I would like to bring this for your kind notification that I am using Reliance CDMA prepaid connection since long time. My mobile no is [protected]. I really disappointed my account balance, please refund my money back immediately. Today 8AM show my account balance Rs.85.00 I didn't speak that much amount in between to anyone and I certainly found that my balance was showing ZERO on today 1PM. Then I raised a call to your customer care on many occasions to know about my insufficient balance query and they have given a reply that we are not having check your account details and also requested to lodge a complain, they refused, and informed me as per our company policy, we are unable to lodge a complain. You are requested to kindly inform me why are you not lodge a complain? If it is the case, issue me in a written format so that I may proceed further legally. Now, you may transfer my previous balance amount to my mobile number.
