Hi, I was a customer of reliance company. My number was [protected]. I was a customer for almost 4-5 years and in December, 2012 I got a bill of approx 6500. I stopped using the service and I was asked to pay 2500 to close this number. Hence I paid 2000 on 07/01/2012 after receiving threatening calls from lawyer and 2500 in June, 2012. The lawyer asked to pay this amount so that we can close this number so I paid at vaishali reliance store in ghaziabad. I misplaced the receipt and I was under impression that the number was closed. On 18/08/2015, I received a demand notice from reliance to pay 4625 asap. Below email which I received:- D E M A N D N OT I C E To, Mr. /Ms RAJIV RANJAN BUILDING NO 6 127 FLAT NO S4 BEHINDMILIND ACADEMY SEC 6 VAISHALI GHAZIABAD - 201010 Reference: Reliance CAF_No. [protected] & Mobile no No. [protected] This is to bring to your attention that a payment of Rs. 4625.[protected]/- is still an outstanding against your Reliance mobile number [protected] with caf_number [protected]. Despite sending several communications, we haven’t received the outstanding amount. We hereby request you to check the previous communication that may have been missed from your end and kindly make the payment immediately. To avoid any type legal action on you Last payment made on 27-JUN-12 If you have already made the payment, please provide us with the details of the same.     Dear Sir, I am using reliance mobile number [protected]. From 20.04.23015 (date when i noticed this issue) i am facing a problem of money getting deducted from main balance for various VAS services which i have not subscribed and on sending sms for deactivation i got a reply that no VAS services are activated on my account. even i have contacted reliance customer care numerous times and even write to appellate officer but no one is responding. after mailing twice they had refunded money to some extent but now after I had given request for port my number they are not concerned and dont want to refund money. from 30.06.2015 to 30.08.2015 they had deducted Rs. 100 and refunded Rs. 30 and from 30.06.2015 to 29.09.15 they had deducted Rs. 86 not refunded anything. this is causing a lot of mental harassment as the number is used by my wife and twice the balance become zero due to unwanted deductions and she had no source to make calls Date VAS Service.     Today I have received following SMS on my Mobile No.[protected], reading as under:
    “Amount charges for VAS indiagames GSM Rs.49.00. Current Main Balance Rs.127.06.
    11.02 a.m. dt. 04.10.15”
    As I have not booked any indiagames GSM from mobile, kindly re-credit the amount of Rs.49.00 debited from my account immediately. As my mobile has no VAS connectivity, the question of deducting such amount does not arise.
    Similiarly, no executive is coming on line on your customer complaint Nos.198 & *333 for the last one year or so. Similarly, you are also not attending to complaint lodged on your above [protected]@relianceada.com. This is unlawful and not justifiable as you are directly related to customers. This is really a great service defeciency and not tolerable.On contacting on 155223 a recorded reply is coming that "Dear Subscriber in your account no VAS Pack is actived". Many times in the past I had also sent a "STOP" message on 155223. Panchayat Munch may please verify this and take action against this also. This is nothing but looting the public for no fault of theirs.

          I am a very old (Approx. more than 15 years) customer of reliance mobile. I had Rim Number: [protected] then I got CDMA. Recently in the month of July, 2015. I converted it into GSM, since I purchased Smart phone. After nearly 25 days it took to start my GSM same number. After few days on 25th September, 2015 suddenly my mobile was temporarily blocked. I went to the Reliance Outlet on 26th September, 2015, and submitted Adhaar Card Copy and Passport size photgraph, they said it will start on 26th September, 2015 itself. Since then I am going daily to the Reliance outlet at Mansarowar Complex, Bhopal. The Reliance person working in Reliance outlet gave me their Mobile Number as [protected] ( Brijendra and One girl is there). I always contacted them and every time they said they are starting it just now. Hope you understand the urgency and do the needful as early as possible.

            Staff called for bill payment n used words like "HASIYAT" and all other hars words to me. Due to improper services i already discontinued the service relationship with reliance. They even don't send me the bill via mobile or in hard copy or by mail. Then how came i know about the bill amount . The staff really rud to me n talk non sense behavior to me. The mob no from which i received the call is [protected] at around 12:00. I really disappoint with this behavior. Sill i immediately went to the office to pay the bill as i notice that may bill was outstanding.

            I also got a call from this number posing as Advocate of High Court. This is extreme form of harassment when my number is also disconnected and all the account also settled. Someone from Reliance acme to collect the payments, took cash and never gave receipt even after following up since past 2 months.

              Dear sir I received a sms from Reliance communication to recharge Rs. 87 and get 2GB 3G data with 5days validity. I recharged but I got only 1.00 MB data with 5days validity. Unfortunately this recharge spoiled my earlier pack of data. My earlier data package was valid upto 8.11.2015 with around 200 MB 3G Data and 3GB 2G data. But when I recharged with Rs 87.00 it reduced my 3G Data validity upto 2.10.2015 and 2G Data balance upto 28.09.2015. So firstly retrieve my earlier data with validity upto 8.11.2015. and provide me benefit of Rs 87.00 recharged either by data or talktime or refund. Faridur Rahman [protected] Assam

                User id[protected] I took my connection from reliance communication I paid for. 2 mbps i was getting 0.2-0.4 mbps I complained regarding it and they didnt solve it for 30 days everyday i used to call and they would say 24hrs and your problem will be solved And then the net stoped working its been 15 days they have done nothing

                  Dear sir/madam, I’ve recently purchased a reliance wipod. The company claims that the internet speeds are up to 14 mbps and 3 mbps average speed. I have called the reliance customer care several times and reconfigured the wipod but after several reconfiguration attempts I’m unable to get the average 3 mbps speed. I have used the service for 15 days and unable to get a decent speed and I’m getting messages to pay my current billing amount (Rs-556) The speed fluctuates between 0-100 kbps and because of this I am unable to download anything (plan details-monthly 1100+tax unlimited data) I have tried to lodge a complaint about the deceiving advertising about the product but somehow the line is getting disconnected every time I try to lodge a complaint and the technical team unable to deliver the service claims the company is advertising. I have tried connecting with the sales person but (thakur-[protected]) but he won’t answer my calls. I have purchased the Reliance wipod device for Rs-2500 and nothing seems to work. I request the company to please return my money for the device and I would like to disconnect my connection.                     Sir, I am using reliance prepaid GSM no. [protected] and the no. is surprising stop working on 8th Sep'15 on contacting RCOM they start the no. on 15th Sep'15 with ZERO balance and on 8th Sep'15 the Balance of Rs 370/- and one Rs 128/- Voucher is there. I am again and again contacting the Customer care and Appellate Authority but I am not getting the Balance of Rs 370/- and they activate the Rs 128/- Voucher. So I request you to please help me to getting the balance. It is clearly cheated by RCOM.

                      I, Aarif Abu Waquar having a reliance mobile number - [protected]. I don't have any VAS pack activated and yet your company is just deducting my money from my main balance and it is the third time or maybe fourth time happening with me. when i tried to stop the vas pack it mentioned that there is no such pack activated on this number. Last time it was approximate rupees 25 deducted and it happened again.                         MNP half processed, NO NETWORK in new SIMCARD (Reliance)also NO NETWORK in old SIMCARD (Aircel)

                        I had ported from Aircel to Reliance GSM (mob number [protected])

                        it was scheduled to be processed between 11:55 - 12:55PM on 29th September.

                        Aircel network vanished at 11:49 PM but after that The new Reliance sim is not been Activated, showing as NO NETWORK, tried in 5 different phones still no response.

                        Please Activate the Number as soon as possible.

                          My broadband connection is not working for the past 14 days. I lodged a complaint on day one itself and it was closed after 4 days without my consent. Again a new complaint request was raised and is pending for almost 10 days without any resolution. Whenever I call them for updates, they keep on repeating the same update that a local technician will call me on that day. Till now I haven't heard anything from their local technician. This is really frustrating and irresponsible customer support. I have decided to opt out of reliance.

                                My number is [protected].i had done a special recharge of₹89 on 18th Sept 2015.This special offer was given by Reliance itself on my phone and had the benefit of free reliance to reliance calls both STD and Local for 1 month. Now my problem is that this benefit has been discontinued on my mobile from 25/September. I want to know why this has been discontinued or else refund my amount back. I had registered complaint on 25/Sept and got a reply from Reliance on 26/Sept at 17:03 stating that this issue would be resolved by 29th/Sept by 17:15.But still nothing has been done.Even after repeated mails, there is no response from Reliance. By complaint ID is[protected] as given by Reliance on 26/Sept.Even after they has accepted their mistake, I don't understand why are they so reluctant to resolve this issue.

                                  Hello Sir/Team, I have given request to disconnect my broadband internet services for Reliance Id "[protected]" and the same is confirmed from Reliance via email. "As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID[protected]. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from[protected]. Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him." Please see the attached e-mail for more details. First Problem - No one turned up to collect the equipment from Reliance Broadband. Once i received a call from +91-[protected] (reliance employee) and told me that tomorrow he will come and collect the equipment. After that i have tried calling him but every time he says he will come tomorrow. Second Problem - I have payed the bill on july 30 with Receipt no - AMIP73911185 of amount Rs 568.67. After that i have not received any bill.Now, i am getting calls from relaince customer care to pay the bill for august. If my connection is disconnected in July why i should pay for august. But there there are two problems i am facing which i have listed below: 1.I have activated sms pack around 24 sep 2015 for 15 days and from 25 sep my balance has started to deduct on every sms i dont know why? 2.When i called your costumer care, he said that i have no sms pack and after it he deducted the call, and from onwards i m not able to call costumer care (either he has blocked my no to call ).
