I am using your Data card with sim no [protected]. I have recharge this sim on[protected] Receipt attached ) with Rs. 299 plan of 1.25GB 3G data for 30 days. But I am unable to use the service and after calling to your customer care no at[protected] on 6-10-15 at about 6.00PM, your representative said that your data is recharged but account should have minimum balance of 20 paisa to use the card. Than I recharge the Rs. 10/- and again try to use the card but failed. Today at 9.30 AM[protected] again called at[protected] and talk to Ms. Riya your customer care representative but she told that my data balance is nil so I should recharge to use the service. Kindly resolve the problem and kindly credit my account with the amount I have already recharged. The receipt of the same is attached for your ready reference. Further to my talk on phone no [protected] from Reliance complaint center I am submitting the proof of screen shot about recharge of Data card sim for 3G data plan of 1GB (which I mentioned by mistake 1.25 GB in my complaint) for Rs. 299 for 28 days validity. Kindly note I never recharged for talk time or any other other plan ( which was said by you) but only for internet data for my data card sim.

    I'm using Reliance mobile communication.The mobile main account balance at times get deducted without notification.Then we need to call to the customer care and at times gets very poor response from their side.Two days back I could not place calls even though my main balance was 14.56 Rupees.I called customer care and they said that they have registered the complaint but after a while the whole balance was gone.Now I have been calling them and asking the reason and they say that server is down and so issue cannot be identified.This has become a practice.The main balance was once deducted by saying that i used mobile data but my mobile was swtiched off.

        Dear Reliance Team,

        I have complained for many times but same problem occurred every time.
        It is showing DNS problem after turning off and on modem.
        DSL light blinking and searching for ip address but modem does not receive ip address from reliance server.

        When I contact to customer service then they note the complaint and the same day mark it as resolved but receive proper resolution from reliance. Still internet not working after complaining 4 times to reliance customer care.

          I Got a SMS as "Recharge Rs.57 and Get Unlimitted 2G Data for 28 Days" . By the way i did that recharge and its got successfull message. After that i used the data. in evening my account balance got negative and the 2G Mobile data not activated yet. Many times i called cutomercare for clear this and they multiple time cut my call. Still i don not get Plan activated and I need my account balance back. Its Not my mistake to los my money. So Please solve my issue and do the needfull, Otherwise i have to move legally.           Still the issue not completely solved. Unlimited 2G data for 28 days for Rs.57 is the offer message I got. But till now the same offer not yet activated.

          I have got my debited account balance. But what about the offer I recharged. When it will activate to my number? Now I got 400 MB 2G data for 7 days. But this is not I am looking for the plan. I need exact offer I got in my inbox as "Unlimited 2G data for Rs.57 Recharge. So kindly solve that issue first.

          Your executives called me many times, but still they are didn't get the exact issue I am facing. So please go thorough on my recharge details and solve the issue as soon as possible. Reliance is very Horrible.

                Sir, My previous two complaint has not been resolved. I spoke with your executive(Mr. Vishal) he told me that we cant resolve your problem you may contact customer care. Even relience has not reply in my 2nd complaint. My mobile no. [protected] Please find below my previous complaint text for your ready reference. " I have rechrged of Rs. 297 (2gb 3g internet pack) on 25th september 2015 but still my internet is not working. I got msg that ur pack has been successfully activated but still its not working. When i check its showing "-195 mb" . customer care executive saying that u have used excess data, but i have not used any data infact my internet is not working frm mrng.                   My prepaid balance drop by almost 100 Rs on 27 sep and Bal dopped to zero. I called customer care 198 but as usual said system issue and not provided information. Not even taking complaint. I recharched 50rs again on 6 oct and bal dropped to zero again. Please look into this. This the 4 to 5 time balance cut down. Very disappointed.                       I am a Reliance Coustmer fron past 3yrs but this time my experience with reliance was worst.

                      In my Mobile when i dialed *129# and select option 3 i get unlimited 2g Data For Rs.57 Gor 28 days( ScreenShot attached ) . I recharged for this amount on 6 October 2015 and my balance was 0 so company agent told me that internet will not work if you have zero balance then i recharged for Rs.10 and after 2 min Rs.10 got deducted from my account and net also not working. I contact coustmer care they said its a technical problem and you will get you Rs.10 back in 24hrs. ( ScreenShot attached) they said if you want to use internet then you can recharge your account. i once more recharged but then also my balance was fully deducted. Then i contact coustmer care my call was not connecting to the executive. Then on 7 October 2015 i once more recharged for rs.10 but that also got deducted. Coustmer care numbers 198 AND *333 is not Working my call always gets disconnected when i select the option for talking to agent. I even tried with many of my number and dialed [protected] from airtel they once picked up my call and said please hold and then they disconnect and afterwards the call started disconnecting when i select the option for talking to agent. I went to reliance coustmer care Ganesh Nagar, New Delhi-110018. They said to wait and i waited for around a 1hr and after that they said Contact Coustmer Care. This is just a bull ..!! I contacted coustmer care from my friends number the executive said that sir when you recharge for Rs.57 you get 400MB 2g Data for 7 days. When i checked i found that it was for Rs.39 ( ScreenShot Attached). No one is helping me nor the coustmer care nor the Reliance Store.

                      Exactly Same Problem i too facing now. I too Recharge RS.57 and above mentioned all issues repeating to me. Is anyone help us from reliance? custemer Care excuties always cut the call and now they blocked me.

                        I am neither aware of what this one is, nor did I asked for it. I opened I opened my Tablet after getting a Message Notification and I cancelled that. However in within next 10 minutes I got a message from Reliance (58787) that I have been subscribed to VAS ADPAY GSM valid for 30 days and Rs. 90 has been deducted from my main account balance. Time of Deduction: 08-10 PM on date:[protected]. What a joke ? This is gross violation of the TRAI guidelines. (VAS can be charged to the customer only after getting verifiable confirmation from the consumer within 24 hours of activation of VAS through consumer originated SMS, e-mail, fax or letter. If no confirmation is received, within 24 hours, the VAS has to be deactivated without any cost to the consumer.) Did I ever asked for any such service. Did the wait for 24 hours for deduction of the amount from my account balance. Please ensure refund of the amount and tell Reliance to be fair to the customer or else, Dear Reliance, you must be ready to transfer my papers as I will apply for MNP in no time.                         They sent SMS from 59111 and generated a Service Request Number: 238546492 and assured me to resolve the issue in next 6 Hours. They asked for an alternate contact number which I provided. Nobody called me from Reliance. Their claim about any telephonic conversation is incorrect. Nobody called me. I tried to call up Prepaid customer care but don't have any number. I dialed 9863098630 and it reached the Postpaid Care. However, this morning I saw the message sent last night from RM-Reliance that "as per your SR. No. 23854692, waiver of Rs90 is posted in your AC and requested VAS pack has been deactivated." On the first place, I am subscribed to DND-0 since very long back. Then why the promotional SMS was sent ? Can the Company show me any proof of My requesting for this unknown service ? Any call, email or SMS originating from my side ? Telephonic conversation is incorrect. Nobody from Reliance called me up to resolve the issue. Though I got the money back, the company seems reluctant to admit the mistake on its part. Why should they mention "Waiver of Rs.. so and so...". I am not begging for waiver, my dear. Ii is my money and my right. They should have been honest to say sorry. But, that is OK; few in this world have the courage to say SORRY. Thanking you all, including Reliance

                        Thank you. However, I would like to let you know that I am subscribed to DND-0 since long back. How come then I receive promotional message and money deducted without verification ? Why must I go through this ordeal ? Everybody in this world may not have the time or spirit to fight for justice. The company should have on its own refunded the amount with due apology to the customer for technical glitch or otherwise.

                        Any how ! I have got the balance back in my account.

                          मै एक नंबर एम एन पी कराया और एक मोबाइल लिया जो की एक महिना लग गया चालू होने में और हमको जो मोबाइल स्टोर से मिला उसका बिल नहीं मिला और मोबाइल ख़राब मिला जब मै अपने मोबाइल का बिल माँगा तो हमको बताया गया की 15 दिन में मिलेगा लेकिन जब मै बिल मांगने गया तो हमको स्टोर प्रबंधक विनय तिवारी बोले की आपका बिल अब नहीं मिलेगा क्युकी आप थोडा लेट से आये है मै बोला की मोबाइल बदल दो नेटवर्क नहीं काम करता है इस हैंडसेट में तो बोले की कल आना कर दूंगा फिर हमको आज कल करते रहे और मेरे से सौ रूपया की जगह पंद्रह सौ लिया था झूठ बोल के की इतना ही लगता है मै दुसरे स्टोर पर गया तो हमको मालूम चला की हमको ठगा गया है विनय तिवारी मोबाइल नंबर [protected] ये स्टोर प्रबंधक का नंबर है .

                            Sir i m using this relaince gsm number [protected] ... i m sick of this company...these always always deduct some money from my main account balance on the name on vas shortformat service...previously they used to deduct 2-3 rs..bt today they deducted 12rs from my account... leaving my balance null...is this the way to take care of customer by bothering them by doing suchh things... i just want my deducted credit..otherwise i would have to report to higher authorities about this fraud... veryy muchh disappointed from reliance communications, , , , ,

                              Hi, I was using Reliance Netconnect data card with number - [protected]. In the month of april I suppose to fly USA, so I place request for discontinuation of my connection and cleared my outstanding balance. Still, I am getting irritating calls from recovery agents asking for outstanding bill of Rs. 2124/- I called Reliance customer care, representative is saying that my request to terminate account has been processed and account is in terminated state. He could not give me extra details as account is terminated. Please tell me what should I do, this Recovery Agents are causing problems to my family members. Thanks,

                                    Dear Sir. Myself Malay Kumar Sahu form haridwar. I used the reliance data card (data card no. [protected]) till 30'th June 2015 which was lost on 30'th June for which i had contacted to customer care on same day and block the data card. For above data card, I was submitted the discontinuation form at Reliance communication Haridwar office on 08/07/2015 (Siddhi Vinayak telecom) along with police complaint form. At the time of discontinuation i was paid Rs. 1000/- for billed and un-billed amount (receipt no. 6184) which was told by above service center personnel. Discontinuation process of data card was completed on same day. Since 25'th Sept. i was received frequent call form reliance customer care that the bill of approx to 1500/- is pending and the same data card is not discontinued. Pl noted that from 08/07/2015 to 25'th sept. neither i was received the bill / call / mail for any pending. Pl look into the matter and do the needful. Regards, Malay Kumar Sahu. [protected] Haridwar

                                      Hi, My land line no [protected] was not used at all and the calls were barred quoting the reason as over usage within four days of number activation. Im getting frequent calls from collection team asking to pay the charges. I have written it to customer service and waiting for response.                                         मी श्री आरुडे राहुल बाळासाहेब reliance कंपनीचे इंटरनेटसाठी मोडीयम घेतले. त्यावेळी मला असे सांगण्यात आले की तुम्हाला तीन महिने अमर्यादित इंटरनेट डाउनलोड व सर्फिंग करता येईल परंतु या कंपनीने एकच महिना अमर्यादित इंटरनेट डाउनलोड व सर्फिंग दिले. बाकीचे दोन महिने आता देत नाही
