Please reopen my reliance no [protected] because I have replace a new SIM from reliance mobile store (Radha Raman Enterprises, Shop No. U22 BGN, Ramesh Nagar New Delhi-110015). Now I am facing a problem to activate my new SIM because they said the no is active but outward call details is not showing, so it will take time to active SIM. Sir I kindly requested you please active my no as soon as.

    I have dial no*129# and get to know about offer that i will get 1 gb 3g data for 1 month but when i recharge it i am getting only 600mb for 7 days and when i complaint against them so they are saying it is only given for new customer so why it is shown to me and all other offer are working perfectly but they are saying this is your fault even they are not connecting my call to consumer care executive through 198 if they connect to them after 2 second they say thankyou for calling in reliance i am fed of this no if no solution will come so i will port my no

      Hi, This is really sad what's happening now a days our service providers are doing fraud and leaving the customer in the lurch. It has happened to me, I had 150 rs balance but when I was supposed to make some important call then I got message that i have O balance in my mobile because of this i has a loss and unable to guided my parents who came from native. Even I called the customer care numerous time but they disconnected my every call. I again recharged for 10 rs and called the customer care which charged me 3 rs but no result and call went unattended. I have no idea what to do. I cant recharge now as balance is getting deducted without any usage. Please help me to expose the looters ambani borthers who is doing all kind of fraud to achieve the target. They don't care about people and this country. At the end of the day they have to make profit by any means. My Reliance gsm number : [protected]

          Hi, I purchased a reliance USB for home usage & the billing was very high in spite of my non usage of my reliance dongle number - [protected].For last 1 year I am facing this billing issues. All the time this service provider want to take my money on unwanted reasons. I am really fed of this connection and want to go for a disconnection for life time.I requested for the disconnection of the connection in last month itself and that too after the very high amount bill payment which was not right.. Even then the disconnection was not done and now I got another bill which has again an amount of which I never used.. Can I accept a help here?? Can u pls disconnect the number?             Balance deduction on my mobile number [protected] from dated 7th July, 2015 to 4th September, 2015 continuously as a VAS service. I never requested to company for activation such type of service. There is unnecessarily balance deduction made by company.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring this for your kind notification that I am using Reliance CDMA prepaid connection since long time. My mobile no is [protected]. I really disappointed my account balance, please refund my money back immediately. Today 8AM show my account balance Rs.85.00 I didn't speak that much amount in between to anyone and I certainly found that my balance was showing ZERO on today 1PM. Then I raised a call to your customer care on many occasions to know about my insufficient balance query and they have given a reply that we are not having check your account details and also requested to lodge a complain, they refused, and informed me as per our company policy, we are unable to lodge a complain. You are requested to kindly inform me why are you not lodge a complain? If it is the case, issue me in a written format so that I may proceed further legally.                 I would like to draw your kind attention towards the negligence and unprofessional behaviour of customer care executive of Reliance ada in Hadapsar area, Pune, Maharashtra. I moved to my new office and on 25th Aug 2015 I requested my connection to be transferred to my new address. It has been 11 days, but connection haven't been transferred and today the customer care executive replied me that my request has been closed. I have called the customer care 15-20 times, my complete work is getting hampered because of this. Each time I call, a new customer care executive picks up the call and I have to explain the same story again and again. I have a software company, my work totally depends on internet connection. Totally frustrated with the company's attitude towards customers.

                  Mene apna reliance ka number idea me port karwane ko diya tha to uspe port karwane k liye relince service centere ne 50 rs liye or mera number 7 july 2015 ko port ho gya fir se reliance balo ne mere number par rok laga di ki apna balance due h 500 ka mene 600 rs diye 100 extra unhone bola ok h ab clair h or ab 2 months baad fir se relince se rok laga di h keh rahe h apnka 415 rs abhi bhi deme h. . Jabki meme sab bill pay kar diya h. Ye relince bale pese khate h. Or gandi service h. Mera. Relince stor. Chandigarh road jamal pur near bajran books shop. 141001 ludhiana. Pls help us

                    My Self Praful Rathod I got a continuous call from your executive name Kirti from [protected] for porting my vodafone number ([protected]) to reliance CDMA She Explained me Rs 450 billing Plan In Which she told me i will be getting Unlimited STD & Local Calls & Data 3G -1GB & 2G Unlimited On this term i agreed to Port my Number and Submitted my Documents to your Pick Executive, But when i got Verification call and i asked about plan Details, Verification Executive told i Will be getting only 1GB -3G Data no 2G Unlimited Plan facility is not available in this plan.

                    For this i avoided to Activate my CDMA card On this from 2nd Sept Every 1 hour i am Getting call from different Executives to activate my card but no one is intrested to solve my problemor to understand solve my problem.

                    Today At 1.30 again i got a call kirti from kirti for activation of my card on that i told i am feeling cheated and i dnot want to activate my card on that she transferred call to her senior name i dont remember he was even great full of attitude do not have manners to talk to customer whom her junior has given wrong information Firstly i politely told him incident and for this reason i dont want to activate my number on this he was rude and abusive.

                      Mobile no: [protected] I had done recharge for 3g net on 29 August with 246 rs. According to plan, data should be 2 GB. But I didn't get that much data, only get around 1 GB. Even my balance account is showing in negative. I had around 260 balance in my account. Then I recharge net pack from *129# (GMN246). I got message that GMN246 has been successfully activated. I registered a complaint with reliance CC. they heared my story and then they said we are putting you call on hold and after few minutes they were disconnected the call. I called them many times. But same thing happened again and again. I am using reliance more than 8 yes. I can't expect that thing. Really frustrated.

                      Also my validity for the current plan soon expired.
                      No update from reliance yet.

                        I have been deducted Rs. 15 against VAS. but when I checked my services I got that no any VAS are active in my number [protected]. I sent a message "STOP" to 155223 here also I got the same reply that I don't have any VAS. When I am trying to contact customer care agent through toll free complain no. 198, there is nobody to pick the phone. Ultimately I would like to say that after Late Dhirubhai Ambani, reliance telecommunication company is giving worst services. And the government should take a legal action against the Company.

                          Sir I using reliance net connect for more than 2 years my number is [protected]. Dec 2014 i told to activate advanced rental plane for that I paid 1930rs they not activated, bill also not come, after my money is over the bill is generated. For that I ask customer care they told advance rental plane is not activated, then I changed my plane to 999rs unlimited data usage, after I changing my plane the net connect speed is very low, I complain to customer care they told me wait for 48hr but after 15days only they solved my problem for that I made more than 5 complain. I ask my amount for 15 days not using internet at that time they told me wait for the billing period and we will give your money. After my bill is generated I ask my 15days money to reduce in my bill they told that option is not available you contact billing department .when I call billing department they told to contact customer care .like that they playing with me .customer care not transferring the call to any higher department and each and every customer care executive are saying different kinds of answer for same question. Finally I need to close my account at that time they told don't close we will give you 2gb free plane for 3 month if you satisfied then you will continue otherwise close it, after that the next month they generate 2000rs bill for one month I make many complain in customer care no response from their side .they only call me and saying pay the bill. I ask why they put 2000rs bill thy said that I used 24gb within 4 days I shocked and ask the detailed of I used they mail me in 15 days in that mail I count the uploading and downloading data it does not exceed 2 gb again I made lot of comp line for that before 1 month no response... Don’t buy reliance communication products all are having some problem

                            My prepaid balance drop by almost 130 Rs on 25th aug and Bal dopped to zero. I called customer care 198 but not able to reach. When call on next d Next day:said system issue and not provided information. Not even taking complaint. I recharched 70rs again and bal dropped by 43 rs. Please look into this. This the 3rd time balance cut down. Very disappointed. Mobile no [protected] Total amt to be refunded 173 rs

                              Sir, my number is [protected]. There is constant deduction of balance from my number everyday. Everyday my balance gets deducted i write to you and you refund it saying it the service has been deactivated but the very moment again my balance gets deducted. Sir its really getting annoying that evry day u deduct main balance. Sir i request please refund my balance and kindly deactivate all the services that are activated on my number without my consent . Or else I have to port the number as I cant hold on too long with this kind of disguisted service where customer satisfaction is of least priority.

                                On Sep 3, 2015I buy a 219rs unlimited internet pack on reliance no. [protected] on 29th august 2015 with validity of 45 days but when I check my net balance on 3rd September it shows last date of net pack is 3rd September 2015 when I call customer care they say we cant help you this is your last date of net pack and when I say registermy complaint against it they say sorry we cant do it. plz help me I want my net balance and validity back. I'm very poor to rebuy it plz help me.

                                  I recharged my reliance3 dongle on 3/Sept/15 with the amount Rs 999 using my debit card from the reliance site(rcom.in). It said recharge was successful and balance was deducted from my card . Recipt no. AMIR75184981, Transaction Reference Number. 92880327 but when I plugged in the dongle in my computer a message popped up saying recharge was not successful. When I called the customer care they said it will take max 24 hours but when I called again after 24 hrs they said it will take if the balance not credited after 6-7 days call us again. The validity of my recharge is 28 days out of which they are saying to wait for 7-8 days. Please take necessary action in this regard.

                                    I am reliance user and have been using the no. [protected] for more than 5 yrs. Now my balance has been deducting without using any value added services and my balance has become nil due to which my official work is disturbing meanwhile i got a loan of rs.10 which is also deducted within an hour. Whenever I am calling at cust. Care I m not getting any response from ur side. So now tell me what should i do should port my this no. into another company or lodge a complaint with consumer forum.

                                      I am using Reliance Pro 3 wifi dongle from last six months. These guys claim a speed of 14.7MBPS. It makes me LOL. Poor guys...i dont even get a speed of 0.100MBPS. I think it is a total blunder to fool the customers. Even they have put uneducated customer care executives who even dont know how to speak..feel as if i am talking to some illiterate person. Google take 2 mins to open with full network strength. I would strongly advice not to go for it. I have Haier device. Totally waste of money every evening it will make you angry when you are trying to use the device because the speed doesn't even open google. Feel like throw the device at the Reliance shop.
