Today again Unauthorised deduction of Rs. 39 from my reliance GSM Mobile No. [protected] on 29.09.2015 at 16.17 HRS. as VAS ADPAY. Its very shame full for reliance communication that they are doing it and repeating same mistake again and again. I did not use any service during surfing while there is no such any service is activated on my number. Customer care also did not reply accordingly and said that server is not responding. TRAI should consider my complaint because lot of consumer are facing same problem in my others world its a type of scam. i have all evidence regarding it.

    My name is Pratik and user id is[protected]mobile no. [protected]) so i purchased a new connection from R. Broadband and my plan is 1MBPS but all i am getting 3kbps - 10kbps My User ID is[protected] and i filed a complains for 9 to 10 times now all the call center/customer care guys saying we will solve your issue in 24 hours but then after 24 hours nothing changes since i got the connection so after 10-15 days i called customer service and tell them to terminate my connection and still to this date i don't think my connection is terminated so i removed my broadband cable from modem and PC and i change my ISP, after that i receive bill totaling of Rs.2318 from that i t said i paid 1650 Rs. and Rs. 668.98 is still due to pay.. when i purchased a connection the Reliance guy told me i have to pay one months advance payment plus installation charges so i paid him 1650 + 500 and then i had horrible experience the net speed was so slow even 2g mobile internet can gave fast speed than this fraud company so i requested to terminate my connection then i receive called from Reliance Mumbai saying that we will gave you waiver but nothing happened they did not contact me again they said we called you but they lie to me every time every time i called customer care they said we called you about waiver but not one call i receive and then i receive bill saying that i only paid 1650 Rs. and still has to pay 668 Rs. then i called customer care and they said it is because i have to pay 2 months advance payment. so Dear Reliance Broadband i am not paying the amount of 668 Rs. instead you have to pay me back all my money cause you are looting me. The guy who was connecting my connections said now you don't have to worry and our service is best out there you don't have to worry about anything and the way he pressure me to make purchase. he calls me all the time and even i said i will purchase the service next month but he was in my house after 2-3 days and now he even not even answering my phone or replying my msg's his mobile no. is : [protected] and he take 500Rs. from me saying that i have to pay for wire cause company do not provide wire and this 500Rs. not even mention in bill. now what is this?? Corruption? ? I am not gonna pay new penny to Reliance. Bill says that 29th Sep. 2015 is my due date but i don't care do whatever you are gonna do you robbed me reliance and you are robbing India as well.. you are fraud this is how reliance collect black money now i now they said you have to pay one months advance and then they bill you for 2 months Reliance is a corrupt company. Make a note Reliance Broadband i am not paying any money to you instead i lost my 2150Rs. and didn't even get a poor service. (there is no hope to expect a good service from you) all i purchased is headache, irritation money loss, time loss. I AM NOT PAYING ANYTHING TO YOU RELIANCE BROADBAND.

      My reliance broadband acc no is:[protected] registered in the name Nithin Kumar S, got this broadband band connection from reliance with respect to my application on June 29, 2014 and made a payment of Rs.1450. I dint know it will be such a pain to get relinace broadband, if I had knows I wouldnt have considered it in the first place. The problem started from the first month and I dont even remmeber the number of times that I had called reliance customer care about the connectivity issue. Harldy used to work for 5 days and then no internet for another 2 or 3 days. The biggest problem was in February 09, 2015 where the connection was completely off and I registered a complaint with customer care, to my schocker there was no response from relinace at all. I wrote an email on February 24, 2015 seeking resolution from them. The complaint ID registered with them was "[protected]", "[protected]", "[protected]", all these complaint numbers are closed within 24 hours without resolving the issue. Finally Internet started working on March 31, 2015, but by this time I had got the bill with outstanding amount of Rs. 1378.78/-. They registered a complaint about billing issue with Service Request ID[protected] which was not at all resolved. After all these I finally decided to give up and registered a cancellation request with Id Service Request ID[protected] on April 19, 2015 and the connection was terminated permanently. There was a big schoker again from Reliance where they sent a Bill for the month of May, 2015 where I had already terminated the connection. Finally I got a call from reliance executive assuring me to waive of the amount for the period where internet was not working and asked me to make payment for what I have used. Believing these words I made a payment of Rs. 600 and the next day the connection got terminated again. I had returned all the devices which belongs to Reliance on July 08, 2015. Still I used to get a call from them asking to make a payment which I refused to make as I had made a deposit while getting the connection. Today I recieved call from Delhi saying legal action is been filed against me by Reliance for not making a payment of Rs. 803. This is complete cheating and fraud practice. They should not harass a consumer like this. I am really depressed and deciding to take it on for legal action against Reliance communications for their worst service and sending bill & notices for a connection which was not at all working. They expect customers to call them everyday when Internet is not working. Isn't it their responsibility to let the costumer know when the complaint is resolved?

          I am a consumer of Reliance Pro 3 dongle In the offer details they are providing 999 20gb+unlimited.but in the case of every consumer there is no UNLIMITED PLAN FOR RELIANCE PRO 3 When am using internet after 20 gb SPEED WILL GET LOW, THAT'S OKAY, after 20GB i can use the 144kbps a small amout of time about 2500 units, but after that they are only providing 2500 UNITS, If they are providing unlimited plan why 2500units .for my issue I recharged for 999, 797, 699 for data offer same like I can't use data for unlimited, In Reliance any terms&conditions they are not mentionin 2500 units is unlimited, For customer if they telling unlimited they should provide the unlimited data, my DATA CARD NO IS [protected], &I Raised complaint customer care service request no is SR[protected], I hope Indian consumers get cheated by reliance pro 3, and eve worst every customer in it, Hoping Indian consumer court will have the rightful&correct solution to be provide to all Indian consumers

          I don't want to publish my personal number publicly for the sake of mistake from your side, you can reach me by the linked number with the Reliance Pro 3 connection . I hope from your side customer care team can contact me if they care for every geniue customer &and am asking sorry for as I was not able to pick the call from the cc team called, I hope the problem will be solved as soon as possible for every INDIAN CUSTOMER,
          Problem didn't solve i' m not satisfied, customer service they told we are just tech support they can' t solve issue from there side you have to go with consumer complaint
          I hope Reliance cc team comparatively low, I hope the complaint will solve at least within a year from cc team. :(

                By paying bill on 21/08/2015 an amount of Rs.560/- against my MDN - [protected], I have informed to your customer care no:[protected] that as I am going out of India for more than a year I would not continue the service any more. Again on coming to Australia, I informed your customer care to discontinue the said service as I will not pay any bill hereafter. But to my surprise I have noticed that still you are sending bill to my mail address, which is unwanted and I think you are creating unnecessary pressure over me. Request to take necessary action urgently to settle the issues.

                  Hi Team, I have made a request for changing of my father’s reliance number from postpaid to prepaid on 10 July 2015. I have two problems still was not resolved. Problem 1: The number was not migrated from postpaid to prepaid. (Almost 3 months from the date we requested). Problem 2: Reliance stopped our outgoing to this number and has generated bill for 3 months as we already settled the final bill at the time of the request from postpaid to prepaid. Now reliance is asking us to pay the 3 months bill, otherwise they will disconnect the number. We have already raised as complaint with the following given below: 1. Appellate authority with ID:[protected] on September 11, 2015 at 12.29 PM. (Status is closed as our problem was not rectified). 2. Nodal officer with ID:[protected] on September 19, 2015. (Status is closed as our problem was not rectified). • As we have requested and settled all the amount at the time of converting from postpaid to prepaid, how can we responsible for paying 3 months bill which was generated after the settling the bill. • We have went to the main branch in Hyderabad. They simply told us to pay the 3 months bill instead of giving me the solution and also threatened me that they disconnect my number. • My father is the first customer to reliance at the time reliance was first launched with “Dirubahi Ambani Pioneer Offer” (He is using this number for almost 15 years as a postpaid customer). We are the esteemed customer for reliance. My whole family uses Reliance network from past 10 years. We have tried all possible ways to get a solution from you people. But still our problem was not yet resolved. Every time we raise you will close the ticket without notifying us. I have no hope what to do and whom to ask but only to send you mail once more to solve my issue. I hope this time you will take necessary action to solve my issue. We don’t have time as the number may be disconnected soon. So please help us as early as possible.                     Sir, at around 12.10 pm my cell got a msg of deducting of Rs 48 from your balance account for VAS ADPAY GSM. i did not apply any request for any service so on which based they deducted it. i need my ruppee back... and i call twice on 198 no. but there is no option for talk to customer care..

                          The no. [protected] is using my parents and currently they are in USA for 5 months. In these months they have not used this phone. Now they are coming back to India. When I tried to recharge the number it is showing that no. does not exists. When I called to customer case they say it is suspended. There is no proper intimation about the termination. As this no. is linked to many, we need to have this no.back. So pls. look into this matter and try to cancel this termination. I already sent mail to reliance customer care but there is no response.                             Dear Sir/Madam, On my reliance mobile No. [protected], on 15/09/2015 a massage received that you have successfully activated 500MB data pack for Rs. 51/-. and Rs.51/- deducted from my account. I tried many times to costumer care services for this plan activation I have not request you, or this time my mobile was switched-off, it is not possible that in switched-off period how can I activate for this pack, I have requested to costumer care officers for reverse/deactivate this service immediately or refund my money Rs 51/- but they are not hear my voice and still this is not deactivate. I have requested to costumer care officers for reverse this immediately or refund my money Rs 51/. or proved me the information of my this mobile no. [protected] status of the when switch-off and switch on, because this time (on 14/09/15 in evening time) my mobile is switch-off from last 7 days. When I switch-on on (15/09/15 in luch time approx 2.00PM), received the SMS regarding this charges deducted from your main balance. it is not possible that in switch-off position i request for this service activation. but costumer care officers are say me this facility is not providing you. it is clear that time my this no. is switch off, why not they are proved the information in writing. so that i can prove this amount deducted without my request or permeation. Requested to you for reverse this immediately or refund my money Rs 51/ please advise what we will do, can I register the FIR in Delhi Police? thanks vishwas [protected] again deducted Rs. 2/- from my main account on 24/09/15... why ? I am not use this mobile from last few days... why you are deducted without using... again deducted Rs. 30/- and Rs. 1/- from my main account on 28/09/15... why ? why you are deducted without using...or any service it is clear, that I was not request for any service, this was deducted from your site without my permeation. it is fraud with me, the matter is not resolved. I am so many times try to reliance customer care . the customer care not respond. what is the meaning of customer care. that's why Ambani brothers are richest in India, because they are making the money by fraud and cheating with poor peoples... refund the earlier Rs. 51/- + Rs. 2/- +Rs. 30/-+ Rs. 1/-. immediately ...(total=84/-).                               Hi, I am facing some serious issue with reliance gsm services. you guys have activated AD PAY services last month which was unwanted and not applied. 45 rs were deducted from my balance. even after talking customer care they refuse the refund and then i asked for deactivation of the service but again rs 45 were deducted yesterday from my balance for the same service. Customer care is so irresponsible that i cant even reach them from any provided phone no. now be it 198 or 30333333. a total of 90 Rs is not a small amount for useless and not applied services. even though i am a loyal customer of reliance from last 7 yrs but now i am loosing faith in their services where people who are there to help you dont even want to listen your problem and just know how to deduct money. if this problem will not solve and i ll not get refund in few days, i am forced to change my connection. my No. is [protected] Thanks Manoj kumawat

                                  Sir, I port my no [protected] from tatadocomo to reliance cdma. I have given application with my address prof. To reliance service centre on 10 sept 15 but it get port on 28 sept 15. When i call for activation sim they told that address is not matched . i tried them i have given this address but they still tell that address is not match. That address which i given is not update to the system and they has enter wrong address. I get problem due to phone no not working.                                     Sir/Mam, I m using reliance phone number ([protected]) as i had mentioned in my early complaint which was resolved in 2 days after complained in consumer complaints site. Once again i thanks that i m a member of the Consumer Complaints. Sir again my complaint is against RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS that the deductions of re-1 was deducted from my Prepaid Account Mentioning for (VAS shemarooVP) which i had not applied. Regarding the subject I spoke to a fellow named - NILESH @ 16:10 on 24th September 2015. He replied me that it is charged for a VAS service activated by me n can be deactivated if not want. I clearly made him understand that I m using an Old Handset which is not android so what is the use of such service been activated by myself on my phone. so please deactivate it n refund the amount whatsoever. He replied that nothing can be done for the refund n the VAS shall be deactivated soon. Now again on 28th September 2015 @ 22:20 hrs i received the same message "Amount Charged for VAS ShemarooVP Rs:1" so immediately i made a call on 198 n spoke to a Representative named -TUSHAR n told him about the happenings. He also gave me the same reply that the VAS services shall be deactivated but the charged amount cannot be refunded. so on my request, suggested by him to apply for DND service, is now applied on my mentioned cell No. Sir, My question is that the RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS Co. is so poor that they are so depended & charging Re-1 to customers for their Co. to grow well. Or it is their habit of charging Unnecessarily to the prepaid customer who are helpless n use-too for such incidents for being a customer of Reliance Communication with having a faith n trust in Dhirubhai's Words? In other words i can only say "May God Bless RELIANCE".

I am one of the user of your network for past 1 month and i have been facing 3 g problem..to discuss u about that i have called on 198 3 times...all 3 of your exictutive disconmected my call aftr saying netowrk down and unable to peovide details... I am not happy with your support at all..i can understand thier could be problem but it could be fixed..i have raken 3 g plan my total mony was wasted..iaam also having the recording i can send you if you want...if you will not listen i will forward those 2 recording to cusumer forum website..
