Every month for 1 or 2 weeks the service don't work. And after raising the complaints. Nobody take follow from there complaint department. And every month they sent a bill and provide Waiver for the same.

        On September 22nd, the validity of my internet data pack was finished and i checked my balance, it was 122 rupees in the morning. but on the same day, without any sms or call, it has been reached up to 0 rupees. i called reliance customer care and the executive filed my complain and given me a service request no.[protected]. the executive ensured that, my problem will be resolved within 3 days. but today is 25th of September, and my problem is still remained unsolved. the reliance customer care is not even responding. i m just fed up with reliance...even, I had the same problem last month but did not complained

        Reliance's customer service team contacted me. But still, my problem is intact.And Its Third Time, When I got a service request number[protected]. reliance says that, my problem will be resolved within next 6 hours. but now, 5 hours has passed... till nowwwwwwwwww my service request is under processssssssssss !! thisssssssss issss tooooooo much..should i go to consumer court ????

          As my datacard (reliance 3) is not working properly, i filed a complaint on the the reliance customer care (toll no:[protected]) and the complaint number is[protected] on 22-Sep-2015.i raised a complaint on the coverage problem. The signal is varying continuously from 1 bar to 4 bars. Usually in my place near sriperumbudur, chennai, Tamil nadu the signal strength will be 3 or 4 bars (constant signal strength) in HSD mode. But now it is only 1 bar. And i have a balance of nearly 10 gb till[protected]expiry date). But i cant even use any of my data because of the slow net. 3 days back i called customer care they said "please to wait because the complaint is under process". And today i again called them they said "it will take around 90-120 days to rectify and your complaint is closed". And they refused to say what was the problem. And I asked them "what about the validity of the data unused" and they replied "they cant help with that". Which will be around 800 rupees will be lost for me which is unfair. This type of issue is occured many times to me in fact i had filed complaint more than 3 times about this but they did nothing. But now my concern is losing 800 rupees.             My Balance was of ₹130 today morning, and all of a sudden it is now ₹70. I want to know why was my balance deducted from my number [protected]. I have not activated any service and i have recharged my internet with choice plan last night. I want to log a complaint for the same issue, since this is a reoccurring issue i am facing, it is not the first time i am complaining about deduction.

            My Balance was of ₹200 on dt.30.09.2015 morning, and all of a sudden it is now ₹115.& nest day it will now ₹0 I want to know why was my balance deducted from my number [protected]. Upon recharging with the said amount, I received a message saying I have been benefited with only 3GB data and the internet got really slow.                             Sir, my number is [protected]. Even after repeated complaints my balance is still getting deducted. Every time I make a complaint my balance gets refunded with the message that the service has been deactivated and there will be no further deductions. But from very next day again my balance starts getting deducted regularly. Kindly refund me my balance and look that no further deductions are made. Or else I have to move to the consumer forum with all the proofs of deductions if any further deductions are made.and kindly make your customer service effective as it has become next to impossible to contact the executive.

Twice i called at the customer care no and everytime they are stating that it will get deactivated...                                   I am using gsm my Hus has CDMA we both are facing same issue no range at all he went to Jaipur last week der also the same and in Delhi also. Y doing dis? R u going to stop all communication services??? And we are facing continuous break of call. I'm having a big lose of balance by this act.no reply from relnce customer care dep. They are telling they don't know about this issue. To whom should I complaint now? Delhi is the capital of our country even their we are facing the same issue.

                                    My reliance broadband acc no is:[protected] registered in the name Ankit ranjan. My connection was not working from 29-07-15 with repeated request and follow up with their customer service the issue was not resolved. So finally i decided to terminate the connection in last august. The irony is that they have charged even for month of august even when the service was not available and sent a legal notice to pay Rs 1780 which i received today. Now the customer care guy is telling that i should had requested earlier for waiver. This is complete cheating and fraud practice. They should not harass a consumer like this.

                                      My Balance was of ₹7.80 today morning, and all of a sudden it is now ₹0.40. I want to know why was my balance deducted from my number [protected]. I have not activated any service and i have recharged my internet with choice plan last night. I want to log a complaint for the same issue, since this is a reoccurring issue i am facing, it is not the first time i am complaining about deduction.

                                      Same thing happened again. My total balance if ₹23.320 was deducted and the balance us showing ₹0.040. Once again my balance was deducted without any reason. Previous complaint: Since last 3 recharges of ₹10 my Balance was of ₹7.80(for each recharge total 23.320) today morning, all of a sudden it is now ₹0.040. I want to know why was my balance deducted from my number [protected]. I have not activated any service and i have recharged my internet with choice plan last night.
