On September 22nd, the validity of my internet data pack was finished and i checked my balance, it was 122 rupees in the morning. but on the same day, without any sms or call, it has been reached up to 0 rupees. i called reliance customer care and the executive filed my complain and given me a service request no.[protected]. the executive ensured that, my problem will be resolved within 3 days. but today is 25th of September, and my problem is still remained unsolved. the reliance customer care is not even responding. i m just fed up with reliance...even, I had the same problem last month but did not complained

But still, my problem is intact.And Its Third Time, When I got a service request number[protected]. reliance says that, my problem will be resolved within next 6 hours. but now, 5 hours has passed... till nowwwwwwwwww my service request is under processssssssssss !! thisssssssss issss tooooooo much..should i go to consumer court ????
