was generated. I went to outlet and raised a request for waiver for a month bill..except for the request number no updates were given inspit of visiting outlet umpteen no. Of times Meanwhile customer care guys started calling 6-7 times every day and I had to repeat the same explanation so many times... Called me at odd times purposefully and harassed me unnecessarily.. Speaking in Kannada even after I told them I can't understand nd asked them to spk in English. Today a lady called and spoke so rashly threatening to send legal notice to my residence nd office if I don't pay the bill of 1474/- I told her about the request I have raised and she spoke as if I have committed a crime and asked where is the cancellation letter? She said she will block my phone no. Which belongs to tata DoCoMo. I don't know if this is fake but I paid the bill now to avoid headache..ii currently on bed rest after a major accident and I was too weak to converse with the lady strongly to present my point and moreover she was simply threatening me and harassed me with her words not even considering that she was speaking to a lady...the few days I used that goddamn dongle it was not at all good ..I had to struggle so much to get it activated..horrible service and disgusting disrespectful service..please take action for the pain and harassment Ive been facing since months and especially the call I got today

                    Yes i will submit my details on that link you provided, and I will discontinue your services including my Rel. Mobile and Rel life insurance for which I'm paying a premium of more than 10k and my spouses insurance for which the premium is nearly 15k...please help me with the cancellation procedure as well...if you are threatening me for an amt. Of1475 without any updates on my request for waiver...it is obvious that your other services will be no better

                        I am using reliance GSM sim(91-[protected]) and looking to reduce my call rates and recharge with amount Rs/92 which is not available in GSM plan even though my mobile no. has recharged with 2G data plan for 28 days. I spoke to customer care named Sayeda and her senior Manish Vawda.They are saying these plan is not available in GSM but you recharged and your number is recharged with 2G plan and you money will not returned or change the plan. The screenshot attached is as per on todays date[protected]. If required i have all the screenshot for their plan as per today. When i asked for the complain they are saying we can't raise any complain because your no has recharged successfully. I called customer care on 12:38PM for duration 19mins :15seconds.                           Hi Sir, I had post paid number [protected], I was asked RCOM Store (Deep Enterprise Tilak Nagar, Indore ) to terminate the service of this number on 8th June 2015 as I relocate the location from Indore to Banaglore but He ask me to convert it Pre-Paid number afterward you can use this number to change portability option. After some times I checked it not convert to prepaid and they continue this number and ask to me pay amount, Now they send me a mail and call in which they threaten to go to legal process. I had logs complaint and also ask representative to stop this number but not getting any positive response, On Date 8th June, 2015 I also pay Rs 200 for outstanding bill for terminate post paid service.                             I recharged my reliance gsm with 20rs And after a day I see none in my main balance, when I try calling customer care they hear my complaint and disconnect me... And now seems they have blocked me ..I'm not able to contact reliance customer care as there is no option to choose number to contact them. Plzz help reliance is making me mentally sick!

                              I recharged my no [protected] with 123 for which they gave me 500 mb data only instead of 1gb but it is clearly mentioned on their website that it is 1gb for 10 days. I called customer care twice, after listening my issue they disconnected the line both time. Help me out..reliance is mentally harrasing me from last 2 years

                                Sir, I received a call from Mr Rahul (mob no-[protected]) at my mob No ie [protected] one month back that they want to install reliance 4 G tower at my house in allahabad. he asked my to submit certain documents at the following address Mr pawan jain Reliance life insurance 1 K 22 kalpatru mall opp sudha hospital, vigyan nagar kota, Rajasthan PIN 324005 the documents were forwarded at the above address. then he told me that I will receive verification call which i received from Mr Rakesh( mob [protected]) . I informed to Mr rahul who gave me reference No ie RT-26 and asked me to deposit registration amount of Rs 16400/- which were deposit into the account o[censored]nit grow corporation a/c no[protected] ICICI bank. Installation was scheduled on 02 oct but now they are asking me to deposit amont opf Rs 99000/- which is not understood.you are requested to take action as it seems a fraud.please respond my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                  Hello My user ID is[protected] The speed of the internet is very funny. Even though the speed when checked on speedtest is showing fine, pages like facebook adn some otehr websites are loading very slow. Some downloads speed diminishes from 240-250 kbps straight to 10-15 kbps & gaming was a total drag, full of jitters. When pinged to the host server, it was ok. This was check on Laptop. PC & Tablet separately to rule out hidden data usage apps. Kindly look into this matter urgently. Jai Bhargava

Kindly deactivate VAS Services from my phone.                                       Dear Consumercourt, I am being cheated by Reliance broadband customer by forcing and threatening to pay internet bill even after the termination of connection has been placed by call. Even after placing the request, they have generated false bill and have forced me to pay bill for next two month. I had no option than to pay the bill for next two month even I have moved out of the place and requested for termination of bill. In April, I called customer care and told about this fraud bill, they said it has already been terminated on 24-April-2015 and they assured me that no future false bill be generated and they give reference/complained Id :[protected]. Now again 'Reliance Broadand' has generated the bill against old connection and demanding money from me and when called they are saying its still active and again they gave me new complained/reference id :[protected] I have all the legal document that proves that I have moved out of that place and shifted to other place and even I called customer care several time with fallow up. But I am finding very difficult to get out of this fraud company as they are keep asking money and keep taking request and not cancelling the connection and I am looking to get back the money which I paid to them which they taken from me by fraud and they keep demanding from me. Looking forward for your help. Your help in this matter would be very much appreciated.

Please suggest if I should drag Reliance Broadband to Bangalore Court for doing fraud and forcing me to pay bill. I have already paid 2 month extra bill because they threaten me. But now it is unacceptable to me.

                                      Even after so much follow up and complain to Reliance Broadband, the employee / executives are sleeping in their offices / home enjoying with fraud bills. This is an height of fraud company and fraud employee of Reliance Broadband.

                                      Can you please step into this fraud case where Reliance Broadband has been cheating me since January 2015 by generating fraud bill and forcing me to pay that bill.

                                      Its been now 10 month and they are simply ignoring and saying that their so called executive will call me to close this issue. It is not happening from last 10 month.

                                        I have been using Relience 3g through Micromax doungle 8 month.But last two month this connection speed 0.00kb/sec.some time it reach just 5.0kb/s.I can not able to done any work through this connection..It is extrimelly bad connection.pless Rapidly take some necessary step for solve this problem.Otherwise i will be bound to change the conection..
