My reliance broadband acc no is:[protected] registered in the name Nithin Kumar S, got this broadband band
connection from reliance with respect to my application on June 29, 2014 and made a payment of Rs.1450.
I dint know it will be such a pain to get relinace broadband, if I had knows I wouldnt have considered it in the first place.
The problem started from the first month and I dont even remmeber the number of times that I had called reliance customer care
about the connectivity issue. Harldy used to work for 5 days and then no internet for another 2 or 3 days. The biggest
problem was in February 09, 2015 where the connection was completely off and I registered a complaint with customer care,
to my schocker there was no response from relinace at all. I wrote an email on February 24, 2015 seeking resolution from them.
The complaint ID registered with them was "[protected]", "[protected]", "[protected]", all these complaint numbers are closed within
24 hours without resolving the issue. Finally Internet started working on March 31, 2015, but by this time I had got the
bill with outstanding amount of Rs. 1378.78/-. They registered a complaint about billing issue with Service Request ID[protected]
which was not at all resolved. After all these I finally decided to give up and registered a cancellation request with Id Service Request ID[protected]
on April 19, 2015 and the connection was terminated permanently. There was a big schoker again from Reliance where they sent
a Bill for the month of May, 2015 where I had already terminated the connection.
Finally I got a call from reliance executive assuring me to waive of the amount for the period where internet was not working
and asked me to make payment for what I have used. Believing these words I made a payment of Rs. 600 and the next day
the connection got terminated again. I had returned all the devices which belongs to Reliance on July 08, 2015.
Still I used to get a call from them asking to make a payment which I refused to make as I had made a deposit while getting the connection.
Today I recieved call from Delhi saying legal action is been filed against me by Reliance for not making a payment of Rs. 803.
This is complete cheating and fraud practice. They should not harass a consumer like this. I am really depressed and deciding to
take it on for legal action against Reliance communications for their worst service and sending bill & notices for a connection which was not at all working.
They expect customers to call them everyday when Internet is not working. Isn't it their responsibility to let the costumer know when the complaint is resolved?
