In our Reliance network is very down when I make a call these time phone is not connected in a single time when I trying 15 to 20 time's continuously after that phone is connect. So, I get facing lots of problems. even any person try to call me the phone is connected 40 to 50 time's continuously after trying. Every time their listen that " the number you have dial is not reachable right now please call after some time". So, I want to know that how many time's after any person can call me. I was a raised a complain to RTL appellate authority on 17Aug15 16:45:40 P.M. But till now there not solve this problem and any response. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

      I activated 3G Unlimited plan on my number for 28days It was all running well, But from last 3days I am Not getting 3G speed, I tried contacting customer care many times but thet didn't listen the issue and always disconnect the call every time I call them.         My reliance no is [protected]. On sep 1 i recharged with rs 175 which should give unlimited 2g data for 28days but even after successful activation my validity expired in 1 day and all my data was lost. I want my 2g unlimited data as soon as possible. I am also attaching the proof of recharge and its successfull activation message.

          My Reliance Mobile No is - [protected] alternative no is :[protected].I am also the same issue i.e. balance deduction at regular basis for some VAS service, I've also faced this issue so many times before but that time balance deduction was very low below 10 which does make me surprised and also was not frequent but this time this was so long and crossed INR 72+ and was very frequent. As recently I've deactivated my DND to receive some important MSG on 3 August and since then my balance start deducting and this process repeated day-by-day and sometimes twice a day when I called to customer care to report this issue they said that "Sorry sir but as there is a technical issue going here so we can't help you" and this deduction process going as well. After few days I was finally able to discuss this issue with a customer care executive and he totally refused me to help me and after 40 -45 minutes long and pathetic discuss with him and then after I was able to log a case for this bug,[protected] is my case number which I've registered in Reliance. I've also full recording of that conversation. After two days I got a message from Reliance and that was just to say that your case has been processed, please provide your feedback. But there was no refund neither any details why they have detect my balance. I need my balance to be refund and also some compensation for my losses. I hope there will be some positive response or any further steps which I need to take place as this is a very frequent issue which so many users already faced and others like are continuously facing there must be some strict and serious action need to took against the people who are responsible for this issue.

            My name is Raunaq singh, I live is sector 35D chandigarh, I opted for 1298 truly Unlimited 3g plan on my prepaid no [protected] I was receiving good speed but now from last 2 days I am receiving only 25 KBps of max download speed. fix these issue or return my money. I am not going to give 3-4 days for fixing my issue from my 30 days plan this is ridiculous. I will file case with comsumer court in sec 36 chandigarh if the issue is not taken care of. *I am using iphone 5s(automatic setting so no issue there) *I cleared all the cache *I restarted my phone multiple time *I even tried using my sim in other android phone speed was still the same in other phones aswell *I even tried a dongle, download speed was still no more than 25 KBps. *I am receiving full signal strength still I have tried using my 3g in other sectors still the same slow download and browsing speed.

            I have been having the same problem except the average speed in my case is a pathetic 6-10 kbps. Reliance obviously has started throttling our connections despite the initial promise of "Full Speed, Unlimited 3G" and explicitly saying "No throttling at all". This is unacceptable and needs to be remedied ASAP. The days of connectivity lost should be added to the duration of the plan. If they can not fulfill the promised terms of the plan, stop the scam and give us our money back.
            Yeah same problem not getting more the than 20kBps. :/
            They are throttling the speed.

            Such blatant, misleading statements, flouting of rules and business ethics. And they make it nearly impossible to get a hold of customer service for complaints. It does no good unless you want to hear advertising for their products for hours with no chance of talking to a customer service rep.

            If Reliance won't listen to reason and mend its ways, it is only natural for people to engage in litigation, like class action lawsuits overseas, cuz India is set to have a consumer protection agency with sweeping powers to levy fines in such cases.
            Still not fixed, they did sent me SMS saying it will be fixed in 6 hours, but now its more than 6 hours.
            It is the usual run around you get from Reliance, Aman. 6 hrs. 24 hrs 3 days. It is never reliable. There has been no response to multiple service requests ( online and by phone ) from my side either.
            Yeah right, even customer care disconnect the phone every time I tried to contact them.
            Don't know to do now, wasted my Rs.1298.
            Oh I don't think your money has been wasted just yet. I think we can get a resolution if we are willing to deal with some frustration. I intend to use whatever means necessary to get them to either fix the issue and offer compensation. I got an email from them asking the usual questions and I responded to make the urgency of the matter very clear to them. If this doesn't work, I will go down to R-World and not leave until the problem is solved. Rounding up others with the same issue and taking legal action would be the next step.

            This actually is my second month on this plan. The first month had issues, on and off, but it was OK. I was hoping the second month might get better as a plan like this isn't offered by any other service and was new for Reliance as well. Sadly, they have shown their true colors.

            Went to the Reliance Store today. They tried to make it seem like a coverage issue but it didn't work 'cuz the device clearly showed full connectivity ( H+ ) .Another person with the same problem was given some vague excuse about issues that their engineers were working on and that was an obvious like since other people in the area using Reliance are getting good speeds.I noticed that, after an increase in complaints about this plan, they discontinued the 1298/- plan. This pretty much confirms that they aren't able to deliver the requisite bandwidth promised in messages ( they were sending me messages twice a day with this offer )

            I spoke to a technical guy who said the issue will be addressed by tomorrow. If that doesn't happen, I plan to approach their higher execs with other people who have been affected by this flagrant violation of rules and demand a refund. Isolated complaints are not going to work.

            Oh and I lodged a complaint against Reliance here as well

            Good news my speed is back.
            And about the plan I did received Unlimited 3G offer SMS yesterday but after checking on *129# it not available now, So that means they discontinued the plan.
            Oh that is great ! What did you have to do to get the speed back ? And what kind of speeds are you getting during the day and night ?

            Hey Reliance - I think Aman post makes it clear his problem was resolved. I am facing the same issue and my number is [protected]. The customer service rep who called me gave me a useless suggestion and wasted another day of connectivity. There has been no response to emails and no way to get in touch with you guys anymore. I keep hearing of server issues for which I am not responsible. Are you going to fix this problem or not ? What about the 6 days of lost connectivity ?

              Reliance deducted unnecessarily from my account, rs 134 without any intimation and withou any activation of VAS . this amount deducted was the whole amount of balance left at that time. there is no option for me to contact customer care as that option is not avaliable in both 198 & *333, (atleast for me).

                  I am senior citizen aged 66 yrs old and facing problem of excess deduction of call or without call from my main balance. 1. I had paid Rs. 28 on 12/08/15 (12:04pm) & 6/9/15 (19:51pm) for availing benefit of 1.2 for 26 days but calls are deducted at abnormal rate & excess amount of Rs. 64.91 has been deducted from my balance, which is highly objectionable and same may kindly be given back as well as implement of plan Rs. 28 (for 26 days) of CDMA mobile no. [protected] from 12/08/15 to 6/09/15 and 7/09/15 to 2/10/15 2. Secondly it is observed that I have made local calls at 12:21pm on 07/09/15 and at that time balance for Rs. 183.23 at 12:22pm on 7/09/15 and afterwards no call was made by me. But it is surprised to see balance of Rs. 180.53 at 6:39pm on 7/09/15. It is not understood how Rs. 2.70 is reduced from my balance You are requested to kindly look into this matter personally and do the needful early, failing which case will be taken up to consumer court at your cost, which may kindly be noted carefully. Internet café charges – Rs. 50 may kindly be given in my balance at once. If you are not able to solve my problem, then I will port. Thanks, Rajkumar Shahani, ([protected])

                    Sir, my number is [protected]. Even after repeated complaints my balance is still getting deducted. Every time I make a complaint my balance gets refunded with the message that the service has been deactivated and there will be no further deductions. But from very next day again my balance starts getting deducted regularly. Kindly refund me my balance and look that no further deductions are made. Or else I have to move to the consumer forum with all the proofs of deductions if any further deductions are made

Recently my mobile phone balance is being deducted by Rs. 3 every 3 days in the name of VAS USSD services. I did not activate any such service.                           The receiver of telephone instrument provided is not working.Communication can be done only through speaker.The complaint was lodged on 04/09/2015 for repairs / replacement of phone instrument on priorty.It was assured that the complaint is taken on priorty & will be resolved shortly. Today on 08/09/2015 when I contacted the customer care of Reliance co I am told that Material is not available. My said post paid connection is of approx annual billing of Rs.11000/-and on phone call it is said that I am a priorty customer. Shocking that the priorty customer gets such unimportant care.What will be treatment of normal customer. Will any body in company take care to attend my complaint.

                            Hi,

                            My reliance pro3 no:[protected], i was promised at least 5 - 6 mbps speed out of 14. 7 mbps speed. I have used for few months, paid the bills and called for disconnection because speed is not at all reaching 100kbps, i have mailed and complained many times which resulted to me with some troubleshooting like cleaning tmp, junk etc. Which never helped for increasing the speed.
                            So called for disconnection of the service at that time one of representative promised me not to for disconnection and offered 2 months of free of 1gb data with high speed (Post usage data will be charged - he didn't tell this) , after 2 months if i'm not satisfied i can call again for disconnection.

                            Attached screen shots show false promise of the service and the pathetic and unacceptable speed of pro3.


                            After 2 months i have called and told to disconnect and one of a representative has told ok and i disconnected the call.

                            Now i'm getting continuous calls to pay the bill around 3k (Including late fees / taxes / two months rental etc) . This is surprising and i wondered, later came to know that i have utilized more data in the promised free 2 months period, where they have never communicated, while at the time of promise or at the time of disconnection. Suddenly they want me to pay the money. Isn't this sounds ridiculous ?

                              Reliance 3G 1298 rs recharge is not truly unlimited i have done the recharge on 27th august and till yesterday i have downloaded around 10GB and from today ie 8th September speed is no more than 240 kbps ie 30 KB/ sec, still about 19 days left for the validity and no speed, reliance nowhere mentioned the speed of 3g valid till 10GB.Reliance is cheating customers by giving offers which they deny later on. 1298 recharge is listed on their website rcom.co.in in kolkata circle. [protected] .

                              Well, this seems to be a nationwide move to throttle connections despite promising "No throttling at all" I am in Rajasthan and suffering the exact same issue, except the speed in my case, on average is 6-10 kbps.. Highly unethical and unacceptable. They should either remedy the situation, compensate for days of connectivity lost or admit that they can't fulfull the terms of the plan and return our money.
                              Yes, they should be exactly forced to do the same, seemed to be the indian govt gave the license to loot the people in exchange of high spectrum prices .The black days of mobile internet is coming soon.
                              I received an email from them with the routine questions. The issue is clearly a deliberate move on their side and they are trying to make it seem like these are isolated cases that might be attributed to network coverage/ device issue or some such hogwash. I made it clear that I don't care for their usual antics and promised of a quick turnaround. If they don't fix the issue and provide compensation/refund, I will have to get a resolution at Reliance Store or take it up with the appellate authority in the region.

                              Taking legal action by rounding up others, like you, who have been affected, would be the next step, if necessary. I will try to post updates here.

                                My phone no. Is [protected]. I got a message from the company that recharge with 57 and u will get unlimited 2g data for i month.I checked that offer on *129# and recharged on same day that is 31/08/2015.I got only 1 mb data.When i complained on the customer care they said the offer was not valid for your phone. I got nothing out of my Rs.57.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I am Chaitanya Vinnakota using Reliance Post paid Number [protected] from 2nd May 2007. At the time of taking connection, I was in CUG. In June 2009 I was migrated from CUG to SRP 200R Plan and deactivated all my previous packs which were applicable in CUG. But the problem is from June 2009 I was getting CUG Recurring charges Rs 50 for every month to till date. I spoke to customer care more than 50 times regarding this and I went to Reliance Outlet, I spoke to Reliance Appellete Authority and I have given the complaint on 30th Sep 2014 regarding excess billing of Rs 50(CUG Recurring Charges) and the complaint id is UCS47615953 and they have given request ID[protected] on 07/10/2014 and said it would be resolved within 5 days from the date of compliant registered. I asked my amount to refund or waiver which I have been paying from the last 6 years. They just given me Rs 150 as waiver and they didn't resolve this issue. I was very unsatisfied and vexed with the reliance that are still sending wrong billing details to my number. Recently I was migrated from SRP 200r plan to SRP 299 plan. But still I am getting CUG Recurring Charges every month in my bills. This was very poor service from Reliance. Recently I also went to the Reliance Store at Naaz Center, Guntur and I had given a written complaint, But No use. Still I am getting CUG Recurring Charges in my Bill. I request you to please take serious action on this and I request you to please refund my amount(Rs 50 * 6 Years) i.e, Rs 3600 amount from reliance or Please arrange waiver option to my number [protected]. This was very bad service from the reliance as I am using this mobile from May 2007.                                       Dear sir, Through this mail I would like to inform that I am regular using Relaince CDMA sim ([protected] ) but at random without informing customer this sim is teriminated although in that sim regular monthly recharges was done. This numbers is very important because this number is distributed everywhere as I am related to marketing field .Due to sudden stoppage of sim creates a lot of problem for me. Then through sitapur cluster head AJAY SINGH told me that he will reactivate the sim so for that I will buy a new post paid CDMA connection but later he will tell that he will not able to reactivate the sim. Then I was informed that lucknow distribution head BISWA SINGH told that he will tell that he will reactivate the sim free of cost but after few days he will again tell that he will not able to reactivate the sim so because of these reasons my number is terminated approx two months for which I have to suffer huge loss in business.Again any how the number is reactivated on 3 Aug 2015 for which i have to pay Rs 3520 which is illegal charge because it was my old number not a new number. Now I want to know through whose order my sim was terminated for which I have to pay Rs 3520 for reactivating the sim.Atlast I want to refund my money back which is wrongly charged through me This number {[protected]} is not a new selected number, though it was previous number which I was reactivating again This number was in regular use for past five years. So kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible & inform me -- Dear sir, this number is terminated reason for DSR category, not for non usage of recharge. As i was previously working in sitapur communication (RELIANCE COMMUNICATION ) at that time DSR sim was provided to me but after leaving the company DSR facility was withdraw from my sim.As according to u if DSR facility was going on u have to withdraw DSR facility & not the sim facility, i[censored] have to terminate the sim u would have to inform me before regarding this but u haven't done this, but terminate the sim at random.But i[censored] have inform me ealier then i will port it into other company but without informing me, u have terminate the sim for which my number was not working for aaprox two months I have to bear huge loss in business.
