Hello Sir, I want to tell you something, i have taken the wi-pod postpaid connection. But after few days, connection is terminated beacause of these resons: 1. You are a bachelor. 2. You have not a job. But i talk to customer care executives on their tollfree number, they told to me there is no such type of scheme in reliance. So now what i am doing. i have talked many times to reliance customer care executives and i have go to many times to reliance outlet in bangalore they told to me you are a bachelor and you have not a job so we can not give you a connection. Sir please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please take appropriate step for my connection.

      Sir/Madam, I want to complaint againt Reliance Broadband i am user of Reliance Broadband my consumer id is[protected]. i have problem since last 1 month. my internet not working . i had called to consumer care and appellate authority many times but i have not got any solution from it..They only said to wait..Now i want to take a serious actions against them. so i am fed up now and.They only used to make fool to me .so please help me for the steps taken to fire a case file against Reliance Communication Limited..           Respected sir, i am user of Reliance telecommunication. on 31 August 2015, i have received a message from company that, on recharge of Rs. 359 i will get unlimited 3g data uses for 28 days. when i opt for the same plan, i have received only 1 mb data initially and afterward i have received 3gb 3g data, though i have recharged for unlimited data plan. when i mail the matter to reliance customer care they just denied that such massage is not for unlimited plan 3g plan. is this the way, company looting its customers. plz resolve the matter in least possible time.

            recently got this offer notice that on recharge of 359, i'll be benefited with unlimited 3G usage for 28 days. Upon recharging with the said amount, I received a message saying I have been benefited with only 3GB data and the internet got really slow. This kind of fraud is not expected from such a huge company. Really really disappointed. My mobile no is [protected] and my other no is [protected]

              [protected] mobile no (reliance connection) is used in chandigarh this is prepaid no. No any Value added services is activated against this no. but amount charged for VAS techzone sms S Rs. 5.00 dated on 31.08.2015 at 1.05pm & amount charged for VAS video store Rs. 1.00 dated 2.09.2015 at 8.22pm. Kindly resolve the problem ASAP.

                I search on internet about reliance GSM pack for Gujrat state
                Link: http://myservices.relianceada.com/ImplWLSStoreOnlineRechargeAction.do

                it shows on 57 rupees recharge i will get 400MB data which is valid for 28 days. i made recharge. After that message comes in my mobile shows that valid for only 7 days.

                This should not be happened as reliance has very big market in India.

                    I wanted to bring it to your attention that 3g is Extremily sow in my locality.I live in Jamshedpur and experincing frequent disconnection problems from ur network.Even if its connected its Extremily slow(hardly 15-20 kbps) on most of the times in a day.So pls try to resolve this issue as fast as u can.

                        We had purchase 3 goods from reliance digital, Belapur mall, out of which 1 product we had cancelled still we had paid 2 EMI's with the expectations it will be refunded later but its been 5 months we have received only 1 month refund still 1 is pending.

                        Other than that for the remaining 2 products we have paid the EMI's on time still we are getting every month payment reminders through mail and phones its been clarified every month still we are bfacing the same problems, EMI is for the 6 month out of which we have paid 5 EMI only 1 is pending, which i wont be paying till i get the refund

                          I am akshay ranka, I recharge on 25/08/2015 on my mobile no [protected] for rs 289 and balance was deduced from my account for activation o[censored]nlimited 3g internet but I got only 1mb net pack for rs 289, then I complaint on reliance but no proper support they are saying that there as been no such recharge and also they are not refunding my 289+ (36 rs for 3g data use) that is total 325 rs as it is not my fault my complaint I'd are[protected] [protected][protected] and now I am not able to call on 198 from my both reliance no I want refund of Rs 325 + compensation for all the time I have wasted in complaint Regarding Akshay ranka [protected]@gmail.com Mobile no [protected]

                            Sir, i am Hemant and my mobile is [protected](reliance Gsm prepaid). my 80 something rupees balance was deducted on[protected] and last month also they deducted my balance and i have complain on consumer complaint and refunded me but again and again they deduct balance. why they deduct balance again and again and tell me a solution for that. maine ye complaint[protected] ko ki thi but abhi tak koi balance nhi aya.

                              Mere phone par message aaya tha 91 k recharge par unlimited reliance 2 reliance free h, par maine recharge karaya toh 7 din k liye validity ka message aaya h, customer care par baat kiya tha kisi jeevan s baat hue thi usne bola 24 hrs m message aa jayega 28 din ka validity ka par nahi aaya, par abhi customers care par baat hue usne bola aisa koi message nahi aaya, agar aisa nahi toh mere paise vapas kijiye

                                Recently bought a Reliance Wipod in month of July. Since then I am not able to see 1% of promised bandwidth. I have recently recharged it with a prepaid plan of Rs 999. They promised i will be getting a speed of 1Mbps to 4 Mbps but i am getting speed at only Bps and that too it disconnects very frequently. The speed is pathetic. They are really cheating by selling products with false promises which is really frustrating from a customer point of view. Please help me in getting back my money, so that i will surrender that stupid device and get a better device. My sincere suggestion is not to buy RELIANCE WIPOD MINI. While purchasing they are telling 14.7 Mbps, over phone with customer representative speed becomes 1 Mbps to 3.2 MBps and in actual it is never more than 200 Kbps. There customer care is also pathetic, I am complaining for speed, he raised a ticket for unsuccessful recharge. Regards, Satish Mob # [protected].

                                  Today 02/09/2015, I recharged my GSM reliance no [protected] of Rs 130/- it was successful but after that Rs 139/- from my account was deducted. My netpack balance was also there. So question for net usage deductions. Every now and then such harassment has become part from GSM reliance.So please look into the matter and do needful

                                    I had rechareged 3G data on mb no [protected] for rs 289/-on 30.08.2015 at arround 12.48 pm but till now the data not activated even after 3 days .I had complained on help line no 198 several times but I was informed everytime that there was some technical problem and he/she helpless to check my problem.I had also complained at [protected]@relianceda.com but no response from there.Please get my problem solved at earliest.                                         Hi, Myself Somnath Guha Neogi.My mobile number is [protected].Yesterday(1/09/2015) my balance was something around 70+ Rs but today(2/09/2015) when I tried to call someone I found insufficient balance to complete a local call even. I have raised a similar complaints only a few days ago and that was resolved in courtesy of this forum and Reliance but again within a few days same thing happened with me. These sudden deductions are getting pretty much regular for Reliance GSM customer and I don't know how many times I have launch such complaints against Reliance to stop these cheating. Please help me in conveying this message to the concerned departments of Reliance so that they can take appropriate action and refund my balance.
